Alrighty.

Now will be when Mrs. Harding will give out that big assignment.

Lets get to it.

The following day at school Lincoln and Jordan were in class while Mrs. Harding was teaching.

"Alright, class." Mrs. Harding addressed the students. "I have a big assignment for you."

The kids listened.

She then went over to something that was covered by a sheet, and pulled it off revealing several eggs. Each one had a face on it.

"Each of these eggs will be your baby for the week." Mrs. Harding said. "You will all be paired with someone, and the egg you receive will be your baby. Remember though, If your egg ends up lost, cracked, or shattered. You fail the assignment."

The class nodded their heads.

"Ok." Mrs. Harding said. "Here's who you will all be paired with."

She then grabbed her clipboard.

"Lincoln. You will be paired with Girl Jordan."

Lincoln and Jordan were thrilled.

"Clyde. You will be with Chloe."

Clyde and Chloe looked at each other and smiled.

"Liam. You will be paired with Tabby."

Liam and Tabby blushed.

"Zach. You will be with Giggles."

Giggles smiled at Zach, and he smiled back shyly.

"Rusty. You will be with Polly Pain."

They both winked at each other.

"Artie. You will be with Mollie."

Artie and Mollie just nodded at each other.

"Trent. You are with Kat."

They both nodded at Mrs. Harding.

"Hassan. You will be with Joy."

They both gave a thumbs up.

"And finally, Boy Jordan. You will be paired with Ronnie Anne."

Boy Jordan gave a nervous look, while Ronnie Anne nodded at Mrs. Harding.

"Ok, Now that that's settled. You can all come up and get your egg babies." Mrs. Harding said.

The kids all went up to get their egg babies.

While Lincoln and Jordan went back to their desk with their egg baby, they noticed how nervous Boy Jordan looked.

"I guess he's nervous about working with Ronnie Anne." Jordan whispered.

"Well, she is called the toughest girl in school. But it's not like she's a monster." Lincoln whispered.

"I know right." Jordan whispered back. "You can't judge on first impressions."

"You ready to do this, partner?" Ronnie Anne said body slamming Boy Jordan across the room.

Lincoln and Jordan looked at each other.

"Then again." They said simultaneously.

At lunch, Lincoln and Jordan were seated together with their egg baby.

"So, what should we name her?" Jordan asked.

Lincoln thought long and hard.

"How about Rochelle." He suggested.

"Nice name." Jordan responded.

The two of them looked down at Rochelle.

After school, Lincoln and Jordan went to Lincoln's house to take care of Rochelle.

When they walked inside, they were met with the usual chaos the Louds were known for.

Lincoln and Jordan quickly made their way upstairs, shielding Rochelle along the way, and went into Lincoln's room

Lincoln placed Rochelle on a makeshift crib.

The two of them smiled at the egg baby.

"She sure is cute." Jordan said.

"She sure is." Lincoln answered.

They then smiled at each other.

Then they heard Lily crying.

They then took Rochelle and went over to Lily's room.

They went over to her crib.

"What's wrong, Lily." Jordan asked.

Lincoln realized what was wrong.

"She just needs a changing." He said.

"Uh, I don't really know how to do that." Jordan said.

"Don't worry." Lincoln assured. "I do this all the time. I'll change her, and you can watch to see how its done."

After a minute, the change was complete, with Lincoln showing his girlfriend how it was done.

"Wow, Linky." Jordan said, Rochelle was in her hands. "You're really good at changing diapers."

"Thanks." Lincoln responded. "I've been changing diapers since Lucy was just a year old. I can do it with my eyes closed."

Lincoln picked up Lily and cradled her in his arms.

Lily just giggled and cooed.

Both Lincoln and Jordan looked down at the babies.

They then looked at each other and smiled.

"One day, we'll have kids of our own." Lincoln said.

"I know." Jordan responded. "I can't wait. Our kids are gonna be so cute."

Then something came to Jordan's mind.

"Hey, Linky." She addressed her boyfriend. "When we have kids, do you think they'll have your powers?"

"Oh, wow." Lincoln answered. "I have no idea. I've never even thought of that."

"Well if they do, at least they'll have you as their daddy to teach them how to use their powers." Jordan said.

"Yeah." Lincoln responded. "And they'll have you as their mommy to keep their powers in check."

"Yup." Jordan responded.

"Isn't it a little early for you to literally be thinking about having kids?"

They turned to the door and saw Lori standing there.

"How long were you standing there." Lincoln asked blushing.

"Ever since you finished changing Lily." Lori answered.

She then walked in.

"So what are you two up to?" Lori asked.

"We're doing the egg baby project." Lincoln responded while putting Lily back in her crib.

"Oh yeah, I remember when I did that in fifth grade." Lori said. "Unfortunately my partner was such a slacker. I did all the work and he did nothing."

"That sucks." Jordan said.

The three of them stood there for a few seconds.

"Well, I'm gonna take Rochelle back to Lincoln's room." Jordan said.

"Ok." Lori said. "You go on ahead. I wanna literally talk to Lincoln for a sec."

"Alright then." Jordan said.

Lincoln and Jordan kissed, then she went to Lincoln's room.

Lori then turned to Lincoln.

"You two are so smitten for each other." Lori said smiling at her little brother. "You're both just like me and Bobby."

"Well of course." Lincoln said. "We love each other so much."

"That's great." Lori said.

She then adopted a serious look.

"But remember, you're still a kid." Lori reminded her brother. "No having kids until you two are truly ready. And no getting really intimate until your both the right age, understand?"

Lincoln smiled and playfully rolled his eyes.

"Yes, sister." He answered.

Lori then playfully ruffled his hair.

"You're so cute, Linky." She mused.

Lincoln blushed.

"Ok, You can go back to Jordan now." Lori said.

"Thank's Lori." Lincoln said.

They then hugged, and Lincoln went back to his room to join his girlfriend in taking care of Rochelle.

Friday came around, and all of Mrs. Harding's students were ready to show their egg babies.

Throughout the week, Lincoln and Jordan took care of Rochelle as if she was a real baby. They felt like real parents the entire time.

And something excellent happened to Lincoln and Jordan's friends.

They all realized that they had feelings for their partners, and now they were couples.

Except for Boy Jordan and Ronnie Anne.

But turns out Boy Jordan learned that Ronnie Anne wasn't some kind of merciless monster. She had shown she could be quite nurturing.

"Alright class." Mrs. Harding addressed her class. "The egg baby project has come to an end. Please come on up and bring you're egg babies so I can grade you."

The class then brought their egg babies up to her. She then inspected all of them.

"All of the eggs are perfect." Mrs. Harding announced. "You all passed."

The class erupted in cheers.

"Since all of you passed, I have a surprise for all of you." She continued.

Mrs. Harding went over and opened the door, and carts of ice cream and toppings were wheeled in.

"You all get an ice cream party." Mrs. Harding announced.

The class immediately cheered and went up to get their ice cream, along with their desired toppings.

Both Lincoln and Jordan got chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, and cookie dough.

They turned to each other.

"One day, we'll have kids of our own." Jordan said. "But until then, this really gave us some practice for when the time comes."

"It sure did, my love." Lincoln answered. "I look forward to us having kids in the future."

"Me too, Linky." Jordan responded.

They then raised their ice cream bowls.

"To being great parents." Lincoln said.

"To being great parents." Jordan repeated.

They clinked their bowls together, then they proceeded to eat their ice cream.
