"David can you slow down?"

Max clutched his seatbelt in pure terror, watching David drive had been the scariest ten minutes of his life so far.

David kept his foot on the gas, looking over at Max.

"Slowing down is not fun tho Max."

He wrenched the wheel hard to the right, skidding violently into a parking spot just big enough.

"We're here."

He killed the engine, watching as a solitary police car cruised on past.

"Max, stay buckled in."

He re-fired the car with a throaty roar, black smoke jetting from the exhaust.

"What the Hell David?!"

Max demanded as his counselor pulled out after the cop car, ramming straight into the back of it with everything Gwen's wagon had.

Chunks of glass scattered as the back window of the police car shattered from the impact.

Max was just screaming now, as David stepped casually into the road.

"This won't take long."

He headed for the police car, which was stopped now, the driver obviously struggling to free himself from his seat belt.

Max stared as David wrenched the cop car's door open, reaching inside to grab the man who looked eerily similar to him.

Daniel.

No way.
