Episode 9: What has Changed?

AN: SO Sorry this took so long to make, Real Life has been all over me for the last few months so I've been putting off my writing, but as a treat, here's two chapters!

The next day…

Usagi's POV

I was in a foul mood when I finally woke up from my exhausted state. Seeing the others treat me like that again had made me extremely irritated, and Sakura and the others could see that.

"I'm getting worried…Usagi never stays this angry for this long…" Sakura said.

"Indeed…I have a feeling the slightest disturbance could set her off." Ayame said.

And that disturbance came wandering into the base, in the form of…guess who…Mamoru and Chibiusa.

"Usagi! You're back…"
"Yeah…" I said, grumbling. I was still furious at those two for siding with the inners. I wanted to forgive them, but I was still sore over everything.

"Usago?"

Sakura's POV

Oh boy…I knew where this was going…And it wasn't going to end well.

"…WHY YOU LITTLE…"
"Crud."

At that point, Usagi grabbed the nearest blunt object, which just happened to be a chair, and starting chasing Mamoru and Chibiusa all over the place, trying to hit them.

"Oh geeze…" I said, before grabbing Usagi to restrain her. "Easy there Usagi! Calm down before you hurt someone!"

That didn't stop her from thrashing about, before accidentally hitting me in the head with the chair.

"Ow…" I said, crumbling to the floor.

Usagi's POV

"Uh Oh…" Fabia said. "I think you accidentally knocked her out…"
"Oh man! I'M SO SORRY SAKURA!"

I then saw Mamoru and Chibiusa running for it.

"HEY! DON'T YOU DARE RUN OFF, THIS IS PARTLY YOUR FAULT!" I yelled after them.

"And they're gone." A voice said.

Wait…that voice…I turned around, and to my shock, saw Mika sitting on the table, casually twirling a dagger in the air and catching it.

"Mika!? H-How are you still alive!?" I yelled, with the others transforming to defend themselves in case of trouble.

"Relax Sailor Girls…I'm here cause my master got themselves beaned in the head with a chair. Nice hit by the way."

"That's besides the point! Why are you here!?" Mikaela yelled.

"I'm here for the laughs. I found it humorous that arrogant prince got himself in the dog house with Usagi. Besides, someone has to keep you away from blunt weapons apparently, since you ended up knocking Master Sakura unconscious."

"Master Sakura?"

"Indeed, when you purified me, I became bonded with Sakura. As a result, she is my master in a way. However, if you would allow me, I will gladly serve your cause, as one capable of defeating me deserves my power on their side."
"Hubris much?" Hatsu said.

"…Very well. You can join us if you so wish."
"Thank you Sailor Moon. I will do whatever I must to protect you from danger."
"Though maybe not that far…"

Meanwhile…

Mamoru's POV

This was the worst day of my life for sure. First I decide not to help Usagi against Lila and the Inners, and then she decides to attack me!
I had visited the inners, and Ami, Minako and Makoto had all told the same story. They didn't know what they had done, but Usagi had stopped responding to their messages and she had angrily ignored them at the café earlier in the day. But I asked them about their talk with her last night, they said they hadn't been anywhere last night.

I knew at that point that we really had screwed up. Their powers were gone, and their memories of ever being Sailor Scouts. As far as they knew, they were just three ordinary girls.
I nearly gave up hope…but if Chibiusa is still here, I can still make things right! It's time to get to work, I don't care how long it takes, the inners and I will make things up to Usagi!
