Initial report of the Tributes chosen for the 100th Hunger Games.
District One:
Male Tribute Chosen; Grayson Lockwood [18]
Initial Thoughts on the Tribute; Both Flare and Grayson show high promise in the Academy. They are ranked number one and number two in their class. Grayson is skilled with the longsword and shows skill in hand to hand and upper body strength
Reason for being Selected:; They both come from a well off and well known family that pushed them to the Capitol to represent their District. How were we to say no to that?

Predicted Placement; top three
Female Tribute Chosen; Flare Lockwood [18]
Initial Thoughts on the Tributes; Flare is equally skilled with throwing knives and her ability to separate herself from situations. The two of them should rank high with being favorites with the Capitol.
Reason for being Selected: They both come from a well off and well known family that pushed them to the Capitol to represent their District. How were we to say no to that?

District Two:
Male Tribute Chosen; Evander Soren [17]
Initial Thoughts on the Tribute; Evander Soren is highly regarded in the Academy for being the best student there since his Aunt, Clove Soren who was the female tribute in the 74th Games. He is skilled with the sword as well as a spear. He also shows capability in being the leader of the Career pack. He's already popular among the Gamemakers and it'll be interesting to see how far he can go.
Reason for being Selected: Not only because he is a relative of a past tribute but also because of how highly the trainers thought of him.

Female Tribute Chosen; Myrcella Addair [17]
Initial Thoughts on the Tributes; Myrcella Addair has been someone that has been on our radar for a while. The accident that happened when she was younger brought our attention to her and we made sure to keep an eye on her. She's strong with any weapon on a chain and has a strong determination.
Reason for being Selected: Selected because she was one of the best in her year at the Academy.

Male Tribute Chosen;Ramiro Gonźalez-Lòpez [13]
Initial Thoughts on the Tributes; Ramiro shows a lot of promise mentally. He's IQ is higher than most people in the District and he's showing promise in following in his parents' way with inventing. Where he lacks in strength, he makes up for mentally. He shows no skills with weapons but it will be interesting to see how he does in the Games.
Reason for being Selected: He was picked based on his age and how well he thinks things through.

Female Tribute Chosen; December Vaughn [17]
Initial Thoughts on the Tributes; December is one that we've had an eye on. She's someone that acts almost like a career with her mental state and drive to want to make something for herself. She's good with creating new formulas and already has the attention of local chemists. If given the right things in the arena, she could easily go far.
Reason for being Selected: December was picked because of her mental ability.

Male Tribute Chosen; Ikarus Pyxis [18]
Initial Thoughts on the Tributes; Ikarus was initially selected based on the popularity of his older sister Amphitrite in last year's Games. Further insight on him found him as someone who was talented in his own way. He is the most skilled with a trident since the times of Finnick Odair. Not only that, but he comes from a family where his father was a victor of his Games.
Reason for being Selected:Ikarus was picked this year based on the popular vote of a who would like to see a sibling of a tribute from last year's game appear in this one.

Female Tribute Chosen; Reid Thasos [15]
Initial Thoughts on the Tributes; Reid Thasos is someone we've been keeping an eye on for the last few months. With everything that had happened in her past, watching her throw herself into training for the Games, we knew that we had to see what she was made up of. She knows her way with a sword but can get lost in her own head at times.
Reason for being Selected: Her parents suggested her as a spot. Not that she would ever find it out.

District Five:
Male Tribute Chosen; Ruon Mattis [17]
Initial Thoughts on the Tributes; Ruon is someone that is goal driven though he lacks in other areas. He's always trying out new things and loves a good challenge. We thought that the Games would be a perfect challenge for him.
Reason for being Selected:Ruon is a good challenge lover and when he puts his mind to it, nothing will stop him.

Female Tribute Chosen; Damara Estridge [18]
Initial Thoughts on the Tributes; Damara is someone that popped onto our radar when she was arrested in her District two weeks ago. Her actions against the newborns that she delivered made her a high priority to get into the Games if possible. She's strong, determined and will do anything to further herself even if it means hurting others.
Reason for being Selected: Being someone who hurt children and for her qualities that she possesses. She's someone that would thrive in the Games and we're here to give her the shot.

District Six:
Male Tribute Chosen; Delaware Spires [18]
Initial Thoughts on the Tribute; He was someone that is skilled with his words; it appeared at first note. He doesn't seem to be much of a threat to others, and it'll be interesting to see if he can make it past the bloodbath.
Reason for being Selected: He was selected as one of the weaker tributes in mind though he does seem that he could have something up his sleeve.

Female Tribute Chosen;Kassidy Kane [18]
Initial Thoughts on the Tributes; There's something about Kassidy that seems to draw people in. At first glance, there was nothing notably special about her. She's someone who's dependent on others to live, and it'll be intriguing to see how she fairs in the Game if she manages to get allies and even more if she doesn't.
Reason for being Selected: She was mostly chosen based on her looks and the fact that putting a dependent person into the Games is an interesting tactic.
