"The Umbra Witches looks... wow!" Aka Ohtori (大鳥 丹) drooled over Jeanne's description of the original body.
"I died though. I lost my body for real, but because Cereza got corrupted and chased me, I had to possess Omega bot." Jeanne explained. "E-123 is a decent compromise for me."
"Enough monologuing." Eliza Yukifune (雪船 エリザ) suggested. "Let's go to the Rift Gate."
A massive floating platform besides the Warden's Watch has been connected and had the groups gathered together, covering the gap exploded from the volcanic eruption.
"Why modify the Rift Gate? It's working properly!" Haken Browning complained.
Einst Alfimi, Kaguya Nanbu, Saya, Meden Traore and the rest of Shinra group also had similar complaint.
"Darling, why such complaint, we can depend on the original gate alone." Due Flabellum wondered to.
"Hello. With Ms. Continuum's consent, I modified the Rift Gate to bridge not only between realities, but also timeline." The woman in black presented alongside the man and Continuum herself.
"The Kinetic Ore used in the original Gate wasn't even halfway refined enough to properly handle the sabotage, which resulted in it exploding." The man in black explained. "So we replaced the ore with far more refined one which is not only more reliable, but can take us around the Quantum Realm and land in other timelines."
"So cool! It better not gotta be a quantum pain in the ass!" Yosuke Hanamura waves.
"TV Tropes, and now all this?" Ragna the Bloodedge questioned.
"We also remade the ring to integrate an advanced Quantum Tunnel into it, allowing you to transport directly into and from the Quantum Realm, emerging in any timeline you desire." The man continued. "You can even get rifted while in Quantum Realm, thus better allowing for space-time travel anywhere in the omniverse."
The Rift Gate looks similar to the original, but thicker and slightly more squared off at the side edge. The base is modded with extra circuit to better control quantum travel as well as to safeguard the Gate from unintended instability. The Kinetic Ore is a bit more lustrous as well, due to being significantly refined compared to the initial implementation.
"It barely looks different at all. Good job!" Deadpool clapped. "And you're saying that it opens a portal to suck you all into the gate, to any point in space-time directly?"
Ms. Continuum simply nods.
"The destination is the original timeline provided." The man then showed a golden egg-like clock. "And I set the coordinates with the help of this device."
Deadpool instantly recognized the device. "Don't tell me this is..."
"This, my darling, is a device. A device many men and women have died to see, to understand, and to own." The man introduced the device. "In many ways it is like one of child's toys, but a toy for adults. This, darling, is-"
"The Zybourne Clock." Deadpool name-dropped. "It explained: A new timeline doesn't immediately overwrite the one which has been changed into it, it tries to correct itself into either timelines or combinations thereof."
"Nice, Deadpool. You got the basics." The man gave Deadpool a thumb up. "Imagine four balls near the cliff, sitting in line towards the very end of it. If the closest ball were to be copied into the first place and pushes that ball there, every balls get pushed by one place to the next, and the original version of the last falls off the cliff."
"Can you please stop talking about nonsensical concepts?" Kaori Tomonaga (朝永 花織) complained.
"Did you just... complain? Great, now you know why everyone but me and Dr. Zybourne went insane trying to decipher the so-called 'Golden Egg', you see." The man refuted. "Your complaint just backfired. Thank you." *bows*
Kaori facepalms.
"Kaorin, we had no idea either!" Iroha Asobe (遊部 いろは) responded.
"I uses the device to travel through time and spot the paradox. Nowadays, not that we can afford to waste any more time." The man remotely activated the Gate. "Welcome to the Quantum Gate. Our destination is the original-"
"This is the second time we are forced back to the not yet altered timeline." Angela recognized the premise. "A certain narrator transferred a Chrome island into the previous O.G. We met the Zerobreaker, and she tried to break us and the reality, with the flight resulting in the aforementioned Chrome being blasted away. It's a long story..." *sigh*
"This mission remind you of that moment alongside Martinez?" Ms. Continuum noticed.
"Yeah, and you recovered my memories of that war a while now, so I apologize..." Angela bows down.
The Gate is charged up, now have following light blue and deep purple energy from both Kinetic Ore and Microverse.
"To the Quantum Realm and back, towards the correct timeline!" The woman salutes.
Suddenly, the Gate then shakes and cracks iridescent lightning. The Patron Librarians were the first to notice.
"Something's wrong with the Gate. Turn it off!" Hokma told the man.
"It's going to explode, just like in the original future!" Tiphereth warned everyone.
"You're ruining this for us, and that's no good!" Yesod went mad, and attacked the man.
"What are you doing!? It's not sabotaged, I swear!" The man defended himself. "And I can't turn it off, either!"
"Oh no!" Malkuth is shocked. "The Gate is going to..."
The Gate now shakes like full cyberpsychosis, and now emit orange lightning.
"22 second until mass critical-" The man then countered, with the rest of Patron Librarians getting involved in the brawl.
Few seconds later, this escalated into everyone brawling over the Gate, while it is getting cracked.
"10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1..." The man counts down, holding the Zybourne Clock for his life. "Exploded."
At that exact moment, the Gate exploded, sending a massive energy wave across the entire island, stunning everyone there... and the Zero Point. The Zero Point received the wave and thus the Quantum Realm, leading to it sparking out rifts everywhere outside the island, particularly Prime Town and contacted places.
"Warning! Warning! Warning! Quantum crisis detected!" The mothership of CXA have been caught in the rift. "Warning! Warning! Warning!"
The Canon Bringers panicked, meanwhile in the Centipex...
"Yeah, I'd like your forces to discuss about our timeline, Mr. Tsukasa Kadoya." 7!Tee told Kamen Rider Decade.
"Mr. Decade, what do you know about-" Then No. 765 noticed something wrong. "What's up?"
A massive earthquake struck the dimension, and as No. 765 and Decade noticed, is caused by a quantum rift.
"I can feel a rift. I can feel that we're going to another world." Decade suggested.
"What!? This entire... world!?" 7!Ess is shocked.
"Based on the scale I'm experiencing right now, you might as well be right." Decade (at least partially) confirmed.
The ground in all the singularity's place then sunk down, including the place Decade is standing in.
"No! No! Help us!" 7!Jay and 7!Elle both panicked.
"The ground is falling down!" Geiz Myokoin, the Kamen Rider Geiz, warned everyone.
The entire Centipex itself is quickly sucked into the rift, bringing everyone and everything there in before anyone could escape in time.
Meanwhile...
"I and your timeline's Spacetime Detective has set up the antenna, and all of us from our timelines can go home." The Witch gets her timeline and 7 ready to go back.
"Hey, hey, we can't wait to get back to our timeline! See ya!" Arle magically go to return. "Bayoen!"/"ばよえーん!"
"Farewell, the other Injustice timeline!" Modern Sonic bid farewell. "Let's go, Mean Beans!"
The antenna then teleported the modern Sonic and everyone in the other timelines, leaving the entire Rukasazo timeline in their home reality. But... the antenna pulsed and then imploded.
In the original, previously unaltered timeline...
"In the name of Anti-Life, life is meaningless. Free will is a literal joke. You only need obey our gods!" The girl mocked the group. "I'm of Anti-Life."
"The Anti-Life Equation!" Brainiac objected. "Don't you dare bring the Equation to the island...!"
"This island shall be ours, and you will be powerless to stop it." The girl threatened all. "Countless islands has fallen under the blessing of the Beach, thanks to the glorious-"
"Shut... up..." Evie struggles to resist.
Thunder then vomited violently.
"What are you doing!?" Stellan confronted the girl.
"I am merely manipulating the Great Darkness, unlike some certain Crisis peoples..." The girl floats back.
Adjacent to the main island, facing southwest to its east, a micro-rift is formed, and behind that...
"Here we go!" Mario, Movie!Sonic the Hedgehog and Mirle fell into the Quantum Realm to be rifted. "Wait..."
"Oh no!" It's Movie!Mario is falling as well.
"Me? What!?" Mario noticed his movie counterpart, but he can't really hear him.
"Oh, hello!" Movie!Sonic meets this Mario. "Oh wait, I can't hear you!"
"Who are you!?" Movie!Mario has no idea while falling down.
"Wait... Quantum Realm!?" Mario noticed.
Then the three screamed for falling, as they're shrunk down beyond subatomic and towards quantum while falling to the rift. Meanwhile...
"Aaah!"/"うわぁっ〜!" Both versions of Amitie falling down to rift onto Quantum Realm.
As everyone fell further, the Quantum Realm now appears fractured and reflective on reality, due to the presence of the rift involved.
"Isana! Girls!" And came Omnis, which followed the falling magical girls.
And ahead of most, Angela using the cyberpunk E.G.O. provided by the edgerunner-book, dives through the realm. And suddenly, a familiar yet strange voice rung her...
"Hello? Wait, this shouldn't be possible..."
"Huh? That... cyberpunk?" Angela recognized the voice.
"You? You... you are that librarian who originally targeted us, but accompanied me after-"
"Wait... you remember me? You're..." Angela responded.
"David Martinez from Santo. "Edgerunner from Night City." The voice revealed.
"It's you! Finally!" Angela is excited.
"Yeah, choom! Hey, librarian, what's up?" David asked.
"It's a long story." Angela replied. "Since you're gone, I got back to my City and stranded in the Outskirts, I went on to redirect my anger at the Head, while helping that General Works guy decides to write a book about the City."
"Help, Director! Help!" Roland fell alongside Angela.
"How's the afterlife, cyberpunk?" Angela asked David.
Then a familiar mecha: silver torso with No Sweat Insurance logo pasted in random (representing the Resistance), left arm in white and gold (representing the Imagined Order), blackened right arm, and bright blue legs (representing the Seven). It's empowered by Imagine Breaker (on right arm) and its extensions, a Golden Cube and the Zero Shard, and the old arm are reengineered as the holder of the Sword of Singularity (taken from the Tilted Ruins and Gunbuster), armors covered by Cube runes (representing the Last Reality), and Chromed joints and head (representing the Morning, and by extension, the Last Reality). Its left arm, in particular, is clearly a miniature version of the Collider attached with the existing left arm (representing the Imagined Order). It's co-powered by said golden Cube (rebooted, and representing the Last Reality) and the Zero Shard (simultaneously representing the Seven, the Resistance, and the Imagined Order), and is mounted with the crystal wings of a Rift Goddess.
The mecha flew alongside the falling Lobotomy-Ruina and System No. XX, all ahead of most.
"What? Mecha... Fusion... Overlord?" Angela recognized the mecha.
"I don't know how it came back, but now I recalibrated and setup, and is currently piloting this machine." Ma is piloting it. "Guess not even that so-called 'Heaven-Piercing Zero Point' in Omni Super Saiyan form would hold against the current threats in the long run anymore, if their ambitions are any indication."
"How did you... and you're hearing me while everyone's falling!?" Angela is shocked.
"The mecha returns, and I like the idea!" David replied. "I could've given you hag a thumb up, but I'm no longer corporeal! I died after Smasher shoot and after the end of that Rift Goddess already!"
"For the latter, you meant the Zerobreaker? She's back, thanks to the Beach's machinations." Ma responded. "For you, we're going to reach critical mass, and then come out to the other timeline. I'll take some of you inside in the process, but here we go!"
"The destination is still there. So at least we're on the right track!" And Angela reaches critical mass.
As everyone passes the critical mass, they are then enlarged back to normal and towards the destination: the micro-rift east to the pure Asteria, growing back to rift the whole packs to place.
"The Great Darkness blessed us by setting the stage for the foundation of the Order of the Pariah. Now we returns the favor." The girl has Evie and Thunder in her cusp. "Starting with these two be consumed by Anti-Life, and give up any meaning of life itself."
"You can't be! I can still send my remaining intelligent spares! And act around-" Brainiac argued.
"We destroyed all your drones, even the spares, and made sure the Beach are steps ahead of all of you." The girl then laughed. "And it's all thanks to the Dark Knight Army Corps.!"
"What? A Laughs... stealing O.M.A.C.?" Brainiac figured it out.
"You figured it out, but you're way too late." The girl then chokes Brainiac. "Brother Eye is out of commission for good. You can't save it anymore. The one who laughs had taken its body away for himself."
"Then O.M.A.C... is gone..." Brainiac struggled.
"Good! Watch those two stripped away the meaning of life from them, and becoming obedient!" The girl gloated. "Anti-Life Is!"
"The Syndicate is now doomed..." Evie then fell into unconsciousness.
