Blitz and Stolas have been together for more than a year in a half, the two act more like an already-married couple than just boyfriends. Within their year of dating, they have gone on a lot of dates, adopted Loona as their daughter, and Blitz even started up I.M.P. with Stolas's help. Blitz met Moxxie in prison in the Greed Ring which is how Moxxie became I.M.P.'s first employee. A month later, they met Millie who offered to babysit Loona and Octavia during one of Stolas and Blitz's dates. Stolas finished filing the divorce with Stella and he gained full custody of Octavia; Stella didn't even care.
Blitz would still go down to the Karaoke Club and Motel to talk with Kara or ask her for advice since he wanted this relationship with Stolas to be stronger than his previous ones. One day, he came into the club, ordered his usual beer, and waited for Kara's performance to finish. When she finished, she walked over to where Blitz was waiting by the bar. "So, Blitz, what is it that you wanted to talk to me about?" Kara asked.
"As you know, Stolas and I have been in a very committed relationship. And I want to take it to the next level." Blitz stated.
He then proceeded to pull out a little velvet box and opened it, inside was a beautiful diamond ring. Kara instantly knew exactly what Blitz was talking about; he was going to propose to Stolas. Kara squealed with excitement and told Blitz to go for it. He wanted to proposal to be big and memorable and grand enough for Stolas to say yes. Kara gave Blitz the address to a restaurant with a balcony where you can get the most amazing view. Blitz thanked Kara for the idea and then left to tell Loona and Octavia the good news. "Go get your happy ending, Blitz," Kara whispered.
When Blitz returned to the mansion, he made sure Stolas wasn't around before he gathered Octavia and Loona into the living room. He told the girls that he was planning to propose to Stolas. Octavia gasped and then looked at Blitz with excitement thinking he was gonna be the bride. Blitz made it clear to the girls that this needed to be kept secret so he could surprise Stolas. He told the girls his whole plan for the big proposal; he got a reservation at the restaurant Kara recommended out on the balcony, ordered champagne for two where Blitz would hide the ring in Stolas's glass, and then at the right moment, Blitz would propose.
The time came for Blitz's big proposal to Stolas; Millie came by to babysit the girls for Stolas and Blitz. Both Blitz and Stolas were all dressed up and ready for their romantic date. The two set out for the restaurant which was both romantic and classy. The hostess led the couple to their reserved table out of the balcony, the table had lit candles and a vase filled with Hell's version of roses in the center. The two sat down at their table, ready for their romantic evening. "Blitz, this place is wonderful. What made you choose should a place?" Stolas asked.
"Oh, a friend recommended this place. Said that it had the best view." Blitz explained.
The date was starting well until Blitz excused himself to the bathroom. He was going to plant the ring on the champagne bottle. However, Blitz started to have doubts in his mind about the proposal. Memories of his failed relationships started to hit him like a ton of bricks; one by one the memories made him have second thoughts. What if he screwed it up like he did before? What if Stolas said no? What if he was a bad husband to Stolas? So many questions and doubts were swirling around inside Blitz's head that he just put the ring back in his pocket and headed back to his table.
Blitz was quiet the rest of the night which worried Stolas. He tried to ask Blitz what was wrong, but Blitz shook it off and just said that he was fine. So, they just continued the date like nothing had happened. They finished up their dinner as they watched the setting sun from the balcony. After the dinner, the two love demons returned home. Blitz figured that the girls were already in bed but when they entered the house, Octavia and Loona were still awake. Octavia ran to Stolas, hugging his legs. "Did you say yes?" she asked.
"Um, Via, dear, what are you talking about?" Stolas asked.
Blitz froze, he tried to tell Octavia to stop but she ended up spilling Blitz's whole plan to propose to him at the dinner. Stolas was blushing up a storm while Blitz looked so embarrassed. Millie took the chance to get Octavia and Loona to bed so Blitz and Stolas could have a moment alone. Stolas and Blitz walked outside to the giant tree, the same tree from when they met as kids. Stolas finally broke the silence, "Is that what you were worried about at the restaurant?" Stolas asked.
Blitz pulled out the ring from his pocket; he sighed before turning away from Stolas. He was too ashamed even to ask the question. "Blitzy, what's wrong?" Stolas asked.
"I feel so stupid." Blitz said, "I wanted us to have a memorable evening, but I fucked it up. Every single time I get close to someone, they just leave. I thought things with you were different, I thought I'd have a chance at happiness. But it's all just fake. No one could ever love someone as messed up as me. I mean, what's there to love about me?"
Tears streamed down Blitz's face as he sat under the tree with his head buried in his arms. Stolas kneeled beside him and then he wrapped his arms around Blitz to give him a loving hug. "Hot-tempered, sneaky, dreadful manners, a good shag, and a very avaricious person…"
"Very funny." Blitz interrupted Stolas.
"Is what I would've said when we first met." Stolas stated, "But now? I see someone worth loving. Never in all my entire centuries of living have I ever met such a beautiful, loyal, and astounding being. You've changed my life. I cannot put into words the things I feel for you, my little imp."
"S-Stolas…" Blitz started to say before Stolas put a finger on his lips to quiet him.
"Blitz, you mean the world to me. I want you here with me until the seven rings collapse." Stolas finished.
Blitz looked up at Stolas as he wiped away his tears. "You still remember when we first met?" Blitz asked.
Stolas smiled, "Always. I saw you at the circus with my father. You tried to make a horse balloon animal and it ended up with no legs. I was the only one who laughed at your joke..." Stolas answered.
"Yeah, then I ended up spending the day with you at your mansion." Blitz finished.
Stolas takes Blitz's hand then he starts to softly sing a little tune.

The two sat down under the tree looking up at the night sky. Blitz finally gathered up the courage then he kneeled to the ground, pulled out the ring, and said, "Stolas, will you marry me?"
"Yes," Stolas said.
Blitz placed the ring on Stolas's finger and then the two shared a romantic kiss.
