It's been a little over a week since the start of the new Grand Prix. The remaining six Riders have returned to their daily lives, be it work, leisure, or writer's block.

John Anderson, otherwise known as Kamen Rider Obsidian is out in the city. He's sitting outside on a park bench with a scratch card in his hand. Using a nickel, he scratches off the chests to find that it's a losing card.

Only slightly bummed, he pulls out another from his pocket and does the same, scratching off the chests to find another dud.

He grumps to himself before pocketing both losing cards into his jacket. "Two for two losses. Not my crowning moment it would seem." He reaches his hand into another pocket and pulls out a lottery ticket, one for the big jackpot tonight. "Let's hope third time lucky."

He puts the ticket away again when he hears a light buzzing coming from his back pocket. He pulls out his Spiderphone to receive a call.

It's Tsumuri on the other end, calling the remaining Riders in the game. "Attention! Attention! All Riders please come in, the next game is about to begin. That's all Riders for the new game."

John can't help but let out a chuckle. "With my lucky streak, let's hope for a simple game like Wrack a Mole, or Freeze Tag." He grabs his satchel from his side and pulls out his Desire Driver. His ID Core is already inserted in the front.

He slaps the Driver onto his stomach. A belt appears around his waist, attaching the Driver to his person. In a game-like flash, John appears on the floating platform in sub-space with the other Riders. During the teleport there, his clothes were exchanged for the DGP uniform all players must wear during the game.

The game is waiting for everyone else to arrive before it can start. So far it's only John, Javier, and Yuto. John walks over to the other two Riders to greet them. "Alright boys, how's it going?"

Yuto doesn't say anything but does politely wave. Javier is the opposite.

"Ah, the big father Rider joins us. I was wondering who'd be the first to arrive here, but alas, I could only manage to get second. But enough of that, are you ready for the big game to begin?"

"I'm always ready. Just hoping it's a game I know how to play."

A hand grabs John by the back of his shoulder, catching his attention. "You'll be alright mate," It's Alex, finally appearing. "Experience is the best teacher. And you've experienced more than the three of us."

"Why does that sound like a back-handed compliment?" John jokes before patting Alex on the back.

"I'd take it regardless if I were you," Akihito's voice calls out behind them. "Players like you probably don't get complimented much."

Alex's good mood immediately turns sour. He's about to say something, but John grabs their shoulder and gets him to back off.

"That's right, dog, be a good boy and," Alex lunges for Akihito after their comment, but John holds him back. Yuto is a little freaked out by their behavior, while Javier is only amused.

"So far, this Grand Prix has been the best club I ever joined," Javier seems to be having the best time.

Élise teleports in last, appearing just behind the others. She brushes the hair from her eyes as she sees everyone standing around.

"Hi...sorry, I hope I didn't keep you all waiting long."

John and Alex just shrug, while Yuto walks up to Élise. "Hi, no we just got here ourselves. The game is just taking a bit to start. It's good to see you again."

"And you, Yuto. Good to see you made it to the next game," she gives him a cute smile, one to melt anyone's heart.

Tsumuri makes her presence known to the Riders, "Hi! Glad to see everyone is here now. We may now begin," she skips the explanation and goes straight into the game.

In another flash of light, the six Riders appear inside what looks like a well-designed, and well-kept mansion in the hills. The majority of the Riders are separated from each other. Alex, Élise, and Yuto appear inside a long stretch of corridor, away from John, Akihito, and Javier.

Yuto looks out one of the windows to find the mansion on the edge of a cliff, surrounded by the ocean. He tries to get a good look at the front, but from their current angle, he can't make it out.

"Let's try a different room. If we can see how much of the map we can explore, it should help solve the game," he turns to Élise, wanting support.

She in turn nods, agreeing with the idea. "Good idea. If we go to another room, we might even find a map. Let's go," she turns to Alex, who just stands there, hands in his pockets, quietly observing the two of them.

Regardless, Yuto takes Élise by the hand and leads her into the next room. Alex follows after them, his eyes glancing out the window every time he passes one to look at the ocean.

The three Riders enter the next room to find a large dining air with a long table with enough chairs on either side of it to house a football team and the managers.

As they enter from one side of the room, the door on the opposite side opens. In works exactly two Jyamato, one dressed as a butler, the other as a maid.

"Jyamato!" Yuto calls out, his voice breaking.

"I've got this!" Alex doesn't wait for permission and comes running, buckles already in hand. He inserts Claws into his Driver as he sprints right for them.

SET!

He's about to transform when John bursts into the room from the side door, and calls out, "STOP! They're docile!"

Alex stops his rampage and turns to see his comrade standing at the door. Looking behind him, he sees Javier and Akihito.

"How can you be so sure?" Yuto asks.

"What he said," Alex backs them up, curious as to why he was stopped.

"I've done this game before. The Jyamato can't attack or harm the players for this game," John is out of breath, having run the rest of the way to the room.

He lets himself into the dining room as more smartly dressed Jyamato characters enter. True to what he says, they don't attack the Riders, nor do they act hostile.

"He's right," Akihito knows of this game also. "This one is going to be a fun one, you'll see."

"Attention Riders!" Tsumuri's voice calls out through the mansion. "Now that you're all together, I can finally explain the game. Welcome to Who's Done It?" The name of the game alone is enough to raise some eyebrows. "For this game, Riders and Jyamato have to solve a murder mystery case!"

There's a moment of silence before Élise speaks up, "And who will be playing those?"

"We will," John casually says with a dire tone. "In this game, the penalty for Riders fighting Riders is removed, meaning we are free to attack one another."

"Exactly! If a Player kills another, they will gain 10,000 points! However, they must keep it a secret until then and not be found out, or else they will be eliminated from the Desire Grand Prix. If they can successfully kill another player, and then get away with it within the 12-hour time limit, they will win the Desire Grand Prix!"

John follows up on Tsumuri's explanation. "And the scoreboard is locked so we can't just cheat that way. We'd need to successfully figure out who the kill is, or else we'd all lose. The Jyamato are mostly decoration, but some of them offer bonuses."

An eery silence comes over the Riders as the realization comes in that they are about to live out a murder mystery with the ultimate prize on the line. With their desires on the line, are they really to paint their hands red for it?
