This will be a Godzilla harem story, featuring Godzilla Junior from "Godzilla vs Gigan Rex" becoming humanized and exploring the mutltivese. This story will feature Gijinka-based Godzilla universes along with other Kaiju based media and potentially some general anime and game worlds.

It's been many years since the change occurred, when his life was brutally taken away only to revive mere hours later. Reborn in a new more powerful body...alone.
Godzilla Junior wasn't the first of his kind but he is the last, the successor to his mighty father. They aren't bound by blood but the bond they shared was genuine until the very end for both of them. A lot of the younger Godzillasaur's life was a blur, hatching in some human settlement and being taken care of by some human woman (it'd been so long that he doesn't remember her face, only her kindness), meeting and being adopted by his immensely bigger father, being imprisoned by an evil doppelganger, losing his home and then losing his life to that demon.
After dying, he woke up much larger and stronger than he'd ever felt before. And yet as he took in this revelation, the monster realized his father is gone forever.
It was soul-crushing but he didn't let that weigh him down for long. His father was fierce and proud, the mighty "King of the Monsters" his father liked to title himself. He was so incredible, so legendary, thus his legacy must be honored. "Junior" was no more, now he was the next "Godzilla".
A quarter of a century has passed with relative ease for the beings of earth, monsters included. The new Godzilla had spent much of the first decade to himself, honing his new-found power and adjusting to his altered body. He'd never had much trouble with humans, not harboring the same hatred his father carried. He'd been taken care of by humans before so they can't all be as bad as they were to the Godzilla before him.
Trouble has been on the rise in more recent years as newer monsters started to rise up, eager to rampage. Godzilla was there to meet all of them and none of them survive his wrath. It's both fulfilling to be such a guardian to the planet, something his father always found a childish notion, yet also disheartening. With the power passed to him, Godzilla's opponents are all so...disappointing.
This new body came with greater battle instincts, the desire to compete and prove his strength. But the power that came with is just too strong, no monster has been able to compete. The biggest challenge was Mothra, who he had battled shortly after she returned from space. A misunderstanding between the two had taken place (she thought he was his rampaging father whilst he assumed she was a destructive monster herself). The battle was brief before the two of them calmed down, but that was also enough to show how much weaker the moth was in comparison to himself.

But as boring as it is, Godzilla still took his role as "king" seriously. Today was no different as strange beings descended from space onto Japan, large bird-like cyborgs who call themselves "Gigan". He gave the humans their chance to fight back but, predictably, they failed to fell even one of the invaders. And so he stepped in.
There are many of them but even they pale to Godzilla's might. Just one Atomic Breath is enough to atomize them, just one stomp on their head pulverizes them. But once those feel, then came their champion.
Gigan Rex.

Larger than its brethren with a red color scheme, Gigan Rex lets out a roar of challenge to Godzilla. With a flick of the alien's arms, their blades extend into saw-toothed whips. They rev up like saws as Gigan Rex flails them towards Godzilla. Raising an eyebrow, Godzilla slaps them away with his hands. As deadly as they seem, they fail to even cut his scaled hide.
But they were merely a distraction, as Godzilla was preoccupied with deflecting the whips, Gigan Rex opened an eye-like crevice on its chest and fired a large yellow laser. Godzilla's eyes widen as it hits his stomach, pushing back into the ground.
Getting back to his feet, he fired a blast of Atomic Breath only for it to be dodged as Gigan Rex leaps over it and flails one its whips once again. Godzilla is prepared though, catching the whip in his hand despite shredding at his scales. With a mighty heave, Godzilla pulls Gigan Rex right into the ground with a loud CRASH. The alien tries to regain its footing only for Godzilla to swing his tail into the monsters side, cracking part of its red shell and sending it flying into a building.
Wasting no more time, Godzilla lets out another Atomic Breath right at his foe. Gigan Rex just barely crosses his bladed arms and blocks the blue beam. It holds its ground against Godzilla's onslaught.
While he continues to fire his breath, Godzilla can't help but find himself impressed in Gigan Rex. Very few monsters have survived a single blast of his Atomic Breath after his rebirth, even less withstanding an extended blast. A chill of excitement raced through his body at the prospect of a worthy opponent.
But in his distraction, he didn't notice a bead on Gigan Rex's head glowing purple. Soon, Godzilla is forced to stop his Atomic Breath as a laser hits the back of his skull. Shaking his head and letting his body cool down from the extended blast, Godzilla looks up and his eyes widen at the sight.
Gigan Rex's reinforcements have arrived, an army of about a dozen smaller Gigans float in the air above the battlefield.

With a cry from their leader, the Gigans all charge towards the Monster King. Their bellies open to reveal giant saws that begin whirring as they approach rapidly. Godzilla tries to blast them with his Atomic Breath but when he tries to aim at one, another shoots a laser and interrupts him. The cycle repeats, lasers pelt his body and prevent Godzilla from firing a counteract. Sometimes one Gigan would be brave enough to fly in and slice a part of his body with their saw, protected as the others continue fire.
Exhausted, Godzilla lets out a cry of pain as they begin to pile on top of his body. Multiples saws cut as hit body, almost threatening to breach his scales and bleed his body. Having no choice, Godzilla begins to tap into his final reserve, the final and greatest gift from his dying father.

Soon, energy floods Godzilla's body as a white glow generates from his dorsal spines and veins of power grow from his chest. A shockwave pushes the Gigans away, giving Godzilla room to open his jaws and let out his strongest attack, the Ultimate Atomic Breath.
White energy burst like a fountain from Godzilla's mouth, flooding the area with bright light. The Gigans try to evade, only for one get hit directly. It explodes in a immense force, destroying miles of the city and overtakes other Gigan trying to escape. With fire raging around the city, Godzilla turns and glares at Gigan Rex, white energy dancing in his irises.
Gigan Rex takes a step back, intimated by the raw power Godzilla displayed with a single attack. It roared in fear and jumped to the air, a red light shining from his forehead. Every other Gigan cry in pain and began to self-destructing, their bodies disassembling and each leaving behind a glowing red core. The orbs fly to Gigan Rex and circle its body, pooling their energy into the alien leader's body. Gigan Rex roars in anger and charges an attack from its chest cavity, firing an intense red beam.
Godzilla doesn't hesitate to retaliate, firing his white Atomic Breath and meeting the beam halfway. At first it's a standstill, both blasts holding in place. Godzilla feels a tinge of annoyance and pumps more power into his attack, causing to quickly overtake the red beam. Gigan Rex only has seconds to cry out in panic before its enveloped by the white beam.
Gigan Rex's body explodes like an atomic bomb, a massive flood of light and the following shockwave overtaking the abandoned city. Godzilla doesn't flinch, letting the shockwave wash over him with little resistance.
He had won...but that's not the end.

Within the crater that was formerly Gigan Rex's body, a hole opens in the air. Godzilla tilts his head in confusion at the oddity. He takes a cautious step forward when a wave of red material bursts from the hole and envelopes him. Godzilla cries out in outrage as he's overtaken in red, shoving his way through the flood.\

Pushing through it, Godzilla finds himself in a strange space, red matter surrounding him like a puddle. Looking around, his eyes widen as he spies another individual standing in the space. Another Godzilla.
This Godzilla is smaller than himself with a stranger body proportion, being more like a theropod dinosaur. There's a white crown of spikes on his head that match their red-veined dorsal spines. This Godzilla's tail is also massive, swinging in the air behind their body.
This strange imposter glares at Godzilla, giving a roar of challenge. Undeterred, Godzilla roars back and charges his normal Atomic Breath. He fires it at the other Godzilla, only for a blue ring to appear and block the beam, absorbing it as it grows brighter.
Godzilla's eyes widened and stops his Atomic Breath, giving time for the other to charge their own Atomic Breath and fire it through the ring. As it passes through, energy pools into the imposter's Atomic Breath and increases its size to surpass both monsters. With a split second reaction, Godzilla quickly charges up and fires his white Ultimate Atomic Breath and halts the attack.
The Monster King holds his ground and keeps firing his white beam in an effort to keep the massive Atomic Breath at bay, having to pump in more power as it keeps inching closer. Godzilla closes his eyes as his body screams from the pain of maintaining the beam, unaware as he accidentally starts to absorb the surrounding red particles into his glowing spines. Red sparks start to coat the Ultimate Atomic Breath, causing the imposter Godzilla to raise an eyebrow.
The red energy surfs through the white beam and makes it to the meeting between the two attacks, building up power before exploding in red light. Both Godzilla's stop their attack as the red explosion envelopes them and pushes them out of the strange space.
The imposter Godzilla growls as it feels itself return from wench it came, the connection to this earth halted by this interference. As for our Godzilla, he roars as his body is hurled away out of the strange space and into a dimensional rift. He can feel a strange sensation in his body as the absorbed material starts to affect him, causing bizarre alterations.
And thus Godzilla finds himself thrust into the multiverse, the adventure begins...
