Prologue: Isekai'd?

It was groggy, the recollection of the night before. As far as she had been concerned, she had passed out after taking her melatonin and reading the newest chapters of Spy x Family. Her current favorite manga. When she awoke in a strange, white room. She glanced around, confused. She clearly remembered NOT being in a completely white, ridiculously bright room.

"Subject 003, please stand up for your routine screening." A voice came through a loudspeaker, she stood up, assuming that this 'Subject 003' was referring to her. She rubbed her eyes, wondering what kind of weird dream this was. A few moments pass, and several scientists march inside. And grab her arm, leading her towards the end of the hall. The halls were white, with the only color deviation being the slight alteration from the walls to the doors. A new child behind each one.

"Subject 003, you know the way." Somehow, inexplicitly she did. She knew exactly which path to take, and where to go.

'I can't wait for this week to be over.' Someone's voice rang in her head, she was shocked but somehow, she knew who it came from. She gulped; this was strange… Different. She grabbed her arm and pinched it. She winced as it had hurt, and that's when it dawned on her. This was not a dream. She felt chills sprawl across her back as she breathes quickened, she watched as the scientists opened the door to a room and lead her inside. She couldn't think, her head was spinning. She didn't understand where she was, or why she suddenly heard someone's thoughts. She walked over and took a seat at the table, the scientists sitting across from her.

"Subject 003, are you able and willing to use your telepathy for the good of the world?" They asked, she couldn't bring herself to say anything, so she sat there quietly. She couldn't understand what was going on, she had two sets of memories. One of her time on Earth, in a normal ordinary world, and this one, where she was experimented on heavily within the confines of this… lab.

"Subject 003, are we going to have to fight to get you to talk once again? This is beginning to be a bit of a hassle." One of the scientists, said. "Smack her." He said, and before she had time to react one of the others in the room had smacked her across the face, leaving a burning sensation on her cheek. This had been a common occurrence in the life. Something she had felt on multiple occasions throughout this life. She lifted her hand to her cheek and stared at the scientists with a blank, almost emotionless expression on her face.

"I… I won't fight, sir." She murmured, looking up at the scientists with the blank expression. And as she said, she did not fight. But as luck would have it, divine intervention, who knows. Something cause the alarm to begin blaring, and the scientists began scrambling about, trying to find out where things went wrong.

"Subject 007 has gone missing again!" The voice over the loudspeaker screeches. "Find her, now!" At this point, things seemed to be eerily similar to a certain manga she had been reading recently.

She stood up, taking the whole room in. Behind her was a large mirror, and she walked up to it in shock. She looked different, she had long flowing dark sapphire hair that stopped at her waist. It was so dark that it rivaled the darkness of the night sky. She leaned in, her eyes were a diamond blue. She had no idea who she was, or where she was. But she knew she had to get out.

"Ah!" She heard a voice squeak, and she turned around. She didn't see anyone at first until she saw two little pink tringles sticking up from the other side of the table.

"007?" She whispered, walking over to the other side of the table, and looking down at the young girl in front of her. She couldn't believe it, when she saw her, that was it. Her blood ran cold, and her stomach began to twist. In front of her was none other than Anya Forger, one of the main characters from the manga she had been reading. Seeing the young girl made her eyes soften, and she ignored the blaring of the lights, and the sounds of all the staff panicking. "It's okay… I won't turn you in…" She said slowly, putting her hand on the girl's shoulder. The girl couldn't be more than three years old at the time, and she couldn't help but wrap her arms around her. "Come on… We need to get out of here… We can't stay here anymore." She said, and slowly stroked the girl's hair as she held her to her chest, slowly opening the door and realizing that nobody was in the hallway, she made a break for it. Running through the halls she desperately began looking for some sort of exit.

"… Exit is…" 007 muttered, trying to explain to 003 where the exit was. This was difficult as the girl had too many thoughts being hurtled at her. 003 took a deep breath, closed her eyes and listened.

'Where is that girl? I need to be careful. If I'm not she may read my mind.'

'I can't believe she escaped again; this is beginning to become a hassle.'

'I can't let them read my mind, if they do, they might find out that there is an exit in the west wing that leads into the woods.'

There it was poor guy didn't know what hit him. 003 began to run in the direction of the west wing, holding the young girl that was clinging to her tightly.

"There she is, she's with 003!" She heard a staff member cry out from down the hallway, and she turned a corner, only to end up face to face with three other scientists.

"Okay, let's calm down… 003, 007… It's time to stop playing this game…" They whispered, trying to get the girls to calm down, especially 003, as she was older and more powerful than the younger child she was holding. She couldn't help but take a defensive stance, she knew what these scientists did. She had actual memories of it, the treatment was much worse than the manga ever explained. It makes sense, they can't put a whole lot of child abuse in a manga for children. Or even adults, most people find child abuse sickening.

"Don't take another step…" She said, glaring towards the scientists, holding onto the small child, ready to fight to protect the girl. She put the girl into her other arm and lifted her hand. "If you do… You won't walk away." She said, threatening the scientists who had begun backing up, that's when a large shadow was cast over her, and her stomach turned. 007, who had been quietly snuggling into her neck let out a terrified squeak.

She turned around, ready to fight whoever was behind her, but before she had a chance to do anything, she felt a syringe prick her neck. She screamed, and used her telekinesis to throw the scientist away, slamming him against the wall. After this, she quickly removes the syringe from her neck and turns around, quickly throwing the scientists that were behind her out of the way, still heading towards the west wing. She can see the exit now, and she smiled as she rapidly approached it. Her bare feet bounded against the floor she could feel her dress as she ran. It was a smooth fabric, much like a hospital gown but it doesn't tie. 007 was wearing the same thing, just a different size.

Once she was out the door she began to feel better, and she began running through the woods. That's when her vision began to blur, and she couldn't see anything. Before she fell, she made a point to turn her body so that she'd be the one who hits the ground, not 007.

"003!" 007's voice rang out for her, but she began to lose consciousness. Everything around her became dark, and she made sure to whisper something before she passed out.

"Wait… for…" she couldn't finish her sentence before she passed out.
