The ninja were being chased by the ghost of Moro, the former pupil of Wu and the master of Wind. Moro was attacking the bounty, desperate to get his hands on Wu's staff. Before Wu and Garmadon had gonna out of the tea shop, the two discovered a hidden message from their father, The First Spinjitzu Master; that's what Moro was after. Moro will not stop until he gets his hands on that staff. "So let me get this straight. You're just telling us now that you had another pupil before us, and now his cursed spirit has possessed Lloyd, all so that he can take your staff?" Jay shouted.

"Bigger issues, Jay!" Tina shouted, dodging Moro's dragon fire.

Unfortunately, the Bounty wasn't very fast which gave Moro a chance to get on board, brandishing his ghost swords right for a fight. Wu needed to make an imprint of the staff quickly before Moro could get his hands on it. Zane told Wu that he and Kai could take him to their quarters while Jay and Cole held Moro off for as long as they could. Tina insisted that she and Garmadon go with him to help in case Moro followed them. Jay complained that wasn't even fair, but Tina glared at him, and he shut his mouth up. The five of them left for the quarters while Jay and Cole fought against Moro.

Hate feeling left out, Nya put the ship on autopilot and then dawned her Samurai X gear. But not even Nya could deal with Moro; he used his powers to short-circuit the Bounty's controls. With the three of them distracted and the ship going out of control, Moro slipped away. Moro managed to catch up with Tina and her group. She told Zane to keep going with Sensei Wu while she, Kai, and Garmadon held Moro off. Wu and Zane ran off to the quarters as the rest began to fight Moro. Kai seemed to have Moro but when the ship turned sharply, he ended up hitting the wall and now he was out cold.

Garamdon tried his best but seeing Moro possessing Lloyd, he lost. Both Tina and Moro started to push each other, neither one backing down. "Your team will fall apart without its green leader," Moro said to Tina.

"Then I'll lead them," Tina said as she pinned Moro to the wall. "And make sure you go down if it's the last thing I do. Wu says you won't give up. Well, neither will I!"

Nya, Cole, and Jay were trying to stabilize the bounty and avoid hitting the mountain. It caused the Bounty to hit the side of the mountain and create a large hole right where Tina and Moro were fighting. Tina ended up grabbing the edge of the wall, trying to prevent herself from getting sucked out of the giant hole. Moro cackled and used his powers to try and blow her out of the hole. Sensei Wu came running with the staff in hand, "You want the staff? Take it!" he said before throwing it out of the hole.

Moro dove after the staff but Tina lost her grip and was about to fall when Zane rushed over and caught her. The ship lost control and they ended up crashing into a forest nearby. By early morning, the Bounty was wrecked and stuck in the trees. "Ok, that was a disaster," Tina stated.

Jay, Cole, and Nya joined the others below deck. "Ah, just, think, if Sensei hadn't gotten rid of the staff, it could've been worse," Jay said, trying to lighten the mood.

"Yeah, but now we don't know the message," Cole stated.

"Not exactly." Wu said, "I managed to make an imprint.

Wu led all of them to the quarters where he had written three symbols in ink on the walls that were on the staff. From what Wu explained, his father told him that he would leave a message, leading him to his final resting place. After the First Spinjitzu Master passed, Wu looked everywhere for the message, unaware that it was in his hand the whole time. Even Garmadon was surprised that Wu didn't think to check their father's staff for the message. This meant that these symbols would lead them to the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master. The only problem was that no one knew what the symbols meant.

"Well, if Moro is trying to find the Tomb, we gotta find it first," Kai stated.

"Maybe Misako can help decipher the clues since she's a total history buff," Cole suggested.

Zane released his falcon to give Misako their location to meet up with them. As the day went by, they set up camp in the forest near the wrecked bounty. As the ninja gathered by the fire with Nya, Garmadon, and Wu, Tina went a little far from the campsite to meditate again. She knew that her visions from before showed that there was something more to Moro than Sensei Wu was letting on. So, without Wu or the others knowing, she used a spell to go into Wu's memories to find any more info on Moro. The spell took Tina into Wu's memory of when he first met Moro years ago before the Serpentine War. She was outside the old monastery up in the mountains.

She saw three young kids digging through the trash to find food when young Wu showed up. Two of them ran off but the third one stayed when Wu offered him some food. Tina took one look at the kid and saw just who that was, Moro. He was a street kid and an orphan just like she was. Wu took Moro in and trained him in the ways of the ninja. He was a perfect student; he did everything that was ever asked of him. Wu showed him things that he had never seen and in return, Moro showed Wu things that he hadn't seen. When Wu discovered that Moro had an elemental power over the wind, he thought that Moro could have been the Green Ninja.

But after Wu had told Moro that he could be the Green Ninja, something changed in him, an arrogant hunger that was unmatched. Tina was pulled into a memory of when Moro walked into Wu's room. The golden weapons were lying on the floor in a circle in front of Wu as he was holding the Green Ninja Gi. Moro stepped inside the circle of weapons, waiting for something to happen. But nothing happened, that let Wu know that Moro wasn't the Green Ninja. He begged that he'd train hard and learn more lessons to prove that he was the Green Ninja. But Wu just said that destiny had spoken.

The anger in Moro turned to rage as he ripped off the door shouting that he refused to listen. "I am the Green Ninja! You made me believe!" Young Moro shouted at Wu before running out of the room.

A small part of Tina felt a little bad for Moro; being told you're one thing and then learning it's all a fiction, hurts. She saw more of Wu's memories of when Moro had become obsessed with proving him wrong about destiny. Moro became reckless, thinking that he was invincible. But you can't teach those who would not listen. After the last stunt, Moro packed a bag and told Wu that he would find the Tomb of the Fist Spinjitzu Master to prove he was worthy. When he left the monastery, Wu left the gate open for Moro in hopes that he would return. But he never came back; Tina saw an expression on Wu's face, the broken heart of a parent.

After seeing the memories, Tina used her magic to bring herself back to reality. She joined the others by the fire as Wu was telling them that to free Lloyd and return their powers, they needed to find the tomb before Moro did or else unspeakable power would curse us all. "Heh, just another day in Ninjago, am I right?" Jay said as a joke.

"This is different. Lloyd is at stake." Kai spoke up.

"But how can we compete against the Green Ninja? He's more powerful than all four of us combined." Cole stated.

Tina cleared her throat, "You mean the five of us? And that was before you lost your powers." she clarified. "But it's like Sensei said. Our real power doesn't come from our hands, it comes from inside here. This is Lloyd we're talking about. This is one mission we cannot fail."

The next morning, Misako had shown up to help figure out the symbols. Almost everyone was up and eating breakfast, minus Kai who was still asleep. But he did get a wake-up call from a Walloper that licked his face. Misako hadn't figured out the last two symbols, but she did figure out the first symbol which meant Airjitzu. Airjitzu was a lost martial art created by Sensei Yang, who passed away years ago. If mastered, it allows a Master of Spinjitzu to temporarily take flight. Wu explained that the Scroll of Airjitzu was well-guarded in the ancient Library of Domu. But Zane accessed his records which revealed that the scroll was recently stolen from the library.

"Ah, let me guess. Ronan." Cole spoke.

"Who's Ronan?" Tina and Nya both asked at the same time.

"Let's just say, he's not a friend," Kai said.

"But this is good news," Jay said.

"And how is this good?" Tina asked.

"Argh, 'cause if Moro doesn't know this, he'll be heading to the library," Jay answered.

"And Ronan's most likely holed up in the village of Stiix, which gives us a head start." Cole finished.

The ninja agreed to head out for the village Stiix while Wu stated that he, Misako, Garmadon, Tina, and Nya would head back to the Tea Shop and start deciphering the next clues. Nya wanted to go with them, but Wu stated that she was sitting this one out. When Tina asked why she wasn't going with the ninja, Wu just said that he needed her for something before she could join the ninja in Stiix. As the ninja set out for Stiix on the back of Wallopers and with Kai leading them, the others headed back to the Tea Shop. Thankfully the Bounty was repaired so the others had it back to the tea shop which was still a mess after the fight with Moro.

Nya started to pick up the shop a bit until Garmadon whispered to Wu saying that he needed to tell Nya something. Wu stated that she wasn't ready, but Garmadon reminded him that he waited this long to tell them about Moro. At least until, Misako spoke up "Nya, dear, we didn't exactly hold you back to care for the shop."

"Really? Then why?" Nya asked.

Garmadon nudged Wu and insisted that he tell Nya the truth. "There's something I haven't told you about your parents." Wu began to say.

"Ah, you can save it." Nya said as she continued to pick up the boxes of tea leaves, "Kai already told me that Chen dangled that carrot too. We looked into it, and we know our father used to be a Master of Fire. Not exactly mind-shattering."

"But did you know your mother was the Master of Water?" Garamdon spoke up.

Nya turned around to face them. "I, I didn't know that. You mean..."

"Yes. As Kai took on the traits of your father to become a Fire Ninja, for the sake of saving Ninjago, you must train to become the Master of Water." Wu stated.

Nya shook her head in disbelief, she had doubts that she even had elemental powers. But suddenly, Tina walked over to Nya and took her hands. "Nya, they are telling the truth. And I knew also. When I first met you, I felt a faint vibe deep inside you. Shortly after, I sensed your elemental dragon. Sensei's telling the truth. You are an Elemental Master." Tina explained.

The next thing Tina knew, Nya had fainted from shock. "You're right. She wasn't ready." Garmadon said to Wu.

"If that's all, I think I'll catch up with the boys at Stiix," Tina stated.

Wu permitted Tina to join the ninja at Stiix. She shifted into her dragon form and then flew to Stiix.
