Fight of the Two Newspaper Clubs

Laphicet and Velvet are seen walking together through the school path as they have just got back to Yokai Academy after their summer break, Laphicet said goodbye to his parents and his three new girlfriends even though they don't know about him being part monster and going to a monster school.

"Man, it sure is good to be back, huh?" Laphicet smiled.

"I don't know, I never like going to school much. Too boring." Velvet commented.

"And yet, here you are." Laphicet smiled with a little chuckle.

"I wonder how Tsukune and the others are doing? Bet they had lots of fun in the human human." Laphicet guessed.

"Or maybe some of the girls were fighting over Tsukune again, like they always have." Velvet pointed out the things they sometimes do the most.

"Yeah, it's like some comedy running gag." Laphicet commented.

"Oh, I think I see Tsukune and Moka right now!" Laphicet informed as he can see the two friends up ahead.

"Not again!" Tsukune screamed and Moka bites on his neck to suck some of his blood again.

"And there she goes again, sucking up Tsukune's blood until he looks like a deflated whoopie cushion." Velvet sighed. She swears, Moka needs to get better control of her hunger.

"It can't exactly be helped since she's a vampire and all." Laphicet pointed out, but he didn't mind because everyone, whether they're monsters or humans, has their own unique things that make them special.

"Hey, Tsukune! Moka!" Laphicet called out to them.

"Oh, it's Laphicet, and Velvet too." Tsukune noticed them coming.

"Hey, did you guys have a great summer?" Moka asked.

Laphicet and Velvet walk up to the two and soon later, the rest of the gang gather together with some cuddling up onto Tsukune and Magilou is trying to be very close to Laphicet, but Velvet and Eleanor, who came over to greet them, pushes her away.

Laphicet: The second term of our first year has started and I can already tell things are going to get better than ever before! I just hope nothing bad or serious happens.

(Newspaper Clubroom)

The members of the Newspaper Club have started printing out lots of papers for the newest issue, the group gotten like about the giant sunflower field they went to and first met Ruby too.

"Wow, the papers are coming along nicely." Laphicet smiled.

"Our first edition of the Yokai Gazette since summer break end, we don't waste a second, do we?" Tsukune asked.

"Everything sure is coming along nicely." Yukari nodded.

"I think the real highlight is the feature article on the latest fashions in the human world. The girls on the campus will love it!" Moka looked forward to this.

"Uh-huh, of course, they will, and that's because I wrote it! I also had a little help from Velvet showed me that picture of the tanned girl she and Laphicet met during summer break." Kurumu bragged.

"Can I see that?" Tuskune took the newspaper from Moka and became shocked upon seeing the picture of Ellen.

"A dark tan and lose socks?" Tuskune shocked.

"Ellen and her family were originally from America, so she got her skin color like that throughout the years trying to match her mom's natural dark skin color." Velvet explained.

"I still can't believe you actually let Kurumu use that picture." Laphicet said to his girlfriend.

"She wouldn't stop bothering me about if I had anything good about girls with dark skin color, so I just gave her one picture of Ellen to shut her up." Velvet explained.

"I hope your friend doesn't mind if we use a picture of her. Just look at all the content we have. I'm really impressed with this latest issue!" Tsukune smiled, feeling like they're achieving good with this.

"I'm sure she won't mind." Laphicet said. Thinking that Ellen would be okay with having the spotlight consider she likes to get some attentions on herself.

"Yeah, I like it too. Hey, Tsukune." Mizore smiled, appearing right behind him.

"H-Hi, Mizore." Tsukune spooked from her sudden appearance.

"Oh hey, Mizore is here." Magilou said a little lazy with a grin.

"You totally meant to do that." Yukari saw through her big sister.

"C'mon, at this point, we know each other well enough, Tsukune. So, from now on, why don't you just refer to me as "your little snow bunny"?" Mizore smiled with her cheeks blushing which surprises Tsukune.

"Oh my, Mizore is dead serious about Tsukune being his destined partner." Magilou chuckled.

"Just like with Kurumu and your little sister." Velvet sighed.

"So, Laphicet… Have you thought about helping me with some potions mixing? It'll be a lot of fun." Magilou leaned onto Laphicet with her finger on his chest making him blush.

"Will you knock it off!" Velvet forced the witch girl away from her boyfriend.

"(There's no way I'm letting this witch bitch be in the harem!)" Velvet thought won't let this woman be very clingy to Laphicet.

"Hey! If you're done, we still have tons of copies to print up, so let's get moving, you guys!" Kurumu yelled which surprises some of the group.

"That was unexpected." Velvet said.

"Yeah, you're really worked up about this." Mizore agreed.

"Of course, I am! It's because…" Kurumu grabbed Tsukune's arm and pulled him in closer. "It was put together by me and Tsukune! Right?" She proclaimed.

"Now that's not quite true, Kurumu! You know it was a group effort." Moka reminded the Succubus girl.

"Yeah, we deserve some of the credit too." Magilou nodded.

"Magilou, you barely did anything." Velvet pointed out, making Magilou wink with her tongue sticking out.

"You know. At first, I thought you guys were just a clique, and a weird one at that, but then…" Mizore paused as she was sharing some of her feelings on what she thought about this club and everyone here.

"Then what?" Tsukune asked.

"Are you opening up to having more friends?" Laphicet asked.

"You could say that. I thought this Newspaper Club wasn't half bad." Mizore said.

"Even Gin?" Laphicet asked.

"That pervert is on the low bar, but not very low." Mizore answered.

"I figured as much." Laphicet said with a sweatdrop.

"Anyway, we better hurry and hand these newspapers out before class start." Laphicet suggested, about time they get back to doing the job of the club.

"Good idea, let's get going." Tsukune agreed.

Then suddenly, almost like it was her cue, Eleanor comes in with a worried look on her face.

"Oh good, you guys haven't gone out yet." Eleanor relieved to see them still here.

"Hello President Hitsujikai! Is there anything you need from us?" Moka greeted.

"I'm afraid it's actually something I inform you right now, better come with me." Eleanor gestured to them to follow her.

This confuses the members of the Newspaper Club as they wonder if what the Student Council President so worried about to show them something.

(Outside)

What the Newspaper Club saw something shocking, the other students are reading newspapers that weren't even from their club and it looks like the other newspapers that has more colors and a picture of a girl wearing a cute bikini on the front cover.

"Okay, I'm at a lost here." Velvet said.

"Where did those newspapers come from?" Laphicet asked.

"Apparently, they're from this new "Super Newspaper Club" that just started yesterday." Eleanor answered.

"What? The Super Newspaper Club? What kind of crap is that?" Kurumu angered from this.

"I'm not really sure myself. I only found out about this today, and they've been approved as an official club too." Eleanor said.

"Well, let's see what's their deal is!" Kurumu grabbed Eleanor's hand dragging her to meet this Super Newspaper Club.

"Should we be worried?" Laphicet asked.

"She got Eleanor with her, so there won't be any violence. Yet." Magilou assured.

Kurumu could not believe this nonsense is happening today right when they got back from summer vacation and their issue was about to draw people's attention, she is going to make those jerks rue the day they ever mess with her and the Newspaper Club.

"Hey, we got some beef with you bitches!" Kurumu yelled, getting the Super Newspaper Club's attention.

"Sorry about her. We were hoping to speak with your president." Eleanor said calmly.

"I was wondering when I can meet the news of yesterday." A girl with long purple hair and matching eyes walked up to them.

"My name is Keito, the Super Newspaper Club President." Keito introduced herself.

"And what the fuck is your deal with making another newspaper club when there's already one in school?" Kurumu demanded with rage in her eyes.

"Well, your little newspaper was so unbelievably boring. So, we decided to create our own newspaper, one that'll make everyone forget about you." Keito explained with a mocking grin.

"Like Hell that'll work! Our newspapers are awesome because two of our members befriended a human girl to take a picture with them and have her picture in the newspaper!" Kurumu bragged with a little anger.

"Okay, that maybe something we can't top, but that doesn't mean people will read your papers." Keito smirked.

"Oh yeah, we'll see about that!" Kurumu accepted that as a challenge.

But that proven to be hurtful and most of the students find the Newspaper Club's paper to be boring because they don't have any colors, and the sunflowers are boring, and the tanned girl is the only thing that is interesting.

"Well, we still gave away a few papers." Laphicet said.

"Yeah, but that's still a sad scene for us." Magilou said, not liking that girl one bit and moving over to Eleanor.

"Hey Eleanor, doesn't that Keito girl look awfully familiar?" Magilou asked, whispering to her.

"Now that you mention it, she does give off a strange and bad feeling from just being near her almost like I felt it before." Eleanor agreed.

"Magilou, would you mind trying to see if you can find out more about Keito?" Eleanor requested.

"You got it, and I might know just the guy who could help me." Magilou smirked, thinking of a certain wolf guy who may help her with this investigation.

(Teacher Longue)

"Okay teach, would you mind telling us about how this Super Newspaper got approved in the first place?" Velvet asked with a fierce glare.

"Meow! I'm sorry! I only just learned about those guys myself yesterday." Shizuka said, a little scared of the angry Velvet.

"Wait, how is that you only learned about this new club today when our teacher learned about it yesterday?" Yukari asked Eleanor.

"I was helping mom and Kamoana settle in when we got back from the human world, and we were watching a movie." Eleanor explained.

"Still though, would the school really allow two different Newspaper Clubs to exist?" Tsukune asked.

"No, they won't…" Shizuka said with a worried tone that got her students to be concern and curious.

"You see… It turns out the plan is to keep the club that's most popular and scrap the one that's not." Shizuka revealed that's going to happen right now.

"No way!" Tsukune shocked as the others are.

"You can't be serious!" Yukari gasped.

"I'm not sure if that's a good idea, but I have a bad feeling that other Newspaper Club would love to take us down like we're bugs." Laphicet worried with Velvet putting a hand on his shoulder.

"Fine then, bring it on." Kurumu said.

"What do you mean by that?" Tsukune asked.

"It's between us in the Newspaper Club and those upstarts in the Super Newspaper Club. This is about who's more popular, so let's show those jerks who's number one!" Kurumu determined with the fire burning his soul.

"Wait a minute, we shouldn't be making big decisions like this yet." Laphicet said.

"He's right; we've gotta talk to Gin before we can do anything! He is our club president, after all!" Moka pointed out.

"Who gives a crap what that perv thinks! I bet you anything that he's off with a camera right now peeping on girls again!" Kurumu said angrily, not wanting to have that stupid pervert president involve either.

"Come on, you should at least give Gin a chance. He might surprise us." Laphicet defend the werewolf boy.

"Yeah right." Kurumu pouted.

(With Gin)

Kurumu really hit the nail on Gin because he is indeed using his camera to peek at girls while they are changing out of their clothes and about to get naked, but the curtain closes just when the show was getting good.

"Oh man, that suck." Gin complained a bit.

"Oh good, looks like you're available." Magilou said, floating down to him from behind.

"Oh shit! Magilou! What the Hell are you doing here?" Gin gasped.

"If you had bother to have been with us, you would have known about this other new newspaper club is trying to run us out." Magilou informed.

"Wait, another newspaper club? When did that happen?" Gin asked, surprise to hear about another newspaper club happening.

"Yep, but there is something about their leader that seems off." Magilou said, and then she spotted something from a far distance.

"Oh, and it looks like we may have our answer now." Magilou forced Gin down and aim his camera to see Keito and her group walking in the hallway.

"Oh, she's a hottie." Gin complimented with a grin.

Magilou and Gin watch Keito go towards a door and walk in, and then their eyes widen upon seeing the room sign above saying "Security Committee" on it.

"I see, so that's why that girl felt familiar. She's part of that group." Magilou said as she stood up.

"You gotta be fucking me right now. Not them again…" Gin cursed.

"Better go inform Eleanor about this, the time for war against them is upon us." Magilou walked away.

"Hold on! You're not seriously thinking about fighting them again, not after what they did to us last year! I already told you to drop it!" Gin stated worried and frustrated of what she is thinking right now.

"Sorry Gin, but I'm afraid that is unavoidable at this point." Magilou stated.

"But worry not, we still have hope. With them by our sides, we'll find the courage and strength to finally be rid of the Security Committee once and for all." Magilou believed strongly.

"Why the Hell are you going out of your way to fight those guys? Why even believe that Tsukune and Laphicet will make a difference than what happened to us last year?" Gin asked, still not seeing the big picture here.

"I guess you could say I'm not the one who likes losing, and those boys might surprise you in a way." Magilou grinned.

"In any case, I need to inform Eleanor about this and plan our own move." Magilou said before leaving the rooftop.

"Damn it… Things are only going to get worse from here. I just know it." Gin cursed.

(With the Newspaper Club)

"Whoa, who are these babes?" One guy asked.

"We're Yokai Academy's…" Yukari started off.

"…Newspaper Club! Ya-hoo-hoo!" Kurumu said with a cute smile.

"Here to give you some exciting news." Velvet said with an angry glare.

The reason for Velvet being so angry is because she along with Kurumu and Yukari are wearing cute and slightly revealing maid outfits, with Velvet's outfit being red. And this kind of sight is getting the boys here feeling excited for this.

"And you never want to miss out on a single exciting issue of our Yokai Gazette! Go you, gentlemen." Kurumu said as she and the other girls held out some newspapers to them.

"Um, hey Kurumu… I feel incredibly embarrassed wearing this outfit." Yukari said blushing.

"I'm more about regretting about wearing this stupid thing! I can't believe you talked me into this!" Velvet angered.

"Just please bear it, you two. We need to do whatever it takes to get these droolers, I mean readers, to love our paper better. So, suck it up and do it for the club." Kurumu whispered to them.

"Okay, I'll try…" Yukari tried to brace herself.

"I still say it's a stupid idea." Velvet said.

"Come now, boys. And if you're interested, you might even get an up-close of how our lovely Velvet shows how she likes to rough things up." Kurumu gestured to Velvet.

Velvet didn't want to go through with it but couldn't back down now. She took out a whip from behind and snap it onto the floor that spooks the boys and have the whip wraps onto her breasts which ends up exciting the boys very much.

"(Kurumu, one of these days I'm going to make you pay for this!)" Velvet thought planned revenge on that damn Succubus.

KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!

It looks like the Newspaper Club has a new rival that also wants to give out papers only looking a little better than the old one, but the club is not going to give up that easily even though Gin is against the idea as the club will learn the darkness of this school.
