"Whew, made it just in time! I hope I'm not too late for class." A handsome teenage boy says while panting a bit as he stared at his new school. Not only was he rather excited, one could say he was anxious if his body language was any indication. The handsome boy was a 5'6-feet-tall, 15-year-old teenager with emerald green eyes, brushed-back blonde hair that is swept to the right, rosy ting on his cheeks, a small nose, and the tip of his ears, a sharp chiseled chin, fair skin, a slightly muscular lean built, and his outfit consist of a white buttoned-down shirt with an upturned collar and sleeves rolled up above his elbow, which he keeps unbuttoned as, underneath it, he wears a black shirt with five horizontal stripes around the chest, which are colored from top to bottom: yellow/olive green/bright green/dark green/periwinkle, blue jeans, and orange sneakers. "Wow...so this is school." The boy says with a small smile on his face as he couldn't wait for his first day of school...well, any school for that matter since he was home-schooled for all of his life. His train of thought was interrupted as a silver car pulled up to him, and he groans. His father's assistant Natalie was a bit too effective at her job.
"Adrien, please reconsider! You know what your father wants!" Natalie yells while coming out of the car as she marched up to him. The woman is a 5'8-feet-tall, looked to be in her early or maybe mid-thirties with bluebell eyes, black hair with a streak on the left side of her head that was dyed red and her hair was tied up in a bun, an average-sized nose, a sharp chin, pale skin, a slim hourglass figure, very pale blue eye-shadow, and her outfit consisted of a pair of black/red stripped framed glasses, round creamy-white earrings, a black dress jacket with a red turtle sweater underneath, black pants, and black medium-heel shoes. When she was working as her employer's assistant in the industry of fashion she was usually taking care of his son or the mansion.
"This is what I wanna do!" Adrien says as he was about to run into school when suddenly he saw an old man trying to get up from the ground as he reached for his cane, but couldn't muster up the strength to do it as many people walked right past him, not helping the old man at all as Adrien, without thinking, ran over to the old man's side as he helped him up to his feet. "Thank you, young man." The elder says gratefully as Adrien smiles at him, not noticing the old man placing a Miraculous Box in his backpack as the boy tries to go back to school, but his bodyguard stops him. Adrien's bodyguard is a 6'4-feet-tall older man, about his forties with dark blue eyes, black hair that as light gray sideburns on the sides of his head, no eyebrows, and his outfit consisting of a dark bluish-gray dress suit with a light bluish-gray sweater underneath the jacket, and dark bluish-gray dress shoes. Due to his stature, he was simply known as Gorilla.
"I just want to go to school like everybody else. What's so wrong with that?" Adrien asked as Natalie gave him a subtle, sympathetic look while Gorilla looks indifferent. "Please don't tell my father about all this." The blonde-haired boy pleaded as they got into the car and drove off. "And then there were two." Wang Fu says with a smile on his face as he stood up straight and walked away.
Being the son of the famed Gabriel Agreste and something of a model himself, Adrien should have really expected he'd be mobbed with requests for autographs. Being homeschooled of course left the boy rather naïve to social situations and many things out there in the real world.
The only saving grace was when his childhood friend Chloe showed up and acting as something of a shield from the mob. Though he was unaware of the reason why people shied away from his fellow blonde.
"This is your seat, Adrikins. I saved it for you. Right in front of me!" Adrien nodded his head towards her, "Thanks, Chloé." Sitting down he turned towards the boy next to him with his headphones on and a disinterested expression. The boy was not only tall with short dark brown hair, but also had dark skin and moderate orange eyes.
He was wearing a plain red cap, uses black-rimmed glasses, and his outfit consisted of a vivid azure t-shirt with an eye design on the front involving a black pupil, white sclera, a dark gray upper eyelid with lashes, and a light blue lower lid and a pair of jeans with a brown belt and white high collar shoes with a white knight design on the tongues.
"Uh… Hey! I'm Adrien." He reached out his hand towards him, garnering the boy's attention as he took off his headphones, sizing him up. "A friend of Chloe's huh?"
"Well, we did grow up together." Adrien shrugged.
"Yup, we're practically inseparable." Chloé butted in with a smug grin on her face. "After all, poor Adrikins has no idea how normal schools run." She remarked taking her seat behind them next to Sabrina.
"Hey, Chloé that's Marinette's seat." Nino finished lamely as upon thinking about it he did not want to be added to Chloe's hit list.
"Who cares, it's not like she's here to claim it." she replied snappily with her nose up turned.
Adrien turned towards Nino with curiosity, "Who's Marinette?"
"She's been out a few days because she got caught in the rain storm that hit a few days ago."
"That's terrible!"
"Yeah. Seems to be a magnet for bad luck. She's a cool chick more or less though. "
After spending several days out due to illness, Marinette was finally returning to school. Maybe training first thing early in the morning after being drenched in the rain the previous night had been a poor idea. The result had been her getting sick and missing a few days of school. Either way she had been bouncing with excitement. Surely after what happened this would be the turning point in her pursuit of Naruto.
And there was nothing that could ruin the mood.
Wait a minute. Why was there a body in her seat? At her desk? And why did it had to be her?
Her long-time tormentor too. The girl with long honey blonde hair pulled into a ponytail, her face which was small and round with a pink blush on her cheeks. Her ocean-blue eyes which were covered in light blue-shadow glare down at him as her plump lips curved into a self-assured, confident, bordering on an arrogant smirk. As for accessories, she has a gold chain necklace, with a gold sphere charm, and white-rimmed sunglasses on her head. She wears a sparkly canary yellow bolero over a white shirt with black stripes around the chest running down to the bottom of the waist. The rest of her outfit includes white jean capris with a golden belt that has pyramid-shaped bumps and white dress shoes adorned with white bows with black lining and soles. No, the reason was that the right in front of her was Chloe Bourgeois, the bane of her life.
"C-Chloe you're in my seat!" Surely now that she was a superherione or at least one in training that meant she had to be courageous now.
"Not anymore Du-pain-Chang," A new voice drew Marinette's attention. A short girl with chin-length orange hair styled in a bob, sea-green eyes gave a smug grin as she wore a purple and blue vest over a white long-sleeved shirt, bright blue shorts and brown leggings, a pair of glasses over her eyes. This is Sabrina Raincomprix, Chloe's "best/only friend".
"So why don't you go sit by new girl over there?" Chloe suggested pointing out a new student that Marinette hasn't met before. "I need this spot to be by my dear Adrien when he returns!"
Said boy had left for the bathroom before the class could start.
"Who's Adrien?" Her question only seems to make Chloe laugh, "You don't know? I would've thought you knew considering who your "idol" is." She mocked Marinette who frowned in response to that.
"Sad isn't it?" Sabrina gave a nod of agreement.
"Adrien is a famous model, who happens to adores me and is my best friend and hopefully soon to be more."
'I don't know whether to feel sorry for this guy or not."
She thought to herself. But still, there is something about that name that sounds so very familiar. 'Wait, Adrian? As in Adrien Agreste, the son of Gabriel Agreste!' God, she was so stupid not to catch that sooner.
"So why don't you go and buzz off loser! Last thing I need is for a klutz like you to do something and ruin his first day."
Marinette wanted to say something, but she knew that there be no point, as he knows there was one certainty in life. Chloe, through whatever method was possible, would get what she want. It was almost as certain as Death and Taxes.
Despite searching high and low, finding the holder of Nooroo proved to be a fruitless effort. Whoever it was seemed to be sticking to the shadows for the time being which meant there wasn't much he could do at the current time.
Returning to school he assumed his regular cool-headed city he adopted since he came to this city.
Though when he approached the class he picked up animosity and he was already sure who was the source of it.
Though what caught him off guard was the sight of a clearly Marinette bolting from the classroom. Not too long after a girl with reddish-brown ombre hair and creole heritage followed after her.
That was the new girl, the Martiniquan Alya if he was correct.
When he entered the room he saw some blond pretty boy he didn't recognize arguing with Chloe. "That wasn't cool Chloe. She could have been hurt."
"Adrikins! Trust me Dupain-Cheng is always tripping over her feet. She's fine!" Chloe dismissed, playing off the cruel joke while trying to maintain a façade of innocence to her crush.
"I'm going to go apologize! You should too next time you see her." He left the room.
'Hurt?' That was one thing he lingered on for the scope of the event that played before him. And he wasn't going to let that go.
He turned to one of the students that was sat down next to him. A short boy with turquoise eyes, and face length messy ginger hair that consisted of long bangs that were brushed to the left side of his face. "Nathaniel. Explain."
The red t-shirt wearing boy was caught off guard. The Ice prince wasn't known to converse with the peasants. The look in his eye was all he needed to know, that being noncompliant was not an option so he spilled everything.
And that was all he needed to learn. It was time he and miss Bourgeios had a little talk.
Unknown to the blond this brief lapse into his emotions would lead to a situation he felt he could have prevented. He was unaware that currently the first of many citizens were about to be affected.
A teenager that stood several inches above six feet tall with dark spring Budish gray eyes, short black hair except for a tuft of long dyed blonde hair above his forehead, a big nose, light skin, a large and bulky build, and his outfit consists of a black t-shirt with a white design of two crossing bones printed on the chest, black slacks with large belt loops, and large pockets, along with white socks and khaki-colored work boots. His name is Ivan Bruel.
And he had anger issues. Anger that was currently brought on by a teasing message he received from his classmate Kim. Normally he could take the taunts from the athlete but this time was too far.
Anger that was being sought out by an ethereal purple butterfly symbol. "I can feel your anger. You tire of those who treat you like a fool! And you wish for the strength to get back at those who wrong you! I can give you that power! Arise Stoneheart!"
The dark whispers prayed upon Ivan's anger and insecurity, and he gave in.
Ivan's body glowed with dark energy, and soon enough, Ivan had transformed into a ten foot tall golem creature that was a mishmash of grayish blacks and golden black rocks.
Adrien knew it had been too good to be true. Of course his father would have another minder he didn't know about to keep abreast of things. One more loyal to a paycheck than having an empathetic heart. It took the man little effort to talk his way around the school staff and drag Adrien back to the manor.
Back to having to being home school.
No peers.
No friends.
"Give me a minute, would you, Nathalie?" A man says while walking into the room as Nathalie nods. Like the night waves of the ocean crashing upon the shores of a stormy night, the chill of dread washed over Adrien's body. The young man slowly looks up to meet the stern face of his father causing him to flinch and look back down.
Gabriel Agreste was a tall man in his early forties with pale light grayish cerulean eyes, combed-back light blond hair, a big nose, a sharp chin, fair skin with a rosy tint, a very tall lean muscular build, and his outfit consists of a pair of black-framed silver glasses, a very pale yellow dress jacket, a silver vest with red buttons with a white dress shirt underneath, a red-and-white striped tie, on his middle finger was a silver band ring, red dress pants, and white shoes.
A famous fashion designer born here in France, primarily known across Paris and other major cities of their country his name has even reached fashion scenes and circles internationally.
"You are NOT going to school. I already told you."
"Bu father-,"
"Everything you need is right here where I can keep an eye on you. I will not have you outside in that dangerous world." Despite the fact he did not raise his voice Adrien could feel the anger reverberating from the man.
"It's not dangerous, Father! I'm always stuck in here by myself. Why can't I go to school and make friends just like everyone else?"
"Because you are not like everyone else!" He snapped. "You are my son and we shall not speak anymore of this!"
With nothing left to say, Gabriel left the room as Nathalie gave a concerned look to Adrien and saw the blank look on his face.
"We can pick up in a few hours if you have-," Natalie didn't have time to finish her sentence as Adrien runs to his room. Angrily he tossed his bag onto the bed and collapsed on his bed as angry tears began to shed.
He wished his mother was still here. He would listen to her.
In fact, if she was still here, he wouldn't have changed.
As he shuffled on his bed he took notice of a strange box on his bed.
"W-what's this?" His curiosity getting the better of him he picked up and opened it.
The last thing Marinette had expected for the day was to make a new friend. One that was funnily enough majorly into superheroes.
Did that mean Fate was real or something?
That realm of thought was soon interrupted as devastation began to occur coming from where the administrative section of their school. To their shock and surprise a massive golem creature burst out and began wrecking everything in sight. "Kim!" The creature roared, a mix of human and that of gravely wheezing utterance.
"What's going? That monster has Ivan's voice." Marinette says, clearly confused by the situation as Alya's face brightens.
"It's as if he's been transformed into a real-life supervillain! How cool is that?" Alya says as Marinette gave her a bewildered look.
"We have to get out of here!" Marinette ushered her.
"And miss this opportunity! I have to get coverage on that supervillain. See you tomorrow!" Alya says before running off to chase after Stoneheart.
"Alya wait!" Marinette screamed as she reached out after the exuberant girl but it was too late. She had to do something before it was too late. Thankfully the monster's rampage was sending people off frightened and screaming so no one paid her any mind as she ducked into an ally.
"Tiki! SPOTS ON!"
