Garou's adeptitude into utilising other's abilities has carried him throughout every single one of his battles. His versatile quirk, which, could be comparable to that of All For One's, has allowed him to access the usage of various quirks, adding more to his varying battle strategies.

Now Garou...

was given an amplifier to his already existing quirk. Tailored to his mind, is the knowledge of all behaviours of the universe's forces.

...

"All-Life Eradiaction Fist," Garou's fist glinted with cosmic radiance, as he propelled himself forward, his fist aimed at Yagi, "NUCLEAR FISSION!"

The eruption that ensued envelopes the both of them, subsequently forming several spherical burst of flame that spreads throughout the air like a rampant moss.

As the explosion subsided, and yet again in another fit of attacks, Yagi remained unscathed, although with some complications..

"You..." Yagi looked at his shredded outfit, "What the hell?! Do you even know how much does it cost for someone to patch this outfit up?!"

"You're worried about your outfit, even in an intense clash of fists such as this one. Do you know that I can see through every single one of your moves completely, All Might?" Garou said

"There you go again, spouting some bad guy lines right before he gets instantly stomped..." Yagi sighed. When will this end? The guy can't even seen to drop the act. At this rate, his childish play-pretend is bordering into endangering the people around him.

Maybe he's gotta put a stop to this, and the talk he was planning could wait.

How can he even talk someone so thick-headed out of this, anyway?

"You still won't take me seriously..." Garou lamented, as he began to say, "In martial arts, there are secret techniques called 'Shakkei' that borrows the nature of power from a different essence by imitating their line of movements... Though, I call them modes, which sounds cooler."

Huh...

Is he going to do what I think he's going to do?

Then, it dawned on him that his assumption was utterly correct.

"For example.. how's this sounds..." Garou's facial stars began to morph into something entirely different, something eerily similar.

"Mode: All Might."

"W- What the hell?!" Yagi shrieked in slight panic. The guy just...copied his face?

And not only his face, apparently.

"Consecutive Normal Punches."

He's copying his power as well.

Yagi retaliated with his own 'Consecutive Normal Punches', as their fists began to clash against each other, creating a shockwave that destroyed a large portion of the landscape beneath them.

When their clashes ended, both of them hit each other straight in their cheeks, sending each of them collectively tumbling down into the solid floor in a violent crash.

Damn...

Yagi stood up, his eyes gazing on the rising form of the Human Monster..

...

That guy really has some issues with plagiarism.

Izuku reluctantly stepped, feeling something in his guts that something terrible would happen. He tried to digress, but that alluring feeling lingers on his thought, and it urged him to go back, back to his Sensei.

Why is he worrying about him that much? He's stronger than Izuku is. Massively stronger. And yet, what is this..feeling?

They haven't found an intact train station for the past few minutes..Maybe they should go back..

"Metal Bat-san...we should go back." Izuku insisted.

"What is this about, this time?" Metal Bat sighed, "You want to go back so someone can prepare a death casket for ya?"

"No," Izuku shook his head, "Sensei.. he's.."

"He's what?" Metal Bat raised his brow.

"I'm worried."

"Seriously?" Metal Bat let out a half-hearted chuckle, "Him? You're worried about the guy who punched straight through a beam that could've destroyed the entire country with minimal effort years ago...that same guy?"

"I know he's strong, but I just.." Izuku clutches his heart, "Something feels different this time."

"Kid, don't sweat it. Yagi wouldn't want you to get worried sick over him." Metal Bat's arm slouched forward, "He's strong, stronger than anyone I've ever met, don't you forget that."

"I get that!" Izuku looked down as he clawed his face in distress, "I just...I just.."

"Calm down." Metal Bat shifted closer to Izuku, feeling his heartbeat going haywire as he put his hand on the kid's vein, "Just breathe, okay? Nothing bad is going to happen to your Sensei. He's fine. He can handle whatever it is those Monster Association guys could throw at him."

Izuku's breathing subsided gradually, his harsh heartbeat plummeting, submerged in the warmth of the older hero's comfort..

"You really care about the guy, do you..?" Metal Bat's lips bent upwards in a pleasant way, "I get it. I've been worried about him multiple times back in the day. It's futile. Every time I think he's going to die, time to time, I get proven wrong, and when I do, he came back with that indifferent, unconcerned expression that he'd always exuded. It's become more frustrating than worrying at this point."

Before Izuku could respond, an explosion, akin to that of a gamma ray burst, emerged in the sky with a burst of energy that went both ways.

Izuku knew the form of that blast.

He'd always studied it in his spare time. The Gamma Ray Burst. Something that could destroy entire planets and disperse them of their means of protection from the sun's deadly ultraviolet rays.

Sensei..

He could be..

"No.."

"What the fuck is that?!" Metal Bat yelled in bewilderment, "Midoriya-"

Izuku was already gone with a trail of wind breezing backwards.

...

"Oh fuck."

...

Garou landed on the ground, recovering from the initial blast that he released, exuberating in his apparent triumph.

Or perhaps, Yagi is temporarily preoccupied in trying to find his way back here.

Either way,

it doesn't matter.

He has time to plan his next movement, and, in the worst scenario that Yagi does return, he already has his leverage.

That brat, whoever he was, the one with the green curly hair. He's bound to return soon. He's sure about it.

He landed on the ground with a ceremonious crash, standing over the multitudes of heroes, top and low ranked alike, with his cosmic radiation growing brighter and brighter as he approached them by, branching insidiously, threatening to devour the heroes in it's toxic embrace.

They feared him.

They loathed him.

Good.

That's what he'd always aimed for. For his name to instill terror into the hearts of every living beings, and his influence rampantly altering the mindset of the wicked.

The era of reconciliation is nigh. Humanity will change. Soon enough. Every...every discrimination will be wiped clean, like a blank slate.

He'd strike the blow for the little guys. He will enact a world of utopia, where no one should fear one another, harmony will be enforced.

Follow the voice of your heart.

The cost of such a crusade..

It will rob him of everything that's essential to being a human. Would he be willing to leave everything behind?

Denki...

Would he?

...

I'll never see him again.

That's...how it should be, anyway.

For his sake, as well.

"Garou!" The familiar voice of his old mentor rang in his ears. His eyes darted to the desperate form of his former master.

"A monster did something to you, did it...?" Bang said, his wary expression never subsiding, "You..you look..different..?"

"On the contrary, old man, everything I've gained up until this point is a result of my own effort. No external forces involved." Garou objected, "I'm in control of my own conscience."

...

Garou was about to reach the hand of what appears to be his surrogate father..

Only to slap it away, "You're dumber than you look, imbecile. The guy's been dead for years, no way he could appear out of nowhere, especially now."

Only for his body to be strained down by a surge of energy coursing through his veins, immobilising him momentarily.

"Even if you slapped my hand away, you did just barely touch it." The figure sneered.

"The hell..you think guising yourself as my deadbeat dad's enough for you to fiddle me around like a damn plaything?! The fuck did you do to me?!" Garou demanded.

"I've only amplified your quirk into a marginal amount." The figure said, "Now you are granted access to the knowledge of every forces in the universe."

"Quirks? So you can grant quirks now?!" Garou yelled.

"Quirks are an extension I provided that could act as an obstacle for one to break their limiters." The figure said as he walked forward, "If, utilised and honed properly, it could be a source of power that's beneficial for the stability of the universe, and yet...he was able to break his, despite the further limitations I've implemented.. A relapse in my calculations... Quirkless people, they are truly something else."

"And now you want me to clear up your mess?" Garou asked, his brow raised.

Instead of answering directly, "I shall make you my avatar. As for what you will do with the power I granted you...you already know that fully well." The figure dissipated into the air.

...

"From here and out..." Garou daringly approached the heroes, "Everything I do is out of my own free will."

Every heroes that stood, including Bang, began to bleed out of their noses.

Huh..

What caused their bodies to react in such a way?

However, Bang was one of the only ones who remained sturdy, "As I thought, you're being controlled..I can sense something evil within you..and it's influencing you to an extreme degree..your mind's being warped and.."

"Damn you.." Bang clenched his fists, "Give back Garou...!"

"Did something clog your ears, old man? I--"

"I would happily concur with Silverfang-san's statement." A mysterious voice cut through their conversation, and as they tilted their head towards the mysterious person..

"Blast." Garou uttered the name, "So you're still alive even after a century."

Silverfang, however, didn't budge from his position, regardless if there's a literal walking corpse standing besides him or not.

"That, I am. Although, we could get into the gritty details for later...You, my friend, are being controlled by God." Blast said the name with such an urgency..

That not even Garou himself knew the severity or the threat that this supposed figure poses.

"What did you say...?" Bang asked, intrigued, yet wary at the same time.

"God...?"

"You couldn't tell by the divine nature of the "Power" you were given?" Blast crossed his arms, "Any attacks you unleash will put every living organism in this planet in jeopardy. Does that correlate with what your actual goals are..?"

"Divine power?"

"He may have said that it was something else, entirely, but he's lying. The power you posses, the longer you keep it, the more dangerous it becomes. Humans can't tolerate the cosmic radiation that you emit, and with you being around, earth will inevitably be reduced into a dead planet." Blast formed a spherical energy in his hands, "Now, if you've accepted the reality of the situation, let me lead you into another dimension so we can discuss this."

...

"Ha...ha!" Garou put his hands on his hips, "Divine power, they don't sound bad at all! Think about it, just me being around means death. I'm finally getting to be the symbol of terror I've always wanted to be."

"Don't be foolish..." Bang uttered.

However, Blast stayed silent. He knew it wouldn't be that easy to persuade this man.

Then...

A curved line went past them before they could even detect it, and it went straight towards Garou, barreling into his chest.

"M- Midoriya?!" Bang screamed the name, "What are you doin-?!"

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO SENSEI?!" Izuku screamed, his voice latching in desperation, pushing against the stoic monster with all his strength.

Garou's eyes perked with the malicious intent to emotionally manipulate the brat while he still can...

"If you're so eager to see the radiation infested corpse of your beloved master, I can lead you the way." Garou's lips curled delectably.

"Y- You..." Midoriya took a step back, tears gushed out of his eyes as he processed the shocking information provided, "You killed..."

"He was weak. Weaker than I've anticipated..I could say that he didn't live up to his namesake. 'One Punch Hero', was it?" Garou's throat rallied into a devious laughter, "Now, would you be kind enough to step your filthy foot away, or do I have to dispose of you as well?"

Izuku's heart swelled, shattered into multiple pieces. His fingers trembled, the liquid gushing out of his eyes obstructed his line of sight. He couldn't see anything, couldn't hear anything.

All that's flashing in his mind, is the battered corpse of his Sensei, soaked in defiled dirt, stranded amongst the ruined city...

He didn't deserve that fate...

Sensei...

Sensei...

Please...

Izuku fell to the ground, choking on his own sobs, putting his hands on the ground.

SENSEI!

I'M SORRY!

I'M SO SORRY!

Suddenly, a hand grabbed him by the collarbone.

"You're being noisy." Garou exclaimed, infuriated.

"That's quite enough!" Blast formed a spherical energy with both his palm, before shooting it towards Garou, who evaded upwardly in response, while still gripping the boy within his grasp.

"Force transfer? What a lame attack.."

A circle gate was formed overhead, and as he rushed himself into it unknowingly,

Blast appeared right besides him, lunging with an attack of his own, his fist encapsulated in black energy, "Gravity Knuckle!"

Garou loosened his grip on Midoriya as he was being sent catapulting away into the air. As he recovered, "Hmph, I see how it is."

"NUCLEAR FISSION, GRAVITY KNUCKLE!" Garou delivered a barrage of attacks that forced Blast to form hyperspace gates in every direction in order to redirect the attacks back to the atmosphere, forcing him back.

"Ugh!" Blast stumbled backwards as he saw that Garou was still resilient enough to fight back, "The rate we're going right now...I can't keep fighting back. Soon, the energy released will overwhelm the planet."

"I see now. You're not reverred as the 'Strongest Hero of All Generations' for nothing...although, for now, you're not even worth my attention." Garou said as he approached Midoriya, who was still riling with shock, as if he was immobilised and couldn't think to do anything.

That bastard still hasn't given it his all, I reckon.. Garou lifted the boy, gripping his hair tight enough. But the gesture didn't budge Midoriya a bit.

Right now, if I copy and refine his full power, I can win...

And to draw out the fullest extent of his strength...!

As he pulled his fist back, he aimed for the chest, to rip that filthy heart straight out of it. So he can boast, mentally torment that guy for thinking he was always one step ahead of him.

"NO! STOP!" Blast tried to stop him, but it was too late.

Not this time.

The reality dawned on Midoriya this time. He was going to die. The last thought that crossed his fragile, crumbling mind was...

Sensei-

Excruciating pain throbbed in his chest..He resisted the urge to scream. Garou had pushed his fist, digging through the greenett's chest deep enough to reach the area where his heart resided...

And he tore it out without a single hint of hesitation..

He let the corpse slump into the dry floor, blood puddling above it's lifeless vessel. Midoriya's lifeless pupils began to deflate, his eyelids finally settling down as the energy was drained out of him.

The thunder crackled, as a jet-black droplet of water dripped into the ground, gradually increasing it's intensity as it formed a puddle of water below.

...

...

Standing on the horizon, was Yagi Toshinori himself. The toxic, rainy substance glammered outwardly from his facial features, streaming into the collar of his outfit.

His eyes landed on the bloody, and battered corpse of his one and only pupil..

He stayed silent. Kept his mouth sealed. He didn't know what to think. How to react. How to process.

His heart swelled in an eerily silent manner, his exterior began to crumble into rage as the rain began to intensify even more.

"Aren't you a bit late?" Garou taunted.

"Wait... you're the guy from before!" Blast then warned him, "Don't get any closer!"

He looked for any hint of movements from all the remaining heroes, only to find naught, Bang in particular..

However..

Bang was already laying on the ground, unclear whether he's dead or not. And so was everyone else.

Their lifeless body laid above the puddling floor, soaking their respective costumes.

Garou tossed Midoriya's heart into Yagi's direction, "Here ya go."

Yagi caught the heart beneath his palm, clutching it with a loving grip, as his fist began to tremble. The crimson liquid dripped from the very edge of his glove..

Tip

How did this...

Tip

Ever happened?

Tip

If only he was a tad bit faster, then...

TIP!

His whole body trembled, giving in to the shrouding despair. It felt like he was about to fall. The only remaining ignited light in his life...

Forever extinguished.

It's happening again.

That feeling of loss that he had felt before.

It's resurfacing, re-emerging, like a dormant beast crawling itself out of it's cage, yearning to be freed.

The rage. The contempt. The grief. The ever-growing desire to just let loose and devastate everything, uncaring of the outcome.

A trickle of tear swam itself down through his nose, but his expression, oh, his expression...

Despite the visibility of his tear, his expression glammered the opposite emotion. Eyes stretched wide into every direction, a death glare that pierced through Garou's soul.

But then..

His eyes shifted to the floor below, littered with fragments, blood, toxic substances, all of them, adorning the dry, tainted ground with it's appalling outlook.

The blood.

Especially the blood.

"Izuku..." Yagi uttered the name in a shaky voice..

...

"I mean, it's amazing how you always make yourself sure to arrive on time, with all that 'fraudulence' facade that you're putting on, beneath that, you really take your job very seriously." Izuku's smile widened ear to ear, his heart filled with awe, "I guess that's a hero for you."

Yagi picked his ear, before replying, "Eh, no, you got all that wrong..."

...

I always arrive too late.

"Do I really have..." Yagi's voice trembled, actively suppressing the raging storm whirling inside, "...a hero's intuition...?"

The silence was ghastly, as if the universe was solemnly in disagreement with his question.

He didn't have a hero's intuition. He wasn't a hero. He was undeserving of Midoriya Izuku. He was undeserving of...everything in general.

"Sure... doesn't seem like it." Yagi concluded, his fists clenched tighter than it has ever before, steam emitting out of it.

Killer Move.

Serious Series.

Yagi stomped forward, the ground cracking at the force of his foot alone, propelling himself forward in a drunken rage.

His fist cocked back, his left hand still clutching to whatever remains of his disciple, closing the distance between them both at an inhumane speed, a speed that could outpace the perception of the average naked eye,

SERIOUS SMASH!

...

"Mode: All Might."

Garou charged forward, his fist vibrant with power and absolute strength. Their fists threatened to clash with each other, "SERIOUS SMASH!"

Encapsulated by the severety of the combatants respective emitted energy, Blast was filled with dread on what would happen should their fists ever collide with each other.

"T- this energy?! This is bad!

THE EARTH WILL BE SHATTERED!"
