...
A streak of energy sparkled in every direction, seeking to devour the ground from which it emanated. Blast clamped both of his fists into each other, forming a swirling infinity symbol that casted a gate that encircled both Yagi and Garou.
As their fists clashed, the gate, just in time, transported the three of them into the exosphere, the energy exuded formed an all-consuming amalgated energy.
"Gah!?" Blast grunted, his body violently hurling backwards at the mere shockwave of the exerted energy by the two combatants.
"The gate can't handle that much energy!" Blast spoke, "I can't give it enough distance!"
Blast lifted both of his arms once again, clenching it tightly to at least try to redirect the destructive energy away, "No matter what, I've got to somehow manage to redirect the vector of the destructive energy away from the earth!"
A silhoutte of a person came from his rear side, intrigue written all over his eyes as he observed the violent skirmish between the two seemingly godlike beings, "Seems we've underestimated earth."
Another two followed along, "To think that another hero besides you could handle one imbued with so much divine energy.."
"Just who is he?"
"Y- you guys!" Blast called after them, relieved that his allies were still there to aid him.
"We'll lend you a hand." The three of them collectively radiated a vibrant energy from their palms as the means to redirect the clash of energy away to avert the destruction of the earth.
And so they did.
Their efforts proved to be not futile, as the shockwave was condensed into one singular matter, before bursting outwardly away from the earth's proximity, growing wider as it reached the outer layers of the Solar System.
In that instance..
Every eyes in the observable universe were showered by the luminiscent explosion from various clusters of stars, shaping a massive bootes void among the remaining ones.
A smaller line hurled itself away from the burst of energy, the inertia kept their acceleration steady until it reached the realm of the outer planets.
"What happened to those two?"
"Were they knocked away?"
"With that kind of energy..who knows how far they could've flown from the inital recoil."
...
It didn't feel like a minute has passed when he felt his body collide into something solid. He couldn't see anything when he flew, it's as if light itself couldn't reach his eyes by the rate of velocity he was going with.
Garou stood up, the fog around him obscured his line of sight, until it cleared, and when it did..
Yagi was standing above a ground that was higher than the one he was standing in.
And he could feel the indignation exhibited by the hero.
...
Wait a minute...
Garou took a note on the humongous celestial body covering most of the sky.
A celestial body that he knew very well.
N- no way.. that couldn't be..Jupiter?!
"Where are we?" Yagi said in a tone that wasn't familiar in Garou's ear, "What the hell happened? I'm getting a feeling of deja vu here..."
Garou saw that the hero was still holding onto the heart that he tossed away earlier.
Why?
"Ah...not like it matters," Yagi's gaze moved onto Garou, his baring eyes sunken into Garou's own like a piercing weapon, penumbra obstructing half of his almost unreadable facial expression, "At least this way, I can let loose at full power...against a guy that can stand up."
Yagi tried to slip Midoriya's heart right into the entrance above his collar, near the zipper of his jumpsuit, but..
Uh oh... It'll just fall right off if my outfit gets blown away...
Yagi clenched his fist, holding onto the heart like dear life,
I better keep a tight grip on it.
This time around...he won't ever, ever, ever, let go.
I'm sorry.
"Hey, All Might," Garou cut into his trail of thoughts, "Know what? Pretty sure we got stranded on one of Jupiter's moon. No idea how this happened, but we gotta find a way back, and fast-"
"Shut the fuck up." Yagi's voice came out like a sinking ship, "That can come after I beat the shit out of you."
He brought his fist to the front, clenching it tightly, "Bring it on. One hand is all I need for you."
Garou's composure wavered a little at the shift in tone in his voice, but he didn't let it bother him for longer. He knew better than to expect this. After all, this was the whole point.
"Is that so, then?" Garou used his finger to form a circle gate below Yagi, "Later I guess."
But in an unexpected turns of events..
Yagi seems to exhibit enough latent power to simply kick the portal away casually, as if he was playing a game of soccer.
"Eh..."
He quickly vanished into a blur, before reappearing back right in front of Garou with a quick right jab that left a large portion of the landscape around them in tatters, sending Garou off with a velocity fast enough to escape the gravity of the moon.
Garou formed a gate in front of his trajectory fast enough so he wouldn't get lost in the vast abyss of space, reappearing at Yagi's rear with his fist aimed at the back of his temple..
Yagi quickly grabbed the immaterial object, shifting it upwards, deviating Garou's fist's path, before hitting him square in the torso, as he slid across the land with his head facing against the dirt.
"Forget your little tricks and come at me with your fists," Yagi clenched his fist, "Martial arts don't involve throwing portals around and having a tantrum fit, don't they?"
He can grab hyperspace gates?
Garou stood up, dust kicking off his rock solid assimilated shell, "Tricks? I have absorbed every techniques known to man from every martial arts schools,"He simultaneously spoke as he sprinted around Yagi at a speed no average man can perceive.
"Using every single one of these in synergy," Garou's feeble attempt to distort the hero's perception of the battlefield failed miserably, as he threw another left punch aimed from Yagi's behind, who evaded the attack, "THAT IS MY FIST!"
Garou formed a hyperspace gate from every directions, entering through it at an innumane speed, surrounding Yagi as he does so.
Then, before Yagi could realise it, he was already heading straight towards him from the front side, the glow in his fist branching outwardly, radiating it's poisonous essence.
Garou launched a barrage of attacks towards Yagi, who seems to be enduring through them all with no problem.
Yagi decided to retaliate, throwing a fist of his own, to which, Garou responded by deflecting it away, "Water Stream Rock Smashing,"
He walloped Yagi in the chest, releasing a propelling force that sent Yagi flying away violently, "Exploding Heart Release," followed by a swift motion of his claw.
This action alone stripped Yagi off of his clothes, the ki exhibited by Garou ripped apart the last remaining parts of his outfit into shreds.
Drawing the cosmic power from within him, he leaped forward, with his fist glowing in the bright glow of the nuclear essence stockpiled inside his knuckles, "NUCLEAR FISSION, GRAVITY KNUCKLE!"
In advance, a nuclear eruption unfurled across the empty floor of the natural satellite, creating an enlarged crate that extends from miles upon miles.
A black, hollow point formed in the middle of the fog, sucking all the smoke around it, before subsequently popping out of existence.
"I can let loose a barrage of ever-changing attacks from every directions. With my fists, timing is irrelevant. They are absolutely unavoidable." Garou gloated to seemingly no one.
After all, he hadn't seen a sign that Yagi is still alive. Could it be-?
"Even I can do something like that."
Ah...
Yagi appears to have his entire body exposed, his outfit withering in the air. What remains of his belongings, is his left glove, and Midoriya's heart resting soundly on it's gentle grasp.
...
His right hand sunken into the surface of the moon, gripping it tightly, broadening the range of his grip into two opposite directions, creating a splitting line that extends to almost the other side of the moon.
Killer Move.
Serious Series.
Yagi's arm vehemently raised, and along with it, an avalanche of rocks and debris alike plunged into the moon's thin atmosphere, the terrain forming into a landslide on a planetary scale.
Serious Table Flip.
Wait... I've seen this before...!?
Ferociously swarming forward, the remains of the grounds overwhelmed Garou's footings, bringing him along with the rest of the broken debris's.
"S- Shit! C- can't even tell which way's up!" Garou frantically tried to used his senses to locate himself from within all the chaos, only to be met with a futile result.
It was no use.
It felt like he was in a cage, being played by a child.
..
So that's how it is then. He'd always been laughably below that man's level. A strength that he couldn't hope to amount to anything.
But it wouldn't hurt to try, right?
Yagi hopped between one debris into another, surrounding Garou at a speed that left an imprint of his afterimages from every direction.
Killer Move.
Serious Series.
Yagi leaped from every direction, each of his afterimages respectively pulled their fists back,
Omni-Directional Serious Smash!
"A- afterimages?!"
In a last ditch effort to escape his ensnared position, he formed a hyperspace gate below him, "Shit!"
Just as he was about to escape to the hyperspace gate below,
Yagi was already below there with his fist cocked, eyes sunken and the features of his face almost invisible.
So, that 'omni-directional' bit was literal...
From the impact of his sturdy fist, Garou was sent bouncing away into multiple debris. Yagi began the onslaught, as he persists to bounce along with Garou, his trajectory constantly following the path where Garou's airborne body were bouncing, hitting him each time he got close, the acceleration alone was enough to form a constellation around the devastated moon.
"Focus for a moment!" Garou tried to calm the turmoil inside him, "All he's doing right now is showing off his abnormal level of strength by darting back and forth between the debris...should I ever reach the peak of all the scattered rocks, it would do him well if he's careful with his moves..."
Garou formed a hyperspace gate and entered through it, "Now, on to the top!"
"T- the surface?!" Garou yelped as his head was lodged into the ground.
He landed on the surface. His sense of coordination is being warped and disrupted. He couldn't even tell if he was heading to the surface, or if it was the other way around.
Dammit! T- this man...He isn't human..I refuse to believe it!
"DAMN YOU!" Garou leaped from the surface, his fist jolting with increasingly intensified power. All that was for naught, as Yagi appeared in a blur in front of him, striking him once again,
Serious Smash!
Garou was left with no other options.
This guy is insane... he's strong! Limitlessly strong!
His face slowly morphed into Yagi's own, preparing to come up with his own counter measure, "If that's the case, then I'll have to copy his strength limitlessly, until I overwhelm him and win!"
Both of them threw their fists at each other, each of the attacks colliding against their cheeks with equal force.
Yagi jerked his head back to it's original position, throwing another punch, seemingly unharmed.
He ducked under the incoming fist thrown by Yagi, subsequently doing an uppercut that hit him straight in his jawline...
Yagi quickly returned to his regular position, the penumbra cast over his face hiding the expression he emitted,
"W- what?!"
Yagi swung another one of his fist, the collision alone caused some of the assimilated shells on Garou's body to sustain a minor crack that spreads from his chest to his neck.
Propelled away, Garou made a circular motion in the air that halts his body from being sent even further away, landing on another rock. He bent his knee, using his leg power to leap forward, soaring amidst the scattered moon rocks, careful enough to not crash himself into any of them as he kept his acceleration steady, using the momentum to increase the output of the strength behind his glowing fist.
As he closed the gap between them both, Garou used a hyperspace gate to appear right at his backside. But Yagi was quick enough to turn around and swung his fist forward.
The impact alone rippled the shockwave through every direction, sending Garou hurling away into deep space among the jumbled rocks, floating above the charred core of the moon.
The odds were stacked against him. The ace in the hole that he thought he could exploit to his advantage...
It was dispensed in front of the absolute manifestation of power standing right in front of his very eyes.
The shells in his left forearm were ruptured significantly at the force behind the man's fist alone.
How could he ever hope to amount to anything at all, if he couldn't overcome the massive obstacle masquerading in the form of a gloating hero?
Was it always meant to end this way? For the monster to eventually lose against the main hero?
Garou never relented. Even at the face of certain death, which is, the most likely outcome of this whole conflict..
But even so, Garou was never the type to back down. He'll find a way. He always do. He'd conquered death multiple times.
Nothing can stop him. Nothing can ever truly end hi-
"What's wrong?" Yagi appeared right behind him, "Caught a cold feet already?"
"You!" Garou twisted his hips, sliding his left feed backwards and pushing his fist into Yagi's general direction.
Yagi moved his head to the side, barely missing the fist by an inch. He wrapped his arms around Garou's own, before bending his hip to throw Garou away into the opposite direction.
Garou used the hyperspace gate to bring himself back to the battlefield, reappearing behind Yagi with another attempt at a surprise attack.
He flipped over, aiming his feet at Yagi's shoulder.
Yagi responded with an attack of his own, both attacks affected the other, while the former remained unharmed.
Garou were sent flying away at the opposite direction. He tentatively formed another circular gate that led to Yagi's proximity, swinging his claw to the side.
Yagi leaped upwards, using the debris above to propel himself to where Garou was standing, chopping him into the ground with enough strength to keep him at bay.
Garou's face was buried deep beneath the dirt, only one of his eyes peeking at the figure of Yagi standing above him.
"Is that it? You said you were going to copy me when I'm serious to surpass me...Go ahead. Isn't that the whole point of this?" That question alone seemed to set something off inside Garou.
The ground erupted, as Garou retaliated against Yagi at a speed that almost matched him. A colourful line danced among the scattered moon remains, forming a constellation that shot itself from one direction to another, as multiple shockwaves followed.
As per usual, Garou ended up being the one at the receiving end of the opposing fist.
I- I don't get it... I'm countering him with just as much power!? I can't keep up!?
No...
Violently hurling through multiple rocks, his body instinctively spun around elegantly across the abyss with the inertia, he recovered as he used the last rock as a propelling platform, heading straight towards the looming sight of Yagi with his fist pulled back.
However, Yagi evaded the attack just in time, before countering him with a punch of his own, hitting him square in his cheek with a force beyond measure,
His attacks hit even harder the more I copy him?!
His senses dilated, as he hopped between one point into another, trying to keep his cool head in the game. A battlefield such as this one is inadequate. He hardly had any proper ground to stand in, let alone to coordinate his moves.
This was Yagi's playground, his area of expertise. The way he hopped between one debris into another with such precision and highly coordinated movements.
One hit after another, Garou could feel the force reeling through his body, his strength and undying spirit beginning to fade with each strike.
An average person would accept the sheer hopelessness of the situation.
The skirmish between them raged on, as the scattered rocks were sent plunging away by the shockwaves produced along.
Both of them plunged themselves from in-between the rocks, sprinting relentlessly, until their paths crossed each other, the respective assailants pulled their fists collectively, with the former landing a successful hit and the latter missing him by an inch.
I'm getting left behind in the dust?!
Yagi tailed from behind, following the trace of dust caused by the departure of Garou's feet from every debris.
Ducking right under another incoming attack, Garou used the borrowed power in his disposals to land another strike at Yagi's ribcage, only for it to bear no satisfying outcome.
Yagi was still unscratched, even after all the assaults he conducted, the attacks he had delivered...
Was this situation as hopeless as it seemed to be?
I gotta strategize. This guy..no...one of these punches is bound to kill me if I'm not careful enough! It's like as if his body was adapting to the threat presented in front of it...was it because of the consequential upsurge in his emotional state? If so...then it was all for nothing, then?!
The tension elevated as Yagi appeared in a straight blur, his fist moving like a speeding lightning towards Garou.
In that instance..
As he took the hit head on..
The shockwave that travelled behind him scattered throughout the surface of Jupiter, blowing most of the gases into the outer atmosphere, exposing the core residing deep within.
As he was sent plunging away amidst the dissolving gases, panic and utter terror seeped into his trail of thoughts, all the remaining rationality that were left in him disintegrating,
T- This is insane! What the hell is this monster?!
A being like him... shouldn't be allowed to roam free around the earth!
His lips curled as he recovered in the middle of the inertia pushing his body away throughout the deep space.
I guess the same could be applied to me.
Yagi was still following after him, the inertia kept the consistency of his flight path in a straight motion.
Garou squinted his eyes, and saw the most prominent light source of the Solar System,
The Sun!
He scanned the faraway objects that were in his line of sight. It reached Mars.
Yes! If the Earth is in my range of vision, then-
Yagi was already in front of him, disrupting the process as he was pummeled with another incoming fist yet again.
Instinctively, he formed a portal from his behind, causing the both of them to enter through it, and landed on a strange, barren planet. The skies were painted red, and the temperature raised significantly.
Yagi landed in front of the human monster with Midoriya's heart still intact in his hold, towering above the laying form of the villain.
The dust fell off the broken shells of Garou's monster form, as he gradually stood up from his place, "You...and your tendencies to mess up everything..now we're yet again left stranded on another foreign planet."
"We're much closer to earth than you think if you paid attention to your science classes," Yagi exclaimed, "Additionally, I'm not done with you yet."
"So, are we going to keep this up until the either of us lose oxygen and suffocate?" Garou wiped the crimson liquid from the area near his lips.
"Depends on what you define as 'suffocating'. I can inhale the air around just fine. What about you? Can't the Absolute Evil handle a little toxic air?"
"Again with the cheap taunts," Garou stood up, taking a step forward, "..but I digress. It looks like you're managing the inhospitable environment in space just fine. I should've expected that from a man of your caliber."
Yagi's feet moved forward, each of them mobilising as the distance between them plummets. His gaze fixated on Garou, his pupils dilating.
Garou took a slight step back, bracing himself.
Yagi halted himself when he was close enough, his gaze still fixed on Garou.
...
Before he could know it, he was hit straight in the face, sending him tumbling down through the planet's deeper interior.
He digged past the underground, going against the current, until he reached the surface, eroding it in the process as he was suspended in the air.
"A surprise attack, reall-?!"
A blur hurled itself towards him. He could feel the knuckle grazing his deteriorating shells, as Yagi relentlessly hulled the human monster past several mountains, fracturing several of them, leaving behind a gaping hole.
Yagi took Garou by the feet, violently spinning him around as they fell, before throwing him into the ground. Yagi crash landed into the barren floor, as he saw the battered form of the human monster beneath him.
It was pathetic, least to say.
"Get the fuck up," Yagi said the words with a display of high disdain, his feet touching the floor with a violent gesture, "Should I make you instead? I don't have all day."
"...hmph..." Garou barely could keep his strength as his feet bent upwards, upholding his position, hands each balled into a fist tightly. His eyes landed on the heart in Yagi's palm.
He tried to retaliate, but Yagi already beat him to it, hulling his fist straight through his skull, sending him tumbling into the ground violently.
Such display of savagery...
"Is that all you have to offer?" Yagi taunted, "I expected more. This was the whole point, was it?"
Garou didn't answer, or even so much as let out a grunt.
He kept his lips sealed.
...
"WAS IT?!"
Yagi forced the monster to stand on his feet by grabbing him by the head, pulling him straight up, "Stand up." Yagi said, "Hit me."
Garou blinked, as he tried to land another hit, with barely any strength behind his attack.
Yagi moved before the fist could land, hitting him straight in the ribcage.
Before the attack could send him catapulting away into god knows where, Yagi already has his hold on him, pulling him into his distance, "Try again."
"I don't...see what you're trying to-"
"I said, try," Yagi gripped him in the head, forcing him against his knee, forming an enlarged crack in his jawline, "AGAIN!"
Garou stumbled back, his energy depleting as he struggled to stand up.
The hero pummeled the monster into the ground, then rammed his head against the floor repeatedly.
Blood began to seep out of the gaps in his cracked shells.
The persisting pain was indescribable, but it's not like he could escape out of this hero's grasp..
He could barely breathe...
Shit...
He's...
He's drifting away.
Then, Yagi halted himself from lashing out even further. He stood up, his eyes lingered on the ground, as his eyelids closed.
"...fuck.." He cursed under his breath. He took a deep breathe in and out..
"This is pointless." He mouthed out, not audible enough for Garou to pick up on his words.
...
"...Are you done?" Garou said in a tone that indicates that he...conceded, "That's it. This is the end of the road. Aren't you going to kill me?"
Yagi snorted, looking at the sky, "I'm done."
"So you're not killing me, then?"
"No."
"Why?"
"I promised that kid that I'd stop you, not kill you." He laughed bitterly, added with a little whisper, "And I almost didn't keep my words, might I add."
"Even after all of this, you're still concerned about that brat?" Garou asked with a scorning smirk, regardless of the physical toll weighing on his very being.
"Anyone would honor a dying kid's wish, would they?" Yagi said in a cold tone, his gaze never leaving the sky, "What you'd do from this point onward is up to you. I don't care. Just don't keep this play pretend going. Not only did it cost me, it also cost almost everyone's lives back in earth."
"...did you say, 'a dying kid's wish'?"
"Of course you didn't know," Yagi exhaled, returning his attention back Garou, "While you were busy going around on a power trip, the radiation you emitted killed almost everyone near your proximity, including Denki."
...
Garou's fist trembled as he processed the information.
No...
T- that can't be right-
"You're bluffing."
"I saw it with my very own eyes. Kid fell to the ground and had some of his hair fell out. I didn't feel a breath from his nostrils, nor did I feel any pulse from his veins." Yagi replied.
No.
No, no, no, no.
He slammed his fist into the ground, digging his claw through it, clenching his jaw as the absolute agony reverberated in his very being. Soon, he could feel something leaking out of his eyelids.
Garou slowly took a step forward, his feet reluctantly touching the charred ground. The sun glinted in his eyes, baring it towards Yagi in a questioning way, "Is this your way of getting back at me, Yagi?"
Yagi didn't answer.
"I know I've..." Garou stopped in his tracks, seemingly realising something crucial..
"...this was never out of my own free will, was it?" He said to himself. His knees felt weak. His body urged him to give in to the despair. Guilt wells up inside of his chest, as a strand of tear began to flow out of his eyes.
"I think I get the gist of it," Yagi replied.
"You know?"
"I may look like it, but I'm not a dolt." Yagi's shoulders hung slightly low, "Let's just..haul our asses off this planet. I don't think I can handle the cold any longer. It's uncomfortable."
"Wait."
Yagi tilted his head slowly towards him, "What?"
"I got a favour..if you don't mind."
"I've ran errands more often than I could count," Yagi shook his head, "No. And you haven't taken into your account about the current circumstance that you're in right now."
"No, Yagi, this is-"
"Different?" Yagi cut through his plea like a sharpened sickle, "No."
"Fine..Be that way. Not especially with how everyone is on earth. Dying and succumbing to the radiation I've spread."
"What are you trying to insinuate, exactly?"
"From the very beginning of this.. I knew that I would somehow mess up things. Things that are important to me, and to others as well. I've developed a power that could reverse that screw up, but it requires..time. If anyone could copy such a formidable technique without exerting too much thought and time into it, it's you." Garou explained.
"Are you suggesting time travel?" Yagi asked in a bamboozled tone, "All the more reason to think that you're crazy."
"Yeah, right. Crazy. As if you didn't achieve the power to destroy Jupiter with a single punch from a conveniently standard-level training routine." Garou spat out.
"...fine," Yagi gripped the heart in his left hand tightly, "I'll take what I can get. But if this goes south, I'm going to extend the beating, and it'll be even worse than before."
"No need to spew out threats when you don't need to. It'll work." Garou said, "Just imitate my stance. Simple and easy."
Garou formed a hand that bent into two opposite directions, forming a circle, a swirling energy materialising in center, "I hope you can pull this off-"
Silence. I am taking them back.
Yagi's brow perked at the voice. Was that...
He didn't pay it no further heed. He imitated Garou's stance, but then he could feel something stinging his tastebuds, "Huh, salt?"
Garou's entire body were gradually assimilated by a group of salt.
This is bad. I shouldn't-
"Concentrate!"
Yagi's eyes squinted, concentrating on trying to follow through with the process of trying to pull this whole..time travel nonsense.
He'd pull through. For everyone's sake.
If not..
Then what else should he have to lose?
"The fate of the whole world hinges on whether you pull this off or not. So concentrate. Don't let me distract you."
Besides..
None of this would ever happen if he succeeded, right?
Then..
Yagi's subatomic particles and anti-particles began to respectively move backward and forward in time, as his body glowed with a vibrant light, radiating into every direction.
"I'm counting on you to defeat that ominous future...ALL MIGHT!"
And with that, Garou was no more, frozen and lifeless, the salt enveloping his charred body.
...
Yagi's vision were filled with flashes of what happened prior to their arrival on Mars. Images after images passes him. He didn't know that he had caused such a destruction on that magnitude.
That bad, hm...
I guess I should keep my emotional quotient in check..
Then, he noticed a particular frame of Garou, standing over the beaten forms of the pro-heroes..
It was before..
Before Midoriya died.
He took a deep breath, before swinging his fist straight towards the frame of interest.
...
He was placed straight away in that specific timeline, and he could be seen by all the present individuals.
Garou went down with a single punch, as he slid across the ground with light leaking out of his facial features.
"No..My power... it's...escaping somewhere!"
Yagi felt something in invisible forcibly pushing him into something from his behind, "Huh?"
As he soared in the air, he looked behind, only to see his past self heading straight towards him as well. In that instance, they merged into a singular being..
...
As he fell into the ground, confusion riddled his mind, "Wait...what am I doing over here?"
I remember getting hit by Garou's...whatchamacallit burst or whatever..
Yagi could feel something resting in his left hand. He unclenched his fist, only to be met with a sight that shocked him to the very core.
It was a heart. An organic heart.
"HUUUUHHHH?!?!"
"SENSEI!!!"
Yagi's ear picked up that desperate tone. He looked to the front, only to see Izuku with tears flowing into the air rushing at him.
Izuku tackled him into the ground, burying his face against the older man's shoulder, "S- Sensei! Sensei!"
"Kid, breathe. What the hell happened? Why are you-"
Izuku pulled away, "I thought you were killed!"
"...me? Killed?" Yagi let out an amused laugh, "Seriously, you came back so you could check on me? Didn't I tell you to go to the nearest train station?"
"I know, but I just... couldn't ignore the intrusive thoughts, all the endless possibilities and the way I could help-" Izuku's ramblings were interrupted when he noticed something eerie resting in his Sensei's left hand, hesitantly raising his hand and pointing at it, "Sensei..."
"Hm?" Yagi's eyebrows raised.
"What...is that?"
Yagi returned his gaze on the heart resting in his palm.
Somehow, I've completely forgotten about this.
TO BE CONTINUED! (Note: I had to add a couple of things to spice the fight up a little bit more.)
