Forward Contact
Right now, both Mihiru and Miku were still chatting with each other and they are having a wonderful time together. "Hey," said Miku. "Yes?" Mihiru asked. "You say you live in a remote area, right?" Miku asked.
"Yes," Mihiru answered, "I live in a nice quiet house next to a forest. I've grew up in an orphanage at first." "Oh, sorry for you," Miku said, feeling sympathetic. "Well, it wasn't all that bad," Mihiru said, "They were nice to me. Most of the time."
"Okay," Miku said and explained how she was raised after leaving Tokyo and her original parents in full detail. Well, most of it. "Thanks for telling me," Mihiru said. Miku had once smiled. For the first time in possibly a long time for her.
Still, nearby, the girls' parents were watching them. "I'm glad that once I've left the rescue center," Miku went on, "And entered the arms of my new parents, my life had begun." "So have I," Mihiru agreed.
"And when I was able to get past my original parent's dark side," Miku said to herself, "And opened myself to Mihiru." "Yes, that's me," Mihiru giggled. "Contacting your friends," Ibara smiled, "That is great. For all of us."
"You're right there," Haruto agreed, "It took a while for the both of us. Especially you, former class president." "Looks who's talking," Ibara said snarky, "Anyway, these new parents are a lot of fun."
"Better keep them away from the Ozu sisters," Haruto suggested. "There you go again," Ibara said, "Can't we just have a normal conversation?" "Sure," Haruto answered.
This time it was easier for them all.
Soon, it was time for everyone to go; Miku's adoptive parents had to go to an important meeting.
"We'll let you off," Ibara said. "I have to go now," Miku said to Mihiru. "Will we see each other again?" Miku asked Mihiru. "Yes," Mihiru answered, "My parents will let me." "Okay," Miku answered, "It was fun talking to you." "Same here," Mihiru agreed.
And so, everyone prepared to go. "Bye!" Mihiru called out to Miku. Miku waved goodbye until he and her parents had left. "As a survivor from Tokyo, Miku is doing all right now," Ibara said with a smile. "Miku," Haruto said, "Yes."
"I'm happy for her," Ibara said to Haruto. "You've told me about her," Haruto said. "And I'm glad that Miku is adjusting to her new life," Ibara added. "She was a lot of fun," Mihiru said with a smile. "I'm glad that you had a wonderful time talking to her," Ibara said.
"Yes!" Mihiru said, "So where now?"
