Robert poured himself and Holly some champagne before going over and sitting next to her. "You gonna miss it?" Robert asked before taking a drink.

Holly had no idea what he was even speaking of. "Miss what?" She asked before sipping hers.

"Sharing the bed with the DA of this town, you seem like you had gotten pretty used to it." Robert gave her a brow wiggle as he place an arm around her.

Holly couldn't help but let out a laugh. "Oh I think as long as it doesn't change you too much I'll be fine."

"I'll try not to let it." Robert's eyes sparkled while he looked at the love of his life. "You know this isn't going to take me away from you, I told Laura I wouldn't let it. You are the most important person in the world to me, you and our family."

Holly placed her hand on his cheek. "I know that. I know you would never take a job that would keep me away. I like to think we both learned from our past mistakes and are better for it. Remember when I told you you were the best police commissioner this town had ever seen?"

Robert nodded. "I do, I remember a lot of those talks. Something I've never shared with any other woman and when I thought I lost you, both times, they replayed in my head quite often."

Holly stroked his cheek and continued. "Well I think now you will be even better. I feel you know what you are up against and you not only have me to help out but Ethan when you need him. You are going to do wonders for this city."

Robert gave her a look filled with so much love. "You know I'm crazy about you."

"And I you." Holly gave him a tender kiss, her arms wrapping around him.

Robert returned the kiss, enjoying the fact that he had her so close, that he was indeed home.

"As much fun as this celebration is going to be, let's take it slow. Tell me about how everything went." Holly's face lit up, she loved hearing about things that made Robert happy and she was so proud of him.

"It was pretty straightforward, I told her I wanted to straighten the town up and she seemed to admire that. Told me I was just the man to do it." Robert grinned as he gave her some caviar

"She's not wrong. You are going to do wonders for this town and I can't wait to be by your side to see you do it, help out at times too of course." Holly kissed took the caviar and ate some of it.

"Can't pass up a thrill huh?" Robert gave her another grin.

"Darling I am not eating this off of you right now so I am in fact passing up a thrill." Holly smirked and took a sip of her champagne.

"So you are taking away my thrill? Seems kind of unfair." Robert pretended to be hurt.

Holly smiled at him. "Oh yes, I'm so unfair to you. How will I ever make it up to you?"

"I've got a few ideas." Robert wiggled his brows as he pulled her closer.

"Oh I bet you do, any of it involve me eating caviar off of you?" Holly placed some caviar on his wrist.

"You know something? They all do." Robert grinned while he watched her.

Holly started to seductively eat it off of him, looking into his eyes.

Robert found very little than this sexier. He was in heaven. "I'll never get tired of this."

Holly swallowed what was in her mouth. "Me either." She gave him a kiss. "And the night is still young..."
