A/N: Sorry if this is short, very sick.

Still, I promise this chapter will put a smile on your face~!

Its been a bit, but hopefully this chapter gets some good feedback T_T

Lost my muse for awhile, found it again, then had to do some research to get going again.

Rise of the Beast Hero/Apples and Atoms need a bit more time, as those chapters were full of errors and my co-writers won't be back till Monday.

But with that said, here we go!

With my fifteen year anniversary on this site here, I find myself reflecting on the little things in life. What was once a lazy pastime meant for me and a few friends really grew and evolved over time. There are days when I look back on the last fifteen years here and I wonder if anyone will remember me; if I made an impact, despite never making a single cent on any of these stories. Some days were happier than others, and some stories I enjoyed writing WAY too much; to the point where I'd stay up all night working on them.

And of course, there are times when I look to the future and wonder what will become of things when I'm gone.

Of course, I try not to dwell on the latter overmuch; I'm still alive and still writing. In an ideal world, I'd like to keep doing so for as long as I can. But old age is catching up to me and these days, the world is filled with so much madness and death. The recent earthquake in Turkey/Syria serves as a terrible example. Even before that, so many friends and fellow writers I once knew are gone, now. Will I still be here in twenty years? Ten? Five? Its a chilling thought. But for now, I'm still here, still writing.

Once more, we're sticking with the "Embers" rule for this story, and others. Meaning folks don't like this, it won't be continued. If the story itself ain't popular/well-received...well, I won't be able to continue it. I'm working two jobs, holidays are here too, meaning I barely have time to write; as such, I cannot afford to write something folks don't enjoy.

So by all means, speak up! Your voice matters! Make yourself heard! As ever, reviews are the fuel that sustain me. Without them I cannot write a single word. Simple as that. Working nearly all hours of the day keep me absurdly busy, and I can't bring myself to write something folks don't like.

Now for your questions, comments, and concerns:

Q:...we still got bad guys in this?

A: Adam is still a threat, to say nothing of Salem and her remaining minions. Cinder may have turned her coat, but time will tell if the tragedy of volume three happens...

Q: How broken is that book?! And I say again, do we have a Trinity Seven moment coming?

A: SHHHHH!

Q: More chaos! More madness! More fluff!

A: Your wish is my command!

Alright them, I think I've kept you long enough.

Hope you're ready; because from this point on? Weeell...!

As ever, I own no references, quotes, themes or memes. Now off we go.

Here we are, the moment you've all been waiting for. That "book" really does have a mind of its own...

"It feels like my world is bleedin' over into your own. Is that a good thing?"

"So long as we're together, yes."

...promise."

~A pact between the two.

Your Wish is My Command

"Your mother has no shame!"

"I know, isn't it great?" Naruto clasped both hands behind his head as he walked beside her. "She's awesome!"

Blake bit back a sigh and a small smile with it; he'd been like this ever since Kushina came back; downright delirious with glee. She couldn't even blame him for being happy. After all, it wasn't everyday a loved one came back to life. She wasn't sure how long it would last. Neither was he.

Let him enjoy every moment he could.

By some small mercy Kushina had found lodging in the city; where she didn't know, given the woman didn't seem to have a single lien on her, but she'd just winked her way and said:

"Don't worry, dear. I'll see you tomorrow."

Why did she get distinct the feeling tomorrow was going to be embarrassing for her?

.

..

...best not think about that.

It wasn't long before they reached her team's dorm; a quick swipe of her scroll and the door swung open, revealing the room to be mercifully absent of her teammates.

Ruby and the others must've run off to gods knew where, so they had the dorm all to themselves.

Strange...it was a weekend so she'd thought they would be here after lunch, ready to pester them with questions after Kushina had dragged them off. Ordinarily she would've gone chasing after them but...ah, well. She wasn't about to look a gift horse in the mouth. This seemed like a perfectly good time to curl up in bed with a book...or her boyfriend. Probably the latter. Why read about romance when you could have it yourself? Why not have both?!

Lingering long enough to lock the door behind them, she sauntered after him.

Naruto quirked a blond brow her way. "You know what won't stop them if they want to get in."

Did he mean her mom or his?

Oh gods. Their parents must never meet. They'd be dragged to the altar and hauled off to a shotgun wedding. Just the thought of it was enough to make her shiver and...not necessarily in a bad way. Come to think of it, he'd look good in a suit, and she'd enjoy clawing him out of it as he pushed her up against a wall and tore her out her white dress-BAD BLAKE! Focus! Control yourself!

But she didn't want to! Her blood was up! And besides, Kushina approved of her and...

Oh, dear. She was going to jump him again at this rate.

Desperate to distract herself, she grasped for the first topic she could find. "What is you mom made of, pure crazy or something?!"

"Or something." Naruto flopped into bed beside her with a sigh."She's intense-

"No," she poked his noise, "She is absolutely insane. I see where you get it from now.

He grinned up at the ceiling, undaunted. "You sure that's not your inner introvert talking...?"

That earned him a pinch on the cheek. Naruto only laughed ruefully.

Bastard...but he was her bastard. It made all the difference.

"I really don't know how that book brought her back, but now I almost wish...nah." his face closed down and he rolled over with a sigh. "Forget about it. Lets talk about something else."

Blake paused, taken aback by this sudden change. "What?"

He waved a hand and stared at the wall. "Nothing."

"It sounds like something...

"Let it be."

One of her faunus ears twitched atop her head. "No."

Naruto groaned but didn't deny her. "Can we just drop it? This is a sore subject for me..."

Undaunted, she scooted closer. "Did you drop me when I became difficult about the White Fang?"

Naruto made exasperated Naruto noises. There might have been a "no" wedged somewhere in there.

The ghost of a smile graced the corner of her mouth. "Did you give up on me when I needed you most, when I tried to push you away?"

"You're as stubborn as me, ya know." He grumbled and glared at the wall. "I miss my old man, alright? Its nice seein' Mom and all, but now I keep wondering what it would be like if he was here...

Oh.

Now she felt bad.

Shit, shit, shit. How to fix this? Well, she could think of one way...

Touching a hand to his face, she drew him close. "Its not a sin to be sad."

He looked back to her, mildly bemused. "You learned that line from one of your books."

"Maybe." She leaned in and kissed the back of his neck. "Would you like to know what else I learned...?"

That got him to look at her, just as planned; the moment he did Blake planted herself in his lap and trapped him with her legs, entrapping him with her thighs. Before he could think to object she shed her shirt, revealing the black lace bra beneath. His eyes dipped lower, snapped back to hers, then drifted again when she guided his hands down to her hips.

"Blake...

She hummed, pleased that she could evoke such a reaction in him. "Do you have any objections?"

...nope."

Laughter bubbled out of her. "I thought not."

Her hunger couldn't be denied any longer; she'd been patient, poking and prodding, holding herself back. No more. She dove down and kissed him fiercely, lips lingering on his, tongue plundering his mouth to rip away any words he might say. He returned her affections tenfold, setting her heart racing as she tilted her head for a better angle. They pulled apart for air and she found herself lunging forward to kiss him almost before she caught her breath, drawing a possessive growl from him.

It wasn't enough.

They were wearing too many clothes.

She wanted him on her, skin to skin, no barriers between them.

Blake drew back and when he tried to follow, planted a hand on his chest to push him back down.

"Shhh."

Smiling, she reached behind her back and slowly, oh-so-very-slowly, released the clasps of her bra; baring her bosom to him in its entirety. She heard his breath hitch and reveled in it. Her breasts were a bit smaller than Yang's, but she didn't care. Yang wasn't the one Naruto was looking at. He only had eyes for her. One look at her left her lover-she loved the ring to that-speechless as she bared her all to him. It wasn't anything he hadn't seen before but this time they were both sober and she was sensual about it, subtly arching her back and grinding her back against his to grant him a better view.

"People will hear us."

Gold eyes met blue. Oddly enough, that casual remark excited her.

His fingers dug into her flank, caressing her, drawing a pleasurable noise from her lips.

Her hand strayed to his belt in return and she grinned, mildly aroused by the thought of being caught.

Huh. A small, detached part of her blinked. I think I have a kink.

"Then we had best be quiet, no?"

She tugged his trousers off.

More. Not enough. No, not nearly enough.

The Book was far from satisfied.

Their wishes must be fulfilled.

All must have a happy ending.

Until all become one.

The Book Jolted.

The next morning, Remnant would awake to chaos once more.

Sweet, glorious, blessed chaos.

And the Book was glad.

Someone tapped Yang on the shoulder. "Excuse me, miss! Would you please go out with me?!"

Her blond brow shot into her hair, face flaming bright red. "Ha?"

Rock Lee bowed low at the waist. "Please! I beg you!"

"Would you let go?!" she threw a punch at him.

The boy caught it. Yang paused.

...do that again."

Jiraiya woke up.

Which was a bit surprising you see; because he was fairly certain he'd died.

Baffled, he sat up, only to find himself naked as the day he was born, not a stitch of clothing to his name.

Nor was that the only matter on his agenda. For you see, he turned and found a decidedly female form spooned against him. Clothed, unfortunately, and he really couldn't see her face at this angle, but he'd take what he could get. Pale arms tightened around his waist with surprising strength...and then she stirred. A hand ran through his hair.

"Ozma...?"

A blink. "Who in the sage's name is Ozma?"

In hindsight, it was, perhaps, the wrong thing to say.

Blood red eyes balked back at him, set within a pale face rimmed by red veins.

In the next instant Jiraiya was sent flying like he'd been struck by the hand of an angry goddess

Kiba stirred to a pounding headache.

"Argh," he groaned aloud, "Did anyone get the number of that bus...?"

He glimpsed a flash of white hair in his peripherals. Heard a yelp...and Weiss Schnee thumped him with a glyph.

Neo awoke with a yawn.

Well, that had been a rather nice nap all things considered.

Now, then, what flavor of ice cream should she have fore breakfast today...

.

..

...there was someone stood over her.

Meh, it wasn't like Roman to be so nosy or blond-wait. She froze, one arm still raise in the act of stretching like some lazy cat, not the vengeful, violent, vicious girl she was was at heart. Unlike many however, she wasn't quite so easily startled -and lacked a voice by which to scream- and so blinked mismatching eyes, at the intruder. In short, Neo was terribly confused.

She tilted her head to the right.

Tilted it yet again, now.

Tilted just a bit more.

At a glance she thought it might've been Naruto, but no, amusing as he was, she hadn't seen that baffling blond in awhile. But this guy...he looked like him. Like, a lot.

Let it not be said that Neopolitan lacked a brain between her ears. She wasn't stupid. Far from it, in fact.

She was a terribly clever girl, she just didn't bother to exert herself half the time.

Yet here and now she could see the resemblance and it was uncanny. Blue eyes, blond hair, similar facial structure, merely missing those whiskers. That blue and green getup worked nicely with that red-on-white cloak he wore. He was well fit. If this was what "Whiskers" was going to look like when he grew up, she could see the appeal. Shame she'd snatched him up. Belladona had good taste. But this guy...oh, wow. All aboard the blond train! Choo-choo!

Neo licked her lips.A low whistle pervaded the air.

"Umm," the man before her balked a little at her, face flushing. "Could you not stare at me like that? I'm happily married."

...ah hell, he was wed to the redhead, wasn't he?

Booo! Hiss! No fair!

As if to echo that very sentiment, the door to her room swung open on squeaky hinges.

"Oi, Neo! What's all the racket?" Roman poked his head in, chain-smoking two cigars already. "I could've sworn I heard-gah!" he nearly swallowed said cancer sticks when he saw Blondie. "Not another one! You look just like that damn brat!"

The Blond Man blinked quickly. "I do...?"

"Bloody blasted Naruto and that book of his!" Roman didn't seem to hear him -or notice the keen look in his eyes-and whirled away, waving Melodic Cudgel about. "What are you, a disguised clone?! No, nevermind!" A hand flung up to silence him. "Don't tell me! I don't wanna know! I'm done with this shit! Neo! We're movin' to Mistral!

A throwing knife blitzed by, followed by a yellow flash blazing past him, and quite suddenly the Blond Man reappeared between him and the doorway.

"Did you say Naruto? My baby boy? He's here?!"

"Him?!" Roman spat at his feet. "He's no baby! He's a damn menace!"

Neo felt the temperature in the room plummet. The look that flashed across the Blond Man's face could only be called...cold. Dare she call it fierce?

Her eyes went half-lidded at the sight. Sure, she could've saved Roman in that instant, teleporting the two of them away.

But this was Entertainment, no, this was Fun; as was watching Roman get throttled within an inch of his life.

"Where is my son?!"

Her partner foamed at the mouth and passed out with a dull wheeze.

The Blond Man dropped him and looked to her. "Do you know?"

Neo nodded.

The Blond Man regarded her for a long moment. "You can't talk, can you?"

A shake of the head.

Pity flashed across his handsome face, if only for a moment...and then his fingers flitted out in a familiar gesture. It was a series of symbols she had endeavored to learn long ago; a simple silent language of which Roman was unfortunately dismal at. With that, her interest in the man grew tenfold. He knew sign language! Finally! Someone she could communicate with!

"My name is Minato." the blond man signed slowly. "Do you understand me?"

Neo perked up and signed right back. "I do~!"

"Good girl." his smile was almost parental. "Now where is my son?

"Bacon-I mean, Beacon." she fumbled a bit with the signage. "Are you with the crazy redhead we saw earlier?"

"Kushina?! She's alive?!

A nod.

Minato smiled.

"Well," Minato scratched the back of his head. "She always wanted a daughter, and you fit the bill, so...how would you like to be adopted?"

Neo nodded eagerly and bounced on the bed. Worked for her! If you can't beat them, join 'em!

Roman groaned where he lay on the floor. "Don't I get a say in this?"

Naruto's father shrugged. "Sure, you can be adopted, too."

"Not what I meant...

A/N:...Naruto's got another surprise on the horizon and the Book continues to wreak havoc!

And no, I've not forgottten Neji or Tsunade. There's a reason we haven't seent hem.

We're still barreling toward the conclusion...or are we?

Supposed that depends on you, the reader. By all means, speak up.

Ozpin twitched. "What, exactly, is going on here?"

"Nothing~!"

Ruby tilted her head. "Just how many weapons do you have?"

Tenten beamed at the excitable girl. "Wanna see?"

Yesyesyes! Teach me your ways!

"You let your mom meet my mom?!"

"It'll be fine, Blake...what's the worst that could happen?"

"Neji?!"

...I think I'm in love.

"Qrow, no!"

"Qrow, maybe...

Sasuke was looking at a ghost. What else did one call the dead?

"Hmm. She'll do, Sasuke. I approve of her."

Cinder flushed.

Adam grit his teeth until they creaked.

"Kill him. I'll kill him...kill him...!

If only he had more power.

"Alright, you." Naruto jabbed a finger at the tome. "I don't know what you're up to, so I'll just ask. Why ya bringing the dead back to life?"

The book radiated a strange sense of satisfaction. Odd. Books didn't have emotions. Did they?

He ran his palm against the tome.

"Just what are ya...?

"Just don't say any words starting with "W" or "F", and we'll be just fine."

Ruby hurtled around the corner in a storm of petals. "Roman was right! We found a crater and White Fang and a train!"

Blake whirled, eyes wide. "White Fang?!"

Naruto slapped his forehead. "Look. Look what you've done!"
