You've probably read a hundred of these already, but I wanted to make my own version of Wings of Fire high school AU. There will be NO Sunnyflight, please don't hate me :( Rated M for swearing, and some mentions (but not described) of topics that might cause some fear. This story will mostly around the Pantala dragons and the Dragonets of Destiny.

Hunted by her father, an enemy of her tribe, Moon hides with the Dragonets of Destiny as they form the rebellion against Morrowseer and Blister. Haunted by a voice only she can hear, Moon will go on a journey of magic, deceit, and family, where the past isn't what it seems and no one can be trusted. With the most powerful dragon in history bound to her will, how far is too far?

This is set in an alternate universe where a different path was taken back in Darkstalker's time. Pyrrhia is under control of a continent spanning empire and our main characters have to deal with the politics and problems thereof. The characters should be in line with their cannon natures, but some of them have altered nurtures.

A recent string of murders, all involving Icewing victims, has caught the attention of Queen Snowfall and her trusted friend Mistral. As the most recent victim was another friend of Mistral's, the Icewing will not stand idly by.
