When a simple fishing trip turns awry, Hiccup and the gang find themselves stuck in an underground cavern that people have been living in for decades. After hearing a legend of a device made by the gods that can help them go back home, they decide to go looking for it. However, the Scale Reader isn't easy to get to. Many dangers lie ahead, some more obvious than others. ON HIATUS.

Hiccup is the owner of a cafe and having no family to be with, friends who plan to celebrate White Day with their dates and couples roaming around the place, he decided to continue taking care of the cafe and celebrate White Day alone without anything happening with a song reminding him of his loneliness. Hiccup and Astrid is acting more like a couple! This is my version of how it COULD have happened. Hiccup's POV: "I'm fine!" she said, but I was worried. It finally looks as though Berk will be left alone. Astrid has managed to keep her husband out of trouble for five long years- quite a feat with Hiccup- and they have two beautiful children. Berk is about as peaceful as it gets with inflammatory lizards sharing a hunk of rock in the ocean. Fishlegs returns from a trading trip with news that will change Berk- and not for the better.

Hiccup decides its time to let in new members to the Dragon Training Academy and his first recruit, Gustav Larson.
