Dean has just finished a regular job, had a nap, had a beer, when Castiel comes to visit. Castiel is full of strange questions, like 'where is Sam' 'What's happened to Sam' Dean has a few questions of his own, like, 'who is Sam' Together, they realise they have to find Sam, restore Dean's memory, and find just who's butt they have to kick for the whole mess.

Castiel has been in the foster care program all of his life. He doesn't trust or care for anyone because life has taught him it's easier not to. That is, until he meets his new foster brother and roommate, the friendly and easy-going Dean Winchester. When Dean gets abused by their foster father, the two of them run away together, and Castiel tries to undo the damage of his attack.

Dean was sitting alone is his room, waging a mental war with himself. A certain angel drops in for a chat. One unwanted boner later, Dean is in a worse mood than when the whole thing started. Of course, when Cas returns, his mood completely flips. Basically Destiel fluff. Also a oneshot.

When Gabriel takes an angel blade to the heart what happens to him? Does his existence end or does he go and take a trip to where his brother was banished to all those millenniums ago?

E/O Challenge: "bright". "How do angels see?" Dean asks Castiel one night in an anonymous motel room, slumped on the couch and a little drunk. 200-word drabble.

Dean wasn't expecting Castiel to come back; he had almost accepted the death of the angel, still hoping that one he would see him again. But he was there, in front of him, wrapped in his trench coat. There was something off in that scene, but the hunter refused to acknowledge it. Cas was there and all was well. (Set at the beginning of 7x13)
