This is my first ever Spider-Man story. I thought it'll be cool to make it a crossover of the MCU Spider-Man with the Sony's Spider-Man Universe, and It could be awesome to see what it'll like if this story as the fourth Spider-Man movie.

Hope you'll enjoy it.

Nueva York - Earth-928

In the city of Nueva York in the year 2099, in the corporation called Alchemax, the head named Tyler Stone was conducting experiments. He was creating super soldiers. When the soldiers are ready, Tyler was about to sent them out of the Alchemax.

"Not so fast, Stone." A voice said.

"Spider-Man!" Tyler said in anger.

That was a different Spider-Man. He wears a dark blue superhero suit with a red skull-like spider symbol and a menacing mask to match. His eyes have the ability to turn red and he possesses a pair of fangs. This Spider-Man is actually Miguel O'Hara, an former geneticist working for Alchemax.

Miguel fought the super soldiers as Tyler escape to the roof to the helicopter. He sees him escaping and starts going after him. When Miguel arrived there too late, Tyler got away.

"Dammit!" Miguel said in anger.

Miguel sees the multiverse opening and he was transported into another universe. Miguel looks at New York City and realizes that he's no longer in the city he knows.

"Where the hell am I?" Miguel asked, removing his mask in confusion.

New York City - Earth-616

Ever since the world has forgotten who he is, Peter Parker is now independent and resuming his life as Spider-Man. He's chasing after a terrorist known as Mr. Negative, a supervillain who has the powers of negative energy. His real name is Martin Li.

After taking on Mister. Negative and a group of criminals who are robbing the bank, the police arrested them. The police is led by a Sergeant named Jefferson Davis. He sees Spider-Man on the lamp pole.

"Damn, I gotta admit, you've done a pretty good job after the whole Mysterio fiasco in London." Jefferson said smiling.

Unbeknownst to him, there's one 15 year old boy recording videos on his cell phone of Spider-Man swinging away. Distracted, he couldn't hear his name being called out the first time.

"Yo, Miles." Ganke said. "Hey, fanboy! Look alive!"

Finally, the young boy turns his head over with this bright boisterous energetic smile before turning off the record feature on his phone. Miles Gonzalo Morales couldn't wipe the smile off his face, following the sight of seeing his superhero and role model in action yet again. Eventually, catching up to his pal Ganke Lee, he puts his phone away only to hear a vibration and immediately take it back out.

He received a text from his dad: "Son, where are you?"

"Crap. I'm late." Miles said.

"You coming?" Ganke asked.

"Uh... nah, sorry dude. I promised my parents that I meet up with them for that Charter School Lottery." Miles said.

"Oh, that's right. Hey look, hope you get in. See you later, man." Ganke said.

High fiving, fist bumping and soon turning away from each other, it left Miles alone to finally reply his father's text.

Miles texted: Srry. On my way. C U Soon."

Miles put his phone in his pocket and head on his way to meet up with his parents.

After taking the criminals into custody, Peter, as Spider-Man, sees M.J. and Ned getting everything ready to go to M.I.T. He knew that he was going to reintroduce himself to them, but he made the right choice against it, not wanting to endanger them. He kept swinging through the city.

Peter got a call from the landlord and answers it.

"Hey, Mister Ditkovich." Peter said, answering the call.

"Hey, Peter, thanks for giving me the rent. Listen, I got something to tell you. The building is going to condo, and we're about to drive the renters out. I was wonder if you would be interested in buying one." The landlord said.

"Really? Um, yeah, sure. I don't mind having the place." Peter said. "But, I don't have much money."

"It's okay. We'll compromise with that." The landlord said. "We'll talk about this."

"Okay, thanks." Peter said, hanging up the phone.

In the city of Brooklyn, Miles walks down to the city to meet up with his parents, Sergeant Jefferson Davis and Doctor Rio Morales.

"Miles, you made it, son! This is a circus." Jefferson said.

"Jeff. Stay focused, honey." Rio said.

"I am focus. It's just a damn circus." Jefferson said.

"Come on, honey. You're making Miles nervous." Rio said.

"I'm fine, actually." Miles said.

"Miles, baby, no matter what happens today, this is not a reflection on you." Rio said to Miles.

"I know." Miles said.

"This has nothing to do with you as a person. There are only forty-some spots available in this charter school and there are, what? Seven hundred applicants from our neighborhood." Rio said.

"I know, mom." Miles said.

"You just need to stop and think about that. It's just... this is a lottery." Rio said.

"I know what a lottery is." Miles said in annoyance.

"But this has nothing to do with you." Rio said.

"Please make this stop, Dad." Miles said.

"Miles, how long have you lived in our house?" Jefferson asked.

"Since birth." Miles said.

"And have I ever been able to make this stop?" Jefferson asked.

"No, but I thought just this once." Miles said.

"Let's just get this god damned foolishness over with." Jefferson said.

In Brooklyn Middle School, there's the Charter School Lottery going on.

"There are only three seats left to the Brooklyn Visions Academy. Please, if everyone could stay seated, we would get through this quicker." The Principal said before looking at the next lottery winner. "The next name is Katie Haque. Katie Haque."

Katie screams in excitement in the back.

"Can we go now?" Jefferson asked, boredom.

"Stop it, Jeff." Rio said in annoyed.

"The world's gone insane." Jefferson said.

"Andy London." The Principal said, looking at the next lottery winner.

"Insane. Waste of a day." Jefferson said, mumbling.

"Please stop." Rio said, annoyed.

When the ball rolls at 42, the final lottery winner is...

"Miles Morales." The Principal said.

"Get outta town." Jefferson said in shocked.

"Oh, my god!" Rio said smiling. "Oh, oh, you have a chance. Oh, my god. You have a chance."

Rio hugged Miles in excitement.

"Miles, it's all happening." Rio said, smiling.

"It shouldn't... all these other kids. Should it be like this?" Miles asked, looking at the others.

"Just focus on you. You got in. Focus on that." Rio said to Miles.

Jefferson rubs Miles' head. "You get to pick dinner, kid." He said.

After arriving back to his apartment, Peter washes his face in the bathroom after his long day of vigilantism. He removed the suit and turns on the TV. Just then, Peter hears the door knocking and wonders who it is. He sees someone from the peephole and answering it. It turns out to be the the members of the Dora Milaje who came from Wakanda.

"Uh, hi. What's all of this is about?" Peter asked.

"Wait until the Black Panther to come." Ayo said. "Peter Parker aka Spider-Man."

Peter realizes that Doctor Strange's spell didn't work on the Wakandans therefore they still remember his identity. The members of the Dora Milaje uses their Vibranium Spears to cut the power to Peter's apartment so Black Panther could enter the apartment unseen. Peter was shocked to see Black Panther.

"T...T'Challa?" Peter asked, guessing that Black Panther is T'Challa.

Black Panther removes the helmet, revealing to be Shuri.

"Oh, um, hi. I'm..." Peter said as Shuri cuts him.

"Peter Parker, please. We saved the universe together, it's okay." Shuri said, smiling. "You thought I was T'Challa?"

"Sorry, I don't know what to call you." Peter said.

"Call me Shuri if you want." Shuri said, raising her hand to shake. "Sorry for coming here. Saw what happened in Europe. We could've use an Avenger like you in Wakanda. But, I gotta admit, this is a nice place."

"Thanks." Peter said. "But, what happened to T'Challa?"

"He died from an incurable illness. And then a year after his death, I became the new Black Panther." Shuri said.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Peter said.

"It's okay. So, you may wondering why I'm here, right?" Shuri asked.

"No." Peter said.

"Well, there was a threat coming from here. He owns this city." Shuri said, holding up her tablet to show Peter the enemy - Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin. "This guy."

"Wilson Fisk." Shuri said.

"You mean Kingpin? I know who he is." Peter said. "Why do you want to deal with him?"

"Because he's planning something with vibranium." Shuri said. "His men attacked the guards and my friends when they tried to stop them from stealing them. If we're going to stop him, I know someone in Hell's Kitchen who can help. You can meet him there."

Peter wonders who she's referring to, but has no choice but to help.
