A/N: The next chapter is the final chapter! I can't even believe I'm almost done with this story. Please let me know if I should make a sequel, as I have some ideas on where I want this storyline to go. I do apologize for a short chapter

Hanging up the phone with a grin, she sees Elliot take a breath about to say something. Olivia prepares herself for the possibility that Elliot is about to break down again.

"Did you end up refilling your sugar?" Elliot asks casually.

Taken aback, Olivia takes a second before she clarifies, "What about my sugar?"

"Did you ever get to refilling the container?"

"The one on my kitchen counter?"

"Mhmm…"

Olivia thinks back to that fateful night in January, just five months ago. Lying she says, "I did…"

"Sure…" Elliot laughs to himself.

"Damnit, Elliot. How do you do that?"

"Do what?"

"How do you always know when I'm lying?"

"If I tell you your tell, you'll stop doing it."

"I don't have a tell," Olivia swivels her head to face Elliot who displays a huge grin on his face, "Do I really have a tell?"

"You really wanna know?" Elliot asks in confirmation.

"Yes!"

"It's your eyes."

"My eyes?"

"Your eyes."

"What about my eyes?"

"Your eyes twinkle less."

"You know I'm not telling the truth because of a twinkle."

"Yup," he notices Olivia playfully rolling her eyes.

Olivia states in a jokingly serious tone, "You know… You have a tell, too."

"Do I?"

"Yes, you do…"

"Are you gonna tell me?" Elliot asks. Olivia shakes her head 'no.' He complains, "That's not fair. I told you what your tell was."

Olivia inhales as she giggles, "Yeah, but yours is way more obvious."

"No chance," Elliot glances over at Olivia before returning his eyes to the road.

Olivia indulges him with the information, "Your left eyebrow twitches."

"No way I do that," Elliot can't believe it.

"Oh, yes you do," Olivia leans back into her seat as she settles into the silence creeping in.

Elliot asserts lightly with a smile sprawled across his face, "You should get around to refilling your sugar."

Olivia asks in return, "And why is that?"

"I might want to come over and make myself a cup of tea again," he hints.

A feeling of warmth grows over her as she thinks about the possibility of Elliot visiting her place again, "I'll make sure I do that."

Elliot can feel Olivia's eyes staring at him, but not in a creepy way. In a more longing way, a way of desire. The air is frozen around them. Time feels as if it is stopped altogether. The silence filling the space is a comforting kind of silence. Not the kind that filled the space at the beginning of their journey. Realistically, they had gone almost an hour without exchanging words, but it didn't feel like it to them. Only twenty minutes from their arrival at their location, Olivia quietly utters, "I think I'm ready…"

Olivia leans her head down to look at him, "El?"

Elliot didn't quite catch what she had said, "I'm sorry?"

Olivia takes a deep breath and loudly announces, "I think I'm ready, Elliot."

Elliot may have heard her this time, but he doesn't understand what she means, "Ready for what?"

"Ready for…" she points back and forth between them, "Ready for us…" Not only is Elliot flabbergasted that she chose that specific moment in time to tell him that, but also the fact that she is actually ready. He is speechless, he can't remember if he needed to breathe in or breathe out. Olivia leans her head down to look at him, "El?"
