"System, set the following prompt for the simulation: 'In my next simulation, I want to focus on becoming a scavenger and treasure hunter, focusing on sensing and speed, using my sensing ability to avoid any fights, and for finding treasure.'"

[Ding! Prompt set.]

"Ok system, start simulation"

[Ding! Starting simulation. Simulation performed.]

A scroll identical to my previous one appeared in my hand. The first storage area contained two storage scrolls. Inside one of the scrolls were new diaries of my new simulation, and the second storage scroll was empty. I moved all my diaries from my first simulation into the empty storage scroll and annotated both scrolls with "Simulation 1 diaries" and "Simulation 2 diaries" to keep everything organized. Then I wrote "Diaries" above the first storage area and moved to the second.

Inside I found another 3 storage scrolls. The first contained 2 huge books with information on sensing, exercises to increase one's sensing abilities, and a schedule for the exercises, plus a box with objects meant to be used with some of the sensing exercises. It would take about 2 decades of dedicated effort to finish everything in the books, and I already had about 3 decades' worth of chakra control exercises to perform. Things were adding up. The second storage scroll contained four small books, one on exercises to increase speed, from what age it was safe to wear weights, what food to eat, one exercises for earth release, one on exercises for lightning release, and one with information on how to hide one's chakra. On top of the books, there were a few objects needed for the exercises in the books, like a light bulb, some clay and some chakra weights with a note on how to use them. The third storage scroll was empty. I moved everything I had on chakra control in the third storage scroll and annotated the 3 scrolls with "Chakra Control", "Sensing", "Miscellaneous ", stored them back in and wrote "Learning Materials" above the storage area.

The third storage area contained more storage scrolls, each with valuable weapons inside of them, including chakra weapons. The forth storage area contained ancient scrolls found, the majority being Uzumaki scrolls on fuuinjutsu. The fifth storage area contained a box with gold coins, jewelry, chakra metal, and other valuables, while the last contained a box of maps, with different markings on them and with information of what can be found where.

After checking everything out, I took out the diaries from my second simulation and started reading the tl;dr version. Apparently in my second simulation I started by experimenting with different sensing methods, some working, some not working. My mother also helped, even though she was not good at sensing. At 6 years old I joined the civilian academy. It was a waste of time since I already knew most things. The only things I didn't know were the history and geography of the elemental nations. I would spend most of my time in school trying to sense things around me, except for history lessons, where I would take note of places of different historical fights, or places where ruins could be found.

I wanted to develop a "metal detector" jutsu and go through these places to find everything left behind. I got the methods for earth release and lightning release training from my mother, and started training with them, hoping to develop sensing methods later on based on earth and lightning chakra. I was in a bit of a hurry, since I vaguely knew that Orochimaru would also start looking through Uzumaki ruins after his hands would get sealed, in order to find a way to release them. I collected everything I could find about Uzushiogakure before the chunin exam invasion, and managed to develop an earth chakra sonar sensing technique that would help me sense a few meters below earth. I also kept working on my speed and evasion, just in case I need to escape from someone.

During Orochimaru's invasion, I took my storage scroll with the diaries outside of the village and hid it, taking advantage of the confusion. Apparently Konoha had a hidden Hyuga at the entrance of the village that worked like the TSA at an airport. You were required to report any storage scroll you had, and they would check it. I didn't want them to see my diaries written in English, since they would appear suspicious, so I took the scroll outside in the confusion and came back in. I commissioned another scroll that I filled with food and camping equipment. You could store a scroll inside another scroll, but if a scroll got destroyed, everything inside it would be lost, so storing scrolls inside other scrolls was dangerous, since losing one scroll would mean losing all of them.

After everything settled down, I applied to leave the village. At least this time my mother wouldn't think that I died. I ran straight to Uzushio and started exploring. I found a lot of hidden areas and tunnels using the sensing method. Inside there were a few scrolls and some old weapons. I also found a map with some hidden Uzushio outposts. Hopefully these survived and weren't found. I didn't spend more than a month inside Uzushio since I was scared Orochimaru or someone else powerful would come.

After leaving Uzushio, I spent my time moving from ruin to ruin, looking for anything I could find. I would spend a lot of time sleeping in a tent or hunting. Sometimes, when I didn't have any money or anything to eat, I would use sensing to sense if a house was empty, used chakra strings to unlock the door (which was one of the chakra control exercises), and steal a little food or money so I could survive. Some of the old weapons I would find I would sell to blacksmiths. I kept experimenting and developing new ways of sensing. In my thirties, I managed to use earth and lightning chakra to develop a metal sensing technique. I used it in various battle sights like The Valley Of The End, or some places where important battles from the 4 ninja wars took place. I temporarily worked at one of the blacksmiths restoring old weapons, to learn how to do it myself. After that I would repair the rusted weapons on my own to get a higher price for them, unless they had any historical value.

In my mid 40s I had an accident in one of the ruins I was checking out, and injured one of my feet. I decided to settle down in a remote village in the Country of Fire. By this time I had enough money to live a comfortable life until I died. I got married and had 2 children. I taught them everything I knew about chakra control, chakra sensing and treasure hunting. I learned a lot myself from teaching them. I also kept experimenting with chakra sensing, developing new exercises and techniques. The last diary entry didn't contain anything about any disease, so I probably died suddenly or was killed when I was 72.

Another simulation where I managed to live a pretty long life, considering the dangers of the world I lived in. Now I had more diaries to read and more exercises to perform. I barely finished half of the diaries from my first simulation. I had to make a new schedule. So I spent 2 hours doing chakra control exercises, 2 hours doing sensing exercises, then 2 hours reading. The rest of the day until my mother got home was spent running or doing other physical exercises.

This is how I spent the rest of the month. I discovered a few interesting things reading the chakra sensing books. For example the leaf sticking exercise was also a type of meditation, so on top of chakra control, it was also a way to train yin release, improving both sensing and genjutsu ability. This is probably why it was so emphasized in the academy. By the end of the month I could sense if someone was in a 3 meter radius from me (assuming they weren't hiding their chakra). I also started playing hide and seek with my cousin, trying to find her using sensing, or to determine her position when I was the one hiding. I also managed to finish all the diaries from my first simulation and started reading the diaries from my second simulation.

Since the end of the 30 days was approaching, I had to think for a new prompt for the next simulation. It was a choice between medical jutsu, genjutsu and fuuinjutsu. The next academy enrollment period was in 4 days, so I decided to narrow it down to medical jutsu and genjutsu. If I chose fuuinjutsu, I would have probably added joining a monastery and becoming a monk to the prompt, since some monasteries teach fuuinjutsu. If I picked fuuinjutsu now, I would have to pick genjutsu or medical ninjutsu in the next simulation, and since I had no desire of actually joining the academy, my simulated self would have to join after 6 months, which also means finishing 6 months later.

The main reason I was interested in medical jutsu was to see if I could find a way to improve memory or get eidetic memory, while the main reason I wanted to learn genjutsu was to see if I could slow my perception of time down. The type of training I was doing right now was based on doing exercises, rather than remembering information, and I also had access to my mother when it came to medical ninjutsu, so the academy wasn't as important in that case, so I decided to start with genjutsu.

The following day I heard the noise I was waiting for:

[Ding! Host has received 1 simulation opportunity. Next simulation opportunity will be received in 30 days.]
