"System, set the following simulation prompt: 'In my next simulation, I want to join the academy and become a medic nin, focusing on the study of the brain in order to gain an eidetic memory and understand which area of the brain is related to the perception of time.'"

[Ding! Prompt set.]

"Ok system, start simulation"

[Ding! Starting simulation. Simulation performed.]

A scroll appeared in my hands. It also had 6 storage areas. The first storage area contained diaries, the second contained learning materials for medical jutsu, the third contained other storage scrolls, each with medical tools and equipment, the fourth contained books with information about various ninja, the fifth contained more weapons, and the sixth contained valuables. I placed all the items in their respective places in the main scroll and started reading the tl;dr version of the diaries.

Apparently I started the forth simulation by asking my mother about medical jutsu. She gave me beginner anatomy books. I spent the first 5 months of the simulation learning everything from my mother's library and practicing chakra control. When the enrollment period came, I enrolled in the ninja academy. There wasn't much I could learn about medical jutsu in the academy, so I spent most of the time practicing my chakra control or reading medical books. I also kept practicing with my taijutsu, my senbon throwing and my water transformation. The human body was about 60% water after all.

I graduated at 12 and a half with a fighting style focusing mostly on genjutsu. I could also perform the water bullet technique on top of the academy 3. This time however my team failed the jonin test and I joined the Genin Corps. I took most of the D rank missions related to the hospital. I also joined a beginner course at the hospital. I already knew most of the theoretical side of the course, so I only needed to learn a bit about the practical. I passed the course pretty easily. Then I joined an intermediate course. I passed this one pretty easily as well.

The requirements for joining the hospital as a nurse was passing 2 tests, being 14 and being a genin, while becoming a medic required one to pass 3 tests, be 15 and a chunin, and going through a residency period. I was almost 14 when I passed the second test, so I only had to wait 2 more months to join the hospital as a nurse. With the help of my mother, I joined the hospital when the time came. My mother also hired a retired medic to tutor me in my free time.

By this point I had enough chakra for the shadow clone jutsu. I managed to create 2 clones, but this was my limit. I also enrolled in the advanced medical course taught by the hospital. It was very fast paced and it usually required one to take it multiple times before being able to pass. I had a big head start however, starting to learn from medical texts since I was 5, almost a decade of learning. I also had the help of my shadow clones now to help with learning.

When I turned 14 and a half, me and 2 other older genin from the Genin Corps participated in the chunin exams. We failed the second phase however. After the chunin exam, I passed the advanced medical course at the hospital and started preparing for the next chunin exam. When the time for the exam came, I joined the same team, this time making it to the finals. Me and one of my teammates got promoted.

As soon as I got my promotion, I applied to be a resident under my mother. It got accepted pretty quickly and started following my mother around during her hospital hours. I started reading every paper I could find relating to the brain. Then I started experimenting with shadow clones. I would have the clones directing very small amounts of chakra to different areas of the brain to see what would happen, and use a diagnostic jutsu on the clone's heads. Some experiments would just make the clone pop, and give me headaches, though most of them would just make the clone hallucinate.

A little after I turned 16, I finished my residency with my mother, and started working easy cases by myself. It was now less than a year until the invasion, time which I spent working at the hospital and experimenting. I was working at the hospital when the invasion started. Luckily, there was a plan in place for this kind of situation. All the medics were evacuated to different shelters, where the injured were brought to be healed. So I spent most of the invasion in a bunker, healing injured civilians and ninja. The following few days were spent doing pretty much the same thing until everything settled down.

Now I had a little over 3 years until Pain attacked Konoha, and I was hoping to learn as much as possible in that period from Tsunade and Shizune. At the beginning of these 3 years, I did manage to find a way to improve memory retention a bit, but it was far from having an eidetic memory. So I kept practicing with different areas of the brain and different chakra types, making small improvements. The failures also increased my knowledge about the brain quite a bit, some having pretty interesting effects like increasing my focus or my creativity. This made me consider a nootropic jutsu on top of the eidetic memory.

During the years I did work with Tsunade and Shizune a few times, learning a bit from them. They were impressed with how advanced I was for my age and gave me a few pointers. I was interested in the Yin Seal, but unfortunately I had no way of obtaining it. A chakra battery could have been a handy thing. Especially while I was a kid and didn't have enough chakra for anything too important.

By the time Pain's attack came, I managed to map the human brain in a lot of detail. I also knew what effect different types of chakra would have on different regions. My memory enhancement was pretty advanced, not eidetic, but far better than my normal memory. I also managed to pinpoint the area of the brain that I was probably using with my time dilation genjutsu, but didn't advance very much on this topic. Genjutsu was essentially chakra affecting the brain, so what I was doing to my clones could be classified as genjutsu. My biggest advancement was my nootropic jutsu. I managed to get a watered down version of NZT-48 from Limitless, but without side effects other than a small headache if used too much. Unfortunately, using it required advanced medical knowledge and chakra control, so even if I had access to it, it would require years of training until I would feel confident enough to send chakra to my brain.

When Pain's attack came, I was hidden in a forest close to the walls, from where I could easily run away in the confusion. I had with me the little medical equipment I owned. I was 20 at this point. I hid my features like last time, and made my way to the Land of Noodles. There I bought a house in a remote village and started doing my experiments. I couldn't heal people, since a medic nin would attract too much attention. Luckily I already had a lot of money, and the skills necessary to catch my own food if need be, so it wasn't a problem. I could just relax and practice my medical jutsu. I also decided to start mastering the genjutsu technique for time dilation.

At 28 years old I got married to a girl from the same village. At 30, I managed to perfect the nootropic jutsu which offered a pretty good brain enhancement, and got some basic results with time dilation. This however allowed me to scan a clone's head while the genjutsu was applied, and more accurately understand each area of the brain. My eidetic memory was also almost perfected. By the time I was 31, I already had an eidetic memory jutsu. The use of shadow clones combined with my nootropic jutsu would speed my research by a huge amount. By the time I was 32, I already managed to improve the time dilation. By this point I already managed to achieve more than I planned to in the entire simulation.

At 42, I had an amazing nootropic jutsu that would make me a genius, could slow down my perception of time by a factor of 3, and could get an eidetic memory, all at the same time for about one hour of real time, after which I would get a headache and I would need 15 minutes to get back to normal. I could make 36 clones at this point. I also had a kid which I decided to teach everything I knew. By the time I was 50, I could hold the nootropic effect and the eidetic memory continuously. I could also slow my perception of time by a factor of 2 without stopping, but if I wanted to slow time by a factor of 5, which was my limit at this point, I could only do it for an hour and a half. The sharingan being able to slow one's perception of time so drastically that they could perceive a lifetime in a moment was crazy, but it let me know that there was a lot of room for improvement. By the time I was 70, I developed a slightly randomized nootropic jutsu, that worked perfectly when used in combination with the shadow clone jutsu. I could create 48 clones, and each would apply a slightly randomized nootropic jutsu, creating genius clones with different ways of thinking.

Mind altering jutsus weren't the only things I worked on however. I also continued to study medicine in general. At 71 I managed to create a jutsu that altered the length of the telomeres of the cells, so I could stop my aging. At 80 I managed to create a jutsu that would slowly rejuvenate my body, but didn't use it much since I didn't want to attract attention. At 82 I decided I didn't have any reason not to make myself younger. My wife died a few years earlier, and my son knew about my skills, so I told my son that I would leave, I faked my death to the rest of the village, and left. In a few months my body was back to how it looked like when I was 35. My yang chakra increased and the number of clones I could create increased with it.

I went back to the Land of Fire and started exploring. I bought any medical text I could find. Unfortunately my understanding of the human body was far superior to the general knowledge. I did however manage to buy far better equipment than what I already had. I made sure to buy from different locations to not attract too much attention. I then moved to the Land of Rivers, and bought myself a new, remote house. I built myself a new lab and continued my experimentation. At the age of 100, I knew how to regrow limbs. When I reached 105, when the 100 maximum years of simulation were coming to an end, I could do the following:
- Eidetic memory indefinitely
- Time dilation by a factor of up to 3 indefinitely of by a factor of 9 for 2 hours
- Nootropic jutsu for myself
- Randomized nootropic jutsu for my clones
- Heal pretty much any injury or illness
- Control aging
- Regrow lost limbs
- Create 80 clones

There were areas of medical jutsu like the ones dealing with poisons or genetics that I wasn't as advanced in, but I was still better then the average doctor.

When I finished reading the tl;dr, I was extremely happy. This was the first time I managed to live through the maximum of 100 simulated years. The results were also amazing. Checking the learning materials from the scroll, I found 8 huge books. They would take a huge amount of time to learn the normal way. Luckily now I had a lot of cheats. Or at least information on the cheats. I still needed more chakra to learn the shadow clone jutsu, and the jutsus that dealt with the brain took a lot of work until they could be performed.

I spent the next month the same as before, only adding medical jutsu training to the mix. For the next simulation I had to choose between fuuinjutsu and jutsu creation. I would probably choose fuuinjutsu since it was so powerful, and I was also really curious about it. I should also probably run a simulation where I would focus on everything and see how far I could go. On the 30th day, the system alert finally came:

[Ding! Host has received 1 simulation opportunity. Next simulation opportunity will be received in 30 days.]
