"System, set the following simulation prompt: 'In my next simulation, I want to start by learning fuuinjutsu, the shadow clone jutsu, the brain enhancement jutsus and the underground sensing and metal detection techniques until Orochimaru's invasion. Then I want to re-explore Uzushiogakure using shadow clones to better examine the areas I didn't have time to explore in my second simulation. Then I want to join a temple and focus on fuuinjutsu, also learning the rejuvenation jutsu in my spare time to prolong my life.'"

[Ding! Prompt set.]

"Ok, start simulation"

[Ding! Starting simulation. Simulation performed.]

A small storage scroll appeared in my hand. It was different from the others. When I released what was inside, a ring, two booklets and a scroll came out. Reading through the booklet, it turned out that the ring was an interspatial ring. It would not work on its own though. The ring only contained part of the fuuinjutsu required to use the ring, the other part was contained in the scroll. I didn't understand why exactly this was, so I picked up the second booklet which was a tl;dr version of the diary, and started reading.

I started the simulation by beginning to learn medical texts. I couldn't experiment with my mind altering jutsus until I turned 14 and could create shadow clones. So I focused on the theory until then, and on chakra sensing. I also started learning from all the fuinjutsu material I had available. I planned to join the civilian academy at 6 and 8 months, the last period I could enroll, and focus on training until then. By the time the enrollment period came, I was making progress with my earth transformation. When I turned 8, I was already capable of sensing underground a few meters, and I also almost pretty good with lightning transformation. When I turned 10, I was proficient with lightning release, could sense underground in a radius of over 10 meters, was pretty good with calligraphy, had high genin level chakra control, knew basic taijutsu from my mother, could perform the normal clone jutsu flawlessly, which would make it easier to perform the shadow clone jutsu, and had a pretty good understanding of fuuinjutsu.

Turns out fuuinjutsu was just a way to compartmentalize the steps from a jutsu. Words were usually used to contain the chakra just because it made it easier to visualize what you wanted, and not add anything else to the visualization. If you were trying to visualize fire, but wrote the word "water" on the paper, it would be hard not to think of water at least a little, the same way reading "pink elephant" would make someone think of a pink elephant.

This way, symbols were use like filters for chakra. If your chakra went through a "fire" filter, and you visualize fire when infusing chakra in the symbol, then next to it you had another symbol for "propulsion" where you visualize propulsion when infusing the ink with chakra, then when you infuse chakra at one end of the system, it would go through the "fire" symbol, transforming the chakra into a chakra that contained a fire characteristic in it's yin part, after which it would go through the "propulsion" filter, gaining a propulsion characteristic. It was the same logic behind hand signs. When someone ran chakra through hand signs, it would slightly change. Every jutsu required a visualization attached to it, and the closer the chakra was to that visualization, the easier the jutsu was to perform. For example the tiger seal would make the chakra more "fiery", making it easier to perform fire jutsus after passing the chakra through the tiger filter. If a person's chakra was "fiery" to begin with, or, in other words, if they had a fire affinity, it would make it even more easy to perform the jutsu.

Chakra could apparently be modelled with a probability, the better one visualized something, the least variance in the probability, and the easier it is to perform the yang part of the jutsu, turning the chakra into an actual jutsu, a fireball for example. This is also how the Izanagi of the sharingan worked. Practically, a user would use the sharingan to perfectly visualize something, then, since the visualization was made perfect with the use of the sharingan, it would require a small amount of yang chakra to turn that into reality. Creating a perfect visualization was incredibly taxing however, and would ruin the eye. This also explained why nature chakra turned you into stone. The nature chakra of a stone was just another type of chakra whose yin part was very well defined as stone, it's variance was very small since a stone could not think, so turning that yin chakra into actual stone would require very little yang chakra. So if you absorbed this chakra and mixed it with your actual chakra, the yin part of your chakra would be "stony", so much so that it would turn you into stone similar to how Izanagi worked. The abundance of nature yang chakra also didn't help. Becoming a sage was pretty much the process of absorbing nature chakra, while dealing with the yin part of the chakra in order to not turn into stone, and primarily using the yang part of nature chakra. This was an oversimplification since chakra wasn't literally split into two parts, it would be more accurate to say that it had two different features then that it was made of two different types of chakra. In fact chakra was far more complex than yin and yang, but the simplification was useful in practice.

When I turned eleven, I mastered both underground sensing and metal detection, my chakra control was low chunin level, an my medical knowledge required for the mind altering jutsus was 60% complete. I couldn't buy the chakra conducting ink required for practicing fuuinjutsu, and I was a little scared of experimenting with it without the use of shadow clones. So I just learned the theory and practiced with normal ink, even though I couldn't test the scrolls. When I turned 12, I graduated early from the civilian academy. Since I joined so late, I would normally finish the academy at 13 and a half, but managed to test out early.

At age 13, I managed to use the metal detection jutsu while walking, using one of the bo staffs with chakra conducting metal alongside it. I would direct the chakra through the staff into the ground. At age 14, I was finally ready to make shadow clones without any risk. I was able to make 2 clones. This tripled my learning speed. I could now experiment with homemade chakra ink as well. I managed to get decent results with using normal ink mixed with blood and chakra metal powder. I created my first storage seal without any issue. I didn't want to make exploding tags though, since an explosion would attract attention. I experimented with different types of storage seals though. It was a bit like playing with electronic circuits. I also started experimenting with mental enhancements with my clones. I already understood 85% of the material, and being able to experiment would accelerate my learning rate.

When I turned 15, I already could have an eidetic memory for a short time, could dilate time by a very small amount, and could increase my intelligence a bit. This would also have a cascading effect when it came to learning. The better my mental enhancement, the faster I could learn, making my mental enhancements even better, which in turn would improve my learning rate even more. Adding shadow clones to this made me able to learn things at an incredible speed. By the time I was 16, I could keep an eidetic memory for a few hours, slow my perception of time by a factor of 1.8 and turn myself into a genius, though there was still room for improvement. At 17, when the invasion was getting close, I improved my skills even more. I could keep my eidetic memory indefinitely, could slow down time by a factor of 2.4, and was able to get 70% of the effects of the nootropic jutsu described in the learning materials. There were actual tests to see how much I improved.

When the time for the final round of the chunin exams came, I was hiding close to the walls. When the invasion started, I took my stuff outside the village in the confusion and hurried back in. After things settled down, I applied for leaving the village. The first place I went to was Uzushio. There I made 7 clones and we started exploring. I managed to find multiple scrolls that I missed the last time. I left after a month of finding different hidden places on the island.

After leaving Uzushio, I made my way towards a temple inside the Land of Fire. I joined and became a monk. The first year there was a lot of meditation. I kept learning fuinjutsu from my Uzumaki scrolls in my free time. After 1 year at the temple, they started teaching me beginner fuuinjutsu, which I already knew, so they switched to more advanced stuff. Everything was actually pretty basic. After 2 more years at the temple, I learned everything they had to teach. I stayed for 1 more year to experiment and learn the medical jutsu required for the rejuvenation jutsu, after which I left. I was able to create seals directly with my chakra at this point, not needing ink anymore.

For the next few months I healed a lot of fish, and improved my medical jutsu a bit, after which I went to the Land of Iron and joined a temple there. The fuuinjutsu here was a bit different, more targeted towards improving weapons. I spent 5 years here after which I left. I kept moving from temple to temple until I turned 50. I visited my mother in Konoha a few times during this period. I wasn't a missing nin this time so I had no reason not to. During my years of moving from temple to temple to learn fuuinjutsu, I learned pretty much everything there was to learn. I could now understand all the scrolls from Uzushio. It was time to start learning on my own.

I moved in a remote village inside the Land of Wind. The first thing I managed to create was a scroll that would hold my chakra. Kind of like a chakra battery. From this it only took me 2 years to create something similar to Tsunade's Yin Seal. This would require me to put chakra I didn't use inside the seal. I made an improvement to this, making a seal that would keep filling the seal on its own when my chakra capacity was full. In 2 years, my version of the Yin Seal was complete. I could create hundreds of shadow clones if I wanted so my learning speed increased once more.

By the time I was 60, I managed to create a storage seal that would have a stasis effect. It was not perfect, but it would take hundreds of years for food to go bad. At 61 I managed to create a transferable seal, basically I would put the seal on paper, put the paper over some object and insert a little chakra in a specific place, and the seal would transfer from the paper to the object. It also worked on people. At 65 I managed to create seals that would change one's mindscape, the same way jinchuriki seals would create a cage inside the mindscape. At 68 I completed the rejuvenation seal and made sure I slowed my aging. At 70 I had the barebones of my own programming language using fuuinjutsu, though it was pretty different than regular programming languages. At 75, my fuuinjutsu system was complete. At 78 I managed to discover some form of entanglement related to chakra. This is probably how the 4th hokage would use the seals to determine the location where to teleport. At 85 I had an improved system, that used the properties of entanglement. The system was split into 2 parts. One was the main part that was placed on my body, the other was the seal that was placed on an object, entangled to my own seal. The one on the object was pretty much programming code, that would be interpreted by my own seal. This would make me the only one that could use my seals. At 86 I managed to create an interspatial ring where I could store everything I owned. At 88, I managed to create a seal hiding technique. This would make my seal impossible to detect, even with a biakugan. It would emit no chakra.

At 90 years old, I managed to combined all of my medical jutsus in a single jutsu similar to Creation Rebirth. I also managed to create an improved version of my Yin Seal, that would also have the effect of regenerating me as long as there was chakra in the seal. Considering it was also hidden, I called it my Hidden Yin Seal. At 94, my Hidden Yin Seal also had the ability to give eidetic memory, nootropic effect, both normal and randomized, or time dilation. At 96 I managed to find a way to program my own mindscape. At 98, I created a seal that would collect chakra information from the environment, similar to sensing. At 99, I managed to add a new feature to my Hidden Yin Seal, a way to filter the information from the environment and use genjutsu to augment that information over my own vision. I now had a poor man's byakugan. While I didn't have a 360 view, I would see the world like having wall cheats in an FPS game. At 100, I managed to store my own chakra inside my mindscape, and basically talk to a version of me inside my mindscape, similarly to how Minato stored his and Kushina's chakra inside Naruto's seal. At 102, I created a library inside my mindscape. The time dilation worked when I was here as well. Since it was my mindscape, I could move normally in here while time was actually running slower. At 103, I created a way to view memories through genjutsu. Then I managed to store those memories by storing chakra. I basically had something similar to a pensive inside my mindscape. I started to do lessons in the real world related to the topics I learned, then stored those memories inside the books in my mindscape. Basically when reading a book about about chakra control inside my mind library, I could play an illusion with a lecture about that specific chakra control exercise I was learning. At 105 I completed the library with the learning materials, just before the simulation ended. With the help of shadow clones it was not too hard. The mindscape also contained a lot of my chakra stored, so a version of myself would appear and could answer questions.

I finished reading the tl;dr and was impressed again. I was happy even though I didn't get something like the Flying Thunder God Technique. The last 2 simulations gave me a lot of benefits. I now knew what the scroll was for. I took the scroll and placed it over my stomach, then inserted chakra into one spot to transfer the seal from the scroll to my stomach. Then I took the interspatial ring and placed it on my finger. I inserted a little chakra into it and it activates. I was the only one that could use it since it was connected to my main seal from my stomach. The fact that the ring was useful for storage was also hidden from even the byakugan. Inside the seal I found what I was looking for. I took 2 scrolls out of the ring and placed one on my forehead. Then I transferred the seal from the scroll to my forehead. This was my latest version of my Hidden Yin Seal. As soon as I transferred it, it already started charging. I then placed the second seal above my stomach and transferred it as well. This was my Mindscape Library Seal. Both the Hidden Yin Seal and the Mindscape Library Seal were connected to my main system.

I decided to test the Hidden Yin Seal. Activating the Pseudobyakugan allowed me to see through walls. I could see people walking on the street in front of the house. I deactivated it and threw a coin into the air, after which I activated the Time Dilation with a factor of 1.5. The coin appeared to fall slower. I deactivated this as well. I then wrote a 20 digit number on a piece of paper, activated my Eidetic Memory and read the number. Then I deactivated the eidetic memory and I could still remember the number. I then wrote a complex integral that would take me minutes to solve. Then I activate my Nootropic Mode and could solve the problem in seconds. I deactivated this as well. Everything worked perfectly.

I then followed the instructions inside one of the booklets about how to enter the library inside my mindscape. After entering the mindscape, I was inside a library. There was an introductory booklet about the library on a table. I read it and understood how everything worked. Then I poured a little chakra inside a region in the introductory booklet, and the mindscape changed into an illusion of myself inside a lecture room explaining about the features of the library.

I then turned the time dilation to 1.5 and started reading and watching lectures inside the library. The library also had the diaries inside. There was a geography book that had some of my memories inside. I could read about a place, then watch one of my memories about that place if I was there in my last simulation. I placed everything I had inside my interspatial ring. Now no one could find anything incriminating about me even if they searched my room. I just had to be careful not to stand out too much.

I spent the rest of the day either inside the library, doing exercises outside the library or working on my physical strength. The Nootropic Mode would allow me to master everything a lot faster, but I could only used it a little at a time do to my low levels of chakra. This is how I spent the rest of the month. Doing a lot of exercises, catching up on my diary reading and working on my physical body. By the end of the month, the Hidden Yin Seal was 4% full. It would fill during the night when I slept and my reserves were full. This month I managed to advance a lot more, especially compared to my previous months. My chakra control especially got a pretty big boost. Using the Nootropic Mode made mastering some of the exercises very easy. My medical learning also was improved thanks to the Eidetic Memory and Nootropic Mode of the Hidden Yin Seal. I now had to think what my next simulation would be about. I could choose between a simulation where I would explore jutsu theory and creation, I could repeat one of the previous prompts to see how far I could go with my current advantages, I could study senjutsu, I could try to explore teleportation, I could try to recreate Kamui, I could try to figure out dimension travel, I could try to create something like the Kamui dimension, a personal dimension for myself, nothing seemed impossible with my new capabilities. In the end I decided to stick to jutsu theory and creation.

When the 30th day came, I heard the long awaited sound:

[Ding! Host has received 1 simulation opportunity. Next simulation opportunity will be received in 30 days.]
