In the Warner Tower, things between the Warner siblings are bit tense.
"No! No! Please don't make me do this!" Wakko said while struggling to her free from his little sisters grasp.
Dot was keeping him on a chair in front of a computer.
"Sorry big brother. But you need to get out more often. Meet new people." Dot said with a bit of a stern tone.
"Which is why we are setting you up on a blind date." Yakko said.
Both Yakko and Dot had enough of Wakko just sitting around eating snacks and lying around. Also they're a bit tired of him not being able to communicate with other cartoons.
Knowing a blind date would be a change of paste, they set up his profile and ready.
"Please I don't wanna. I am not interested in going on some blind date." Wakko protested.
"Well that's too bad Wak. You haft to. We are so sick of you lying around doing nothing but eat all day." Yakko said with a stern tone.
That's when a bing sound was heard. "Well guess we have a winner." Dot said with a smile.
"No sister sibling it means someone agrees to be Wakko's blind date." Yakko replied. That's when they see who is gonna go out with Wakko.
"Huh. Guess your going out with someone named 'Cuphead'. Sounds like one of those silly online computer names." Dot said with a confused look as she looked at the name on the computer.
"Well then. Your location will be at the Glass-Tune. Table for two. It's tonight's grand opening." Yakko said with a smirk.
"Ugh! I hate this! Please don't make me go." Wakko begged with puppy eyes.
"Sorry Wakko, but your gonna go on a date whether you like it or not." Yakko said to his brother with a stern tone.
"Eeeekkkk!! Time for a descend makeover!!" Dot said with excitement.
"Oh no! Anything but that!!" Wakko begged.
A little while later:
Wakko 'in a descent looking navy blue shirt, a formal dark blue jacket, and clean jeans' was not happy about tonight. Luckily he still wears his red hat.
"Oh come on Yakko please don't do this." Wakko begged his brother again on his hands knees.
The two siblings gave him a disapproving look. Wakko knew there was no getting out of this now.
He had no choice but to go. He walked out the door as Yakko and Dot had satisfying smiles on their faces.
"Alright Wakko have fun on your date." Dot said while waving at her second big brother.
Wakko sighed as the door closed behind him. He climbed down the tower as he walked off.
"Duh.. Hey Wakko don't you have a donut shop to go to?" Ralph asked as he looked at Wakko walking passed him.
"No Ralph. I gotta date." Wakko replied flatly. Ralph was surprised as he entered the donut shop.
"Uhh, Wakko on a date? Who?" Ralph asked in confusion.
Wakko arrived at the restaurant and took a seat near the window.
He then looked at the menu while waiting for this blind date of his.
But this was more than Wakko thought. "I have a renovation for WakCup." An unfamiliar male New York style voice said to the waiter.
The waiter points to the table as Wakko caught a glimpse of an unusual cartoon character he didn't recognize walking to the table.
"Hey excuse me, but your at my table." The cartoon character voice said.
"Hate to rain on your parade pal. But I'm waiting for my blind date. Named Cuphead." Wakko replied as he looked at the menu.
"Seriously? Your waiting on...?" The voice said. "Wait a minute! I'M CUPHEAD!"
Wakko immediately looked at him. No doubt it was Cuphead from Inkwell Isle.
Cuphead was in a decent black jacket and long red pants.
He too was set up on a blind date. "Wait a minute... YOUR WAKKO WARNER?!" Cuphead shouted as he pointed at the second Warner brother.
"So your Cuphead?!" Wakko asked again in shock.
"Duh! The one and only Cuphead dude." Cuphead answered him as he sat down across from Wakko.
"I didn't actually think you be a guy." Wakko said awkwardly.
"Same with you." Cuphead said as he looked at him but looked at the menu.
"Last time I ever allow my brother win the bet." Cuphead muttered angrily.
"Come again? I didn't catch that." Wakko asked.
"I'll tell yas later." Cuphead answered while looking at the menu.
"Just so you know, I already paid whatever this costs from my parental guardians piggy bank." Cuphead said while Wakko looked at him 'curiously'.
"He seems a lot different than the other cartoon characters I ever seen. I find it rare that I see a cartoon with a cup for a head. Though looking at that red and white straw makes me think of eating a peppermint." Wakko thought as he looked at Cuphead.
Meanwhile:
Yakko and Dot were watching a comedy movie while laughing.
"Man on man. I hope Wakko is doing well on his date." Dot said to Yakko.
That's when Dr. Scratchingsniff entered. "Warners? Have you been in vy locker again?" Dr. Scratchingsniff asked in fury.
"Sorry Scratchy. I had to find something descent for Wakko to wear." Yakko said with a apologetic tone.
"Vhat? Vhy did you that?" Dr. Scratchingsniff asked with a raised brow.
"Well we gotten pretty tired of him just sitting around eating snacks and lying around all day. Besides he ate Dot's secret candy stash." Yakko explained.
"It's the truth he did. It took me 8 trips to Tokyo, China, Mexico, and Germany to set this stash of candy! I even gotten candy at New York City." Dot said 'showing her empty pink wooden box'.
"Uhh sorry about that Dot. Vait, vhere is Wakko?" Dr. Scratchingsniff said to Dot.
"Oh since we gotten tired of him laying around and being lazy and eating snacks. We set him up on a blind date." Yakko explained as he chimes in.
"You did Vhat?" Dr. Scratchingsniff asked in surprise.
"It's true. We set him up on some website called the Gay Cartoon Date Set Up." Dot said.
"You set Wakko up on a date with a guy?" Dr. Scratchingsniff asked.
"Gee I didn't think Wakko was into boys." Dr. Scratchingsniff muttered.
"What? No, we set him up on a date..." Yakko protested.
"With a guy." Dr. Scratchingsniff finished his sentence.
"You don't know what Gay means don't you two?" Dr. Scratchingsniff asked while scratching his head.
"Of course. It means happy." Dot said with a sweet smile.
"Uhh, yes and no." Dr. Scratchingsniff said.
"What do you mean 'yes and no'?" Yakko asked with a frown and a raised brow.
"Gay also means, a person having a romance with the same gender. Like a boy loving a boy, or a girl loving a girl." Dr. Scratchingsniff explained.
Dot looked it up and to her surprise with a jaw drop, the doctor was right.
"Uhh Yakko? He's right." Dot said.
Yakko looked to see the definition of the word 'Gay' means a person in love with the same gender. Both Yakko and Dot felt absolutely stupid.
"Who did you set him up with?" Dr. Scratchingsniff asked.
"Someone by the name of 'Cuphead'." Dot answered honestly.
"Really? Huh. Sounds like the name of the brother of my recent patient 'Mugman'. He's not from around here but he comes to my office once a month to confront his issues with his brother." Dr. Scratchingsniff said.
That's when a text came in. The doctor looked at his phone.
"Speaking of which. I better get going. I do not want Mugman to have another breakdown." Dr. Scratchingsniff said as he left the Warner's tower.
"We set Wakko up on date with a boy?!" Dot shouted in shock.
(Meanwhile)
Wakko and Cuphead were having an awkward silence. But that's when one of the clowns jumped up and sang his usual song.
"Ahhh! Clown!!" Wakko screamed in fright but that's when a lightning ball hit the clown and the clown collapse.
"Now that was fun. Also no scaring the guy." Cuphead said before blowing his finger.
"Whoa! How did you do that?!" Wakko asked. "Ehh, magic I suppose. I haven't had any action or fun since I carelessly sold my soul to the devil." Cuphead said as he laid back in a cool way.
"Whoa what?! You sold your soul to the devil?" Wakko asked in surprise.
"Never heard the story Warner boy?" Cuphead asked.
Wakko just shook his head no as an answer.
"Ehh figures. Not everyone around here has heard about it." Cuphead said with a shrug.
"So tell me what happened please? Waiting for our food is getting boring." Wakko said while slouching.
"Ehh what the heck? Beats fighting with my brother." Cuphead said.
"You have a brother?" Wakko asked.
"Yep. Only one. His names Migman. I mean to be honest with ya's. This was his idea for me to do this." Cuphead said.
"Well my big brother 'Yakko' and little sister 'Dot' made me do this. They kept saying I don't get out often and I do nothing but play games and eat snacks." Wakko explained.
"What about you?" Wakko asked Cuphead.
"I lost a bet with him. We were racing as a bet back to the house. Though as Mugs said 'karma catches up to me' and he won the race. As a result he set me up on a blind date." Cuphead explain.
Once on the computer 'Mugman' set up his profile on the Gay Cartoon Date Set Up.
"Your gonna have a good time with a lucky lady Cups." Mugman said while chuckling.
"Awww come on Mugman not this! I don't wanna be a date with someone I don't know." Cuphead said whining.
"No please Brother I beg you don't set me up on a date." Cuphead said while on his hands and knees begging.
"Hey this one looks promising. 'Wakko Warner' huh. Unusual name. But hey, we all have not normal names." Mugman said.
That's when he clicks 'accept' and Cuphead gasped.
"Hehehe. Your gonna have a lot of fun Cuphead." Mugman said with a smirk.
"You better be lucky Elder-Kettle isn't here or I would tell him." Cuphead said with an upset tone.
"Well, your dates tonight at that Glass-Tune restaurant. Table for two." Mugman said.
"Oh no... Oh come on Mugsy anything but this." Cuphead said.
"Well nothing I can do now. Besides I got my therapy section with Dr. Scratchingsniff this evening." Mugman.
(Flashback Ends)
Once Cuphead finished explaining, Wakko was a little surprised.
"So your brother goes to see Scratchy?" Wakko asked.
"Yeah. He has issues with me." Cuphead answers with a shrug.
"Why? Do you hate each other?" Wakko asked.
"Nah. It's not actually that. We are brothers but we are opposites. He's careful, boring, and always following the rules. While me? I'm more adventurous, careless, and fun." Cuphead explained.
"Oh. Me and Yakko are the same way. I mean I'm more of a lay around kinda guy. He's the responsible one." Wakko replied.
"So can you tell me about this devil signing thing?" Wakko asked.
"Glad to. Well you see, it started when me and my brother were at this carnival." Cuphead said as he started the story.
(With Dot and Yakko)
The two Warner Siblings were speechless. They couldn't get over the fact that they set up Wakko with a guy.
Not just any guy. A cartoon guy from Inkwell Isle.
"Well I looked up Inkwell Isle that Scratchy mentioned. As a matter of fact he gave me info on this Cuphead. This island is home to the devil himself. Not just that. Multiple looking cartoons live there. Including a good looking sea monster." Yakko said as he looked at Calamaria's pic.
"Whoa she's hotter than Hello-Nurse. Though the octopus really is a nice touch." Yakko said.
"I better go to the Glass-Tune." Dot said before heading out.
Once outside she walked out around as she sighed deeply.
Once she arrived at the Glass-Tune. She sees Wakko and Cuphead laughing.
"Wow Cuphead. You really shown that devil who's boss." Wakko said 'impressed'.
"Ehh that's nothing. You really know how to drive people crazy believe me. I did that with Elder Kettle, Mugman, and the devil." Cuphead said. The two boys laughed playfully.
"I can't believe we actually have a few things in common. Though I haft to be honest." Wakko said before he looked away with a blush.
"It's really amazing how you beaten a devil in a game of rock, paper, scissors." Wakko said with a shy expression.
"Ehh banana oil. It's nothing." Cuphead said.
That's when the two gazed into each other eyes while the sparks flew.
It was like as if Cupid had struck them with an arrow. Then the two chuckled awkwardly while they looked away blushing and taking each other's hand.
Dot was a little surprised as she sees Wakko's blind date was going well.
"I wish I had a date." Dot said while looking down.
"Hey toots. Wanna grab a sundae?" A male voice asked. Dot looked to see Bendy in a cool pose with a red rose.
Dot blushed and giggled. "Aren't you such a gentleman mister..." Dot said before she trailed off.
"Bendys the name Princess." Bendy said before kissing the Warner sisters hand.
That's when the two locked arm in arm to the ice cream shop. Leaving the two starstruck boys.
Wakko and Cuphead fell head over heels for each other in that beautiful evening.
