Chapter 1: New Goddess of Heaven Saving Red Dragon Emperor
[Location: Heaven - Angels Territory]
(3rd POV)
After God sent Kiana into the World of DXD, primarily in the Angels faction, through the portal. She had arrived in Heaven via the portal above and was tossed onto the ground, causing her to pass out due to the vortex of the portal spinning around, making her feel dizzy. After that, two Archangels walked around the hallway before spotting her lying on the floor; they immediately ran over to her and checked her pulse, finding that she was still alive. They then carried her body, holding her like a princess, and quickly took her to the Throne Room where they searched for Archangel Michael's assistance.
Meanwhile, in the throne room, we see a person who is sitting on the Throne and doing paperwork. This person is none other than the most trusted archangel of God, named Archangel Michael.
He is one of the most powerful archangels that have survived the Great Biblical War, especially since he is a rival of Lucifer and the second-oldest child of God. Though he, alongside the three other archangels, mourned for the death of their father and their siblings, especially Lucifer. He may not like Lucifer for being arrogant and a traitor of Heaven, but he still loves her as his number one sister; she is the only one who trained him to become the guardian of Heaven. He always loved, admired, and respected his sister Lucifer a lot, but he has already moved on as the chosen leader of Heaven, even though he is not a god nor a candidate for the leader of Heaven; he is an archangel for his father's sake, and he cannot fix the heavens' system perfectly, but he is still in charge to lead the angels and also has to do his paperwork daily and annually.
This is his worst nightmare because he doesn't want to be in charge of Heaven. But then he says to himself in desperation.
"Oh Father, why did you put me in charge of leading the heavens? (Sigh) How is this even possible? I wonder why Lucifer doesn't want to be leader of Heaven; maybe it was just boring for her and she rebelled against you. But I have to find someone who is capable to lead us in the future. And who could that be?" He said to himself, but then the door opened revealing Archangel Uriel together with Archangel Raphael who is carrying white haired girl in his hands.
"Michael, we need your help here. Me and Raphael spotted her in the hallway, lying on the floor; I don't know how she got here, but I can clearly sense that she's still alive. Please help us here." He said in worry as Michael stood up and used his twelve golden wings to fly towards them. As he landed in front of them, he told his brothers what they should do.
"Okay, let's bring her to the room where Lucifer used to own it since she is no longer using that room anymore. From there, we can heal her up with the help of Gabriel, understood?" He said to them, as the two brothers nodded as they went to Lucifer's room which is now unused during the time of the Great Biblical War.
When they arrived at Lucifer's room, they laid her on the bed properly before the two brothers went to call their sister Gabriel in emergency. As they left, Michael looked at her curiously, wondering how she got here in Heaven, but when his eyes saw something in her hands, there was an envelope in her hand, which Michael reached out and took. Once he had it, he read it, but to his surprise, the envelope was meant for him; however, Michael rushed to open the envelope and read it carefully. The letter said:
Dear Michael,
Hello, son. It's been a long time since I left your world. I didn't say goodbye to you, but don't get me wrong; I am still alive, along with your sister. I am somewhere else in the universe. However, I won't be returning home. I have placed someone in charge in my absence - a white-haired girl named Kiana Kaslana. She is a member of the Kaslana clan, a Valkyrie of Schicksal, and a Herrscher of the Void, Flamescion, and a vessel of the Herrscher of the End or known as the Final Herrscher. She comes from another universe and is extremely talented, but also very strong. In fact, she has surpassed everyone, including supernaturals. That's why I chose her to lead Heaven. Additionally, her destined one is the Red Dragon Emperor, who will aid and protect her from danger. Later on, you will meet the supreme ruler of all biblical factions. Please tell them hello for me and Lucifer.

Once Michael read this, he was shocked to learn that his father is alive and so is Lucifer. He sighed in relief that it is good news for them, but also he needs to keep this secret from the others. After that, Uriel and Raphael came back with Gabriel on their side, and Gabriel is known as one of the most beautiful archangels, who is rivaled only by Goddesses and even her sister Lucifer. She is a very pure and innocent angel, and her brothers have kept her safe, even from Lucifer herself, who has been protecting her from others and punishing those perverts by kicking their precious sunshine or castrating them if they get too close to her sister, including herself.
Gabriel took this seriously before she checked Kiana's condition and healed her as soon as possible. However, after a few minutes, she stopped as she turned to her brothers and asked them some questions.
"Brothers, do you even know how this girl came here to Heaven?" she asked them, and Uriel and Raphael looked at each other before looking back at her with curious faces.
"You see, little sis, when Raphael and I were walking down the hallway, we saw her lying on the floor unconscious. So we checked on her, and she was still alive, so we took her to your brother Michael to ask for some guidance. As he said, we brought her here, and we're asking for your help." He explained to his sister, then that Raphael was about to ask Michael until he saw a letter on Michael's hand.
"Brother, what are you holding in your hand?" he asked his brother Michael, who then replied.
"Oh this, this is a letter from our father, and he has sent us some good news for our faction." he said to them. They all heard that it was from their father, as Uriel took the paper to read it, while Raphael and Gabriel joined him in reading the message.
After that, they sighed in relief once they read it, and they stared back at Kiana who was now lying on the bed. Kiana had already regained her consciousness; she woke up and got up from the bed. She immediately turned her attention to see four people standing before her. A halo surrounded each of them, indicating that she was now meeting angels in front of her.
"Hello there, I apologize for being late in introducing myself; my name is Kiana Kaslana, and I have been sent here by your father to serve as your official ruler of the Heaven faction. If you don't mind, will you guide me to your Heaven's system, where I will fix any issues present?" Kiana said to them, which the 4 archangel looked at each other then looked back at her which Michael said to Kiana.
"Greetings, Kiana-sama. My name is Michael, also known as Archangel Michael, and I am the one in charge of the angels. These 3 angels are my siblings, the one who is wearing silver and gold armor is Archangel Uriel, the one wearing black and golden armor is Archangel Raphael, and the beautiful woman next to him is Archangel Gabriel." He introduce himself and his siblings to Kiana, which Kiana noted their names as she stand up from the bed and then, she looked at her attire which she is in her White Comet battlesuit. She used her void powers to change her attire, which glowed brighter.
This caught the attention of the four Archangels who noticed her powers were similar to that of the Infinity Dragon God, but surpassing his power. They sweated in fear, knowing not to anger her under any circumstances. As soon as the light faded, her attire consisted of a white and gold lined dress, accompanied by white knee-high socks and heels, making her appear as if she was the Goddess of Beauty. Her eyes had also changed from blue to golden.
After Kiana changed her attire, Michael led her along with the three archangels to the Heaven System Room, which was located near the back of the Throne Room. This caused Kiana's eyes to widen in surprise as Michael explained to her.
"Kiana-sama, this is the Heaven's System we have here; however, there are many errors that we need to address. In order to fix them, you must touch the orb to transfer your power to the system. Your power will act as an energy for the Heaven's System. However, since I am also the assistant of God, it is my responsibility to adjust and fix these issues. It will take time to complete the system fully, and our current percentage is at 30%. We must fix this system as quickly as possible, otherwise, the Heaven will eventually fall." He explained to her, and she nodded in understanding.
"Okay then, I'll do it, but I don't know how long it will take me. So be sure to fix the errors as quickly as possible," she said to him. Michael nodded at her before Kiana goes to the orb and Michael into the system.
The three archangels prayed to their Father that their mission would be successful. Then Michael looked at Kiana and nodded to her as a signal to start the process. Then Kiana placed her hands on the orb and transferred her power into the orb. The orb accepted the power and began to start programming it. Michael saw this, and he quickly worked to fix any errors that might occur.
After 30 minutes, Kiana felt no sweat on her forehead, as she had asked Sirin to help her in the system, which she gladly accepted by making her power and energy become infinite. This was why Kiana never grew tired; however, the process was already at 90% completion. Michael saw this and decided to finish it, then looked at Kiana, who was not growing tired. He noticed that Kiana was truly strong. Then, the system was completed, and Michael felt relief, giving a thumbs-up to Kiana, who took her hands off the orb and walked over to him, saying.
"Well then, it seems that the system is down for today; what should I do next?" Kiana asked the archangel.
"Well, you'll be able to rule over us as angels under your leadership. However, we are also planning to form an alliance with the fallen angels and demons to unite under one banner. It is your choice, Kiana-sama." He said to his new leader, which Kiana thought about it but she knew that those two alliances would cause a lot of chaos, especially if there were stray and rogue ones. But Kiana asked him something important.
"In the human world, if you see any of these occurrences, please have all of the angels execute all stray devils and rogue fallen angels on sight. If they are being falsely accused, simply capture them alive. I don't want humans to know that the supernatural exists, especially not at their own demise by these evil beings." She tells him which Michael sigh in desperation much to Kiana's confusion, then he said to his leader.
"Kiana-sama, the truth is I always observe the human world, but one place is extremely chaotic - Kuoh Town, Japan. There are a lot of stray devils living there, but we can't send the angels to hunt them down because it is owned by the two devil heiresses, which are the sisters of the two fake devil kings Lucifer and Leviathan. More importantly, the sister of fake Lucifer who is the heiress of Gremory is responsible for the death of the citizens by letting the stray devils do their wishes to kill them, especially children were eaten, while the female ones were raped by the male stray demons. I know it is hard to save them since it is not our place to enter someone's territory or else it would create another war. But then, there are also few rogue fallen angels killing the people who have the sacred gear, especially those who are also witnesses. But the sister of fake Leviathan who is a Sitri heiress takes her role seriously, but she was only stopped by the Gremory, which she couldn't do anything but to follow her orders." He said to his leader, which Kiana who is beyond anger but she couldn't hold her temper. She really hate that Gremory who let the innocent ones died from the stray and rogue, this is very unacceptable for her which she will teach the Gremory a lesson on a worst way.
However, the heavenly system received the message, which they immediately looked at it. This included the three archangels. The message was revealed to them, which caused Kiana's eyes to widen as she rushed outside. Gabriel followed her, allowing her to lead her to the exit into the human world. However, Michael, Uriel, and Raphael saw the name on the list:

Information: Issei, also known as the Red Dragon Emperor, was betrayed by Rias Gremory, the heiress of the Gremory clan, through deception. As a result, Issei activated his dragon's fall, a sickness that affects dragons and has no cure until they die from the curse. The curse was created by the corrupted angel named Samael. With time running out, Issei is now on the brink of death.
Michael and others couldn't believe that the Red Dragon Emperor is him, but now the Gremory Heiress just angered Kiana Kaslana. This will be doom for the underworld as the Gremory made the Red Dragon Emperor suffer, not knowing that he is Kiana's destined one. This will trigger a war if the Red Dragon Emperor dies in the hands of the devils.
Back to Kiana and Gabriel, they are now rushing to the first floor where they can go down to the human world, but then all of the low-class to seraph class angels saw them running, they have never seen Kiana in the heavens before. Then Gabriel, who is now tired of running, stopped herself, leaving Kiana to do it all by herself. When she reached the open gate, she immediately jumped out of the gate, as she descended herself from the heaven to the human world, then she changed her outfit into Herrscher of Void outfit with Honkai Wings and Void Spears floating behind her.
Once Kiana is heading towards Kuoh, Gabriel's queen of hearts name Griselda Quarta who is rushing at Gabriel's aid as she asked her saying.
"Gabriel-sama, what happened to you, and who is that woman you're chasing after?" She asked him, Gabriel smiled and replied.
"That person, she is our new leader and a new Goddess of the Heavens. My father sent us a gift, which is her, before he died; she is the one who will aid us and she has managed to help us fix all of the problems within the Heaven System. She is the worthy leader of our faction." Griselda heard this, but not only her; Dulio Gesualdo, who is Michael's Joker and a trump card of the Heavens, and the other angels heard their conversation, and they began to cheer for their new leader of the Heavens.
But Gabriel also said something to them about Kiana which she said to them.
"However, God also said that Kiana has a destined one who is a Sekiryūtei or known as the Red Dragon Emperor; however, unfortunately, he is currently experiencing a Dragon's Fall, which could potentially kill him due to feelings of betrayal or being cheated by his mate or lover. He is nearing death, but if he dies, Kiana will declare war on the Devil Faction, as the Gremory Heiress has been allowing the Strays and Rogue Fallen Angels to kill the innocents in the abandoned buildings or during the nighttime. She is already angry, and even the Four Maous cannot stop her, as she holds the title of the Herrscher of the Void and the Herrscher of the End. However, the word Herrscher translates to ruler, god, or even goddess." She told them all this, stating that if the Sekiryūtei were to die, it would result in another war between the Devil Faction and the Angels. Therefore, they pray to their new Goddess to save the Sekiryūtei so that another war does not occur in either the Underworld or the Human World.
[Location: Kuoh town at Japan]
Once Kiana arrived in the Kuoh town, she flew in the sky only following the source of the Red Dragon Emperor. She only just wandered around in the sky and looked around, but when she got closer to the source, she found that it was an abandoned church in front of her.
She landed in front of the door, then she dispelled her Honkai wings and Void Spears. She saw that the door was wide open, so she headed inside the church. As she saw her destined one who was lying on the floor with the blood surrounding him, with his face and clothes tainted in blood.
She gasped in horror, as she rushed herself to his side. Then she saw that his arm was different. She presumed that it was her destined one's Sacred Gear - The Boosted Gear, where the soul of Ddraig resided within him. Then the Ddraig appeared and asked her a question.
"Wait, who are you and where did you come from? Are you trying to hurt my partner?" He asked her, and she answered his question.
"Listen here, Ddraig. I'm Kiana Kaslana, the new leader and Goddess of the Angel faction, appointed by God's order, and I'm not here to harm you. I'm here to save my destined one from his impending death; I still need him to live his life longer." She said to him, which caused Ddraig to be shocked at the realization that the woman standing before him was indeed the new ruler of Heaven and a Goddess who would soon take control of the Angels.
But now, she immediately concentrated herself and thought on how she could save her destined one, but she remembered that God had said something about her blood which it could save her destined one. So she immediately created a small knife and sliced her palms slightly, which she bled. Ddraig, who saw this, decided to let Kiana do it by herself because he knew what she was capable of. She gently opened Issei's mouth so that he could drink her blood. Once Issei faintly drank Kiana's blood and it flowed down into his mouth, eventually leading into his inner body. Then Ddraig sensed that his partner's body was changing with stronger genes inside him, meaning that his partner was evolving due to the blood of Kaslana.
After Issei drank Kiana's blood, his heart was beating faster, and his blood became stronger. His body grew larger, and he developed more muscle mass. Additionally, his brown hair turned white, just like Kiana's.
But then, when Kiana and Ddraig saw his change, they focused on Issei's eyes; he had opened them now, and it was no longer the same brown eyes as before—they were blue, just like Kiana's.
When he opened his eyes, he saw a beautiful girl who looked like a goddess in front of him, but soon he lost his strength and fainted. This made Kiana sigh, but soon she sensed someone else approaching, so she decided to use her portal to take them both to heaven instantly. When she did it, she took Issei with her before they disappeared. After they left, someone entered, only to find blood on the floor; it was revealed that Kiba Yuuto was there to look for his comrade and brother-in-arms to save his life, but he was already too late.
"Damn it, I'm already too late to save him; this is all your fault, Rias! For betraying and hurting his feelings! But if his blood is here and not his body, then it means he went somewhere else. I need to find him quickly or I need to report this to Sona so that she can inform the other Satans about this situation." He said as he goes back to look everywhere in the town, not knowing him that his comrade is been taken by a Goddess in her hands.
[Location: Heaven faction]
As Kiana and Issei arrived on the third floor of Heaven, Michael saw his Goddess and the man who was tainted by blood; he called his brothers Uriel and Raphael to help Kiana and her destined one. But Kiana told them as she said.
"Michael, take him to the room and heal him immediately; I'll be fine this time. So, please go and take care of him. Do whatever you can to save him." She said to them as both archangels nodded and took Issei to the room, leaving Kiana behind. Then, she immediately used her powers to clean off the blood that was tainted on her body and her clothes. After that, she changed her outfit back to her white dress outfit, then soon she talked to Sirin in telepathy.
"Sirin, have you seen anything happen to Issei?" She asked Sirin, who confirmed it as she said.
"Yes, I'm also surprised that it worked for him since he has become one of you, making him a member of the Kaslana family." she said to Kiana. Kiana doubted that Issei would inherit the powers or skills of the Kaslana clan, but she hoped that it was a miracle for her to have someone else by her side who was worthy. Then she immediately walked towards where Issei had been taken.
Back to Issei, he was unconscious in the bed while being treated by the healers, but when he woke up, he only said a few words which made Michael, Uriel and Raphael shocked at what he said.
"DELIVERANCE." He whispered to himself as he released his massive power that he got from Kiana's blood, the mark appearing on his back revealing a sword-like mark, making him a new member of the Kaslana family, as he is now the strongest hero of humanity.
