In the state of Washington, there was a family of five enjoying life. A married couple had their beautiful children, two boys and one girl, and they also had a pet. Her name was Lily. They were a beautiful family. Their youngest daughter's name was Cleo and they knew that one day she would have a career with animals. She loves animals. One night a fox came into the area and scared an old woman. Cleo heard her so she got out of bed and headed outside. Cleo was only six and wasn't supposed to leave the house past her bedtime. Someone needed her help so ran outside, got on her bike and rode to the lady's house.
"Cleo? What are you doing out this late?" said the lady.
"I heard you from home so I'm here to help. What's going on?" Cleo asked. Then she saw the fox. "Oh hello little guy." She walked closer while the fox backed up.
"Cleo back up." The old lady got her phone out and called the police and Cleo's parents. Once everyone got to the house, Cleo had the fox on her lap and was patting him. When the lady wasn't looking, Cleo ran in her face to get food for her and the fox.
"Cleo!" Her parents walked forward.
"Poop. I'm doomed." Cleo said but the fox got up to protect her. The police were ready to grab the fox away from her. "Wait. You are scaring him. Let me handle this."
"Young lady, that's our job and move it." said the officer. Cleo stood in front of the fox and looked at him. She picked up the fox and walked away from everyone so she could take him to his home. Everyone followed her towards the forest.
"Okay little guy. Go home to your family." She patted his head. "I can visit you." The fox hugged her and ran off. Cleo walked back to her parents and the police. They took her to the hospital to get a check up since she was with a wild animal. The male nurse checked her arms and took some blood. The other nurse checked her body for bite marks. There was nothing. The blood work came back normal and the doctor spoke to her parents. They walked into the room and saw Cleo asleep. So her parents took her home.
