Due to a series of dognappings, the Scooby Gang was investigating and had found themselves at an old abandoned Indian village on a cliff. There they had gotten separated and Fred and Daphne found a room.
"This looks like their ceremonial building." Said Fred. "Where they held their special rights."
"Perfect place for a witch doctor to live." Daphne commented.
"C'mon let's find him." Said Fred.
As they walked Fred noticed something. A lit fire.
"Hey look, I doubt that fire's been burning for a thousand years." He told her.
"Freddie, this place gives me the creeps." Daphne said getting nervous.
Suddenly The Indian Witch Doctor appeared behind the fire out of nowhere.
"You have violated the sacred temple." He said. "If you do not leave this village now, you will remain here forever." He threatened before vanishing.
"Okay we found him, now let's go." Daphne said. But Fred wasn't satisfied.
"Not yet I wanna check that alter." He told her.
"You check it, I'll wait right here." Daphne said.
"Okay, I'll just be a minute." Fred told her.
Daphne then sat down on a bench. Unknown to her that as soon as she sat down in some other room a lever was pulled. As soon as the lever was pulled the bench Daphne sat on went down but immediately came back up. Only now Daphne was gone. Fred turned back. "Daphne." He noticed she had disappeared. "She's gone. Daphne! Daphne!"
What he didn't know was when the bench went down Daphne fell off down a slide into a tunnel.
"Where am I?" She asked herself. Suddenly a hand clapped over her mouth. "Mmph." She mumbled. Another hand pinned her arms to her side. It was the Witch Doctor who grabbed her. "You were warned to leave, now you shall remain here." The Witch Doctor dragged Daphne to a room where all the captured dogs were. He brought her to a pole and pulled out some ropes. He quickly tied her to it then wrapped a blue piece of cloth of cloth around her mouth. "Mppfh" Daphne squealed.
The Witch Doctor began to leave.
Meanwhile Scooby and Shaggy had found the dognappers' hideout. Shaggy was making himself a sandwich while Scooby found something.
"Hey what's this?" He asked himself. Unknown to him a hand came out behind him and pushed him down.
Shaggy noticed his pal was gone. "Scooby Doo where are you?"
Scooby slid down another tunnel to the room where Daphne and the dogs were being held. He noticed the bound and gagged Daphne.
"Daphne." Scooby said as he removed the gag.
"Scooby untie me quick." She said as soon as her mouth was free. "That Witch Doctor could come back at any time."
"And the dogs?" Scooby asked as je began untying her. "The dogs?" She asked before realizing. "Oh sure we'll free the dogs. Now hurry."
