The plane rumbled around him as Dartz sank into a plush private corner of the luxurious jet Atem had waiting for them on the tarmac. He tried not to feel disturbed by how quick and seamless their departure had been, and the assassin was taking a nap somewhere in the front of the plane, in his own private quadrant.

Dartz pried his laptop open and saw his own hand shaking.

Well, he was now tied to Atem.
He needed to come to terms with it.
Atem was going to be a regular client of his…so they would be seeing each other often.

Staring blankly at the screensaver of his firm's logo, Dartz shook his head and poised his fingers over the keyboard, tapping in the password. It was morbidly funny how a few years ago, Valon had dug into Atem as a potential long-term client, and this was the result he'd wanted, except….he wasn't alive to see it happen.

And he is the star client that will put me on the map, Dartz grit his teeth and logged into his email, his vision blurring at the two names alternating on his screen.

Doma & Associates–his old practice which Valon stole from him, and the new one he'd made under his name, Paradius Esquire.

I…win? Dartz tilted his head nervously as he noticed four secretaries from his old practice were emailing him, regarding Valon's death. Yes. This was…a form of winning.
A merger was in his sights.

Dartz began replying to the emails and barely noticed Atem walking down the aisle towards him, and only until he heard a rustle in front did he glance up from his laptop and receive a slight shock.

Atem was smiling handsomely at him with a drink in hand, wearing a plain black t-shirt and his hair spiked to perfection. A-Alright… What was it?

"Can I help you?" Dartz said quietly as he edged the screen of his laptop down to let the assassin see more of his face, to appear polite.

"Yes," Yami replied pleasantly, placing his phone down on the table to slide it across, screen facing up. "Here is Seto Kaiba's personal email address he has reserved for close-circle associates. You will email him once a year here with your updated CV."

Dartz blinked and nodded, glancing over at the screen to write it down. Cool.
A high-levelclean client he didn't qualify to represent yet.
What a great motivational study tactic.
He'd look at this email and remind himself why he was really doing this job, and not because Atem was soft-threatening to control his entire life if he didn't succeed.

"...Okay, and I'll leave you alone," Yami smirked as he picked up his phone and eased out of the seat, eager to take a nap.

He knew Dartz was going to be extremely busy now, reclaiming his old practice and combining it with his new one. Valon had taken a lot from him.

Sinking back into the bed, Yami threw his legs up with a satisfied sigh and saw a message from Seto light up his screen, making his heart jump. Aww…
He really enjoyed receiving texts from Seto.

Opening the video message, Yami almost dropped his phone when he saw it started at bare knees, and then went panning up slender legs, so he had to mute the volume and turn towards the wall, his ears burning white hot as he glanced down the aisle to make sure Dartz wasn't getting up to walk by without warning. He glanced back down at his screen and had to go back a few seconds, because he missed the part where Kaiba had given him a delicious peek at his hardness, outlined in a pair of dark navy underwear.

My first dirty video, Yami thought gleefully as he pulled up the keyboard to type, but then realized it obstructed his view, so he waited, watching it through to the end.

Kaiba then set the phone down face-up in the space in front of him, mimicking the perfect perspective of when he was hovering over Yami's body, and then he inched the camera lower to give a huge show of taking his length out to give it a few strokes.

Yami didn't dare blink. His heart was stuck in the back of his throat with happiness.
He'd seen pornography before, and never really watched it because it felt like a waste of time compared to having real sex, but…this felt different somehow…
It was way more pornographic than he could imagine a private video being.

A text from Seto popped up underneath the video that was still playing, "thinking about you," was all he said, and Yami felt his face heat up. Yes, the high-effort sexy video was evidence of that.
Kaiba was making sure to keep the camera low, between his legs, masturbating above it to give the best angle of his dick in the lower frame, then the rest of his body above, and Yami felt his own dick twitch happily in response. Oh no. This was so arousing….

Yami's fingers slipped on the volume button, almost wanting to hear something, because he was sure Kaiba was at least breathing hard from the way his chest was heaving and from the way he kept throwing his head back to enjoy the feeling of his own hand moving faster and faster over the head of his dick until he slowed down and glanced right down into the camera with a lustful smirk as he came all over the lens. The first few droplets splattered off to the side, and Yami leaned back in shock so fast, the back of his head hit the plane's window with a hollow thunk.

Semen flooded the screen and Kaiba's hand was blurry when it came down to swipe it away, and Yami trembled with a strange feeling that was bubbling up inside his chest, coming up to consume him in a pang of lust so strong, he was taken aback by it.

The video ended with Kaiba smirking, still blurry because he was wiping the camera.

Yami's fingers trembled as he swiped at the keyboard and nearly misspelled every single word in his outgoing text.

"...ph ny gufcking god, that wws so hot…"

Kaiba's reply was instantaneous. "You're welcome. I see you're landing in 7 hours."

Yami swallowed thinly and wrote back, "I want it." Then he paused and decided to be embarrassing, adding, "I hit my head on accident when you came." He sent it, then paused, and added again, "...next time I'll be more ready and open my mouth."

Yami winced at himself as he scrolled up to see his own texts and saw Kaiba's text bubble popping up and sinking with frenzied energy.

This was cute, right?

"?! you hit your head?! Hahaha you want it that badly? Come get it." Kaiba wrote. "I want a sexy video too."

Yami glanced up and didn't see Dartz at all, but he grimaced and replied, "can't. Not alone on the plane. I'm flying my lawyer back into Japan and keeping an eye on him."

Kaiba's response was an annoyed tone, "....ok throw him in rehab. I have a few centers that are highly recommended & effective, I can link you. Babysitting him is not your job, are you his dad? I get that we all need our lawyers but seriously, don't baby him."

Yami let out a huff of laughter and decided to change the subject.

"Well I would rather have a list of places to avoid in Domino, since I'm exploring the city after purchasing your property (17A) did you get my $$ deposit? I mailed it to both your agent and you, once the funds clear, I'll move in!"

And Yami knew this would annoy Kaiba further, speaking about money when the mood was sexy, but this was important.

On the other end, Kaiba growled in annoyance and wrote, "I can show you around. Don't worry about it."

Yami's response was fast and snarky, "no need, i know you're busy."

Kaiba ground his teeth in frustration and tapped away from the chat, aware that Yami was pushing him to answer, so he complied. It was obvious they wouldn't go back to the sexy chat unless Yami got an answer he wanted to hear.

Yami waited a few moments, almost dozing off before his phone vibrated, and Kaiba's text sounded angry, "ok there. Now I have a meeting. I don't want to talk about this subject anymore. See you when you land. [img1] [img2] [img3]"

Kaiba had thoughtfully attached screenshots of the city and drawn a line along the blocks that were unsavory and even circled a few buildings, typing in small text like, "...known drug den, police can't get them. They keep sweeping it but shit keeps being set back up", and in the second image, the entire waterfront was circled in red, "AVOID SHITFUCK DOCKS", and for the third image, yellow dots on several establishments scattered throughout the city, "...yakuza hangouts. All I know is my security team tells us to avoid these areas/ never go alone."

Pleased, Yami saved each photo and emailed them to Dartz and then rolled over to take a nap.

He was in a helpful mood.

Dartz had just finished clearing out his inbox when he heard it ping again, so he gnashed his teeth, going back to check the tab and pausing when the sender's name was a jumble of symbols and letters.

00null /[t]€5555;';/

Looks like spam, Dartz growled to himself as he opened the email and discovered it was merely screenshots of city streets with edited text. How odd?!

It took him a while to understand, and when he finally did, he sat back into his seat and stared incredulously at his screen.

Atem had sent him a list of places to find clients in Japan.

How…helpful. And nice to know the assassin had his personal email–the one that was monitored by all intelligence agencies searching for him–how bold of him to assume he wouldn't get caught, typing his name out in code.

Saving the images and deleting the email, Dartz felt his face heating up as he pocketed his phone and tried not to feel biased emotion, but it was hard to dislike Atem.

Dartz closed his laptop to give his eyes and rest.

He was jolted awake when the plane landed with a wavering dip that made his stomach clench, and he sat up sleepily to palm his face, glancing down when he felt something fall off his body.

A blanket.

Confused, he touched it wondering where it came from and then saw Atem come striding up the aisle with a bag swung over his shoulder, looking refreshed and handsome.

"Oh good, you're up," was all the spiky-haired assassin said as he turned around to walk back to the front. "I'm excited to see your new place."

What? Dartz pulled himself out of the comfortable plush seat and had to re-tie his hair with a few long sweeps of his hands because it had come undone from how heavily he'd slept.

He grabbed his briefcase and blazer off the other chair and stumbled groggily to join Atem at the front of the plane, receiving a pretty smile and an outstretched hand.

"Your business card," Atem said seriously, so Dartz slid it out of his wallet to hand one to him, watching the man stick it into the cupholder of the nearest seat, and Atem didn't bother explaining why he'd done that.

"I have to pay for those to be reprinted," Dartz muttered, and Atem turned to give him another smile.

"Oh good, then you can give me a whole stack," Atem said with a mischievous smirk. "You aren't changing the phone number, right?"

Dartz nodded silently and felt a nice breeze blowing in from the stairs being lowered, and he followed Atem down the ramp and gripped his briefcase tighter when he saw that a limo had been reserved and was waiting for them on the tarmac.
Incredible. Of course Atem never got caught.
He used his millions to act like he was a private celebrity.
He didn't go through airports enough to be spotted or facially scanned.

They sat in the car in silence, and Dartz couldn't help but continue watching Atem as the man pulled out his phone and began texting, so Dartz turned his gaze out the window, admiring the beautiful sparkling buildings gleaming in the orange setting sun.

The limo passed a hotel, making Dartz crane his head to follow the building as he said, "...missed our stop."

"We're going to your place, remember?" Atem answered with a careless shrug, still texting on his phone, and Dartz set his jaw and crossed his arms. Right.
And where exactly was "his place" ?

That question was quickly answered when the limo pulled into a reserved parking spot where a woman was standing by the curb in a sharp pantsuit.

She strode forward to greet Yami with a bow, and a folder with keys was handed to him.

Dartz stayed silent as Yami passed an electronic tablet over for him to sign, and he glanced it over, recognizing it as a property ownership document.

He raised his head to ask questions, but Atem was smiling so sweetly at him, his eyes tilted upwards with a fox-like, threatening aura, that he merely signed it and passed the tablet back through the window.

Whatever. Atem was moving him around like he was a puppet.
He'd endure it. Based on that document, it appeared the assassin was attaching some property to his name.

The woman walked away with another bow, and Atem turned to pull the limo door open to let Dartz out, instructing him to get out.

"48th floor," Yami grinned as he flashed the keycard between two fingers, aware that Dartz was tired and confused, but he didn't care to explain himself. He walked into the building and let the lawyer follow him, his heart pounding with joy as he pulled his phone out to read what Seto had wrote for him.

"NICE. I see you picked up the key. Convenient how it's all furnished right? Pick your favorite room–wait. Who the fuck is Doma Paradise and why did he sign instead of you?"

He's reading the document, Yami leaned against the elevator railing and stepped aside to let Dartz stand beside him as he typed his reply.

"That's the lawyer I'm babysitting," Yami answered, thinking his babysitting list was getting long, and Kaiba's questions kept popping up, making him sweat a bit.

"...? Ok I see the payment for this property came from…several companies, I'm guessing you own all of these–Millenium Holdings….Turtle Games LLC–what games do you play or sell? "

Kaiba tapped his finger at the edge of his laptop with half the mind to search up these companies one by one, just to make sure Yami was legit. Well, he had to be, right? The gala they'd attended together only seated donors with a certain net worth at the marked tables.
And Yami had been in a seat higher than him.

And he's an angel investor, I might run myself in circles once his name and money starts popping up everywhere, Kaiba mused as he glanced down to see Yami replying just that in his messages.

"One of the small startups I've acquired, I think they're working towards opening a physical location which we can visit together for tabletop gaming (if they ever manage it haha). You want updates on all my current projects? While you're here, let me tell you about this lawyer who's with me…"

Nope, pass! Kaiba growled as he wrote just that, and sent it.
Yami's work was probably more boring than his own.
And he hated talking about money.
His phone buzzed again so he glanced down at it, feeling pleased when he saw Yami sending him photos of the penthouse, sounding ecstatic.

"PERFECT! I can see your tower from here! ….I can see the Dome from here too. Wow. really nice view [img] [img]"

Kaiba let out a proud huff and wrote, "It was supposed to be my home away from home, but I never ended up moving out (because obviously, Mokuba). enjoy. "

Yami took a few more photos for himself and explored the four rooms on the second story, aware of Dartz following him, awestruck.

It was a beautiful space, with a lovely view of the city, but quiet because it was high up, and the sunset filtering in through the curved 360 balcony was breathtaking.

The choice of furniture was a mix of soft-colored wood, neutral whites, and a navy accent wall helped make the entertainment lounge look cozy.

"The furniture… is already paid for?" Dartz asked, hearing his voice echo as Yami dashed past him with his phone raised, taking photos.

"Yes, and feel free to add more!" Yami called over his shoulder, jogging down the steps to check out the lower floor. "Great space to study, right?"

Right…. Dartz growled as he followed Yami down the glass spiral staircase, trying not to be affected by the indoor zen garden in the center of the spiral.
When he glanced directly down, it felt like he was looking into another world–a fantasy one.

Even with my millions, I would never, Dartz walked through a room lined with empty bookshelves and noted that this was the study, because a large oak desk was set up against a beautiful window with navy drapes that were drawn shut.

He set his briefcase down on it, already feeling comfortable.

Was this Atem's gift to him?
What was the catch?

There had to be one.

Atem wasn't just handing him a beautiful, fully-furnished penthouse for nothing in return.

Yami was in the basement floor, circling the bar, the mini kitchen, the gaming pod with six screens mounted together, sitting in front of an ergonomic gaming chair decked out in navy and black, and the all-glass fridge which also had rainbow LED lights inside.
Yami snickered in amusement.

The overall 'bachelor pad' feel of the entire room was overwhelming.

Seto had also put LEDs along the walls to also light up the hallway going into the bathroom, the walk-in closet, and another set of stairs leading back up to the first floor.

Clearly this was the 'man cave', and Yami felt a pang of affection for Seto as he circled the large bed that had jet black sheets, a tall, black headboard, and black pillows. He almost missed the projector mounted to the headboard, meant to project on the blank wall beside the bed.

Dartz arrived at the mouth of the dark room and stood in silent shock at the gamer cave and turned right around, lowering his head while his ears burned.
Interesting…

The previous owner had left a lot of their own personal touches in the penthouse and merely sold it as-is. Talk about filthy rich.

He personally enjoyed the topmost floor with the view, but something told him that it was the most unsafe room in the entire house.

If Atem ever decided he wasn't useful anymore, that room was where he'd die, unaware.

The best room to occupy would be the study, obviously…

Yami sat down on the bed and checked his phone again to read Seto's text, smiling to himself as he turned down the brightness to save his eyes.

"About to be done with work…heading over to you. You like the 1st floor?"

"I LOVE the gamer cave!" Yami typed happily, throwing his legs up as he laid back onto the pillows with a pof! the crisp scent of detergent tickling his nose. "Thanks for arranging it all! Guess I'm living down here haha"

Kaiba was climbing into his limo when he tilted his head and frowned in confusion.

Then why was the name on the purchase contract his lawyer's name?

What the hell was Yami's relationship with his lawyer?

Was it weird that Yami was 'babysitting' his lawyer?

He never cared much about his own employees past Isono and his secretaries for each of his buildings, so he didn't know how others treated their extended team.
Because if his own lawyer went on a bender, he'd just hire a new one.
There was an endless supply of lawyers clamoring to work for him.

"Are you living there or not? I'm confused," Kaiba wrote, and he raised his head to call out to his driver. "Penthouse."

And the car rolled forward while Yami's reply vibrated in his hand.

"I can always meet you here after work, since you're only 6 minutes away with minimal traffic," Yami had written, and Kaiba forgot all his questions about babying the lawyer and was consumed with a pang of lust.
Oh, fuck yea.
And if Yami wanted to hang out there in between his lunch breaks, he could visit Yami in under 6 minutes in the afternoon. Hell yes.

"GREAT IDEA and i'm pulling into the garage right now! Get naked" Kaiba wrote, hoping it sounded threatening, so he added an angry face emoji at the end, wincing at himself. Oops.
A heart, maybe? Or the devil emoji.
Dammit, too late.
He was obviously new at this.

Yami had replied with, "HAHAHAHA ok (i need a shower!) maybe you do too?"

And he leapt out of the bed, dashing up the glass stairs, to find Dartz in the study, already spread out with all his papers and looking haggard with strands of hair coming out of his ponytail.

"You look like shit," Yami commented brashly, and Dartz's eyelid twitched.
What the fuck. He wasstudying, wasn't it obvious?! And was that all Atem could say to him?

"Stop what you're doing," Yami commanded as he planted his hand down atop a stack of files, noting that his fingertips were once again, ragged and needing a manicure. "Go out, enjoy the evening, eat something, maybe soak in a hot spring."

Annoyed, Dartz was about to ask why when he heard the door slam, and a male voice echoed through the spacious house, "I'm here! Where the fuck are you?!"

"Now. Please," Yami nodded, wondering if he needed another incentive to get Dartz to move, but he didn't want to point a gun or a knife at the lawyer who he was trying to maintain good terms with. "Come back after you've had a relaxing evening, and stay off the ground floor. It's mine and I won't bother you there."

Without wasting another moment, Dartz snatched up his phone and wallet to hurry around his desk and out the door, his heart pounding in his ears with a mixture of fury and confusion at the sudden arrival of a stranger in a house that was supposed to be 'his', but deep down, he knew it wouldn't be that easy.
Yami's choice of words implied that he would be living on the ground floor. Shiver.

Trying not to think too much about it, he hurried out into the hallway and stabbed his finger against the elevator button, telling himself he chose this. He chose to take Atem's offer at that blacksite, and he was alive now because of it. He really shouldn't complain.

Kaiba perked up when he thought he heard the front door slam, and he walked out of the bathroom with the towel draped around his neck.
Where the fuck was Yami?!

He steadily walked up the glass stairs and glanced into every room as he passed them, seeing a mess in the study that looked like work, so he quickly ducked out, stepping onto the balcony and walking around the space to stare at the darkening sky briefly before he headed up to the top floor. Yami was probably in the master bedroom upstairs…and he was correct.

Kaiba walked around the curved hallway and saw steam was clouding the sliding glass doors leading to the bathroom, along with the sound of water jets rumbling, so that explained why Yami couldn't hear him shouting.

He pushed the doors open and was pleased to see Yami draining the tub after rinsing his feet on a water jet, giving him a sexy view of ass, tanned toned legs, and a smooth back.

Yami glanced up and barely made eye contact with Kaiba in the mirror before Kaiba came barreling at him to hug him from behind, planting a firm kiss onto his cheek before nibbling playfully down his neck while cold hands slid up his chest and roamed intrusively over both his nipples. Kaiba's fingers kept giving them hard plucks that made him weak in the knees.

"Did you miss me?" Kaiba panted as he opened his mouth to graze his teeth over the sharp point of Yami's bare shoulder, tasting the sweet skin at the tip of his tongue, and he curled himself harder around Yami's slender body, hearing him laugh and try to walk towards the sink.

"Yes, I did, let me fix my hair…" Yami replied anxiously, trying to reach the jar of hair gel that was left on the counter, and Kaiba ignored him.

"Did you bring lube? Is that lube?" Kaiba ranted, spying the jar but then recognizing it as hair gel. Shit. Fuck.
He didn't bring lube.

"Don't tell me," Yami bit his tongue so hard to keep himself from laughing, his eyes watered. "You didn't bring any?!"

"Why is that my job?" Kaiba retaliated, his ears burning with fury. Time to call Isono, dammit.

"How is it my job then? I just flew in!" Yami exclaimed with a playful nudge as he jutted his ass backwards to bump his asscheek into the hardness that was poking into his lower back, making him hot all over. "I'll make some. Is the fridge stocked?"

"No, this place is fucking empty," Kaiba growled into the curves of Yami's ear, hating how his stomach grumbled. "Kiss me." Yami was brushing his teeth and trying to be clean and polite. Kaiba bared his teeth and bit Yami's ear again, "kiss me. I don't care what you taste like."

"I do!" Yami replied with the toothbrush pouched in his mouth and he swatted Kaiba away playfully. "Find or get lube! I might have some left over from our Norway trip, but that jar is more than 5 days old. It's gone bad."

He washed his face and set the toothbrush aside and was spun around so fast, his head rushed, and he was picked up around the waist, being slid across the marble counter while Kaiba dove forward to kiss him hard, and Yami's ears rang tinny with a mixture of joy and lust when he responded with enthusiasm, wrapping his legs around Kaiba's waist and melting into the rough grinding that Kaiba was giving him through his pants.

Shivering with electric tingles, Yami kept his arms wrapped around Kaiba's shoulders while he threw his head back and closed his eyes to enjoy the feeling of Kaiba's lips dragging down his neck and giving him playful bites here and there. This was heavenly…
How did he go through an entire week without this feeling?!

"I want to fuck you," Kaiba breathed as he dragged one hand down Yami's front to grab his dick. "Did you enjoy your 5 and a half days without me?"

"No, it was terrible and full of work even though I'm trying to retire," Yami lamented with a dramatic pout. "Carry me to the bed downstairs and fuck me."

Kaiba huffed with laughter and swept Yami up off the counter into his arms, walking easily through the open door and back down the hallway, pausing to let Yami down on his feet by the stairs and earning a disappointed frown.
What? He wasn't an olympic athlete who could walk down a set of curved stairs with a person wrapped around him.

"We still need lube," Yami reminded him, and Kaiba cursed under his breath, digging out his phone from his pocket to text Isono.

"Wait for me on the bed," Kaiba reached down to give Yami's ass a tight squeeze while he texted with one hand. "And think about all the ways you want it. I'll call my manservant to bring it up for us."

Yami's grin widened and he dashed down the stairs with an excited laugh, his heart pounding as he threw himself chest-first onto the bed and grabbed a pillow to tuck it under his chin.

He was never leaving the country without Kaiba again if he could help it.

No more consecutive days without dick, Yami vowed as he glanced down at his ragged fingernails and felt a hot pang curl inside his stomach. And manicures, regularly.
Kaiba kept his hands nice, and it was nice to see a pretty hand touching him. He'd do the same in return and make sure his hands were always done up for Kaiba's visual pleasure.
