"These toys are awesome, don't you think so." Drax said. It was the weekend so the toddler-Guardians were at the toy-store as they had money to spend since Mommy Groot had given them allowances for doing chores or helping out only Drax and Ranger were drawn towards nousy super interactive toys making the others sighing but Nebula noticed Rocket wasn't with them in this section. "Ohhhh yeah these toys set his sensory issues off, I think I know where he is as Mantis is in the Princess Galatica section." she thought.

She snuck off to where the stuffies were, finding him there hugging a star stuffie hearing sniffles knowing what Drax and Ranger were playing with had set him off and one of the things that calmed him were stuffies besides his star blankie that he wrapped around himself when upset or needed alone time. She rubbed behind his furry lil ear which was helping. "Thanks Nebula, yeah I got freaked out by what my brother and Drax were doing so had to get away." he told her seeing him holding onto the star stuffie seeing it was a sensory stuffie which was meant for kits like him who had sensory issues and was weighted.

"Yeah this is the one, plus I love stars." he replied softly holding onto it and Nebula's hand joining the others relieving them Rocket was okay paying for their things leaving after a bit, anxious to get home and start playing and when they got home, Rocket said he wanted some alone-time in his room which Nebula understood.

"Alone-time helps him feel better, and wanting to play." she said.

"And that's what happened at the toy-store and we haven't heard a sound from his room since we got home mommy Groot and hope he's okay." Nebula told Groot. It was after rest-time and Rocket hadn't joined them for snacktime seeing Ranger firing an Nerf blaster and running around but Nebula decided to check on Rocket seeing him on the floor snapping together atelescope for stargazing. "Ohhhhh hey Nebula sorry but I just needed extra alone-time and remembered my telescope." hesaid

"That'sgood, as I was telling Mommy Groot about earlier, Ranger's running around with an Nerf blaster which is the loudness you're hearing." she replied seeing Rocket nodding. What she and the others didn't know was that Groot was helping him learn coping mechanisms so he could function outside in the world without being set off and he practiced during decompressing in his room playing with sensory toys especialky sensory slime which explained his loving when they played in mud.

"Mommy Groot will take it off him, I was taking deep-breaths." Rocket told her with the star blanket wrapped arouhd him like a cape which amused her hearing Mommy Groot calling them for dinner so were relieving the others seeing Rocket there as he explained to them he'd needed extra alone-time after earlier, plus had remembered his telescope for stargazing
