A month after the Evil Queen had taken control of Raven and then was defeated, the girls were at Apple's house where her mother was being held.
"What are you two doing here?" asked Snow White who was in a mirror on the wall of her office.
"Just wanted to let you know that my mother is getting out of her mirror in a few weeks," said Raven.
"What, why is she getting out?!" asked Snow White who was furious.
"Turns out the part of her soul that was destroyed last month did hold all of her evil in it and what's left in the prison mirror is her good half," said Apple.
"She's even promised to allow a magic restraining spell to be put on her so she can't use any of her spells," said Raven.
"I can't believe this, I'm going to be here for another twenty years but she goes free after everything she has done?!" asked Snow White.
"Be glad it was only twenty, many people wanted to banish you to Wonderland with a babble curse for the rest of your life, just imagine what would have happened if that were the case," said Apple.
"And by the time you do get out, the two of us will be the new Queens of Ever After and there will be nothing left for you," she said before the girls left the former queen.
