3 green Wyverns appeared while Ben was climbing the cliff. The Wyverns flew in a circle above Ben like he was their prey. They want to intimidate them after he entered their territory. Also, Ben and Bella look delicious to them.

"You better leave before something bad happens to you." Ben calmly stated.

The Wyverns understood what Ben was saying and look at each other. But they ignore it and roar at Ben before flying down towards him.

"You would live if you just ignored me. Unfortunately, you brought this upon yourself." Ben sighed.

He raised his left hand and pointed it at the Wyverns. Then, a dark purple magic circle appeared on his left hand.

"Sun Dragon Gravity Pull!"

The 3 Wyverns were pulled towards Ben at the same time. Ben prepared another spell as they got closer to him. He took a deep breath and a dark purple magic circle appeared in front of his mouth.

"Sun Dragon Heat Roar!" Ben fired a very hot red beam from his mouth. The 3 Wyverns can't evade it because of Ben's gravity pull. They were hit by the spell and feel the spell's high temperature.

The Wyverns scream as they were cooked by the beam of heat. Ben's spell stopped after he no longer sensed the Wyvern's magic power. The cooked Wyverns fall to the ground below while steam came out of their bodies.

"I told you to ignore me, but you wouldn't listen." Ben said.

"Stupid lizards." Bella muttered.

"Yeah, they're not smart at all. Let's move on, their carcasses will attract the attention of other creatures." Ben added as he resumed climbing.

Ben used Gravity Magic on his limbs to help him climb faster. He could have done it earlier, but he wanted to do it normally to gain experience. But now he needs to climb faster because of the Wyvern carcasses and the fact that it will get dark soon.

They reached the peak right before the sun set and had the chance to watch it. The mountain isn't tall, so they can reach the peak quickly. But this mountain was very long and it split Fiore with the nations to the east.

They watch the sunset together because it's a rare chance for them to enjoy it. It's a beautiful sight that they won't see often. They also look at the country of Seven that had a wide forest near the mountain.

"I thought there would be a town to see from here. But there's only a forest and mountains." Ben sighed.

Ben set up camp and ate the meat he roasted before lunch. Tomorrow, they will walk up the mountain to the north. They had never been to this mountain before, so there might be something interesting there.

The next day, Ben and Bella continue their journey and walk to the north. Ben walks while occasionally using binoculars. He has a high point of view, so he can look at many spots from there.

This way, he can look at the mountain and forest at the same time. But the forest is full of trees, so he can't see everything there. Still, he can cover most of the locations in the forest from a higher POV.

Ben kept walking with Bella sitting on his head like usual. She also looked around to help Ben find anything unusual. They walked for hours but didn't find anything that caught their interest.

That evening, they call Wendy and Carla due to the promise that was made prior to their departure. Bella told them everything that happened since yesterday. She is very excited and it made the 2 girls jealous.

"Don't worry, you can go on your own journey when you're strong enough." Ben reassured them.

"But we want to join your journey like Bella." Wendy argued.

"That's right, you need to take us on your next journey." Carla insisted.

"Then you need to train harder and get a lot stronger. I can protect Bella because she is alone, but I can't protect all 3 of you at the same time. That's why you need to grow stronger so you can protect yourself, especially you Wendy." Ben said.

"But I'm not as talented as you Ben nii-san." Wendy sadly admitted.

"Don't underestimate yourself! You have been using magic since you were 5, while I started using magic when I was 10. Now you are 11, so it's still early. I was not as strong as you when it came to magic when I was 11, right? Have more confidence." Ben exclaimed.

"That's right, Wendy. Ben-nii trained really hard to get where he is now. If you want to be as strong as him, you need to train as hard as him too. I know you can do it." Carla stated to motivate her.

"Bella trained." Bella nodded.

"Yes, yes. You also trained hard." Ben said, rubbing Bella's head.

"I understand. I will train really hard and surprise you when you return home." Wendy said, her spirits lifted.

"I can't wait for that." Ben smiled.

They keep talking about other things until they felt sleepy. Ben ended the call after Bella fell asleep and Wendy couldn't stay awake either. They went to sleep immediately to be ready for tomorrow.

But Ben didn't share one detail with them. He wasn't going to take Wendy and Carla on a journey with him in the future. It wasn't due to their strength, but because they would find their own dreams.

They are still too young now, so they just want to be with him as they view him as their big brother. But they need to think about themselves too and will think about it when they grow up. Everyone has their own dream and life journey, including them.

Ben didn't want Wendy and Carla to follow him all their life. He wants them to live their life how they want to, including Bella. If Bella wanted to do something that she wanted, Ben would allow her to do it as long as it was a good thing, even if that meant they needed to go separate ways.

Even so, Ben will always be there for them and ready to help them. They are his family in this world, people that he loved very much. He will do anything for their safety and well being. The same thing that happened to his biological family won't happen twice.

Ben and Bella resumed their journey on the mountain on the border. They encountered some wild mountain creatures. Some of them were hostile while others aren't. They just attacked the hostile ones like usual and kill the edible ones for food.

They haven't found anything strange or unique on the mountain except for the native creatures. They came across some caves, but those were just dens. Some of the caves had small lacrima crystals in them, but that was a common occurrence.

"Maybe it was a mistake to go this route. I hope the forest has something interesting." Ben said as he looked at the forest through his binoculars.

Bella also used her small binoculars to look around. Ben bought her binoculars after she whined. So he bought binoculars for her, Wendy and Carla. It was a cheap item and he had money, so there wasn't a issue buying extras.

While looking around with her binoculars, Bella noticed something shiny on the mountain peak. It was far away from their current location, so it can't be seen clearly even with binoculars. She told Ben about it and they went to check it out.

When they reached the location, they found a sword embedded in the ground. Only the red hilt was visible as the blade was buried. The hilt was plain, but it looked as good as new.

Beside the sword, there was a stone with writing on it. "I left my sword here for a worthy person. If you can pull it out, then it is yours."

Ben stroked his chin after reading the writing. "Hmm, very suspicious."
