Greetings my fellow fanfiction readers! Hereby introducing the creation of this fanfic; Me! Fiction Militia. Now I doubt anybody really remembers as I only wrote one story and that was 2 years ago but now I decided to try out my hand in writing (Again).

Just to state something- As much as the downsides of the Assassin's Creed games, I still do love most of them; Especially the Ezio Trilogy which made me love Altair at the same time, making Ezio and Altair the best two Assassin Protagonists in my opinion in the entire Assassin Creed Franchise. But sadly, I haven't played any Assassin Creed game in 3 years and my last Assassin Creed game was Black Flag. Since then, I just watch all the controversial stuff happening in the future AC games like AC Unity, the grindy experience of Odyssey, Origins and the recent Valhalla to which I admit isn't all that Assassin's Creed like but I don't play it tho so my opinion might change in the future.

And some people might ask "Why make a AC x Kuroinu fanfiction?" Cause I've been inspired by the Kuroinu fanfic 'Irregular', it's really good so I recommend checking it. So I decided to make my own Kuroinu fanfic but with Assassin's Creed instead and who better to be the main Protagonist than Ezio, the most popular AC character to this day, on par with Altair.

Now since I haven't played AC in a long time, I'll try my best to impersonate Ezio's identity as much as possible and yes, I will create lemons for this fic but that's only for future chapters (and I mean far into the future) and yes this is a Harem cause Harem is the only way for this hentai :D

Anyway, this is only a prologue so the first official chapter will come out in the next few weeks or so- Just something to give the world of Kuroinu a bit of world-building cause it severely lacks it but again, it is hentai so the plot doesn't really have much for something you just want to fap off to.

Ezio Auditore didn't really think about what happens after death as he was more focused on current events or living out the remainder of his life; Finding the Apples of Eden in numerous temples scattered across the known Continents, Eliminating Templar figures that wish to enslave humanity in a manner of peace, expanding the Brotherhood to establish spheres of influence to safeguard humanity from itself and finding love with one Sophia Sartor who eventually changed her name into Sophia Auditore with two children as a result from their love.

After dying from a heart attack, that was half-expected due to past experiences of having a chest infection, during a visit to his sister Claudia in Florence. His death was in one of the markets of Florence and his last sighting of his wife and daughter, Flavia Auditore, as well as that random young man...

Ezio felt anger boiling within before calming himself, shaking his head 'No use getting mad about this; Whether I died from poison by that young man or my body is too old, I have lived my life and left a legacy... I just wish I stayed alive long enough to see my children create their own families...' He finished his train of thought with a sad sigh, he wanted to grow old with his wife but he was already two decades older than her so it was obvious that he would die first...

Settling with his regrets after a few moments, he looked up to see where he is- He didn't know what lays beyond death; Was it heaven or hell like the priests kept on preaching about in their churches, will you simply die and your soul be extinguished to be reincarnated into another life form like those religious books from a country called India in Sophia's library in Constantinople depending on the actions you have done? Or was it simply darkness?

Perhaps this is where the 'Nothing is True' of the Creed come into play- One individual spouts as the truth, another deems it a lie or a different opinion, and so on.

But no, it was nothing like all of them have said- In death, Ezio has found himself in a room similar to the vault when he met Minerva back in the Sistine Chapel of Vatican City where he also spared the Templar Pope, Rodrigo Borgia, after he finally made peace with his path of vengeance.

A room that seems to stretch for miles, painting itself to be like a dark night with stars covering it but with lines of gold and light blue lining itself upon everywhere it can be...

It was quite breathtaking, like an artistic painting made by his old friend; Leonardo Da Vinci. He took in the sights, his eyes wandering the empty landscape; Nothing yet this nothing is beautiful in its own way.

Is this how he gonna live out the remainder of his soul-life- In total isolation? With no one to talk to and nothing to do but wander aimlessly?

Ezio shivered in dread at the possibility, he has heard of the effects of isolation and even witnessed it during his travel to Masyaf; An isolated hermit acting strangely and even talking to inanimate objects as if they were living beings like a ball he named 'Wilson' with red paint to create a face. It was a wonder he even met the hermit in the first place.

Before he could ponder further; a bright golden light illuminated in front of him, forcing him to use his right hand to cover his eyes lest he gets blinded. This kept going for a few seconds as the light died down, allowing Ezio to lower his hand then gape in awestruck at the origin of the light.

The being that stood right before the Assassin was one of the most beautiful, jaw-dropping women he has ever seen in his entire life; Perhaps even surpassing his wife. She stood at a height of around 5'6ft, a small contrast to Ezio's 6.0ft, with a slim and sexy body that is filled out just right; Her breasts perking to be a D-Cup with her shoulders exposed, emphasizing a subtle temptation to anyone who may see it

Her clothing appears to be a red silky chiton with two golden rose straps holding it up; One around her neck and the other set in her upper back. The Chiton reaches right below her knees with a slit on the left side, exposing a bit of her leg. The chiton is pretty much hugging her body, showing all of it in a clothed manner with a golden necklace and ring placed on her wrists and index finger

Yet the most important feature of her body was her face; Her wavey silk-like chestnut brown hair reaching to her back with a red rose on the upper right side while her facial features looked as if it was sculpted to perfection, slim yet plump at the right amount. Her brown eyes with a barely noticeable golden ring in the inner sections with lips as red as blood, glisteningly just like everything else about her.

Her eyes looked forward at Ezio, making him almost take a step back at the piercing gaze being aimed at him as it gained a playful and lustful tone. She smiled as she sauntered towards him, her hips wiggling in a mesmerizing way.

Ezio was in awe at this beautiful divine being before recovering quickly, although not quick enough as her eyes took notice at his previous state and took pleasure at his response.

She soon stopped right in front of him, her eyes scanning his whole being before she made the first move.

"Hello, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, A Master Assassin and Mentor within the Assassin Brotherhood- I have waited for your arrival" She spoke in a voice similar to Minerva's but more... sultry and less strict.

Ezio replied in kind, as it was rude to remain silent to a seemingly harmless woman but it's not like he's alive at this point... "Ciao Signora, for someone so beautiful to know so much and wait for an old man like me; I am humbled" His voice, much older and raspier, still contained the flirtatious tone from his playboy years but more subtle.

She giggled, a hand covering his mouth just like the noblewomen he flirted with back in Firenze and Venice "Oh Signore Ezio, please; After what you have gone through, your titles are well deserved"

The Assassin raised a brow at that information "You... watched me all my life?" A bit peeved at the fact that someone was watching him, despite that someone is like Minerva in terms of race. He was an Assassin and Assassin's were supposed to blend in.

She simply nodded, her hair slightly swaying with her "Yes- The moment you were born, your teenage years, to your initiation to the Brotherhood and eventually to your death. I have also seen your little... night activities with the women in your younger years and I must say, I am impressed at your skill" She said with no shame what so ever.

Ezio felt very uncomfortable at the amount of information on him- The fact that she watched over him all of his life made him less than comfortable to the established stalker.

As if sensing his uneasiness, she quickly said "Ah, my apologies Signore Ezio- I did not mean to make you uncomfortable. I was merely being truthful."

The old Assassin nodded but that didn't mean his unease immediately went away, so he decided to jump into another topic "Who are you? You... seem similar to Minerva, are you one of 'Those Who Came Before?' The ones before the Catastrophe?"

The mention of such an event removed the smile from her face with sorrow replacing it, which Ezio regretted that he mentioned that tidbit.

"My name is Venus and yes, The Great Catastrophe that wiped all of my kind and most of yours before the remnants of humanity began anew. We call ourselves Isu, the ones who came before as you said. Most of us perished, their souls going into the afterlife but few of us did manage to attain a form of... immortality, in a way"

"Immortality... Minerva did mention that you Isu weren't Gods"

"Mhm! Dear Mervy was correct in that statement, although I didn't actually hearsay it since she forbade other beings like me from entering her vault without her permission."

'Mervy?' Ezio was amused at the little pet name "I see... But why did you bring my soul to you? Haven't I already delivered the message for Minerva during my time?"

"You did but I have a request for you; Not for Minerva but for me and the people of my world..."

"Your world? There are other worlds out there?!" Ezio was surprised yet excited at the fact of different worlds beyond the stars but the tone of Venus' voice sent alarms in his head.

"Indeed, I shall explain how it came to fruition and why I need your assistance if you are willing to listen?"

The old Assassin was hesitant- He has already seen enough for one life, he declared that back in Masyaf but his heroic side slapped him across the face. Assassin's were trained to keep the peace and freedom of humanity, so something within him that the threat of Venus' world was no small matter

Taking his silence as a yes, Venus began to narrate with a serious voice "When your kind was created- I was one of the supporting scientists under Minerva's leadership. While she and the other two lead scientists created humanity, the rest of the support staff refined you to the way you are today! Even I was one who suggested the procreation of your species as they wanted you to be born through a combination of essence and it took half a year to get my idea approved. Bah! They may have been geniuses but sometimes they can be fools as well so be grateful that you mortals are able to engage in fun, loving sex! It was thanks to me, after all" She finished with a grin and an oddly proud look on her face as if she did humanity a favor.

Ezio sweatdropped at that- He didn't think that their ways of procreation and creating new life was such a big deal for them.

She let out a small cough, removing the proud look from her face as she turned back to her serious facade "Anyway, after the Great Catastrophe struck and wiped out all of my kind- Me, Minerva and a few others turned into this; Immortal beings that are unable to interact with the mortal world directly. While Minerva and two others stayed in your realm, I and the others decided to create our races in our own image. Sometime later in traveling the universe across time and space, I managed to find a planet that is suitable for my version of humanity. Luckily, I remembered all of the procedures during my time in the project but slightly tweaked them to my taste. I then sent the first two beings to start it all, just like Adam and Eve in your realm"

The Auditore simply nodded in fascination while he kept on listening to Venus' story- He had heard of the story of Adam and Eve, where they were the ones who first started the human race after being tricked of biting the Apple of Eden which got them exiled by God; It seems Venus here took inspiration from that story. He chuckled a bit at the slight irony about the Apple of Eden

"After my first experiment was a success- I proceeded to keep on seeding the world with my brand of humanity- Soon, a new civilization rose up after they all banded together and peace over the world was established... But, I did not notice the different core of my world that fuels it- A substance called Mana begins to influence my settlers; Giving them the ability to harness it and control it, granting them the power such as healing, protection, and light... But it gave them the power of destruction; Summoning huge blazing fires to burn their enemies, Forcing the earth to take up arms via golems to destroy those that oppose them, controlling water that can sink port cities in a blink of an eye just by uttering a few words..." Her voice was distasteful towards the end for some reason, Ezio caught it though thanks to years of being an Assassin and information gathering. He has been through many interactions to know a person's true emotion in their words.

'So, it is like magic that Claudia read from those fantasy books back in Monteriggioni... But it seems she has a dislike towards it' Ezio briefly thought to himself before listening once more

" But War took place soon after- Greed, Hate, Lust, Power were the few things that inspired those who willingly took up arms against their fellow kin. Armies clashing in battle with Innocents caught in the middle of it, conspiracies raging behind the scenes, and family backstabbing one another for power. There were those who tried to stop the madness but their words fell into deaf ears or killed by one of their own."

"Bloodshed went on for decades before the first-ever civilization crumbled, destroyed by their own hands. Those who survived have seen the consequences of their actions and decided to stop. The remnants have formed into various groups, all of them scattering to different parts of the globe to escape their bloody history. Leaving the ruins of the first civilization to the mercy of time. Soon after, the groups have isolated themselves from one another- Recreating their own circle societies using the skills from the past but in an unexpected event that surprised even me, their creator."

"Their bodies began to change, to evolve and devolve from their state, with the mana within them starting to deeply resonate with certain aspects of the formula that I tweaked from the original; Some have achieved near-immortality, allowing their bodies and mental state to forever live on unless a mortal wound kills them to which they call themselves The Elves. But there are others who were less fortunate than the rest."

"The image that I built slowly turning into a gruesome beast with its mind so boggled down that even a dog is smarter than it, their mana fueling their body but absorbing the mental capacities as well, leaving their primal instincts and a lust for domination that they managed to receive from their fore-fathers. They call themselves Orcs and their powerful strength can only be matched by their wickedness and cruelty."

"Eventually, yet another war started but this was more controllable than the last one- The Elves being more intellect and strategic than the brutish Orcs... However, some of the Elves did manage to evolve one more time; Coloring their skin to a dark pigment with their abilities of light switching over to the darkness, creating a new sub-race called Dark Elves. This caused in-fighting within the Elven race with the normal Elves calling their Dark counterpart as being corrupted by the Orcs due to the similar skin color and magic type alignment. Eventually, this caused resentment to both sides with the Dark Elves being cast out; Leading the Dark Elves to find in the Northside of the World and eventually dominating most of the Orks to their will. The discontent, the arrogant hate, and the thirst for revenge were the reasons that initiated yet another war that will span for centuries, surpassing its predecessor in terms of longevity and the numerous deaths, battles, and horrifying acts during the war. And this period of time is where I send you, Ezio, to finally end the war and prevent the enslavement of freedom in my world" She finally finished her brief history lesson, letting out a breath before gesturing to the dead Assassin who looked in astonishment

Ezio was dumb-founded at the history of a new world; It sounded very fantasy-like, found only in the minds of children or bright-minded writers who'd made a story out of this. Yet the mentions of bloodshed and wars sadden him- Just like in his old world, the reasons for such wars sickened him no matter how used he is to it. Granted it had less confirmed wars than the ones back on Earth but the scale of such a war is astonishing and the fact they kept it for so long made him clench his fist at the one who caused it.

"During my time of watching over my... children-" Venus' voice sounded depressed at that and Ezio could understand it- Unlike Minerva, Venus seemed to be someone who is very in-tuned with her emotions and the fact that her creations, whom she deemed to be her children, kept slaughtering each other like a mother seeing her family fighting one another could make any sane individual be depressed.

"-I have received visions; Viewings into the future- Some are irrelevant while others are capable of changing numerous things. These visions though are somewhat blurry so I can never get the full picture no matter how hard I try... But this latest vision appears to be worst of all; A vision of a man leading an army of Humans, Orcs, and Demons across the land, raping and killing its occupants to their heart's content. A major party tried to stop this but it was futile, consuming the only thing that could've stopped this... And this is why I need your help, Ezio; To stop this wave of destruction and pillage from consuming the world." She finished, her brown eyes pleading to Ezio to accept her desperate cry for help.

The Assassin, horrified at the takeover of the world, thought on about this- This was not like being a conduct for a message to the one who will save the world but HE is the one doing the saving; Placing a heavy pressure on his shoulders as his actions could or could not save this world.

He went silent before a serious and anxious question presented itself "Why me? Why do you think that I could stop this threat; A threat that could swallow the world whole despite it's best effort to defend themselves- What good does one man like me do in this global-scale conflict, Venus?"

His question made the Immortal quirk a small smile "As I said- I have seen your entire life and your accomplishments. Your skills, charisma, personality, experience and so much more has me convinced that you are the right man to send..." The golden ring in her eyes shined a little brighter as she said the next words

"The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world"

The Assassin closed his eyes at the thought, trying to discern the meaning behind her words- He knew himself that he can do many astonishing things but this one seems to be the toughest one yet...

Old Ezio let out a sigh before his face hardened to a serious frown- His eyes, tempered through experience, bore into Venus' own as his right hand curled into a fist as he placed it over his chest where the heart is.

"Signora Venus- Although I am still not convinced in your words for choosing me; I, Ezio Auditore Da Firenze and Mentor for the Order of the Assassins, pledge my life to save your world for it is our duty to protect humanity's freedom"

'Oh, Ezio- You are so much more than you think yourself to be; Your potential has still not reached its limits, time just caught up to you faster'

"Thank you, Signore Ezio- Forgive me for not letting you go the after-life but I am desperate"

"No need to apologize, Venus- I'd accepted it either way as my conscience would not let me leave them to their fate. However... I am but an old man now, I don't think my body could handle much stress as my younger years let me."

"Do not worry, Ezio, I have a solution to your problem. Now-" Venus held out her hand to the Old Assassin "- Take hold of my hand and I will bring back to life in my world"

As Ezio reached out to grab the hand, just a few inches away till Venus spoke up once more "Be sure in your decision, Signore Ezio- I know this a heavy burden to shoulder and I will not think of you less should you back out now and go to the Afterlife. Once you take hold of my hand, you will live another life in a dangerous world that is different from your own. I cannot help you directly but I can offer you advice in your dreams... So, Ezio, are you ready?"

Ezio held off for a second, contemplating over everything he has heard so far and the life he's experienced. A brand new life in a different world, no Assassins, no Templars- Just a great evil lurking in the shadows, ready to strike.

No sooner, he grasped upon the Immortal's hand- He looked up to see her smile, pleased and relieved in his decision.

"Very well- Now brace yourself, this might feel strange for you; I know It did for me when I first tried for myself" She cheekily said as her body and the rest of the room began to glow a bright golden color

The Assassin had to close his eyes lest he risks getting blinded- A feeling of warmth and tremendous pain began to course through the hand that he used to hold Venus' hand, going over to his arm and torso as eventually, his entire body felt it

He cringed and gritted his teeth at the pain- It felt he was being burned from the inside as his blood and innards were being boiled from the heat.

Soon after- A bright light exploded across the room like a Supernova before it began to die down, the room returning to its neutral state with Venus being the only one left inside the room

She smiled anxiously with closed eyes, her fears were temporarily soothed but she knows it will not go away until the origin of such fears will be eliminated. She herself cannot help directly, no matter how she wants to, but she can only put faith in the warrior that she sent.

'Good luck, Ezio- Be the hope that will shine in the upcoming Age of Darkness and the one who will end it.'

Andddddd that's about it! Sorry for some who find it a bit short, it's only a prologue so I can only put so much without explaining everything. I want the world-building little by little so Ezio, and maybe you, learn something about the history of my own version of Kuroinu. If there's some form of error, please let me know, reviews with criticism information are valuable for me since it let me learns from my mistakes and do better for the next chapter.

I also hope you like my OC, Venus- Originally, I wanted to have Minerva ask for Ezio's help but I thought to myself "Wait... Why would Minerva ask for Ezio's help for another world that she clearly doesn't care for since she already has Earth and it's problems plus Desmond" so I created Venus based from the Roman Goddess of Love like Minerva was based on the Roman Goddess of War. She's not really fleshed out yet in this chapter but I do hope I can make her into a likable character down the road. There will also be a few OC's in the fanfic to help flesh out the story so expect that.

Now if any of you got questions as well, you can ask in the Reviews- I'll try to PM you ASAP but there are some things that I'll have to put my foot down.

There will be no weapons from the other AC games- Only the equipment and knowledge from AC 2, AC Brotherhood, and Revelations can be utilized so weapons like the Hookblade, Bombs, Hidden Pistol can be added but Musket, Rope Dart, etc will not be used in this fanfic cause the Renassaince period only had wheel-lock firearms and I won't have Venus magically have the blueprints for Muskets and Ezio being able to construct them- Ezio Auditore is many things but he is no Leonardo Da Vinci.

And the pairing will be a harem but it's gonna be hidden for now so if you wanna suggest a girl to be added in the harem, please do in a review/pm with a good reason- I won't have them in the harem simply because I want them to, I need a good reason dammit!

One last thing before I end this little Author's note- And this is very important but... Do you guys prefer Ezio to have no facial hairl like in early-mid AC2 or have him the facial hair in the end of AC 2 and Brotherhood. Personally, I prefer the AC2 none-facial hair look Ezio has since it gives him that young rouge-like look and he will be young in this fanfic like 20+ old young. What do you think? I'm fine with either one but I am leaning on the no facial hair.

Anyway, thanks for reading this prologue and stay tuned for the next chapter in a few weeks!
