I apologize that it took so long and I'm going to tell you the truth, I suffer from Seasonal Depression and some times things get difficult to do

Brittany didn't have a whole lot of things as everything bought for the apartment was bought by all three of them so she just took what was in her room and any personal items from the living room.

Brittany's picture of herself and her mom joined that of Santana's mom on the wall, Brittany convinced her to update the icon to an actual photograph, so like Brittany's it was a photograph of her mother and herself. Joining Santana's icon and the bust of Aphrodite in the living room was a small statue of Brittany's mom, photos of Brittany growing up decorated the wall down Santana's hallway while a photo of all three girls from the New Orleans trip sat on the bookshelf in the living room with photos of Santana and Quinn some with Matt or Mercedes. Nothing had really changed.

Coffee mug cupped in both hands Santana leaned against the kitchen island with her eyes closed.

"Good morning sister." Quinn smiled watching Santana bring the cup to her lips, her own cup was on the counter as was a cup with music notes and a ballerina, she knew Brittany didn't drink coffee so she wasn't sure what was in the cup.

"Morning." Santana said once she opened her eyes, "Going to breakfast or cooking?"

"Cooking, go take your shower." Quinn shooed her out of the kitchen, "Good morning." Brittany smiled freshly showered, she was dressed for the dance studio, kissing Brittany's cheek as she walked by Santana continued to their room. "She made this for you." Quinn held up the cup, it wasn't hot.

"Chocolate milk." Brittany grinned taking the cup "Good morning."

"Would you like to make breakfast with me?"

"I can't cook." Brittany shook her head.

"Ah, but can you toast?" Quinn gestured to the toaster, Brittany's eyes lit up.

"I can toast."

"San and I just eat two pieces." Quinn said turning to the refrigerator for the morning's ingredients, Brittany had been sure the toaster had been a four slicer but on the counter was one that could deal with 6 slices at once.

Breakfast was ready and on the table by the time Santana returned from her shower, power suit and all ready for work, Quinn couldn't help but chuckle they did not look like they belonged together at all. Kissing Brittany's temple as she sat down Santana smiled at her when Brittany said "I helped Quinn make breakfast." as she gestured to the toast and juice at the table.

"And set the table."

"Do you want us to drop you off?" Santana asked.

"It's out of your way." Brittany reminded, "I have my bike, I have chaps," Brittany added when Santana glanced down at her legs "they protect me when I ride in anything other than jeans or leather."

"Okay."

"What should we do for dinner?" Quinn asked.

"Hamburgers?"

"You want to grill?"

"That's why we have a balcony." Santana shrugged asking hopefully. "Home fries?"

"Garlic of course." Quinn chuckled.

"What time will you be home sweetie?" Santana asked.

"Um..6ish." Brittany looked up from her breakfast.

"Do you not want hamburgers?" Quinn asked hearing the hesitation in Brittany's voice.

"Hamburgers are fine, I just... I'm used to take out, my mom never cooked and well neither do Tina or I, well we make mac and cheese or microwave dinners, Mike cooks but we rotate nights so we didn't really have home cooked either." Brittany rambled.

"Most nights we cook, we do have nights we go out or order in." Santana explained "Tell us what you want and we can make it or order it."

"I feel spoiled." Brittany added "I'm not doing any of the cooking."

"You can help like you did this morning and you can help with clean up." Santana knew Brittany didn't want to be waited on.

"Some things are hard for me to catch on."

"You'll be fine." Quinn promised. "Zio, that's Uncle, he said cooking was like dancing with a beautiful woman or in my case man and like all things practice makes it become second nature."

"I can dance."

"Then you'll be able to cook," Santana promised. "you can help me with the hamburgers tonight."

"Okay." Brittany nodded. "Can we have Mike and Tina over?"

"If you'd like." Santana glanced at Quinn, it didn't bother her.

"It's your place too, if you want them over invite them." Quinn softly reminded.

"Oh, okay." Brittany nodded.

It would be new for them, aside from Matt and the rare visit from Mercedes they never had anyone over. "Dinners, movie nights, whenever you'd like to see them, we'll invite Matt, family dinner."

"Really?" Brittany liked Matt.

"Really, and when Quinn's comfortable with her honey we'll start bringing him around."

"Didn't you guys have friends over?"

"It's a small place and people..." Brittany hesitated "people thought I was weird so we kept to ourselves or went to other peoples places." Brittany explained.

"Well we're all a little different," Santana reminded Brittany "so no worries there and we've got room so" Santana shrugged "plus we like them so we won't be trying to secretly get them to leave."

Brittany chuckled, Santana and Mike had found they had movies they both loved and everyone else thought were dorky or as Quinn and Tina said 'Lame'. "Tell them 7 if they want to eat, 6 if they want to help." Quinn said picking up her empty plate and cup.

"Okay." Brittany nodded.
