Rose sighed to herself as she watched Trudy sort through her paintings. Titanic was the last place to be- and certainly with her Mother and Fiancé.

"Thank you Trudy" Rose forced a smile once the paintings were out. "You're welcome, Miss. Is there anything else you would like me to do?" Trudy offered. "No, thank you. Feel free to go and have a look around the ship if you wish" Rose smiled. "Thank you" Trudy smiled as she left.

Cal walked in to the sitting room where Rose was sat "all unpacked sweet pea?" He asked. Rose nodded "yes darling" she forced a smile. "Fantastic" he nodded "should we go and have a look round?" He suggested "actually darling, I'm quite tired. Would you mind if I rested a while before we attend dinner this evening?" She asked "of course not. I'm going to go to the drawing room, see if I recognise any faces. Send for me if you need me" he kissed her cheek, making her shudder. "I will" she smiled a little "enjoy" she said as she watched Cal leave the room.

Rose spent the day in her room. Completely drained, she tried to get some sleep, but just as she was about to drop off, her Mother walked in. "Rose, stop waisting the day away! It's dinner time, get up and get ready" Rose sighed "yes Mother" she said as she climbed off the bed and called for Trudy to help her get ready.

Jack and Lily walked in to the loud and busy 3rd class dining room. "It's noisey!" Lily said as she covered her ears "do you want to go back to the cabin?" Jack offered but Lily shook her head "I'm hungry" "OK, you sit here, I'll go and get us some dinner. Don't move a muscle. OK?" He said as he helped Lily climb on to a chair. She nodded "OK Daddy" "good girl" he said as he walked away.

Jack came back a few minutes later with 2 plates of stew for the two of them. "There we go" he said as he handed her a fork "thank you Daddy" "you're welcome" he smiled at her. "So, do you like the ship?" He asked. She nodded "it's big" "it is" he chuckled.

They chatted amongst themselves as they ate before finishing "I'm going to go and put our plates over there. Wait here" Jack said as he stood up and walked away. He returned a few moments later where he found Lily sat yawning "are you tired?" He chuckled and she nodded "come on, let's head back to the cabin and you can have an early night… it's been a long day" he smiled as he helped her off the chair.

They walked back down the corridors towards their room when suddenly Lily called out "catch me if you can, Daddy!" She giggled and began to run "Lily! Lily, no! I don't want you to get lost" he said as he rushed after her, but lost her amongst the crowds of the other passengers. "Lily! Lily!" He shouted "oh my god" he said to himself and sprinted round. "Excuse me, my daughter! She's missing! She ran off and I can't find her" Jack said to a crew member. "What does she look like? I can get a message round and see if anyone has seen her" "she's 5, around 1 meter tall, blonde hair, blue eyes, she's called Lily" Jack rambled "do you know what she was wearing?" The crew member asked "a blue summer dress… she'll have hold of a brown teddy bear" "OK, I'll get the message round. In the meantime obviously keep looking" "thanks" Jack said as he ran off and continued shouting for Lily.
