Chapter 3 (Part 2)

Camp-Half Blood (1st Person Perspective) Oliver

I prepare for their attacks and stepped back. I remembered what the shadowy figure said to me in my dream. Enhance my body with Ki. I stood there trying to readjust my Ki all over my body. I felt lighter, stronger and sturdier. I blocked one of Ares brat's attack but my enhanced body couldn't hold itself so my guard broke. With my body open for an attack the other one took the chance and hit me in the gut.

Losing a little bit of air I stumbled. I looked up to see a fist coming right at me. Reacting quickly I rolled out of the way. And charged back in with more Ki surrounding my body. I threw a punch on one of the Ares brat's face, my sudden speed surprising the brat. I quickly threw a barrage of punches when I saw my punch connected, I ended the combo by kicking the brat back.

"Damn! He's stronger than we thought!"

The Ares brats charge in unison, one about to tackle me and the other approaching behind him. I quickly sidestepped the charging Ares brat and I landing a punch on the other one. I then kicked his gut making him lose his breath, I grabbed his head and smashed on the ground knocking out the brat.

I saw from the corner of my eye, the bathroom exploding in water. Distracted from my fight I got tackled and got pummeled by the Ares brat on top of me. Hit after hit, I started losing consciousness, but with a sudden burst of Ki from my palms I pushed him away.

"What the!?!?" The brat said.

I got and channeled Ki to my legs, rocketing me towards the brat I uppercut the kid launching him in the air. I jumped towards the kid and slammed him into the ground leaving a little crack behind his back. I stood there on top of the brat panting all to hell. I looked around, Annabeth and Clarisse looking at me drenched while Percy complete dry looked at me with his mouth open. I looked around to see eyes staring back at me wherever I looked, guess my fight wasn't private.

Tired of today's events I walked off not even bothering to stop when Annabeth tried to stop me. Continuing to walk, I saw the big tree I saw before getting in Camp-Half blood. I decided I would take a nap there, and take a nap I did.

Dream Scape (1st Person Perspective) Oliver

I "woke" up in dark room again, meeting the shadowed person again.

"Hmm, so you reinforced your body with Ki already I see, with little guidance as well! Completing this task was easy for you! So now you only need to complete two more to complete my test of worthiness!" The shadowed person talked as if he was trying not to jump with happiness.

"Ive been wonder Mr.Shadowy, what are you gonna teach me if I passed this test?"

"Well you'll just have to figure it out, but I assure you it won't be easy." He laughed, I took a step back because it sounded way to malicious.

"Oh!? It seems like someone is about to wake you up. I'll see you later kid! And make sure you start bulking okay?!"

"Wha wait, I wanted to ask if you were gonna appear in my dream every time I slee-"

Thalia's Tree (1st Person Perspective) Oliver

I woke up being shaken from my sleep. A familiar head popped up into my vision, his curly hazel hair drawing my attention. I fully opened my eyes and grinned.

"Oleander! Oh your okay!" I said getting up and patting his back.

He grinned at me, "Hey man! Kinda rude of you not to say hi to me when you woke up from the infirmary, but I did hear about the bathroom incident. Apparently you knocked out two Ares children? Dude that's badass!"

I sweat dropped looking at Oleander, "Beating up people isn't that cool, plus they started it."

"You don't understand, those guys are mean. We were at bow class and they shot me full of training arrows! Got in the infirmary with you after that, apparently they like giving new campers "warm" welcomes." Oleander looked pissed when he talked about the Ares children.

"Oh also, you missed supper. Hope you don't get hungry because the wood nymphs aren't giving anymore food to anyone." Oleander said scratching the back of his head.

"Well great." I sighed.

"You wanna train with me? I think I need to gain some muscle. Maybe improve my stamina a bit." I said getting up.

"Whoa dude, didn't know you were this serious about training. But I guess we had a pretty close call while arriving here. I would love too train with you but I kinda promise to do some work for some of my siblings. Sorry about that Oliver. But next time for sure!"

We separated after Oleander talked about his siblings and his experience so far in Camp Half-Blood. Me going to the forest outside the barrier and Oleander going back to his cabin.

Forest (1st Person Perspective) Oliver

I went to train, but being a kid that never touched any training gear I didn't know where to start. So I stood in the forest just thinking of what I would do.

"Hey! It's me!" The sudden voice in my head shocked me, I recognized that it was the same voice that belonged to the Shadowed Person in my dream.

"If your having trouble with deciding what to do I recommend, running too build your stamina and push-ups, squats and curl ups too build your endurance and strength!"

"Thank you for the help and all but how can you talk to me in my head?"

"You don't have to talk out loud to talk to me kiddo. But it's one technique I can do, unfortunately I can't teach it to you yet."

With that said, and no words being said in my head I started getting on a posture to run, after half and hour I was too tired to even stand up. My head was dizzy from running too much, but even with that feeling I got up and started to sat down next to a tree catching my breath.

Catching my breath I stood up and started to do some squats, I couldn't even do 30 without my Ki. I was exhausted and my legs were barely holding me up. I walked back to Camp-Half Blood going back to cabin 11 to go get some sleep.

I repeated this every day, sometimes helping out the Demeter children with their crops and getting some "sparing" sessions with the Ares cabin.

But today was different I started not just running but throwing myself in between trees, dodging branches and swinging off them to get more momentum. I figured out that blasting some Ki off my hands and feet while I dodged and swung gave me more air time to adjust myself to rather attack or reposition to certain points in the battle field.

I backflipped off a tree giving my feet enough like to blast me up and launching me through the leaves, I turn mid air facing the trees and I grabbed a branch and swung off it launching me fast into another tree, this time I grabbed the bark of the tree and swung myself backwards heading for Camp-Half Blood.

This night was the most anticipated night for all campers. Capture the Flag, I have to be honest I'm also kinda exited. Getting more chances to beat up the Ares cabin for what they did with Oleander was going to be the most satisfying part to this week. I paced my self towards Camp-Half Blood making sure I make it to the start of the game at least.

The Nel Household (1st Person Perspective) Jake

Day by day I start losing hope, 'What if Oli was really dead?' I stood up from my bed shaking off that thought. I stepped out of the house, our backyard empty without Oli reading his nerdy books. I haven't felt sad even though Oli is missing, the warm feeling always calming me, like it was reassuring that Oli is still out there. But even with that feeling I felt angry, angry at the world for feeling pity on me. To take another family member away from me. I punched the tree next to me not expecting it to fall on me from the impact, surprisingly I lifted the tree with ease and saw that the tree was blown off from where I punched it. I hurled the tree of my hands and looked at it and I suddenly had a cold feeling of death out on me, instantly regretting breaking the tree I tried my best to put the tree back hoping it would stick back to its place.

If I didn't put the tree back in place I would die from the disappointed stair of my father. His eyes looking at me and giving me that signature sigh and glare combo that is the highest damaging move in my father's arsenal. I panicked and smacked the tree right in the ground, successfully grounding it.

I sigh looking at the potential disaster that could've happened. But that's when it hit me, the strength to punch a tree off its roots and to easily lift it, hell to even plant it forcefully back to it's place. Where did I get this power from? This power made me think of Oli and I hoped that he had the same power as I did, if he did then I wouldn't have to worry about him.

Camp Half Blood (1st Person Perspective) Oliver

I landed next to Percy, seeing him with armor and and a sword. He looked at me surprised,

"Whoa, Oliver are you really just going out like that? Where is your weapon and armor?"

"Hopefully I won't need it."

"Don't hope, in the battlefield you will die if you hope in only yourself to protect you." I looked over to the voice and saw Luke, his presence even more malicious than before.

He threw me a couple of shoulder pads and chainmail, "Wear those, you'll need it. You can't heal with ambrosia or nectar like us so any damage you take will take longer to heal."

I grinned as a horn was blown, I saw that everyone was moving toward the river. Finally revenge time! I lunged forward with excitement quickly catching up to the Hermes cabin.
