In the schoolyard...

Midoriya was being dragged out of the school by Marinette. She didn't look very happy to see him here. He kind of figured out she'd be upset, but he really needed to find out more about Adrien Agreste.

He looked like he hadn't slept for days, and his father could possibly be Monarch. Midoriya was worried that he already knew about him and never said anything about it.

Marinette had to know, but...

"Wa-Wait, slow down Marinette. You're hurting my arm," Midoriya said as he tried to stop her.

Her arm strength surprised him a lot. And that was coming from him.

"No way, Deku. You can't just show up at my school like this. I don't want Chloe or Monarch seeing you, especially Li--"

"I'm sorry, but I had to follow Adrien. Something's going on with him," Midoriya told her.

Marinette stopped in her tracks. They were standing in the schoolyard with no one else around. Soon enough though, there'd be students walking around heading to class.

"What do you mean, Deku?" She asked him, "Adrien isn't one to keep secrets. Especially from me."

"But, Marinette. He's a fashion model, a fake. And his father, who never comes out of his house, might possibly be Monarch?! That can't just be a conconindence."

"A fake?" Marinette thought. That really hit her hard.

That rainy day when he gave her the umbrella and left without it came back at her with full force.

"What, you think he's known about Monarch this whole time?! You just came here, Deku! You don't know him like I do. Adrien is a good person, and he would never do anything hurt anyone, EVER!"

Midoriya had never seen her so angry before. He understood he hasn't been here for very long, so he let her talk it out.

"Adrien, he... not too long ago, told me that he didn't want to be a fashion model anymore. He went to me because he didn't know who else to turn to. His father wouldn't listen to him. It was all just... too much. So, he isn't a fashion model anymore. Those billboards you see up there, are old news."

"Oh..." Midoriya felt like an idiot.

He didn't know what else to say other than who he possibly is.

"Marinette... I'm sorry. I didn't know... But, Monarch needs to be stopped. If he's Adrien's father, then..."

"Deku, just stop! Not everything is about hero duty! I've got school, and friends to look after. Yes, of course I want to capture Monarch just as much as you do, but there's only me and Cat Noir left. No one else!" Marinette cried out.

"Isn't that why Tikki and Plagg made that stupid wish?!" Midoriya cried out with tears forming, "So we could you help you guys out?! If that's not the case, then why are we even here then?! You wanted me here! My quirk has been going at it ever since I got here, and it won't stop! It's like... It's like... I ca-can't..."

Suddenly, Midoriya felt it again. That surge of power coming out of One for All. He felt it coming a little too late, and then...

"AHH!"

Weird, black tendrils suddenly shot out of his arm and almost hit Marinette. She stumbled onto the ground and could only watch as these black things around Midoriya's arm came to life. It looked like it was hurting him. Whatever it was, it definitely wasn't Monarch doing this.

She tried launching herself towards him, but one of the tendrils hit her in the chest. It actually hurt.

"Ma-Marinette!" Midoriya cried out, "St-Stop it!"

And then, as soon as it started, it just stopped. Students started filing out of the cafeteria to see Marinette on the ground with Midoriya standing above her. Everyone looked horrified. Alya, Nino and Zoe came rushing out, but they couldn't get through the crowd. Even Chloe and Sabrina were there.

"What're you doing here, Broccoli Boy? Beating up poor Baker Girl over there? I thought you were a hero in training," Chloe cried out for everyone to hear.

Midoriya caught his breath and finally realized the situation he was in. His eyes widened in panic and looked down at Marinette, who was hurt.

He did that. He hurt Marinette. Ladybug.

"Marinette!" Adrien came running to help her up, giving Midoriya a stern glare.

And now he was involved.

"De-Deku, I'm--"

Before she could stop him, he took off running using One for All. He didn't care if he accidentally released whatever that thing was. He had to get out of there before it happened again. He didn't know where to go exactly, he just had to get out. Fast.

Someone in the crowd had been watching the entire thing. Even before the students walked out.

In the streets of Paris...

Midoriya sat underneath the Effiel Tower without realizing it, trying to catch his breath. Tears streamed down his face, and they weren't stopping anytime soon. He could still feel that ominous sensation coming from One for All. It wasn't going away anytime soon. He was nervous that it might happen again.

He wished he could talk to AllMight about this. He missed him. A lot. And his other friends.

He couldn't believe he had done that to Marinette. To Ladybug. She's his friend, and he hurt her. He really wanted help her defeat Monarch. He really did, but this is bad. If he couldn't get his quirk under control, then he might accidentally hurt someone else.

Like Uraraka.

"Tikki and Plagg made that wish to defeat Monarch..." Midoriya thought angrily, "But... I need to go home... My quirk... It's too much... AllMight... I need you..."

In Monarch's Lair...

He felt something. A strange power surging in the school. It felt like Izuku Midoriya's power, but different.

A wide grin formed on his face as his window opened wide to see into Paris.

"All of that negative emotion building through this boy's power. It's so... intriguing," Monarch said as he tightened his fist, "This is it. I can finally bring him here, but first..."

Monarch grabbed a white butterfly and gave it some purplish energy. He let the Akuma go and let it fly into Paris.

"Fly away my evil Akuma, and evilize this hero's broken heart!" Monarch cried out.

The Akuma flew away towards its target...

In the streets of Paris...

Midoriya felt something as he rummaged through his pocket and pulled it out. It was a keychain of AllMight he'd left in his pocket a couple weeks ago. Before he left for the trip. It was suppose to be a Lucky Charm for the trip to Paris.

And now...

"One for All..."

Suddenly an Akuma showed up right in front of him, and he jumped. It was too late though. It went right into his keychain.

"None for All. I see that Ladybug... wait a minute... Ladybug is Marinette Dupain Cheng?!" Monarch cried, causing Midoriya to wince.

"Oh no!" Midoriya thought out loud, "I-It's Monarch!"

"Thank you for that info, None for All. I see that Marinette has promised you something she can't give you. So it seems you're not from here, you're from Japan, but not our Japan... Interesting..."

"No! Le-Leave me alone!" Midoriya cried as he gripped his head, "I would never hurt her again! Or anyone, I'm a hero!"

"Ah, but you do want to go home. Don't you, Izuku Midoriya? Ladybug and Cat Noir can just wish you guys home. You do know that, right?"

"Wh-What?!"

"Oh yes, that's why I'm after them. If they're not going to help me, then I just have take it by force! It seems you really need some help with your power, it's so... intriguing... But if you can't get rid of it, then I'm giving you the power to get rid of others's powers! If you give me their Miraculous, then I'll grant the wish myself."

Midoriya's green eyes grew wide, and an image of all of his classmates and AllMight together came into view. He needed to get home. Something was wrong with his quirk. AllMight's the only one he could talk to about this.

It's his power after all.

"I'm sorry, Marinette..."

In Marinette's Bedroom...

Mr. Aizawa had come back through the balcony door, to see his students practicing with their quirks as best they could. He was at least glad they were being sufficient.

Uraraka was floating up to the ceiling, trying to stand on it. Kirishima and Sato were duking it out, but not too loudly. Todoroki was practicing using both his fire side and ice side at the same time. Iida was cleaning his engines. Jirou was listening in on Marinette's parents to make sure they weren't coming up anytime soon. Aoyama was shooting his lasers out of the window. Ashido was melting some ice Todoroki made for her. And last but certainly not least, Bakugo let off some smaller explosions, but accidentally caught a poster of Adrien on fire.

"Ooh, Marinette's not going to be happy about that," Ashido teased.

"Shut up, Raccoon Eyes!" Bakugo cried.

"Bakugo, not so loud," Jirou said, "I'm trying to make sure her parents don't hear us."

Mr. Aizawa was impressed that they were training in a small room together. Especially Bakugo. But then he noticed Midoriya was missing.

His eyes darted around, making sure he wasn't mistaken. Of all students to disappear, it just had to be him. Then, he activated his quirk to stop everyone for a moment. His glare caught everyone's attention.

"Where's Midoriya?" Mr. Aizawa demanded.

Uraraka froze in place, startled by this realization.

"I thought he was on the balcony. I-I was just there with him," She told him.

"Well, he's not."

Suddenly, everyone jumped up when Marinette came barging into her own bedroom. She looked like she had just ran a marathon, with her blue hair in her face. She looked frantically around for someone, but wouldn't stop.

"Ma-Marinette, you scared us!" Ashido cried.

"Is it an Akuma?" Bakugo asked, excited for another mission, "I'll burn it to ashes!"

"N-No, no he's not here! This is bad! I can't find him!" Marinette cried out, not even acknowledging everyone else.

"Marinette, stay calm," Iida told her, "What's going on?"

"I-It's Deku... So-Something's wrong! I-It's his quirk... I don't know much about them, but... this isn't normal!" Marinette cried out, "If we don't get to him soon..."

Class 1-A's and Mr. Aizawa's eyes all grew wide in terror. Even Bakugo's.

Suddenly, an explosion could be heard in the distance. Everyone ran out of the Bakery Shop, Marinette's parents shocked that the heroes in training were in their home.

"Sorry, mom and dad!" Marinette cried, "I'll explain later!"

They all ran out towards the Eiffel Tower. It took awhile to get there, so Class 1-A gathered around Marinette so she could transform without anyone seeing her. Once they arrived, they saw Cat Noir already there fighting off an Akumatized villain.

Ladybug and Class 1-A couldn't believe what they were witnessing.

The Akumatized villain was Midoriya.

Another great chapter! It's going to get pretty crazy from this point on. It'll slow down at some point, but Midoriya getting Akumatized is kind of a big deal! It's None for All!

I can't wait!
