"Wait.. if you do not mind, can I see your world?" The voice echoed as the tall creature faced Takashi, asking him in a calm tone.

That stopped the teen in his tracks, not looking towards the sound. The teen stood still, thinking of an answer.

.Takashi POV.

'See my world? Can I allow him to? Will he be a threat? Will he cause an even more havoc than what it already is? What will Rei think?..'

Questions piled up, thinking of many outcomes and possibilities that would happen if that thing were to step foot on that concrete ground.

Facing the owner of the voice, "What are your intentions?" The student asked as he Glared at the featureless face of his.

"I have no ill intentions." The voice echoed as it shook its head, and the tall creature continued. "I have been trapped here for some time, and I wish to see what's beyond that very door." The figure points its long finger at the door behind the student.

'It's a risky decision, I can't tell if it is being genuine or not... but still, the world is already fucked up. Knowing about the situation worldwide, I was ready to die. Will humanity survive or will it slowly decay, as it gets pushed to near extinction. Haaaa. I'm sure I'll have a better next life than my current one.'

The teen sighed and his eyes were on the tall figure. "Fuck it, I don't really care that much. I'll take the 50/50 chance, at least dying might get me a new life somewhere else, away from this corpse-ridden place." He had his hand on his forehead to ease the headache that he had.

Making his decision, the teen turned, facing the door.

'Heading straight for the exit, I'm starting to think of how my death would be portrayed. Will I be given a quick, blink of an eye, painless death or will it be a sadistic method of it slowly killing us as we both scream? Tsk, I'm starting to regret my decision. It's too late now.'

'Stepping through the doors, A familiar feeling washed over me, a total blackout. It's the same feeling when I first Entered through the convenience store, darkness all around me. Looking ahead, I spot a glass double door, and beyond that door it displayed the gas station. I spot Rei, alone in her thoughts. No one seems to be around. The longer I stayed, the more I think of how odd the current phenomenon is.'

'At first, I thought that time had froze due to how still the image is and there were no movements at all, a clear indication was that Rei did not blink for more than a minute."

'I wait for a bit longer, focusing and observing. Her eyelids happen to be slowly declining downwards. Could it be?'

"Does time flow slower in there? So time moves slower in this world compared to the one I've gone to."

'Walking forward, I approach the exit, and stepping on the solid pavement.'

Footsteps*

Rei turned her head, facing towards the sound only to see that it was Takashi, furrowing her brows at him.

"For God's sake Takashi, did you even check?"

"Huh?" Bewildered, by how correct he was with his recent analysis.

"What do you mean 'HUh'?! Were you too scared to even go inside?" Mocking him, anger is still evident on her face.

"No, I was- wait... the Gas...I forgot the petrol can!" Panicking, how could he forget about it, the sole objective of his was to get Gas!

"The fuck are you on ab-"

Her eyes widened and her heart dropped at the unbelievable scene right behind her childhood friend.

The door to the convenience store had a long claw-like hand grabbing on one side of the door, the other mirrors its counterpart. The creature ducked through the door frame, showing how big that monster was. Each second, its physical form starts to reveal itself. The more it showed itself, the more terrified the girl was. Reaching her breaking point, She dropped down, sweating bullets. And... She screamed.

"KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!"

An ear-tearing tone, so high pitched that one would have his ears ringing if they were to be in close proximity.

"REI!" Takashi sprinted near her, on his way to calm her down.

Still screaming though less audible than when it first started, he crouched down to her level and grabbed a hold of her face, directing her vision towards his as he yelled. "It's not here to harm us!" Breathing heavily, which at least somewhat stopped her screaming. Her breaths were audible, her heart still beating rapidly from the unreal scene she experienced.

"It's okay, everything will be alright." Takashi tried to soothe her by having her head on his shoulder, shielding her eyes from it, and gently rubbing her back. Easing her. Though from what he just said, he was unsure. Looking back at the creature. It stood still in a hunched posture, not knowing about its true intention.

The creature turned back to the door, reaching its long arm inside. Afterwards pulling it out, something in their hand. The actions made the teenage boy flinch, he tensed, not knowing if he should flee.

"You forgot your item."

In this bustling village, there is a tall, fair-skinned handsome man. He has blue eyes and blond spiky hair. His outfits consisted of a blue shirt and pants, a green flak jacket, a blue forehead protector and finishing it off with blue sandals on his feet.

The man was heading to what seemed to be the main gate of the village.

Hearing a quarrel as he neared the gate.

"Sensei is here, you two should stop, this is our first mission outside the village. Don't screw our chances up." A young girl, with brown eyes and brown bob-style hair that was at chin length. She has a rectangular purple marking on either side of her cheeks. She wore a long-sleeved black top and a light purple apron-like skirt, underneath it, she wore black shorts. She also has a forehead protector, similar to that of her teammates and her Sensei.

Seeing that the two that she mentioned stopped their bickering, turned to face their Sensei.

One of the two had silver spiky hair and dark Grey eyes. He wore a dark blue t-shirt with grey stripes down the sleeves, as well as having a mask covering half a portion of his small face.

The other is a few years older than the one previously mentioned. He has black hair and dark eyes. His clothes consists of a blue and orange uniform and goggles as an accessory.

The man saw that their eyes were on him, and it triggered a gentle smile.

"Now that the three of you are here, it is time for you to experience your first C-rank mission. Now if you remember, our mission is to-"

"Escort Hiroshi-san and his party to Hiryû city." Replied the youngest with his monotone voice

"That is right, Kakashi." Knowing his student, it didn't irritate him that much by getting interrupted. A smile still on his face, he asked the client.

"Well, What do you think Hiroshi-san?"

"I have high hopes." Sounded Unamused due to their recent behaviour... He then got in his carriage, ready to leave.

The four-man team left the village, matching the pace of the merchant group.

A few minutes away from the village's gate. " I need you three to listen carefully." He decided to grab the attention of the team, which consisted of 2 boys and a girl.

"Just because this is a C Rank mission, doesn't mean it should be taken lightly". Seeing how serious he was, the team did not question him.

As they kept on walking, a couple of meters away from the small merchant party. "Failing this mission will result in you being denied on receiving any missions for a period of time. And that is considered to be one of the lightest of punishments you could face." He continued, " Depending on how serious the outcome is, if it comes to the death of the client, you would be demoted." He paused, seeing at how the atmosphere got tense.

The one with black hair spoke up, hesitant "Would that mean... Me and Rin would go back to the academy if an event like that were to happen?" He asked, as the brunette girl nervously waited for her Sensei to respond.

"Yes, Obito. That is one of the major punishments one could receive. As I said, do not take this lightly. Anything can happen, stay vigilant." He voiced, the genins adopted a serious expression, the youngest was the most vigilant than the other two.

From early afternoon, till early evening. The sun has set and the dark enveloped the quiet forest. A lit campfire was in the centre of the foliage, being the only light source in this dark forest. The 4 man team were keeping watch, Obito and Rin were above, getting the high-ground view. While Kakashi and the Jonin were down below.

It still being early in the night, they didn't have to take turns to keep watch. The clients being the ones to fall asleep first, showed that it had been a long day, and there was still half a day away to reach their destination with their current speed.

"We will reach Hiryû city by tomorrow if we were to move early in the morning, without any inconveniences. If all goes well, we will arrive there at early evening." Glancing at Kakashi, he seemed to be focusing somewhere in the distance..

"Is something wrong, Kakashi?"

"Do you not see it, Minato Sensei? Over there." The genin pointed at the dense foliage. Hardly anything can be seen.

The now named Minato, squints his eyes, as to see what was his student pointing at? He spotted it. A soft gleam flickered in the dark.

.Minato POV.

'How? How could I not detect it? And it's within my sensing range. This is very strange.'

"Wait here, Kakashi. Obito, Rin, Stay on alert."

" " " Yes, Sensei! " " "

'Stabbing a kunai on the ground just in case if anything goes wrong with the investigation. I walk forward, pulling out another kunai for good measures.'

'As I approach, I see what happens to be a black door.. with a small amount of faint glitter all over it, the doorknob was that of a silver material which was reflecting off of the moon's light. What was weird about it, was that it was attached to a tree...'

'Does a spy live here? Is this a base? Is it a trap? Would it danger Konoha?.. I must make sure. I slowly opened the door, and what greeted me was a flight of white stairs leading to somewhere, I can't tell from how dark the place is.'

"You three, stay where you are. I'll have to check something out. If I don't come back in an hour or two, I want you, Kakashi, to go and inform the Hokage immediately. The rest of you must stay around the client and ensure their safety." I voiced out, as the two remaining genins dropped down to see what was going on.

'Seeing Kakashi's expression and him nodding afterwards.'

'With a kunai in hand, I went down the stairs.'

Anyways. The creature finally after so long was able to leave the infinite box of his and see a new world for himself. Though his first time wasn't all that welcoming.

Annnnnddd we got someone new that stepped through these strange doors.
