Fenrir was currently sitting in front of Borgard, the current manager of the Peverell account, in Gringotts. He wasn't surprised with the amount of assets the Peverells owned. Though he was a bit surprised to see the large lump of Galleons, Sickles and Knuts lying around in the vault. Well, it did happen when currency had never changed in more than 1000 years.
Fortunately, the lowest age for a Peverell to be able to access all investments and Funds was 14. Well, to be honest, the wizards didn't live a long life at that time as compared to modern wizards, ignoring the wars with two Dark Lords under half a decade. So, the age was brought down, so the heirs could look after their families as they used to take the responsibilities when they were very young. And since Peverell didn't have any heirs after, Lolanthe Peverell married into the Potter family, the rule never changed.
Fenrir had permitted access to Goblins on half of both assets and liquid money, saying that as long as they kept making him money they could use his money for their own business.
Of course, he marked the places he wanted to open his business. Like the Cott, that was an abandoned building that had 10 floors and more than 100 rooms in Diagon Alley. Of course, it didn't look like it was more than a 3-floor building. The enchantment and wards at the place were put by Antoniach and Cadmus Peverell themselves, and it used to be a resting place for them and their guilds. Later, Peverells used it to rent rooms. The Enchantments and Wards put by Deathstick still held and will be holding up for centuries. Fenrir planned to open a Hotel and Restaurant after refurbishing the place. Of course, with all his creativity in naming, he decided to call it Peverall's Palace. Well, nobody accused him of having ideas for good names.
The Factory was another place somewhere in Blackmoore. He planned to divide them in two, with one part sporting the Peveral Brooms Pvt. Ltd. and the other part supporting Peveral Communications Pvt. Ltd.
Ah yes, he had gotten an Idea from the Two-way mirror his Dad and Sirius have had enchanted to talk during detentions. He was going to create a network of mirrors. Each will have different numbers that will act as passwords. It will provide an alternative to Floo-calling.
Other than that, he planned to open Peverall Wizarding and Mundane Law Firm, and Peverell Healing and Counter Maladies, sometime in future. He would be adding the foundation to them soon, by giving donations to St. Mungos and sponsoring students for their mastery in Healing in exchange for 3 years serving period bond. For Law Witches and Wizards, he planned to pay individual practitioners like Ted Tonks, Brian Odgen and Tiberus Glunkey to let the students train under them, of course in exchange for 2 years serving period bond. They will be given a nice amount of money, they just have to work for their Law firm or Hospital for a fixed amount of time. He thought that it would be rather helpful to society and profitable to him and his employees if it went as he had thought.
He then placed the 4 brooms- Thestral, Phoenix, Gryffin and Dragon in front of the Goblin.
"Make sure to arrange a deal with Puddlemere United. Don't worry about if they will choose to do the deal with us or not. They will accept it, I am sure of it. The brooms are the best in the market, better than Firebolt and Nimbus 2001." Fenrir said confidently as the Goblin grunted in affirmative.

It had been 3 days since Fenrir had visited Gringotts. Meanwhile, he had refurbished and warded the Factory. On one side, the board of Peverell Brooms Pvt. Ltd. was present, while on the other Peverell Communications Pvt. Ltd. was placed. It seemed like Lady Death had blessed him, for he was able to employ more than 40 muggle-born and Half-bloods. Some notable names were Frank Washington; who had mastery in Enchantments and was the Manager of Peverall Brooms Private Limited. Assisting him was Graham Crick, a half-blood, who had NEWTs in Transmutation, Charms and Artificary. He was the only artificer in the last 10 years. He had to study in America, for Hogwarts didn't have NEWT classes for it.
Hector White, a muggle-born with a muggle degree in management in addition to her Wizarding graduation, was hired as Manager of Peverell's Palace after he had finished refurbishing and applying additional wards. Penelope Clearwater, who had 12 NEWTs had joined her as a manager. It was a reason for laughing for everyone when Penelope described her last meeting with Percy.
Apparently, Percy and Penelope had broken up after he had managed to get a job in ministry while she was rejected for being a muggle-born. For some reason, Percy seemed to like to boast his employment to Penelope. He had done the same a day before, when Hector, who was with her at the time asked a counter question about how much it was paying him.
Percy hesitated a bit but then sniffed and replied "150 gallons a month, but of course, it will increase with time."
Hector had deadpanned at him and informed him that Penelope was earning 500 gallons a month from her new job and it paid in advance.
Fenrir prided himself in taking care of his employees after all.
Lisa Perkins had joined as the manager of Peverall Communications Pvt. Ltd. She had mastery in enchantments and charms which made her invaluable for the project. Mary Rosewood had joined her as an assistant.
Rosie Cattermole and Kendra Cresswell, the younger sister of Dirk Cresswell were hired for their degree in finance and they had a duty to research the finances and find the best deals for Peverells to make.
In addition to that, he had bought 30 per cent shares of the team Puddlemere United from Lord R.J. Whitings, who had no more interest in the team after it had gone through continuous bad sessions. He had bought 6 per cent shares of a total of 18 per cent from Potters. Though he wasn't sure if James even looked at the finances or not. It was probably Lily and Remus after getting affirmation from James. He had seen Lily Potter in Potter's seat on the board of Directors.
His idea of changing the team name from Puddlemere United to Puddlemere Phoenix was supported by her and other shareholders. Alas, the board had no say in the scouting of players. He had to make sure to plant proper suggestions into the Team Coach and assistant to look for young talent in Oliver Wood. He was sure he would succeed.
He was approached by Lily as she was curious about the Peverell name. Fenrir told her that his family name earlier was Evangeline and that they were descendants of the eldest Peverell brother. And when he knew he was eligible for Peverell Headship, he had accepted it.
He went back home to take rest. After all, he had to leave for school in a few days.

[A day later. Residence of Minister of Magic]
"Minster Fudge! How nice to find you awake at this hour!"
"Wha... Who the hell are you?!" Cornelius was startled by the stranger who walked in like he owned the place. He wasted no time and activated his emergency portkey but to his horror, it didn't work! Fudge was starting to panic when he remembered that his ring of office doubled as both portkey to the ministry and a silent alarm that was supposed to call in a detachment of aurors to his position! He frantically grabbed the ring with his right hand and shouted:
"Omega! Case Omega! Omega damn you!"
Fenrir looked at the minister's antics with amusement. Fudge was lucky that he had uses for him alive, because if Fenrir was an assassin it would have been all over - the supposed leader of magical Britain would be long dead by now, without even knowing what hit him.
"Now, Cornelius, I can call you Cornelius, right, my friend? There is no need for that. I am not here to cause you harm after all!" Fenrir's smile widened a bit.
The minister's sweat sweat-covered face turned towards the newcomer and he blinked at him.
"Right! No harm! Of course not!" Fudge babbled.
"As I said I am a friend!" Fenrir wandlessly cast a minor charm that was aimed at dampening the minister's mistrust.
"A friend?" Fudge parrotted. The young man did look somewhat familiar...
"It's been a long time since my family had an active hand in the politics of our great nation. I'll be changing that minister. Naturally, the logical first step is to show my support for the ministry and you, dear Cornelius."
For the minister support usually equaled funds so he perked up despite still being somewhat terrified.
"But let's first introduce myself. I am Fenrir Ignotus Peverell, head of the House of Peverell. I believe you'll be needing my support for the elections which are in less than two years." Fenrir presented his ring for Cornelius to inspect.
He could literally see the minister's thoughts written all over the man's face. Yes, he was going often to Dumbledore for advice but he had never trusted the old man. Seriously, who would not want the minister's position for himself!? Then there was the fortune of Peverells. Now back in business with the house taking interest in politics...
Now, granted Lucius was a good friend and an excellent contributor but compared to the rumours about Peverell's wealth, the Malfoy family would be considered pocket change. Hmm, what are the odds of getting financial aid for his campaigns by both parties?
"Lord Peverell, nice to make your acquaintance!" A somewhat calmed-down minister gushed at what he was undoubtedly seeing as his newest paycheck.
Fenrir beamed at the man. By the gleam in Fudge's eyes, he had the minister almost right where he wanted him.
"The honour is mine, minister! Now with the pleasantries out of the way let's discuss what I could do for you Cornelius. When I saw the shabby condition of your mansion, decided that a small donation was in order! Our minister of magic must have only the best! Anything less will reflect poorly on Magical Britain!"
Fudge really liked the sound of that. He smiled at his new friend.
An hour and a donation was more than enough for a new mansion later, they were about to finish their meeting. The minister was in a great mood! Why, the sound of tens of thousands of fresh galleons was incredibly refreshing!
Fenrir had a rather mocking grin as he thought of Malfoys and Dumbledore. He had the ministry in his pockets now. He had more wealth than Lucious Malfoy and he knew muggle-borns and Half-bloods who had graduated from the school would break up their blind faith in Dumbledore, while he, Fenerir Peverell, who was giving them Jobs and means, would be their Hero. However unwilling he was to shine in their hero worship unlike Dumbledore, he knew it would have its advantage.
