Bart had requested for me to meet up with him for Lunch.
"Sorry. Can I use the Bass jet, Father?"
"Where you going?"
"Australia. To inform Jack of the new development. With the company."
"Go ahead."
Chuck walked out of the restaurant.
"I am sorry. You know how kids can be."
"Yeah."
His phone rang.
Bart answered it.
"Hey, Sweetheart."
"Can I use the Bass jet?" It was Serena.
"Do you and your brother talk at all before asking me questions?"
"Chuck!"
"Yeah?!"
"I need the jet!"
"No! I'm using the Bass jet for business!"
"Then use the jet that it is your business one! And stop using the personal one!"
"Why don't you two use the personal one?"
"Or here's an idea-- Use Blair's jet."
"Bye."
"Bye."
He put his phone away.
"I am sorry. My kids are going in two different directions."
"Of course."
"Serena was still a kid when that video was made."
"How old?"
"17. The people who had the video just made it seem that they were older in the video. And edited some of the words."
"Damn."
"Serena is the woman you know. That's why Blair didn't get angry with her. Because she knew the truth."
"Mm."
"You better catch Serena before she boards that jet to Paris."
"Paris?"
"She's gonna help a Prince find his Princess. So, he can ascend the throne."
He stood up.
"Please help us stop Serena from making the same mistake Blair did. Because this time, nobody has the money to bail her out of that Marriage."
Bart left after paying.
