empressfurreal: Yes, it's pretty much the series but with my OC Violet as a character. Don't worry Emerald Secret will be part of it. I have to get through the first three seasons first though. Each season will be a separate story so Emerald Secret will be book four. i know that seems a long way off but I'll try to get chapters take kind of long because their not as fun to write but I don't want to make Violet just disappear from their lives then reappear like Laurance did. But I promise I'll do my best to make Emerald Secret just as good as the actual season even if it's told through Violet's perspective. Maybe I'll even show what it's like to be under a forever potion…
"Nervous?" I asked Laurance.
"A little."
I looked down to see his leg shaking. That had been a nervous habit of his since high school. I smiled and put my hand on his knee to stop it from shaking. He sighed.
"I'm a nervous wreck. I feel like I'm going to barf, pass out, and pee my pants all at the same time."
I giggled. "That's pre-show jitters all right. But you don't have to worry. Even if you blow it onstage, only Katelyn will be mad at you. Everyone else will understand."
"But Katelyn is terrifying!"
"True but if she does get mad, I'll help you escape her wrath. You've helped me with that multiple times. Remember the time you had to pull me through the window?"
He laughed. "Yeah."
We looked up as Katelyn yelled for Laurance to get ready to go onstage. He visibly got worse as his face paled and his leg started shaking again. I hated seeing him so nervous and I did something I'd probably regret. I kissed his cheek. "Break a leg."
He nodded and got up, blushing but looking happy. As I watched him leave, Cadenza glared at me. "If you play with his heart I will end you."
"Noted." Geez, Cadenza could be scary. But Laurance was her younger brother so I could understand her anger. I got up and walked away from Cadenza and sat next to Travis. He glanced at me and whispered;
"You don't like Laurance in that way, huh?"
"Is it that obvious?"
"Yeah? To everyone but Laurance."
"Ugh. I feel so bad for leading him on but I don't want to hurt him."
"Sooner or later, you're going to break his heart. But the sooner you do it, the less it will hurt him. The longer you do this, the more he's going to fall for you."
"I know." I whispered, looking up at Laurance on stage. "I just don't want to hurt you, Laurance."
"I'm so glad this is almost over," I said to Kawaii~Chan.
"You did amazing out there, Violet~Chan!" Kawaii~Chan said. "But next is the kiss scene! My ship!"
I looked up to see Katelyn yelling about Aaron not being there and that Garroth had to play Romeo. "Oh no…he's up to something.
I crept up next to the curtain and watched the scene.
"What's here? A cup? Closed in mine true love's hand? Poison, I see. Hath been his timeless end." Aphmau said. I watched Aphmau lean in for the kiss.
"It's now or never." I heard Laurance say behind me. I turned and saw him holding a potion. As he threw it, Kawaii~Chan bumped him causing his throw to go off target. I gasped as the potion teleported Laurance. But instead of taking Garroth's place, he took Aphmau's. Which meant that the kiss scene was Laurance kissing Garroth.
"AHHHHHHH!"
I fell over laughing at the horrified screams they were making. "Kawaii~Chan, you're the best! Now help me. I can't breathe!"
I finally calmed down as Katelyn came around with a wide smile on her face.
"Wow, you guys! This play was a success! Instead of doing the boring Romeo and Juliet sad ending, it was a surprise ending. We have to do it again!" Katelyn shouted breathlessly.
Laurance and Garroth both started yelling that there was no way that they'd ever kiss each other ever again. I giggled as I turned to Katelyn.
"I don't think you're going to get these two to do it again."
"You're right. But tonight was still amazing!"
