The Alola Pokémon League Finals were finally underway and the battle between Sarah and Ash is the talk of the town! Earlier in the match, Ash partnered with his newly-evolved Melmetal while Sarah chose Silvally to square off against him. Melmetal fought bravely against the Synthetic Pokémon but his brute strength was all for naught as Silvally won the first round with his technique and speed. Next, it was Blitz vs. Pikachu and Torracat; while Pikachu was outmatched by his Alolan counterpart, Torracat managed to take him down but at the cost of being defeated as well in the second match! The third and final Pokémon of Sarah's choice is Keldeo who went up against Ash's Rowlet, proving himself to be a tougher opponent than meets the eye. Now, the final battle continues as everybody waits anxiously to see who will be the first-ever Alola Pokémon League Champion!
"What's wrong, Ash, starting to slip up after coming across a Mythical Pokémon now? If you want to keep it going for us, Keldeo and I are more than welcome to entertain you!"
"We're waiting~!" Sarah and Keldeo smirked, which made Ash growl in frustration as he realized that Keldeo was much tougher than he had previously imagined.
"Ready to keep this party going, Keldeo?"
"I'm all for it, Princess! Come on, Ash! Don't hold back, show us everything you got!"
"Use Focus Blast, now!" Sarah shouted, having Keldeo fire off his powerful Fighting Type move at Rowlet as he continued to stagger.
"Defend yourself with Seed Bomb!" Ash screamed, managing to help Rowlet snap out of his daze and muster all the strength he has on him to use Seed Bomb and cancel out Focus Blast.
"Use Double Team to throw Rowlet off again!"
Galloping toward Rowlet as he flew into the air, Keldeo created more clones of himself as the Grass Quill Pokémon tried to pinpoint where the real Keldeo was hiding again.
"Rowlet, Leafage!" Ash bellowed, allowing his Grass Type to fire his Leafage attack to get rid of some of the clones.
"Now, spin with Hydro Pump!"
To their surprise, they still hadn't gotten the real Keldeo before he reappeared and he spun on his front hooves while firing Hydro Pump from his back hooves, creating a whirlpool that protected him from Rowlet and struck him simultaneously.
"A Counter Shield!" Ash panicked, seeing the battle tactic he created during his battles with Paul in the Sinnoh Region now being used against him.
"Wow! This is getting intense! Keldeo blocked Leafage with ease while attacking Rowlet at the same time! It could be game over for him and Ash if something's not done!"
"Come on, Rowlet! Hang in there!"
"Alright, Keldeo, this is it! It's time to wrap things up and show Rowlet which Pokémon Type is king here!" Sarah smirked at Keldeo.
"I'm ready, Princess! Rowlet won't know what hit him coming from a Water Type!" Keldeo replied, sharing her smirk.
"Use Ice Beam to freeze your Hydro Whirlpool!"
Deciding to end things between them and Ash and Rowlet, Keldeo stopped his Hydro Pump attack and fired Ice Beam before freezing it into a beautiful ice sculpture. And, of course, poor Rowlet would be at the receiving end of his and Sarah's trap as he ended up being frozen by his talons, preventing him from breaking out of the ice.
"Huh? WAAAAAAAHHHHH! Ash, help me! Help! I can't move! I'm stuck! Help, help, HEEEEEEELP!" Rowlet panicked as he tried in vain to break free.
"Rowlet!" screamed Ash as Kukui gasped in surprise.
"Rowlet's caught by his talons in Keldeo's frozen Hydro Pump! What will Ash do now, Rowlet is trapped in his icy prison and he has no way of escaping right now!"
"This is it, Ash! You're going down! Keldeo, use Close Combat and finish him off!" Sarah shouted, having Keldeo jump onto the frozen Hydro Pump as he galloped towards Rowlet.
"We're not finished yet! Rowlet, use Feather Dance to break out of there and fast!" Ash ordered, hatching a last-ditch effort for him and Rowlet to turn the tide in their favor.
Steeling himself and wanting to avenge his little brother after briefly remembering him fighting against Silvally until he fell, Rowlet cooed proudly and fluffed up his feathers, activating Feather Dance and making a clone of himself while he flew upward and broke free.
"Brave Bird! GOOOOOOO!"
"BOMBS AWAY!" Rowlet cooed loudly as he dive-bombed Keldeo while he jumped up and met him head-on, using Close Combat for the final blow.
But, at that moment, when the Colt and Grass Quill Pokémon met in midair, they collided with each other and the resulting collision created an explosion that generated a smoke cloud covering them immediately. Then, from out of the cloud, the two Pokémon fell back down towards the battlefield, crashing into the frozen Hydro Pump and creating a dust cloud mixed with a flurry of broken and falling ice.
"ROWLET!"
"Keldeo!" cried Ash and Sarah to their Pokémon.

The opening begins with an overview of Sarah, her friends, Asha, and Race standing together with their Partner Pokémon in the midst of a floral field and the full moon before the camera pans forward and passes Sarah upward before the main titles appear in a flurry of light, electricity, and snow.

Nine lights (red, gold, yellow, green, blue, white, crimson, cyan, and an orange/yellow/violet mix) flew around the main titles before passing by and the final light showed Asha, Race, Ash, Kiawe, Lillie, Lana, Mallow, and Sophocles standing in a circle with their backs to each other and looking out on the horizon (with the Alola girls having a tear fall from their eyes, the boys looking determined as they glared hard, Race looks contempt yet determined as a flash of lightning streaks by him, and Asha looks out to her right worriedly and with heartache)

We then quickly pan over to Sarah as she holds her hands in a prayer position with her eyes closed as if she's in some sort of slumber before she eventually wakes up and the camera pans to the moon in a blissful space of wonder.

Sarah is then shown in Ula'Ula's Malie City on a rainy day (while in a hand-painted/CGI background and holding an umbrella over her head) where she turns and suddenly sees a person that looks like Dia with a Shiny Zeraora at a tree while holding an umbrella over his head and reading a book before they took notice of her. The little princess gave a brief yet nostalgic sigh before she was joined by Blitz and Curly and then her boyfriend, sister, and friends as they got together and cheered, throwing their umbrellas up in the air.

Soon, Sarah's friends and Asha along with their Partner Pokémon start to fight against other trainers in the Alola League's elimination and quarter rounds as they climb their way to the Top 16 spots for the official tournament. Sarah and Race stand together as their Pokémon fight before they face each other and they order Blitz and Robbie to go at each other and see who's the better trainer and Pokémon between them.

In the midst of the competition, Team Skull appears to crush the competition and win in their own right with the most prominent of its members showing themselves as follows: Tupp, Zipp, Rapp, Plumeria, and Guzma (the main head of Team Skull preparing to compete himself). Kukui, Lusamine, Wicke, Faba, Burnet, Doug, Delilah, David, and Doug are shown together as they nod to wish everybody participating in the Alola League good luck and we even get a glimpse at an unknown Pokemon appearing from an Ultra Wormhole. Sarah reappears and draws Cosmic Grace before she holds it out and its light shines for all of Alola to see.

The opening ends with quick shots of the main group of nine as they and their Pokémon reappear together and do poses, ready to face the Alola League head-on and have fun no matter who wins or loses the entire tournament.

When the ice flurry and the dust cloud cleared, Keldeo and Rowlet were shown to have been knocked out just like Torracat and Blitz in the previous round. Both of them groaned as they had little swirls over their eyes, the impact of both Close Combat and Brave Bird having left them battered and bruised and unable to battle as well.
"Rowlet and Keldeo are unable to battle!" Kukui declared.
"And, it's game over for both Keldeo and Rowlet! Phew, those two have put up quite a fight but in the end, both of them ended up with another double KO! This is truly unbelievable, folks; for the first time in this whole tournament, we're seeing two trainers equally matched while pushing themselves and their Pokémon toward their limits!"
"Aww, no way! Not another tie!"
"It looks that way, Mallow, dear!" Mallow and Tsareena gasped.
"That's crazy!" Lana cried in astonishment.
"I can't believe it!"
"Me, too!" gawked Sophocles and Togedemaru as Sarah went over to Keldeo.
"Urgh, did I win?" Keldeo groaned wearily as she woke him up.
Sarah smiled softly as she shook her head at him, "No, you and Rowlet were both knocked out but you battled hard and did your best. I'm happy to have battled with you, Keldeo."
The little princess gave the Colt Pokémon a gentle kiss and helped him back on his hooves before she directed her to Silvally and Blitz while Ash returned Rowlet to his Pokeball, also feeling proud of his Grass Type for the hard battle he fought.
"Thanks, Rowlet, you were great out there," he smiled before he turned to Pikachu. "Well, buddy, our last shot and it's all or nothing here now that Silvally's the only one left. Let's try again from the top!"
"My pleasure!" grinned Pikachu as he took to the field again.
Seeing that he is the last one standing between him, Blitz, and Keldeo, Silvally waited until Keldeo was set beside his mother from her right and Blitz was placed next to him. Then, getting a nod from her, he got up and took to the field, knowing that the victory and honor of either Sarah or Ash being the Alola League Champion rested on him or Pikachu.
"Now, Ash and Sarah are down to their last Pokémon after the fall of Keldeo, Rowlet, Torracat, Melmetal, and Blitz. But, as we've seen them do so before in the previous rounds of the main tournament, both have saved their best for last with the return of Pikachu and Silvally for the showdown of the century! Whoever wins this round will claim the match and win the Alola League, getting the honor of taking on the Masked Royal! That's bragging rights for a whole year or so, folks!"
Facing off against each other, Silvally and Pikachu stared each other down for several tense moments, both of them ready to determine if either Sarah or Ash would become the Alola Champion.
"Use Quick Attack!" Ash and Sarah bellowed, having their Pokémon lunge at each other with Quick Attack.
"And, both teams jump into action with Quick Attack!" Caster commentated as Silvally and Pikachu collided with each other and pushed themselves back.
"Okay, Silvally, get at Pikachu with Dragon Claw!"
"Counter with Iron Tail!"
"Right/Gotcha!"
Charging at each other again, Silvally and Pikachu attacked each other with Iron Tail and Dragon Claw as they traded one blow after another. Both the Kanto Mouse and Synthetic Pokémon continued at each other for several moments as they threw Iron Tail and Dragon Claw attacks at each other, trying to find an opening they could use to take control of the battle and make it harder for the other one to win.
"Give up?"
"No chance!" Pikachu and Silvally remarked as they ended in a deadlock.
"Thunderbolt!" Ash and Sarah screamed again, having the two Pokémon break off from each other and clash with Thunderbolt which ended in a stalemate.
"Iron Head, now!" Sarah boomed, having Silvally follow up on his Thunderbolt attack with Iron Head as he emerged from the smoke cloud and bashed Pikachu back to Ash.
"You okay, Pikachu?" Ash asked as Pikachu skidded back to him before he stood up.
"I'm good, pal! I'm not finished yet!" Pikachu reassured.
"Use Air Slash!"
"Quick Attack plus Electroweb, let's go!"
While Silvally attacked with Air Slash to put him down again, Pikachu responded by using Quick Attack to dodge his Flying Type move and moved behind him before shooting Electroweb to trap the Synthetic Pokémon.
"Shut it down with Shadow Claw and go at him again!"
"Use Electro Ball!"
The back and forth between Pikachu and Silvally continued as the Synthetic Pokémon's claws were covered in a ghostly purple aura and he shot at Pikachu while he retaliated with Electro Ball. Seeing the powerful Electric Type attack, Silvally sliced Electro Ball in half and the two halves exploded on either side of him. This also left him open for another attack as Pikachu and Ash saw their chance.
"Pikachu, use Quick Attack! Dive right in and give it to Silvally!" Ash roared as Pikachu used Quick Attack to dive-bomb Silvally, hitting him on his head with tremendous force.
"D'OH!" Silvally grunted in pain as he and Pikachu skidded back to their respective trainers again.
The two Pokemon panted hard as they were now on their last legs and were covered in bruises and bumps from head to toe. At this point, neither of them wants to quit, knowing that the battle and Ash and Sarah's chances of being the Alola League Champion are riding on them. But, neither had the strength to continue fighting as they were with their usual attacks.
Ash realized this as he looked at Silvally and turned his attention to his Z-Power Ring while he thought, "Silvally's matching Pikachu in terms of strength so it will take much more to put him down. And, what's worse, Pikachu can't go on like this since he's completely worn out. I guess we have no choice but to risk using Gigavolt Havoc again to end it all..."
Pikachu shared his thoughts as he also looked at Ash's Z-Power Ring and the Electrium Z it carried before he called his partner, "Ash?"
Ash looked at Pikachu as he gave him a smirk coupled with a knowing nod and said, "Let's finish this."
Ash nodded back, sharing Pikachu's smirk as he took off his cap and handed it to him as he told Pikachu, "Right. Pikachu, let's give Sarah and Silvally a Z-Move showdown they'll never forget."
Activating his Z-Power Ring as they took their positions, Ash began to charge up his Z-Power and transfer it to Pikachu as his Electrium Z glowed brightly and the Pikachu Tail Z-Crystal (dubbed a Pikashunium Z) reappeared to take its place.
Sarah noticed the Pikashunium Z Ash now had on him in place of his Electrium Z on his Z-Power Ring and looked between it and her own Z-Power Ring as it and the Dragonium Z began to glow in response. She realized that Ash and Pikachu were planning to end the match in their favor with a Z-Move showdown and she knew she and Silvally would want to end it the same way no matter what Z-Moves either they or their rivals used.
"That strange Z-Crystal again...… Well, I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. Well, Silvally, ready to end with a bang?" Sarah told her Synthetic Pokémon.
"I'm ready, Mother," Silvally smiled, eager to use a Z-Move against Ash and Pikachu.
The little princess nodded as she activated her Z-Power Ring and performed the Dragon Type Z-Move poses to use Devastating Drake, transferring her own Z-Power to Silvally as they prepared to match Ash and Pikachu, Z-Move to Z-Move, in a showdown that would determine who would become the Pokémon League Champion between them.
Everybody gasped in shock and awe as Caster announced on everyone's behalf, "It's another Z-Move showdown and this could be it, people! Whoever's Z-Move ends up hitting first will clinch the match and either Ash or Sarah will become the Alola League Champion! Don't blink because the fireworks are starting to spread like mad and this match is all riding on their chosen Z-Moves!"
"Much bigger than a Thunderbolt, 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt! Yeah, this is much, much bigger and super full power...….!"
"Dragon tail to dragon scales, hear the mighty roar of my Silvally! Take to the skies to infinity and beyond and clear the heavens for a path to our Pokémon League victory...!" Sarah and Ash recited, Silvally and Pikachu at full charge as they transferred all of their Z-Power to them for their final standoff.
"Pikachu/Silvally, use 10,000,000 VOLT THUNDERBOLT/DEVASTATING DRAKE, NOOOOOOOW!"
Jumping into the air, Pikachu sparked violently with electricity as rainbow electric volts rained down on him and gave him tremendous power, allowing him to unleash his full Z-Power might as his and Ash's 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt made its way towards Silvally as he roared proudly, "VICTORY!"
At the same time, Silvally fired Devastating Drake as the energy dragon reappeared but in a rainbow form in response to his bond with Sarah as he roared back, "HAAAAAAAA!"
The supercharged Z-Moves crossed their respective sides of the battlefield before they collided with each other, appearing to be meeting each other in a deadlock as they both tried to push past or break the other in a contest of brute strength and power.
"The two Z-Moves, 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt and Devastating Drake, are finally unleashed! But, it looks like they're in a total deadlock; this could be anybody's game as the results could be devastating for either Silvally or Pikachu!"
Everyone was just as astonished as Caster was at what was happening; 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt and Devastating Drake were also a match for each other as both Z-Moves continued to fight each other, desperate for an opening.
Suddenly, everything seemed to happen at once; without warning, both 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt and Devastating Drake seemed to push past each other, shaving off half of their respective attack power in the process. Then, the two Z-Moves struck Pikachu and Silvally with both of them flabbergasted at the results as they let out shocked and pained cries while both were engulfed in two massive explosions.
Ash and Sarah were aghast as they gasped, eventually seeing the smoke plumes clear as they and everybody watched to see who would come out on top and declare one of them as the new Alola League Champion. The silence was amazing as everybody (human, Pokémon, dragon, and Mythical alike) hardly dared to breathe.
But, then...
"Ooooooh..."
"Uuuuuuh..."
Everybody was shocked to find Silvally and Pikachu down and out as well, both of them unable to battle further as they groaned in pain while having swirls over their eyes. Even Sarah, Ash, and Kukui could hardly believe their eyes as they realized what had happened; the match had ended in a draw and neither trainer came out on top of the other.
"Ah!"
"PIKACHU!"
"SILVALLY!" they gasped.
Despite this, Kukui recomposed himself and made his call, "Both Silvally and Pikachu are unable to battle!"
"Unbelievable! This is most unexpected; Ash and Sarah had now lost all of their Pokémon despite the pair team advantage Ash had with Torracat and Rowlet! But, since Silvally and Pikachu are now both unable to battle, what does it mean for the Pokémon League and its title of Alola League Champion according to Prof. Kukui and the Island Kahunas?"
Kukui looked between Sarah and Ash as he thought over the battle before he smiled brightly and looked at his old teacher, seeing Hala sharing his smile and nodding his approval to him. Hala wasn't the only one to show his approval as Nanu, Hapu, and Olivia (the Akala Kahuna in tears and absolute joy over the entire battle) smiled and gave their approval as well.
Satisfied with their judgment, Kukui nodded back to all of them and proudly proclaimed, "On behalf of myself and the Island Kahunas, it is therefore decided that as the match reached a draw and Ash and Sarah have shown us their passion for battling at its finest, we, therefore, conclude that Sarah and Ash together are officially our new Champions of Alola!"
This announcement was met with rapturous applause and cheers from everybody in the audience as they all gave Ash and Sarah a standing ovation. From every part of the bleachers and seats, trainers, spectators, dragons, Pokémon, and Mythicals alike clapped, cheered, hollered, and whistled happily, congratulating the Kanto trainer and the little princess on such a passionate and fantastic battle.
Even Ash's Lycanroc, Sarah's family, and their friends along with the adults and Sarah's blood and adoptive families cheered loudly, feeling very happy for both of them.
"They did it! They really did it!"
"Alright, cool cat and cool dude! Ride the waves of victory!" Rotom-Dex and Rotoscope hollered excitedly.
"Ash and Sarah did it, they both won!"
"Enter the new champions!"
"What a fiery display!"
"They were both so strong!"
"They were both amazing, truly!" Mallow, Lana, Kiawe, Sophocles, and Lillie grinned.
"I'm so proud of him!" Delia cried, feeling a mother's pride as she shed happy years for Ash.
"I can't believe Sis and Ash became Alola's first-ever Pokémon League champions!"
"That was their best match!" smirked Asha and Race.
"To think that young man and the princess are now the Alola Pokémon League champions! That was some battle they've put up for us!" Prof. Oak acknowledged proudly.
"Oh, Ash, Sarah... That was such an impressive victory!" Burnet praised, feeling proud of Ash.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! That's our baby girl!"
"I'm so proud of her; she's all grown up now!" Doug and Delilah replied with a hearty laugh and crying tears of joy for their daughter.
"The drama in this final match of theirs was epic to the fullest!" Wicke squealed in excitement.
"And, after such an incredible bout between them, Ash or Sarah will have the honor of challenging the Masked Royal! My jealousy knows no bounds!" Faba declared as Mohn and Lusamine held each other, shedding proud tears for their saviors.
Diane, Johnathan, Donna (former queen), and David didn't say anything but they nodded proudly as they cried tears of joy as well, feeling the pride of grandparents overwhelm them.
"It was a long and fierce battle of Pokémon Trainer pride and passion and in the end, both Ash and Sarah emerged victorious! It was a battle as powerful as the Alolan sun with all of its shining power and majesty! Let's hear it for our two Alola League Champions that gave us a roaring good time: Ash Ketchum and Sarah Tomoe!"
Ash and Sarah were stunned by the final results as the crowd cheered even louder for them but they eventually smiled as they helped their partners to recover and approached each other, trying to let their shared victory sink in.
"Well, I guess this is it, Ash. Both of us are too evenly matched and that means we're both Alola Champions now. But, thanks... I had a lot of fun out there."
"Yeah, me too," they told each other happily as they shared a friendly handshake.
Even Team Rocket couldn't help but gawk in amazement as they saw Sarah and Ash becoming the new Alola League Champions as per Kukui and the Kahunas' final judgment from their tablet.
"Wow, this is mondo incredible! Both the twerp and the royal twerpette are the new champions!"
"They were more even than I ever saw!"
"Truly a battle of fireworks that even make the Tapu Guardians themselves jealous!"
"My heart is racing!" Jessie, Meowth, James, and Wobbuffet grinned brightly as Inkay, Gorgiest, and Mime Jr. cried ecstatically for Ash and Sarah.
Night came and with it, the end of the Alola Pokémon League as all that's left of it is the exhibition battle with the Masked Royal. With the finals over and done with, the awards ceremony was officially underway as Ash and Sarah came onto the stage to be presented with the championship trophy with Pikachu, Silvally, Rotom-Dex, Rotoscope, and Blitz joining them with Hala, Nanu, Olivia, and Hapu presiding over the ceremony. The Masked Royal was amongst them as he would be presenting the trophy to them and awaiting their decision to see who would battle him in the exhibition match.
"And, so, our debut Alola League finally comes to an end! With the exhibition battle on the horizon and with Pokémon League battle memories filling our hearts and minds, we now bring you our awards ceremony!" Caster began as everybody waited for the ceremony to begin.
"Aww, where's Kukui? He should be around to enjoy this!" Burnet wondered, looking around for her husband as the Masked Royal came over to give them the championship trophy.
"As many of our wonderful and talented participants look on, the Masked Royal himself will now present our two big winners, Princess Sarah Tomoe and Ash Ketchum, with the newly-coveted Alola League Championship Trophy!"
"Ash, my boy! My lady, you deserve it. Congratulations," the Masked Royal grinned as he handed them the trophy.
"Thank you, Sir," Ash and Sarah grinned back as they took the trophy.
"So, now that you both are our champions, have you decided which one's going to battle me?"
Sarah and Ash thought for a moment but before the princess could say anything, Ash smiled humbly and spoke up as he looked at her, "Hey, Sarah, you can battle the Masked Royal. I'll battle him another time."
Sarah was surprised as she turned to her friend, "But, Ash! You've worked so hard to finally win a Pokémon League! Are you sure you -?"
"Yes, battling the Masked Royal again myself and with my Pokémon would be a lot of fun but I think that honor rightfully goes to you. I know for sure that Aqua and Goodra would want a rematch with him just as much as Torracat would so it'll be great for them to have another shot at him. It does help since they have a score to settle with Incineroar. And, after everything we've been through, you've become a far better trainer than I could ever hope to be. I'll still get to battle him if I ever come back to Alola but until then, I'm happy just being the Alola Champion with you."
Ash lets go of the trophy, allowing Sarah to take possession of it. The little princess could hardly believe that Ash would willingly give up his only chance to battle the Masked Royal again in favor of her but she had to smile at his humility and accept as she nodded at him.
"Thanks, Ash. But, I'm not letting you leave Alola without a reward of your own," Sarah smiled as she put the trophy down and brandished her wand before pointing at it and saying, "*Geminio!*"
With that incantation, she created an exact Alola League Championship Trophy (without cursing it, thankfully) and handed it to Ash who looked surprised at the prize she was offering him. The Kahunas and the Masked Royal, on the other hand, smiled proudly at the show of sportsmanship by their region's princess as they watched on.
"I want you to have this in commemoration of your victory in the Alola League. Don't ever forget me and the others if you're planning to leave after this," she smiled.
"Wow...… Thanks, Sarah, thanks so much!" Ash grinned as he happily took the trophy and Pikachu happily approved as he smiled at her. "I'll look forward to your match with the Masked Royal tomorrow and I won't ever forget you guys, it's a promise!"
Sarah nodded as she turned to the Masked Royal and told him with a wide beam, "Masked Royal, I'm looking forward to our exhibition match tomorrow!"
"As do I, Princess. Until, then!" the Masked Royal nodded.
"Congratulations, Ash and Sarah/Congratulations, Ash and Sarah!" the gang, Hau, and their Partner Pokémon all cheered happily for their friends.
"Thanks! Thank you, you guys!"
"Thank you all!" Ash and Pikachu grinned as the Kanto Trainer proudly held up his new trophy while Mimey (who was proudly recording the ceremony on his video camera), Delia, and Prof. Oak smiled proudly at him from the stands.
"Congratulations, Sis!"
"Y-Y-You're on t-top of the w-w-w-world, Sarah"
"A fair victorious wind and sturdy mountain tops to you, friends!" Asha, Zircon, and Tyranitar commended to Sarah, smiling.
"It's all yours, Island Girl!"
"Congratulations!"
"You earned it!"
"You did it, Ani!" Race, Robbie, Bella, and Tou-Tou congratulated Sarah, Blitz, and Silvally wholeheartedly.
"Thank you, everybody! My Pokémon and I throughout the competition thank you all very much!"
"It's been fun!"
"Yeah, thanks for everything," Sarah, Blitz, and Silvally grinned as their family cheered and watched on, feeling ecstatic for their human mother/caretaker and daughter/granddaughter/goddaughter.
"I think this is a great time for a picture!"
"Watch the Pikipeks, cool cats!" Rotom-Dex and Rotoscope gleefully replied as they began to take victory photos of the two champions while the crowd continued to cheer for them.
However, the festivities were about to come to an abrupt end because, at that moment, Silvally, Tou-Tou, and their older brother suddenly tensed up. Duke also started to feel uneasy before he tensed up as well and swiftly turned to the sky, seeing an Ultra Wormhole open up without warning above Manalo Stadium of all places.
The male Naganadel gasped in horror as he felt a dark Ultra Aura coming from it and he could only utter one word as if he recognized who the dark Ultra Aura belonged to, "No..."
"Silvally?"
"What's up, Tou-Tou?" Sarah and Race asked, turning to their Synthetic Pokémon.
Trouble was starting to brew without everybody realizing it as Wicke was also alerted to the problem, checking her portable gadget as it beeped rapidly and signaled her of an oncoming presence from within the Ultra Wormhole.
"An Ultra Wormhole? I'm getting a new reading!" she said to Burnet and Lusamine, the three of them looking surprised as her friends turned to her.
"Location?" Lusamine questioned.
Checking her gadget for the Ultra Wormhole, Wicke was left astounded at what she found out, "Hmm, it seems nearby. Wait, it's right here!"
Finally seeing the Ultra Wormhole from the viewer's lounge, the three scientists could only look on in astonishment as it finally opened. Outside, the presence of the Ultra Wormhole finally caught everyone else's attention as they turned and looked at it in shock and surprise. But, while the gang and the rest of the heroes looked on in silent shock, Gladion and Sarah were taking the appearance of the Ultra Wormhole the worst as the latter suddenly felt the same dark Ultra Aura Duke was feeling.
"It's an Ultra Wormhole! But, how-?!"
"Oh, no! What's that?!" they cried in horror as Ash, Pikachu, and the Masked Royal turned and they and everyone else saw an Ultra Beast appearing out of it.
"An Ultra Beast, be careful!" the Masked Royal cautioned as the Ultra Beast came down and landed in the middle of the stadium with a giant THUD.
To the horror of Sarah and the Pokémon in the know about the creature before them (particularly a terrified Seviper, Beautifly, and Dawn (Lycanroc) and three shocked Shiny Legendary Beasts), the Ultra Beast revealed itself to be the Ultra Pillar that none of them wanted to see ever again. Just by seeing the familiar thorny and demon-like spherical body along with its distinctively smaller head and giant mouth, memories of it started flashing back in their minds and they immediately remembered who the demon was.
"I'M BAAAAAAAAACK~!"
"AAAAAAHHHHHH!" shrieked Dawn (Lycanroc), Beautifly, and Seviper in utter terror, catching the attention of the rest of their family.
"It can't be!" Tsukumaro gawked, flabbergasted.
"Oh, no!" Doug and Delilah cried, horrified.
"What is that thing?!"
"Is it a Pokémon?"
"It's some kind of Ultra Beast!" Terrakion, Virizion, and Keldeo shouted, aghast.
"But, what is it doing here in Malano Stadium?!" Cobalion grunted, his iron will not cracking as he grew worried about the monstrous Ultra Beast.
"We know who it is..."
"It's him; the monster responsible for destroying our world. The world where we originally came from..."
"The 5th Ultra Pillar and the deadliest of them all, the Dragon of Gluttony: Guzzlord!" Raikou, Entei, and Suicune answered, their voices laced with fear.
"Guzzlord?!"
"That's what it's called?"
"He's huge!" Hiccup, Fishlegs, and Astrid balked in shock and fright as their friends, their dragons, and their Pokémon were left in shocked silence.
"That thing's a beast!"
"Odin, help us," Gobber and Stoick gulped fearfully.
"Guzzlord!"
"You again?!" Sarah and Blitz spat, seeing the destructive Ultra Beast stomping his feet and cackling as he prepared to lay waste to their world.
Guzzlord has suddenly appeared in Sarah's world but what can our heroes do to prevent the destruction in Dia's world from happening here? The answers to come as the journey continues!
