Naruto sat between his Ji-San and this new Toad-Jiji as they yelled at hokage Jiji . Toad-Jiji drew a little muting seal on him that would wash off. So he couldn't hear much beside murders when in fact it was getting very loud. Hi-San had carried him back to the Hokage office after the funny masked man and the pineapple haired guy scolded everyone for fighting in the streets. Toad- Jiji had given him some papers and stuff for him to draw with penils , penguins.. pens… pencils! That's what he called them: pencils. Unlike the other orphans he hadn't been taught to read or write but Iruka sensei had been working on that with him when hokage Jiji sent him to the academy.

Naruto sat there working on counting and drawing his characters like Iruka sensei had taught him last when he got distracted and tried drawing the seal Toad- Jiji had put on him. Happily in his own little world, tucked in between two of the deadliest ninjas that wanted n out hung more than to be the family that he was in desperate need of.

Tobirama watched, mostly silent, as the now named Toad sage yelled at his former pupil. He watched every little tell, every iota of body language Hiruzen showed and he was becoming steadily angrier. His student that he tried to put on the right path very clearly toed the line between viewing Naruto as a weapon of the village and being a tool. He was not seeing a child, a schools starving in more than one way.

He kept glancing down at Naruto to see him working on writing characters and counting to himself. He started devising a plan to help tutor him forward and to find the boost tools to help this child live and be the future of happiness that he desperately sought for Konoha.

The head of ANBU and Shikaku Naru were also present in the room as the Hokage was being chewed up by his student and were taking in the little fidgets and grunts of displeasure seen in Lord Second.

Shikaku also noted the tiny child drawing a seal on a peace of paper before he slammed his hand down on it and "accidentally" sent a pulse of chakra into it. Tobirama and Jiraiya also must have noticed as Jiraiya spoke "Naruto what are you-" Tobirama snatched the paper away and had thrown it outside of building right as it silently went off and Naruto was in awe.

"You see that Jiji! So cool! Like real Ninja explosions!!" The small child bounced up and down as the adults rubbed at their temples. Tobirama knelt next to him, wiped away the silencing seal and asked him to explain how he learned how to do that and drawing everything. Naruto explained learning how to unlock his chakra and then seeing the drawing on some papers that exploded used by ninjas. So he mixed the seal Toad-Jiji used with that one to make a silent boom.

Tobirama wasn't sure whether to be thoroughly impressed or distressed by the oblivious young prodigy in front of him. Jiraiya was laughing as hard as he possibly could while clutching his stomach and Hiruzen looked thoroughly put out while the other occupants snickered quietly . "How about we don't play with seals until we learn all of them and what they do? I'm sure either myself or Jiraiya would be willing to teach you. As for this meeting, Hiruzen I am severely disappointed in the changes that have occurred after my death. I WILL be taking my great nephew and we WILL be making changes to the village, even if I have to take the mantle again. Now Naruto, let's go home."

Naruto beamed up at his Oji-San and nodded enthusiastically before raising his arms and gesturing to be picked up. Tobirama slung him on his hip and quickly stalked out of the office with Jiraiya following shortly after. Tobirama had already theorized that the so called Sannin was going to follow and wouldn't want to be parted from Naruto but he hadn't fully factored in the dog-masked ANBU that also languidly travelled behind. His barely masked presence following at a snails pace to the compound. Locking eyes with the ANBU he gestured him into the Senju compound as he held the gate open.

Setting Naruto down he offered both of the men a seat and got straight to the point " if you both want to live here now and be in Naruto's life you are more than welcome to but I do have stipulations.

1. An active training regiment will be implemented for all of us to reach our full potential.

2. Naruto's safety is the #1 priority and I WILL not allow dangerous, raucous, promiscuous behavior to impede his safety.

Kakashi took off his mask to look at Tobirama in shock. He was not expecting an invitation to live with him and from Jiraiya's face the sentiment was the same for him. Before he could comment his shock Tobirama sighed and continued talking " Naruto can use all the love and support he can get." He told the both of them what all has occurred since taking in Naruto and what he could from the medical reports he got. Anger and disgust marred both of the men's faces as Naruto dozed leaning against Tobirama. " I also had issue with Dr.s at the hospital and from what I've heard little Tsuna is the best medic nin available. I want to take a trip and bring her back home; whatever it takes."
