When Luz and Eda found each other again, a piece of the old witches soul came back into place. When Luz and Eda found each other again, Camila thought oh my god she looks so happy, oh my good she is going to leave again.

"So, you're Luz' s mom, eh?" The Old Witch, Eda said.

"Thank you so much for taking care of her."

"No worries, it was my pleasure." The old witch, Eda ruffled Luz's hair. "Thank you for raising her to be this amazing person."

There were two types of Apple Blood. The first one, parents where comfortable for their young witchlings and demonlings to bring to school, the other one was consider more dangerous than potions. It was said that this other version would made you feel hot, a little nauseous and made you feel a slight buzz within your skull.

Eda and Camila were sharing a bottle of the second kind alongside a difficult conversation in the Owl House's kitchen.

"Well I have enough people chasing me for a life time so I'll be direct-"

"You love Luz." Camila said.

"I love Luz but you're her mom, her real family, not…not me." Eda snorted.

Camila took a sip from her cup.

"I have my own dimension-traveling girl and I grew to love her as my own. I wouldn't know what to do if someone came to ask me to give her up, I won't do that. What I am asking you, is that you continue loving my daughter as your own, that you continue protecting her in this terrifying world she has decided to call a second home and I am asking your help.

Luz has been injured, and I need help, helping her heal. Do that, and I think we are good."

Another effect sometimes found in the second kind of apple blood are crying spells, Eda explained to Camila that day.

"She's hot." Raine said, after Camila had left with Luz to spend the week together on the Human World.

They have come to the Owl House to discuss the reconstruction efforts and the role Glyph Magic will play on an Isle who's magic had been debilitated to the point that a lot of witches needed some type of aid to perform basic spells.

"Hey, that's my kid's mom you're talking about."

"I know, that's why I said it." And King's Father, with that smile Eda wondered how anyone ever thought Raine was a good behaved witch.

"What are you implying Rainestorm?"

"You love Luz, she loves Luz. She seems at least half as crazy as us and you get along pretty well."

"I am making a rule now, that as my ex you're not allowed to be my wingperson."

"Because I am your ex I am the best wingperson."

"Nah, King is better," Eda joked, "And anyways, I don't even know if Camila is looking for someone, or if humans date the same way as we do."

"If they do dating the same way they do gender, then I digress, is so boring."

Eda sighed, "Luz and her girlfriend seemed to make it work, maybe I should ask her for tips."

"The only dating tips my students have for me is that we should get back together." Raine laughed at their own joke.

Eda felt as if a thorn had pushed through her soul, and for the first time she hated their laugh.
