Tony stood by the Quantum platform while Jemma was staring at her tablet, monitoring the signals. "Well Ratchet did you get it?" Tony asked.
"It's Rocket, and shut up. You're only a genius on Earth, pal." said Rocket from under the platform.
"And you're only in there because you have tiny hands." Tony teases. Jemma just shakes her head.
Rocket crawls out of the hatch covered in grease and shakes a screwdriver at Tony. "Fixed it."
"Thank you, Rocket." Jemma said.
"Yeah, thanks." Tony adds after being nudged by Jemma.
Rocket wipes the grease off his fur. "Get used to saying that."
"Would you like to do the honors, Dr. Simmons." Tony asked as he took a step back from the Platform.
Jemma taps away at her tablet. The platform shines and the gyros above begin to shift.
"Testing time." Rocket says with glee.
Bruce and Nebula work together to fit Scott with a red and white suit and a helmet that looks similar to the Ant-Man helmet; the brand new time suit.
Rhodey enters the workshop, eyeing the suit.
"I like the suit, it fits you small man." Rhodey says as he leans against the threshold.
Bruce attempts to fit a pair of pym particles into the belt.
"Easy, easy. Careful with those." Scott squirms away from Bruce.
"I am." Bruce says defensively. Scott walks away earning raise eyebrows from Rhodey and Bruce and a grunt from Nebula.
"You okay Scott?" Bruce asks.
"Yes - no- maybe - can I get some space please?!" Scott says.
Rhodey and Bruce glance at each other. "Do you not want to do this?" Rhodey asks.
Scott looks back at the two heroes and his shoulder sags. "I just don't want to let Captain America down."
"I'll do it." Says Hawkeye entering the room.
Clint now in the time suit, waits alone on the platform.
Tony, Bruce, and Jemma readies the Quantum platform as Rocket, Rhodey, Nebula, Clint, and Steve look on. Scott joins them with a pile of orange slices.
"Okay, Clint, you might feel a little disoriented when you chronoshift" Jemma forewarns.
"Ready pal?" asks Tony.
Clint gives a thumbs up. Tony looks to Bruce.
"Okay, Clint. Starting in three, two, one..." Bruce said.
Suddenly, Clint stretches, shrinks and vanishes.
Static electricity fills the environment.
"Okay, bringing him back in three, two, one."
A bright orange light fills the platform. Clint withdraws, grow and appears on the platform holding a baseball glove.
Jemma and Nat rush up the platform, Jemma checking Clint's vitals.
"Are you all right? Hey, look at me. You okay?" Nat asks pulling Clint's head to face her.
"Good news?" Tony asks followed by Scott who offers Clint some orange slices.
Clint took the orange slices gratefully before lifting the baseball glove to Tony. "it worked." Clint said between bites of orange. "It worked!" The rest of the group look at each other in amazement.
"Holy crap. We're freaking time travelers." Rocket said.
