"BANZAI!"

Bell watched from his and Jason's table as Teach and the increasing large group of other Male Adventurers cheered along as they drank and ate. Despite the fact that he was sitting a few tables away, unknowingly pushed there by Syr by putting as much distance as she could between them without being suspicious, he could feel the intoxication of the group even from a distance.

"Wow." Bell couldn't help but mutter, a smile on his face. A smile that grew just a bit when Teach looked his way, raised the mug that was in his hand and seemingly downed the whole thing in a single swig. It didn't help that the atmosphere seemed to grow merrier.

It was a far cry to him usually just eating alone.

"You gotta hand it to the pirate," Jason muttered, he was leaning on the table with one hand on his cheek "He knows how to have fun."

Bell turned to the blonde, his blue eyes half-lidded while in one hand he was holding a similar mug that, when he asked, held the same liquid that Teach was drinking.

Bell looked at his own mug, and saw that it was just clear water.

"Why didn't you join them Jason?" Bell asked.

The blonde looked over and raised an eyebrow "What, spend time with riff raff like that?" He shrugged and smirked "Please, the great Jason's time would've been wasted."

Bell pursed his lips and muttered "Welp they're still adventurers…"

A laugh could be heard, from both the blonde in front of him and the seemingly growing crowd where Teach was apparently attracting more people as he seemed to try and eat a massive piece of meat. Bell turned away from the crowd to see a surprisingly arrogant look on Jason's face "Those are not adventurers, at least to me. I have spent my journey on the seas with true Heroes, and honestly having to downgrade to them is insulting."

There was a moment of pause, and Bell sadly lifted up his cup.

"Sorry you feel that way about me." He muttered as he sipped the cup.

Jason's eyes widened, and immediately afterwards the green cat-folk appeared behind the Jason and whacked him hard enough in the head to cause the beer to spill over the table and floor.

From a distance away, one of the waitress of the establishment they were in noticed the scuffle and moved to stop a potential brawl.

Bell flinched away slightly from the spilled drinks, seeing the angry yet somehow still apologetic look on the cat-folk's face before she vanished and Jason was left glaring at the table. He closed his eyes, let out a short groan, and looked up at Bell with a slightly annoyed look "Remind me not to make you sad, it's been a while since I've been with kids."

Bell could only look slightly more confused.

"Excuse me."

The two of them turned to the source of the voice, an elf with Golden Blonde hair and green eyes standing next to them. Her stare was pretty intense if Bell had to admit.

"Did you happen to see the one that attacked you?" The elf asked as her eyes looked around "We'd rather not have a fight here."

Jason glared at her for a moment, Bell could once more feel the small head ache back when he had deliberately summoned the cat folk back in the Dungeon forming in his head to the point it seemed as if the sounds of the bar suddenly went quiet, but nothing came of it. Jason face soured further, before it settled onto the usual annoyed look that he often had when he wasn't smirking "Nevermind, it was just a prank from a 'friend'" He made sure to make that particular word sound weird "She does it all the time."

Bell could see the elf look at Jason, really look at him seemingly to consider his words. Until eventually the intense stare faded and she just nodded her head.

"Very well, I'm sorry to have disturbed you." Her eyes glanced at the spilled drink and asked "Would you like a refill?"

Glancing at the mug, Jason shook his head and allowed it to just lie on the table now that it was empty "No thanks, I'm not thirsty anymore."

Bell however spoke up and brought his now empty mug closer to the elf "Uh I would like a refill if you don't mind."

"And one for me, the good stuff if you will!"

Bell jumped in his seat when Teach suddenly show up, he was even more surprised when Teach did so by slamming the mug in his hand onto the table.

The elf's eyes turned to Teach.

And in response Teach grinned and waggled his eyes "Hello there Elf-chan, happy to see a handsome face such as myself?"

"I'll get you your drinks." The elf walked away.

"Just water for the boy, for your information." Jason was quick to add, earning a small nod from the elf.

Once she left, Teach face turned into a pout "Was it something I said?" He looked around "It seems that everywhere I go, all the elves are so cold and rude."

"Miss Eina is nice!" Bell quickly defended the receptionist that he had befriended at his time in Orario "And that elf waitress even offered to refill our drinks."

"Yeah," Jason grinned "I think they just have a problem with your ugly mug."

Teach raised an eyebrow as he lifted the mug he had slammed onto the table and took a look at it "Doesn't seem that much different than others."

Bell couldn't help but chuckle slightly at the joke.

Teach smiled as he took a seat with the two. He placed his hands by his waist as he sat down.

"Decided to join us again?" Jason tilted his head to the side "What about your drinking buddies."

Teach grinned and jabbed a thumb at the direction where he had come from.

Turning towards, Bell's eyes widened while Jason let a low whistle to see that everyone there was passed out with their drinks spilling everywhere.

"They couldn't hold their liquor, at least compared to me." Teach laughed "Du fu fu fu, but it was super fun!"

Teach turned to Bell, who was holding the mug with some water left, and raised an eyebrow "Hey how come Bell-kun isn't drinking anything?"

Bell tilted his head.

And vaguely he was aware of what seemed to be a scuffle happening in the kitchen the moment Teach said those words.

"Please," Jason waved his hand at the air dismissively "If Atalante doesn't smack the drink out of his hands, I wouldn't dare bring him back home to Hestia drunk. Besides, he doesn't seem like he can hold his liquor."

Bell shrugged "I never drunk anything before this, so I can't really say if I can hold it or not."

"Spoken like a true lightweight," Teach chuckled "Don't worry Bell-kun, sooner or later you'd be able to drink your first drink, and chances are you'd end up falling face first into whoever your harem member would be at the time."

Bell blinked "Thanks?"

Jason just shook his head.

[Scene]

Ryuu watched as the trio of Adventurers left the bar, and once they left the elf turned to her white haired friend.

Syr had a pout on her face as she watched the trio left, resting her chin on her hand she let out a slow exhale of air "Darn it, I wanted to talk to Bell."

"Why didn't you?" She asked.

Shaking her head Syr answered "I couldn't with those two with him." She glanced at where they had been sitting "The blonde would've tried to make everything about him, I can almost tell. And then there's the-" She paused to scrunched up her face "-Pirate with them, just looking at him makes me sick."

Ryuu let out a hum as she thought about the tallest of the three Adventurers that she had just seen.

And she couldn't help but think of how he seemingly appeared the moment she went to talk to the others.

She shook her head; she was probably overthinking things.
