The Past Meets The Future- Part 3: The Past And Present Reborn

Warnings: With this chapter there is an unexpected visit by Shyla and her courts, resulting in a fast repair job, as they resurrect Pyrus as well. As the switch over from one book series to the next now, has this resulting in the side effects. Of a stand alone story connected to book 2 of the Stargate/Star Trek TNG serious directly after this. In story titles, the title of the story is The Bonds Of Friends And Family I: Stargate SG-1.
As this story, in between season 2 and restarting season 1, shows the ending results of Jack not changing a bit, or Sam did it again. And landed Daniel back in the hospital, via sarcophagus, as she knew now that Daniel was on a mission but didn't care now. And once more doesn't care that Daniel never wanted to go back to P7J-989 for the chairs as he has to relive his parents deaths again, and this time for Shyla's people.
They became overly protective in keeping them separated as there is going to be a slight pause. In the extended version to what happened between his withdrawal and rebound and the end of it. As I lost several chapters when updating the chapter on truths out. Regarding who it was that caused his to really quit and the reason why. So it's going to take me a few days to get the rest of it out, regarding the ending to Need.
But from here Sam's about to live her life the way Wesley and Sito had, as a result of lying to them for 5 years, instead of a week. Like on The First Duty, these chapters and the next are The First Duty, Stargate style now. Daniel got his respect and trust back from Hammond and now nothing anyone of the trio: Sam, Jack and Janet. Could say makes any difference, with Daniel becoming the William Riker of their century now.
Before the rest of the story is finished and it goes from 2369 and into 1893, but there will be several indications saying there are changes in that area. Before Hammond's age group gets into the military and leading into their new future. And before the next half of the chapter as it reaches Hammond's meeting with SG-1 as the team ends up in 1969, as they see Hammond in his early 30's.
Chapter 110: SGC Truths: The IOA Gets The Truth XII
"Alright so let me guess, we're doing Stargate, but Rodney was just added to TNG from season 5 to up to the movies, before their squadron is added to John's command?" Saxon asked and he Stewart nodded to him. "Bingo right now, we're setting up Locarno, with attempting duty to your friends." Frakes said and he nodded. "That was why I recalled you guys, in truth, you're actually Dan's grandson's students." she said to Eastman gently, looking between them, him.
And the girls next to him and they all nodded. "Us, were the three of us in training by his grandson, before we started at the academy." the woman asked and she nodded. "Evidently you were, while Billy was trained by Patrick and John, and the crew, you belonged to Dan. And you loved him, like a brother and father rolled into one." Bundy said and the duo smiled gently. "Rodney, you're playing twins, the Dayton brothers." she said and he nodded, smiling gently.
"So this explains it, I'm playing twins, in two generations, but my current appearance, in 1992, I'm guessing is what I looked like on movie one?" he asked and the crew nodded. "You're 25, playing a 19 year old here, 19 year old twins, you started at the academy 2364. Graduated and were sent to the Enterprise, but instead of transferred elsewhere. You're there permanently and Ashley with you, creating 2/3's of Wes's on board squadron." Will said and he nodded gently
"Yes and that's exactly what you look like, but instead of separating you guys, we took both of you and Ashley's character Robin Lefler, she's Wesley's girlfriend, your best female friend." Picard said and he nodded. "Let me guess, Brent brought me back?" Hallie Todd asked and he nodded. "After creating a security chip, to enhance medical security the furthered chip, resulted in the A.I. becoming self aware, before he decided you would be it." he said and she smiled.
"Yep, first by Wesley downloading you into the computer, you're the ship's software, you are the Enterprise, and then you based your appearance, off your human double. As your character, so this way, you had his back, and with Etana hijacking us." Will said and she nodded, as she wrapped her arm around Wheaton and he smiled. "So Bill's 18, Steve's 18, me, I'm 17, yeah okay, but we're a trio, before we added the twins and Ash'." she said and he nodded gently.
"You better see this guys, dad you remember this." Daniel said and Hammond nodded as he put up a second diagram as they saw Sam is walking down the hall, followed by her guard, talking to empty space. "I don't have time to play, Urgo. I don't care if I'm 'it', because I have work to do. No, I am not hungry, look, go eat pie with Colonel O'Neill, I am very busy right now." she snapped and meets Hammond and Fraiser at the intersection and he sighed.
"Major?" he said bemused and she sighed. "I was just talking to Urgo, sir." she said and Janet nodded. "More like arguing with him and what the heck was that about exactly?" she asked and as Daniel rounded the corner. "He's just tried that with me and I blew him off after said hebephrenia catch 7 months ago, guys. And he decided to try her, and now she's throwing him at Jack." he called out and Hammond nodded gently to the news.
"I see, but guys, son, baby, this keeps up and the catch of Nash's case could be the result, tone it down, before Mackenzie gets dragged back in right now. As I'm not having you guys go through that a second time here right now." he said and they nodded to that. "Yeah that's an understatement, but trying ECT with a jaffa, that could kill him, we have to find another way to handle this, before it drives you insane." Anna said to that gently then.
"Sam remember what happened 6 months ago, let's not give NID anymore ammunition, but if you were a real Tok'ra rather then half one…." he said to her and she nodded. "These fights are not external, but internal, yeah I know that, but if this is what being a real Tok'ra is like, I'm working out a way to free us from him. But a little taste of his medicine is in order right now, after the bastard gave up too fast here."
"Nothing worse then losing your mind, and knowing it's happening, the problem with that is he did 2 years ago, it's been exactly two years, since 'her'." she said and he nodded. "By that you mean Hathor, but yes and I understand that baby, I'm not letting that go anymore then you are right now, but there's the you I know again. Son, if this is another revenge tactic, ease back a little bit on O'neill." Hammond said and he nodded.
"Dad, Sam, the bastard set me up to get captured, rephrase that entire remark, 'Mission status the same, needs more time for diplomatic immunity.'." he said and she crossed her arms as she answered him as Siler arrived with a stern look then firmly. "You been captured and don't send anyone else in or Pyrus is going to do to them. What he's doing to you, if you were wiping whatever that gunk was off your arms and chest."
"So if that doesn't work, he goes to just dealing with Mckenzie by trying to have you committed, and now you turn that on him. By telling him to join Janet and me in the lab, I do me first, followed by her, he was last." she said and he nodded. "Yeah that was degenerative hebephrenia, this is slowly becoming the one that Nash had. Including the invisible friend, so do us first." he said and she nodded as Hammond explained it to her.
"I'm a friend of her father's and watched her grow up, but Jake just reactivated my memories here of said boy in New York, that boy grew up to be Daniel. So my title for him was no exaggeration, I meant it, if not for Ballard in total truth. Then I'd be the one to raise him, which explains his title for me, dad, I'm his adopted father. He's my son." he said quickly to Janet and she nodded in amazement to the news and Sam nodded.
"And the catch on schizophrenia is still up for debate, but of us, Jack's the one you got to worry about, Sam, Teal'C and I are making like the man. Said dealing with the invisible rabbit, remember Nash trying to get the so called implant. And out of his arm, he strikes that scar a third time, it's never going away here, dad. But for him: Paranoid schizophrenia, till he slashes it a third time in 11 years, Nash dug into his arm now."
"And so hard he gashed his arm and Rosen had to get that taken care of." he said and Hammond nodded. "That's paranoid schizophrenia, what these imbeciles are thinking over the message with Cronus is paranoia, the contract is binding. So long as we never cross these guys we're okay, but what were these idiots, before we became SGC?" he asked and Hammond nodded. "Black ops." Janet said and he crossed his arms as he said it.
"These idiots are a department as dangerous as the CIA, so with that right now, think about Gibson's realization in which office he walked into. Just why are these idiots following him around, they and Jack's true persona are one and the same." he said and Hammond crossed his arms. "He's NID associates, to borderline NID, they deal in spook work, assassinations, yes I see what you're saying son, so it's schizophrenia here."
"But like she said, after running a ro-test of the protein markers, it's a test, he'll have a marker, but still have a symbiote, depends. Now, on how strong and smart Machello made the little buggers right now. But then again, we should have left the Jack in the lab, after he was ready to throw you right to wolves. Just to keep going right now, but this was fair, after he got you arrested on 636." he said and Sam nodded in agreement.
"Nice work with the metaphor here right now, you three we can understand right now, but him trying to get the implant out is going to cause him to hurt himself here." Janet said, crossing her arms sternly and he nodded gently. "Like you said, Janet, but if his systems persist or he becomes a threat to himself or to anyone else. Then you're going to have him committed to mental health right now." he said and she nodded gently then.
"With him doing this in front of me on two occasions, he tries that a third time and I'm calling in Dr. Carson to have him evaluated, before we have him committed." she said and he nodded as he explained it. "Nice rewrite to that episode right now, in why he's constantly losing his temper right now. But if this is what we were like as bordering 35 year olds, we still act like cubs, I get the point here." Heather Langenkamp said and Colin chuckled and nodded.
"Sam, EMP pulse here, but just us and Teal'C, as we wait for Jack to get so irritated, he does try it. As we hold this back, time for him to see what true schizophrenia is like at the moment. My theory, and your's, that saved us and Teal'C, you four gained my forgiveness, he wants to go there. Well let's see how all of their theories backfire on him over me, Hathor, and now this now?" Daniel said and she nodded in agreement then.
"Agreed, that's good enough reason to pay him back after he turned you over to mental health without a fight, your idea was worth while. And as I now realized why you suggested he be in there with me, as I did her first, but us and Teal'C. As we're closing ranks on him, if this is heading where I think it is, he's gone NID on us right now." she said and Hammond nodded. "Then so be it, do it Major." he said to her at that.
"Oh, I wish you did." Sam said in annoyance to this. "Harvey and possibly the Professor's invisible friend, dad, remember what I said on Nick. The professor's best female friend was my grandmother, and his theory with the skull. But hebephrenia in the purest sense, trying to prove his theory: the tuning fork effect." he said and Hammond nodded in annoyance. "So that theory barely killed Ballard?" Janet repeated and he nodded to her.
"Don't bother looking for him, if I try that, he's been committed to MacArthur's, after having a breakdown in not getting it to work twice. It's an obsession, not psychosis, one my parents never understood, he's Sean with the damn holy grail. While mom was Harrison and my grandmother is and was Sean's wife, before she died." he told her and she nodded sternly at the news. "Nice wording, thanks." Sam said sternly to that reveal.
"As in New Jersey?" Janet asked and he nodded. "Yeah Nash is an old friend of my maternal grandmother, but we got connections to 2 well known cases. And both are played by Plummer's next 2 characters, the one this year in truth. Is the archbishop that did Manneheim and the second the head psychiatrist. And at the psychiatric institute in Trenton, New Jersey, MacArthur's." he explained and she nodded gently.
"Well I never saw that coming, your family has serious connections, I take it that was because of Ballard, that you never mention your maternal family. But you talk all the time about being a Jesuit, it's because your grandfather is friends. And with the duo that did Manneheim?" she asked and he nodded to her. "Yeah that's why, but this was a schizo effective, as bad as Lin's after being arrested." he explained and she nodded then.
"Alright, look Urgo, Major Carter would like to…" she started to say and Sam sighed. "Uh, Janet. He's…right here." she said, gesturing to a spot in front of Daniel. "Well then, Urgo, Major Carter and Colonel Jackson would very much like to be left alone." she started to say and Daniel said sternly. "Urgo, I don't care, she and I have work to do, you want someone to bug, then do it to Jack, now leave us alone." he said sternly and she nodded.
"Janet, uh, as much as I appreciate it, please…" she started to say and Daniel said sternly. "Hey, alright that's enough right now, I already had some quack nearly wreck my life you're not doing the same thing, now shut up, and stop being a jackass." he said sternly and Sam nodded as she said it with a stern and shocked tone. "Urgo, that is rude!" she snapped and Janet sighed "What did he say?" she asked and Daniel shook his head at that.
"Trust me you don't want to know, but he thinks you're close minded for not listening here, he doesn't get why we prefer the other ways our life went. And don't want a split personality to talk to, like being a Tok'ra, then again. She's a girl, so having a male symbiote, is tantamount to mind rape right now, in being a woman." He said and Janet nodded. "Uh, if you'll excuse me, I have work to do." Sam said and they nodded.
She gestures for Urgo to go, then follows, still conversing with him. "It's been like this all day today, dad, but you remember Harvey, that's schizophrenia, split personality now. Everything the professor was thinking between his time grad school to…." he started to say and they heard annoyed shout as Jack came storming down the hall. "He's your paranoid schizophrenic, Sam and me, staying strong." Daniel said gently, and Hammond nodded.
"Teal'C on me, give it 10 minutes, but it's Machello all over again, so get ready." Daniel said and Teal'C nodded sternly to him. "And least we're involved in a joint hallucination, you are not the only one seeing this man, but this is worse then dealing with Harlan." he said and Daniel nodded in agreement to that. "Just wait for a secondary and a case of invisible friends now, before we find out why the Ancients created that damn thing."
"Your exact words on me, over my symptoms getting worse the longer this goes on, but that weapon was meant to have a human see symbiotes. Or Goa'uld all over the place, till you become a threat to yourself and everyone else. While for a Goa'uld, Tok'ra and Jaffa it starts attacking their symbiote, but said remark. It meant, after infecting me, it was to infiltrate from within, getting in close enough to find a hit."
"It does and it goes into said targets body and starts killing the host from within, bio-lab IV, until there's nothing left to kill." he said and she crossed her arms. "Remember Walter's remark to Jason, Austin and Amy, 'like I got putty on the brain'?" he asked and she nodded. "Well that's this now, he's seeing said symbiote, fully grown all over the place, and either the damn thing itself or just the hosts." he said and they nodded then.
"Yeah okay okay, that makes more sense, Daniel, but if that's not paranoia and nothing is right now, with what you translated to Sam and me over it. That PTD was a chameleon, hiding like trap door spider, spring the trap here now. And you get killed by accident, but if the NID decide to code that weapon for every movie monster. The catch on Cassie's favorite tv show is the result." she said and Hammond nodded sternly.
"Well unknown to these idiots was the remark on that, was hebephrenia, was because it wasn't schizophrenia, but an obsession. One my parents never understood, but Nick was as obsessed with that skull as Sean was of the holy grail. This doesn't run in my family, however Nick was evaluated by the psychiatrist that did Nash. But that hospital was a place no one wanted to end up, as the psychiatrist is like Plummer."
"No nonsense, but said opinions are redirected at Jack, he's close to trying it to get him out of his head right now, and Nash ended up with a concussion. After getting a little too rough with himself, but Plummer in all truth now. He is currently playing my paternal grandfather's commander, I'm a jesuit born. But his next character is the psychiatrist that dealt with Nash's condition, he's the man that did my grandfather."
"Nick Ballard, remember dad, I said mom's exact words, this situation with the skull was an obsession one she never understood, and neither did grandma." he said and Hammond nodded. "Yes I remember you explaining to me about that said tuning fork effect and how it almost killed him, after doing it here on earth. As those temples are 3,000 to 7,000 years old." he told him and she crossed her arms at that and Jack paled then.
"Well a certain someone is holding onto a psychosis that Rosen would never let go of, in his words now, is that schizophrenia at times maybe degenerative. As most days maybe symptom free, but as time passes, he's getting worse. Only when he admits his own weakness can the healing truly begin, he's still holding onto Cromwell." he said and she nodded sternly at the news then and Jack went white, realizing he ratted him out.
"You certainly know me better then you think and you're right, this psychosis over duty to your friends is an unhealthy obsession here. And it's because of that he's still under psychiatric scrutiny, but you wants out from under scrutiny, then control that temper. And right now, before I do as Mckenzie said to Danny, and you're being restrained and further sedated here. But you're outnumbered here young man, control yourself." Plummer's double said sternly to that.
"To quote Rosen now, there's no theorems, no proofs, he can't reason his way out of what he did during Hathor. And because his mind is where the problem is in the first place." he said and Jack swallowed hard at that, realizing it didn't matter how long it would be, they would never let it go, as to Hammond, Daniel was the good patient, and Carson with him. "And that's the tone of a true scientist/doctor, knowing what you're looking at here."
"Then again dad's version was a real time honored way of practicing psychiatry right now, where knowing what you're looking at immediately." Hammond said sternly and Daniel nodded. "Thanks for the warning, Daniel, alright I'll handle this and thank you for telling me that information. And it's because NID is getting the axe right now for digging into your records now." she said and he nodded as he nudged Teal'C and he nodded.
"Teal'C, want a game of pool, before we finish up in Ancient Egyptian trans?" Daniel said to him and he nodded as he moved to him and they headed for their rec room. Just to play a game of pool and Hammond said it sternly. "Airmen, don't let Colonel O'neill out of your sight, I'm not taking any chances with him. After his record, with Hathor, before and after." he said sternly and the trio nodded and Jack swallowed hard at that as he quickly left.
"Doctor, are we entirely sure the members of SG-1 are…what's the word?" Hammond asked and she supplied said word. "Sane?" she suggested and he nodded to her. "That's the one." he said and she explained it to him as she hid a laugh. "Yes, sir, remember, every thing we see or hear is processed in the brain. Urgo is creating an image of himself that they're responding to him just like they would you or me." she said and he nodded.
"If you say so." he said as they left that hall. "Like he said right now, after Mackenzie's bogus theory the subject is still up for debate, looks like Daniel's revenge tactic. Now makes the point as he see what true schizophrenia is really like till he tries that. While Daniel's acting like this, so still the good patient after SG-3 set him up last year. Then again after he told me that, I get why if he hates Ballard." she said and he nodded then.
"I get that, but at least he never did damage, but 3rd times the charm and O'neill's psyche evaluation is complete, as he gets his words turned back on him. But if he gets trapped on the next planet they go to we got 3 months of peace and quiet. So what's the rush, Daniel's bringing in the stuff we really need now, compared to weapons. Or that device that neutralized their phasers on Tollana." he said and she nodded smiling.
"Hey Harvey, want a game of pool!" they heard and she started laughing at that and Hammond nodded with a chuckle. "Nice way to tone it down Danny, but I think you took that movie a little too far here!" Hammond said with a laugh. "Nice way to make light of that situation, pretend that computer program is an invisible rabbit." Ronee Blakley said laughing at that and Chris Sarandon started laughing at that as he got the point, his own cub patient.
Said was the better patient then the drug addict/hot tempered officer here right then. "Yes, good that works, keep it light, Danny's not the one getting violent right now at the moment. But was that really necessary right now, son, pretend it was we got an invisible rabbit on the base." Plummer said with a laugh. "Yeah well Jack is actually John after he got a little rough with himself, and took that blow to the head, Christopher." he said and Plummer crossed his arms.
"Yes lived alone and suddenly the records report back there was a broken window after the left window was cracked, suggesting in trying to get his game theory. That he got a little too rough with himself, but the desk thrown out the window, that's going too far right now." their grandpaternal psychiatrist said in aggravation and Plummer nodded. "How do we strike that one next round, once the trio check on him?" he asked him and he nodded with a gentle smile.
"Whereas he's been on it since he was 7, that our invisible friend here was trying to get him to take a break and then lost his mind entirely. Because he knows, I raise that dose, he's fading out and till he's nothing, but a memory now." He said and Plummer nodded. "And that's why he destroyed the window, whereas Russel, John, for he was too close to the window. Directly under it, caught himself on the corner, explaining the cut forehead, alright." he said, committing to it.
"Daniel, was that really necessary?!" Sam said from her side of the hallway and he smiled. "Hey when you need a case of levity go with a movie that brings a whole new meaning to invisible friends right now, baby." he said and she nodded smiling as Hammond chuckled. "Alright you guys, that's enough of that already, settle down!" Janet called out as they heard laughter from several rooms all over the floor and knew he turned on the intercom.
As something came flying out the door on one side of the hall and went flying back at the room it came out of on the other in response and Hammond looked between the 2 rooms. "Let me guess that was me and Eric, after our aggravation at not getting the correct assumption. Said resulted in one of us chucking a paper ball out the door, before we threw it back. And at whoever between us threw it now." Heather asked and he nodded and Colin started laughing.
"And dad saw that and knew that was my floor, you guys and Cam Balinsky were my team, as an archeologist that the assumption on Mayan hit another speed bump." he said and she smiled. "Who's rooms were that?" he said and she hid a laugh. "The archeological and linguistics department, but while David is an anthropologist. Daniel and Annie are forensics, I think that was Annie after he threw it at her." she said and he nodded with a chuckle.
"More like Dave tossed it at her, she threw it back at him and then…" Warren started to say and they heard a thunk of a pillow smacking something and she started laughing at that. "And then they take the pillow to each other." Carson said as he completed the sentence and Hammond nodded with a chuckle as she started laughing at that. "Come on you guys, is this really necessary right now!" she said as Siler started laughing at the racket in the labs.
"God you sound like Nancy, that's Joey and Kristen when they start going at it, while Billy is trying to stay out of this and me with him." Warren said and they started laughing. "And instead of 6 years older, I'm 7 and we, Sam, Annie and I, are bonded like sisters here, but even I, at times. Have to corral my younger siblings, before the papa bears get caught in the middle of their rough housing." she said and the said duo nodded then.
"Your brothers and sisters are 35, you're 42 honey, let them, if you were still teenagers, play right now." Carson said with a smile and she nodded smiling gently, just as she was answering the pillow shot out the door and she ducked it as he got hit. "Cubs, you're busted, you remember as kids, I get smacked and…." he called out and they heard three slams in response. "I'll take that for a yes." Plummer said as Heather was shaking in laughter.
"We got caught here, we're not 8 years old anymore, guys break it up already, before dad or your fathers arrive to break this up. Especially you Daniel, your father is the head of the base here!" they heard from Anna and Siler covered his eyes. "That's Daniel's department going at it right now, get ready here, Sergeant. In case anything, I mean anything, else gets thrown out the door." Warren called out and he nodded smiling then.
"Well that's one way to take the edge off right now of cabin fever, because the base is in lockdown, but acting like teenagers is not the way handle it." Carson said to that gently. "Kids, you guys are taking on your teenage side just a bit too much." Hammond said and she started laughing. "Alright whoever threw that, I see that again, you're grounded, now that's enough of that already!" Janet called out and they heard a chuckle.
"Hey when you're considered insane, why not have a little fun with it right now, but what if I'm telekinetic, Janet, turn it real!" he called out to her then, as they heard a playful smile in his voice and Hammond started laughing at that. "Alright wise guy, we're not having you over do it with the pranks after said diagnosis 6 months ago. Now that's enough of that already, Daniel!" she called back with a chuckle in her tone at his remark.
"Danny was always more well liked the O'Neill, making jokes, telling stories of mythology, that we saw him as the one thing keeping our job from getting too serious. And that was the best way to handle this blasted program stuck in their heads here. As he went to a movie that brought a whole new meaning to invisible friends. While Jack's case is making like the Professor in the last round, before he fixed that problem." Carson said and Heather nodded then gently.
Before Hammond froze up, as he realized why they heard laughter coming from every room on their side of the floor then. "My son just became a jokester and turned back into a 14 year old making prank phone calls here." he said and she nodded bemused at that. "Only instead of the phone, it's the intercom system if everyone his and my age. Is finding this funny, time to go papa bear, general." she said and he nodded as he called to them.
"Alright young man, stop playing with the intercom here, or you're grounded, and all of you pull yourselves together, I know you're finding that funny. But this is not turning into a case of pranks and practical jokes, so settle down." Hammond called out bemused as they saw Walter and Siler shaking in laughter. "I take it that was a kidding remark General, with the fact they been jacked right now." Walter asked and he nodded.
"With my age group, it's a case of going parent with their's, your's, before becoming the grandparent mentor with the college age group right now. And this is making like Wes's case of playing with the system, before the cure was created, but that. By playing with the intercom, just to take the edge off of the argument. And between them and Urgo is going too far." he said and Janet nodded smiling, before they heard it.
"Da, da, da, da, da, I am, your singing telegram." they heard as they heard a loud explosion, a thunk and the door slammed shut and they all started laughing at that. "Alright again that's enough of that already, young man, I hear anything else now. Come out of that office, and you're really going to get it Daniel, now that's enough of that already." he called out with a bemused smile then as she was shaking in laughter as Daniel smiled at her.
"I think Urgo was impersonating the seeing telegram, he fired a gun at him, and Urgo collapsed and then the Colonel slammed the door shut." Siler said laughing and he nodded,. "And this is taking that a little too far right now, if he's making jokes about this but…." he started to say as they heard a loud crash come from another room, a thunk and then Sam shout it out. "Daniel, the power went out!" she called out to him and Siler nodded.
"Excuse me for a second." he said as he went to check the circuit breakers, flipped the switch and then turned it back on. "Alright it's back on now Major!" called out and then heard a bemused smile. "Like I said, this catch of pranks and practical jokes with the radio and intercom is getting out of hand here, I knew he's good at making light of the situation.
