Once more wee skip an episode due to not fitting with the plot and going straight to the next called ''My Two Favorite People'', my version of it where wee get to know a little bit more about Sonic's family in this universe.

Chapter 7: My Three favorite people.
Mirabel, Sonic and Sticks were at Tree Trunks House, fighting an Anthro Blue Shark and Blond Cat here to rob the orchard of the deceased little elephant.
Sonic: *Dashes at the Cat who's holding a basket of apples, but keeps missing her* Give back those apples right now Cat Girl.
Scillia: *Smirks* How abooooout, no *Then throws some kind of pink pearl at him that pop and enveloped him in pink smoke. When it cleared he was turned into a blue butterfly.*
Sonic: Hey! *The cat then smirked evilly and begins to chase Sonic, as if wanting to eat him.*
Sonic: Mira Help!
Mirabel: Don't worry! Her spells never last long.
Sonic: *Dodges The cat's claws* Who are these guys anyway? Why are they steeling Tree Trunks apples?
Sticks: *Growls* Shrek Shark and Scillia the Cat, they come everyday at 4 O'clock ever sense Tree Trunks died to steal apples from the orchard. YOU KEEP YOUR FILTHY FLIPPERS OFF THAT APPLE YOU LAND SHARK *Throws her boomerang at Shrek. It hits him on the nose and knocks him down and out*
Sonic suddenly reverts to his normal form, then turned around for a spin attack that hit Scillia square in the chest and sent her flying to an apple tree, burying her in a mountain of fallen apples.
Sonic: That takes care of that naughty cat. *Looks at his watch* Oh shoot! I'm late for the jam sess!
Mirabel: You should skip it and stay, Azul. After we defeat these two, i transform their heads into corn, and we watch them run away from a murder of crows trying to pick at them.
Sonic: Aw, man, that sounds hilarious! I'd love to stay and watch, but I also want to jam with my sibs.
Sticks: Boo!
Mirabel: *Glares* Sticks! *Smiles at Sonic* Then go and enjoy some time with Siblings that actual care about you. Me and Sticks we'll finish unpacking her stuff after we've dealt with those 2 corn heads.
Sonic: *Smiles* Thanks for understanding Mira. I'll see ya later at the Diner than. *Sonic runs off to his sib's house.*
Mirabel: *Waves at him* Sure thing Azul! *Turns to the recovering shark and cat and smirks* Now then *Cracks her sparking fingers*, ready for your regular punishment, hun? *Shrek and Scillia both gulped nervously, knowing what's coming next*
Location Change, A small House near a stream.
Sonic arrived at his siblings, Manic and Sonia's house, and went straight for the backyard where they were getting their instruments ready.
Sonic: Sorry! Sorry I'm late. Mirabel, Sticks and I were fighting this blue shark and blond cat chic stealing apples from Sticks new home, and I lost track of time. *Takes out a bag and his guitar from his backpack* Anyway, I'm here now, with BBQ chips for everyone.
Sonic, Manic and Sonia dug into the bag of chips and ate their share.
Manic: *Munches on his chips* Thanks bro.
Sonia: *Uses side language while munching her own chips* 'Thank you Big Brother'.
After that, the 3 hedgehog siblings began playing a couple of tunes together. But after only 10 minutes of playing, both Sonia and Manic stomachs began to growl and decided to call it a day.
Sonic: But wee only played 10 minutes.
Sonia: *Signs* 'Sorry Brother, but you came to late and its time to start diner. Why don't you stay and join us'?
Manic: Yeah bro, It's been a while sense we've all shared a bite as a family.
Sonic: *sighs* No can do bro, i promised Mira we grab are weakly bite at ''Nutty's Diner'' after she's done helping Sticks unpack at Tree Trunks old house.
Sonia: *Signs more while smirking* 'Then you shouldn't keep your girlfriend waiting for your diner date brother' *Walks back to their house still smirking*
Sonic: *Growls* She's not my Girlfriend.
Manic: *Laughs while walking back to the house* Sure, what ever you say bro. Have a good evening anyway *Gets in and closes the door*
A huffing Sonic is running to the diner on a path through a forest with his guitar on his back and backpack on his right shoulder. He arrived with plenty of time to spare before Mirabel arrives, so he sat at their usual table and ordered a creamsicle drink to wait, and while he does he would stir away with his straw with a depressed look on his face, completely silent.
Shelby: *Pops out of the Guitar sitting on Sonic's right*. Hi Sonic
Sonic: *Turns to his guitar* Oh, hey, Shelby.
Shelby: You're looking pretty down in the dumps, bad day?
Sonic makes a kind of deflating noise.
Shelby: That bad, huh? Got into an argument with Mirabel or something?
Sonic: No, I'm just fed up with it all, Shelby!
Shelby: Oh? Do tell then.
Sonic: Whenever I hang out with Manic and Sonia, I miss out on fun times with the others, especially Mira.
Sonic is using hand gestures to add emphasis, which earned him weird looks from the other diner costumers, but he ignores them.
Sonic: And then when I hang out with Mira, I'm missin' out on my sibs! The two sides say they're ok with all of it, but not me *Slumps down and take a zip of his drink, looking more depressed then ever*.
Shelby: *Hops out of the Guitar and on to the table* Hey, Sonic, why don't you just hang out with all 3 of them at the same time?
Sonic: *Perks up* Yeah, then I won't miss anything anymore! Shelby! My problems are solved, thanks little guy. *Takes out his cellphone from his backpack and dials his brother's number* Yo Manic, what do you say you forget about cooking tonight so you and Sonia can come join me and Mirabel for diner?
20 minutes later, Manic and Sonia were sitting with Sonic at the diner table, 2 minutes before Mirabel finally passed the diner doors and walks to their table.
Sonic: *Spots his BFF coming and smiles* There you are Mira, for a second i thought i had to make a missing person's report to the Banana Guard Station.
Mirabel: *Smiles Sheepishly* Sorry, are corn head thieves knocked over some of Stick's moving boxes while trying to escape the crows, had to pick up her spilled over stuff before they could get their beaks on them. *Notices Manic and Sonia* Who, who's your new friends Azul?
Sonic: *Smirks and stands up* Mirabel Madrigal, i would like to finally introduce you to my sibs, Manic and Sonia. Manic, Sonia this is my BFF Mirabel.
Manic: *Smiles* So this is Mirabel, it's about time you presented her to us man. *Extends his hand at Mirabel* pleasure.
Mirabel: *Smiles at Manic and accepts his hand* The pleasure is all mine Mi Amigo Verde.
Manic: Wha?
Sonic: It's spanish, the language of her people, it means ''My Green Friend''.
Manic: Ooooh, Cool. And this is my baby sis, Sonia.
Sonia: *Signs* 'It's truly a pleasure to meet the love of my brother's life at last.'
Mirabel didn't understand sign language, but her brothers sure did, and while Manic was laughing like a mad man, Sonic was blushing so hard his fur turned a light purple, but his face was a pale as a ghost's.
Mirabel: *Looks at Sonic* Heuh sorry i don't understand sign language, can you tell me what she just said? And why is your brother laughing like a crazy guy that escaped from an Asylum? *Looks worried* And why is your fur purple and your face so pale all of the sudden?
Manic: *Slows down his laughter* Sonia just said that it is truly a pleasure to meet-
Sonic: *Smacks his hand on his brother's mouth with a nervous smile* my big brother's BFF, she says that she's happy to finally meet you, my BFF.
Manic: *Removes Sonic's hand and smirks at him* That's not exactly what she said-
Sonic: *Smacks his mouth close again and growls* It's close enough, bro. *Removes his hand from Manic's mouth and sits back down* Now then, i don't know about you guys but i'm more than ready to order, any one else?
Mirabel: Count me in *Sits next to Sonic and in front of Sonia at the table*
Manic: Me to, i'm starving.
Sonia: *Nods*
A moment later a blue cotton candy girl dress as a waitress walked to their table with a smile and her note pad out.
Flossine: Hey there you two. Got guests for dinner tonight?
Mirabel: Hola Flossine. This is Manic and Sonia, Sonic's sibs, and yes they'll be joining us for are weekly BFF meal tonight.
Flossine: That's nice. *Raises her pad and pen* Sooo, the usual: For Mira, 2 Chicken Burritos, double cheese, hold the corn with a small onion salad and lime infused mayonnaise on the side. And for Sonic, 2 Chilly Dogs, hold the onions, a side of corn chips and 2 super porp sodas, right?
Sonic: You got that right girl, as usual. But only 1 super porp this time please, i already have something to drink.
Flossine: *Giggles while writing it all down* Understood. And you two cuties, what will you have?
Manic: *Looks at the menu* Mmmmmm, i think i'll have a Patty Melt with Onions, a side of fries with Mayonnaise and a large coke please *Hands over the menu to Flossine*.
Flossine: Got it, and you miss pink?
Sonia:*Signs what she wants, but the waitress doesn't understand sign language*
Flossine: What?
Sonic: She said she'll have Chicken Salad with the dressing on the side and an unsweetened iced tea, extra lemon.
Flossine: *Finish writing the order on her pad* Got it, be back before you know it.
While the 4 waited for their food, Sonic took the opportunity to initiate a conversation, to compel his sibs and besty into getting to know each other better. And it worked, all 4 of them began to talk away and share stories of their daily lives, some funny, some sad, others humiliating, especially for Sonic e.t.c, even when Flossine came back with their food they were all still chatting away and laughing together.
By the time Flossine came to take the dirty dishes away and came back with a giant Banana Split to share, curtesy of Sonic, Mirabel shifted the conversation to Sonia's condition, and how she became mute in the first place.
Manic: *Sobers up and looks down at the table* 10 years ago, there was an outbreak of a sickness called Freezer Burn Flew that almost froze half are home town to death, including Sonia. It was caused by that loon Ice King when he flew over it and let snowflakes from his beard fall down on us. The town doctors did manage to find a cure before anyone died, but plenty were left scared by sickness, like Sonia who hasn't made a single noise sense that day *Manic grabbed Sonia's left hand in comfort while Sonic grabs her right hand, both smiling sadly at their poor sister*
Mirabel: *Eats a spoonful of ice cream while frowning* 'Damn it Ice King, can't you go anywhere without ruining someone's life' *Swallows* I'm really sorry for your misfortune Sonia. *Looks at Sonic* Now i understand why you're more hostile towards Ice King then Eggman, with all the times he tried to destroy you i would think he'd be the one...
Sonic:... Egghead's a duche, but i could care less if he are anyone else takes a shot at me. *Growl* My family and friends are a different thing, if it were up to me that cold skin lunatic would be... *Sights*, let's just forget it, it's not like it would get Sonia's voice back.
Mirabel: *Thinking a moment* Eliminating Ice King won't, but maybe i can.
All 3 Hedgehogs then looked at Mirabel like she's just revealed that she can grant them a wish or something.
Sonic and Manic: HOW?!
Mirabel: Well *Takes another quick bite of ice cream*, and mind you it's just an idea i don't know if it will work *Swallows*, but in one of my recently acquired spell books there's a user guide for creating a magical chocker capable of changing or augmenting someone's voice. If i can make some modifications to the magic runes that's engraved on it, i might be able to create an artificial voice inside that Sonia can use to communicate verbally.
Sonia: *Smiles Hopefully*
Manic: *Smiles more cautiously* You sure?
Mirabel: Like i said, i have no idea if it will work, but it's worth a shot, right?
Sonic: It sure is to me. *Winks at Mirabel with a smile* And knowing you girl, it's going to work like a charm.
Mirabel: *Smiles with a blush* Thanks for the vote of confidence Azul. I'll start working on it first thing tomorrow. In the mean time *Takes another spoonful of Ice Cream* This Banana split is not going to finish itself *Takes the bite, causing the others to laugh and dig in with their own spoons*
After Sonic payed for everyone's meals, the 4 parted ways, heading for their respective homes. The next day after breakfast, Mirabel locked herself in her bedroom to research the enchanted chocker she was talking about, spending all day and the next 2 days studying how it's made and what to do to make it work the way she wants it to...
3 days later, in the afternoon
Mirabel: *Comes out of her room with a small wooden box in her hands, searching the fort* Soniiiic, Hola Sonic you here somewhere, i think i... *Enters the living room and sees Amy, alone reading a book* Hola Amy, have you seen Sonic?
Amy: He went to his siblings house for a visit. They live not far from Tree Trunks old house near a stream he told me, in case you ever came out of your room and are looking for him.
Mirabel: Thanks menique (Pinky) * Heads for the hole*
Amy: *Puts down her book* Mirabel wait, aren't you going to tell me what is it you've been working on that's so important we've almost never saw in 3 days? Sonic wouldn't tell us and i'm frankly curious.
Mirabel: *Smiles* no time to tell right now menique, you'll see later like everybody else, if it works *Climbs down the hole and walks out the door, transforming into a human size butterfly to fly to her destination.*
Manic and Sonia's House
The Triplets were finishing playing one of their favorite songs, named ''We Can''.
Sonic: *Whips his forehead* Woof, best jam session we had in a while right guys?
Manic: *Pants* Yeah, 3 hours straight of playing are toons for the last 3 days, haven done that in a while. *Pants more while wiping his forehead* few, i could go for a nice glass of Apple Juice right about now, and you guys?
Sonic and Sonia nodded, then Sonia went inside to fetch a pitcher of apple juice and some glasses while the boys waited outside, tuning their instruments.
Manic: *Suddenly sees something in the sky* Hein? *squints his eyes to see better* Heu bro?
Sonic: What is it Manic?
Manic: There's a giant yellow butterfly heading towards us, holding something between it's thin bug legs, a friend of yours?
Sonic stopped tuning his guitar and looks up, smiling.
Sonic: *Calls out to the house* Hey Sonia, bring back an extra glass would ya, Mira's coming.
Mirabel: *Lands in front of the 2 brothers and changed back* Hey Azul, Hey Manic, hope i'm not interrupting something?
Manic: *Eyes wide* Jeez Louise girl, Sonic said you were a Wizard, but he never said you could do that.
Mirabel: *Smiles* What, change into a giant butterfly? It's practically the first spell i've learned during my Magical training, i've got tones of spells way more impressive to show off...
Before Mirabel could show off more magic to impress the green hedgehog, Sonia came back with the pitcher and glasses, inviting Mirabel to join them for a drink. While they drank their full of apple juice, Mirabel began to explain the progress she made on the enchanted chocker ment to give Sonia a voice again, even showing the half finished piece she brought with her in the little wooden box: Made of a black leather collar with a silver ring pendant, covered in runes carefully engraved all around it, some are perfectly copied from the book while others have been modified by Mirabel to capture nearby sound to fuel the creation of a new voice. Sonia was so excited to be able to talk about, and reached for the chocker to try it on, but to her dismay, Mirabel stopped her.
Mirabel: *Smiles at Sonia* Sorry menique, but it's not quite done yet. I still have to add 1 small element to it *Conjures up a large book and opens it to a page with a swirling crimson gemstone, pointing at it* A rare gemstone called a ''Phantom Ruby'', which is capable of minor reality manipulation, it will act as the binding element that will hold it all together and make it work, i hope.
Manic:*Looks at the picture thoughtful for a moment, then faces Mirabel* And where can we find one of those rubies?
Mirabel: *Closes the book and makes it disappear* There's only 1 place i'm almost sure to find one, Lake Szelezon.
Sonic: The lake guarded by evil Lake Knights?
Mirabel: The very same one. It's part of a large treasure that once belong to an evil hoarding witch that lived nearby, before becoming another victim of Sticks witch hunting activities. Rumor has it that there's a collection of magical gemstones hidden in that treasure, including perhaps Phantom Rubies.
Manic: *Gets up* Then what are we waiting for, let's go to lake what's its name and get ourselves a ruby.
Sonia: *signing that she agrees and wants to come along*
Mirabel: Alright then, todos a bordo (all aboard) *Shifts into a butterfly big enough for 3* destino (destination) Lake Szelezon.
Manic: *Looks confuse* What did she just say?
Sonic: *Chuckles* Just climb on her back bro.
Manic did so without another word, and they all flew straight east.
