Romance of the Champions!
It was late at night when Ash was at the docks at Hau'Oli City. Naturally, he anxiously awaited Iris, whose ship would arrive at midnight. This was sooner than either expected, so it's a good thing he had her room set up before his picnic with Marnie. He trusted the girls with Pikachu, so it would just be him to greet Iris despite his fatigue. Ash also had a gift for his purple-haired friend and soon-to-be addition.
Speaking of which, a large cruise ship arrived at the dock and several passengers got off. One of these passengers had wild purple hair in the style of a Mothim's wings. She had dark skin, brown eyes, and wore a palm tree-patterned Hawaiian shirt over a purple bikini top, a pair of white short shorts, and flip-flops. Ash recognized this girl very easily: Iris. She looked around until she spotted him waiting for her. They greeted each other with a smile and a hug. "Ash!" she excitedly greeted. "It's so good to see you!"
"It's been so long, Iris!" he exclaimed back, happy that they finally got to see each other again. "Since there are no restaurants open this late at night, how about I get you settled in at the villa? We can go out for breakfast in the morning and catch up."
"That sounds like a great idea." Ash took Iris' bags, loaded them in a taxi, and they took it back to the villa. "So, Serena tells me you two have been building a harem."
"Yep. It started with the Hulbury Gym Leader Nessa, then Mallow, Lana, and Lillie, the Hoenn Princess May, the Stow-on-Side Fighting-type Gym Leader Bea, a girl from Postwick named Gloria, and another girl from Spikemuth named Marnie."
"Then I'm next?"
"Only if you want to be," Ash answered. Iris responded by removing her shirt, straddling his lap, and making out with him.
"We'll go all the way during our date tomorrow," she said, moving his hands to her bikini-covered breasts. "This is just so you can feel your next claim." The next morning, Iris woke up. She had on a pair of silk purple short shorts and a matching short-sleeved shirt, the latter of which was buttoned only at her C-Cup breasts. She got up and saw Ash and May kissing at her door. The three of them went to the dining room to meet the others. Mallow had gone to work, so she was the only one absent. "Girls," he said, getting the attention of everyone present. "This is Iris. She's going to be the new addition."
"Isn't that your friend from the Unova region?" asked Lillie.
"She's also the Unova Champion." Iris smiled and gave the 'Victory' sign. "We're going to eat somewhere. We'll be back later."
"Alright," Nessa said with a seductive smile. "Have fun, you two." Ash and Iris smiled back as they headed back to their rooms and got their clothes on.
The tourists at Hau'Oli City were certainly busy, making the shops and restaurants a lot of money. Needless to say, this includes the Aina Cafeteria, but that's not where Ash and Iris went. Instead, they went to a breakfast place that had a show to put on. The two Champions ate outdoors and enjoyed the show, which had three Pokémon with white skull heads on an otherwise dog-like black body. The bones they twirled around had green flames on each end. "Wow! They're pretty good!" Iris said as she observed the performance. "What kind of Pokémon are they?"
"Those are Marowak," Ash answered. "Normally, they're Ground-types like Cubone, but these are Fire/Ghost-types on account of Alola's climate."
"Yeah, I heard about the Regional Variant thing. So those are Alolan Marowak?"
"Yep. I did some research while I was here. Apparently, there are 18 Pokémon with Regional Variants in Alola, all of which are from the Kanto PokéDex. There's even one here you'd love, but it's got a double weakness against Ice-types."
"It's a Dragon-type? Awesome!" Ash gave an amused smile as Iris' eyes beamed with joy. Suddenly, they felt the ground shake as they saw a walking palm tree with a tail stroll by. "What the hell is that!?"
"That's an Alolan Exeggutor. It's the one I just told you about. They're Grass/Dragon-types."
"Do you know where I can catch one?" she asked.
"Of course," he said. "But we have to catch a boat at Poni Island first."
"Let's finish eating. I need the strength." Ash nodded in agreement as they consumed their breakfast.
They took a boat to Poni Island. During the trip, Ash had told Iris about the other regional variants. She grew more interested about not just Alola, but Galar as well. The Unova Champion got on her Alola counterpart's lap and began making out with him as she had the previous night, only keeping her shirt on this time. It was clear that Iris was looking forward to two things: 1) Catching an Alolan Exeggutor; and 2) Making love with her best friend.
They made it to Poni Island, where Ash pointed out the location of his battle with Nessa. They boarded another boat, which was shaped like a Magikarp, to a smaller island, one inhabited by Alolan Exeggutor. The two Champions were so excited that Ash didn't think to tell Iris to bring an umbrella. Ash gave her an apologetic look, but Iris didn't mind. She knew he was as excited as she was. They spotted a couple of Alolan Exeggutor after going up a hill. They got a couple of PokéBalls ready. Ash threw his and unleashed Rowlet while Iris unleashed a Dragon-type with blades on its jaws. Its body was a brownish-yellow, similar to Drednaw's underbelly, while the blades were red.
"Awesome!" he exclaimed. "I knew you and Axew could do it!"
"Thanks! Haxorus, let's start things off with Breaking Swipe!" Haxorus launched a couple of slash projectiles at one of the Alolan Exeggutor, dealing out a major blow.
"Rowlet, use Brave Bird!" Rowlet surged toward the other Exeggutor with breakneck speeds, dealing quite a bit of damage to it, as well as a bit of recoil to Rowlet himself. "Are you holding up alright, Rowlet?"
"Row!" Rowlet exclaimed, waving his wing to reassure his trainer. The two Alolan Exeggutor retaliated by using a move similar to Headbutt. At the call of their trainers, Haxorus and Rowlet dodged. However, Rowlet surged underneath the body of the Exeggutor he was facing.
"Haxorus, use Dragon Pulse!" At Iris' command, Haxorus fired a blue blast that was shaped like a dragon. It hit the Exeggutor they were facing dead on, knocking it out. Iris threw a PokéBall and caught it, much to her excitement.
"That's our cue, Rowlet!" Ash exclaimed as the other Exeggutor was thrown off balance. "Use Brave Bird!" Rowlet surged toward the Exeggutor and hit it, causing it to tip over again. Naturally, Rowlet suffered a bit of recoil damage again. Ash threw a PokéBall and caught his Exeggutor, exciting both himself and Iris.
"Way to go, Ash!" she exclaimed, getting him to nod. They noticed that the rain was starting to come down harder, so they returned Rowlet and Haxorus to their PokéBalls and headed to a nearby cave. Ash dug into his backpack and pulled out a stack of wood wrapped in plastic wrap, unwrapped it, and started a fire. He and Iris then stripped out of their clothes and laid them out to dry. They were down to their undergarments, which for Iris was her purple bikini. For Ash, it was his boxer briefs. "What a rush! Good thing you came prepared."
